Although the weather was unfortunately not great, I was able to efficiently enjoy sightseeing in Itoshima. Since it's relatively close to Fukuoka City, I think you can take your time there. There were surprisingly unknown tourist spots, and my friends who came from other prefectures were delighted. The salt pudding from Kōbō Totan was delicious! It was a fun tour where I could buy various souvenirs.

生憎のお天気でしたが、効率よく糸島の観光が出来ました。福岡市内から比較的近いため、時間的にも割とゆっくり出来ると思います。意外と知らない観光地もあり、他県から参加した友人も喜んでいました。
工房とったんの塩プリン、美味しかったです！お土産もいろいろ買えて楽しいツアーでした。

Mr. Koshida guided us around Shirakawa-go. With very careful driving and a cool, comfortable interior, the time from Kanazawa flew by. We were able to efficiently spend our time as he stopped at scenic spots along the way. My husband and son only speak English, but he communicated with them and showed interest in our local area, which made for enjoyable conversations. We also had a leisurely family meal together. Whenever we asked for family photos, he kindly took them for us. I'm really glad we asked. Thank you very much.

越田さんに白川郷を案内していただきました。とても丁寧な運転と涼しい快適な車内で、金沢からの時間があっという間でした。途中で景色のいいところにも停車していただき、効率よく時間を過ごせました。夫と息子が英語しか話しませんが、コミュニケーションをとってくださり、また私たちの暮らしている地域の話にも興味を持ってくださって色々お話しできたのも楽しかったです。食事の時間も家族でゆっくり取らせて頂きました。所々で家族写真をお願いすると、快く撮ってくださいました。お願いして本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました。

After arriving at Ishigaki Airport, I was picked up and taken to visit the Shisa Farm, Kabira Bay, Cape Ongasaki, Yaima Village, and the Ishigaki Island Limestone Cave, before being dropped off at my hotel. The sightseeing at each location was a lot of fun, and the driver was kind, making our conversations enjoyable during the ride. I specified a few places I wanted to visit, and the driver efficiently took me to recommended spots based on the local situation. Since I'm not good at driving and wanted to avoid renting a car, and considering that bus services are limited, I truly appreciated being able to use this tour.

石垣空港に到着後迎えに来て頂き、そこからシーサー農場・川平湾・御神崎灯台・やいま村・石垣島鍾乳洞を回って頂き、最後はホテルへ送って頂きました。各地での観光も大変楽しかったですし、運転手さんも親切で移動中いろんなお話ができて楽しかったです。行きたい場所を何箇所か指定させていただき、後は現地の状況に合わせてオススメのスポットを効率よく回って頂けました。車の運転は苦手なのでレンタカーは避けたいし、バスの本数も限られているのでバスでの観光は難しいと思っていたので、こちらのツアーを利用させて頂けて本当に助かりました。

A current flight attendant introduced the training session while sharing some behind-the-scenes stories. Depending on the timing, it was also possible to see the actual training up close, which was wonderful. However, I can't help but feel disappointed by an incident that marred the experience.

Although I don't know the exact relationship, it seemed that two individuals, likely important guests or stakeholders, were being welcomed by staff members who appeared to be in higher positions. While this kind of general response from the company is perfectly fine, the problem was that their conversation was excessively loud. The staff wasn't speaking in a loud voice, but they continued their conversation in a location that obstructed passage without any reprimand. Other participants also mentioned to their companions that it was "too noisy," so I doubt I'm the only one who felt dissatisfied. I strongly hope for reflection and improvement in this area.

現役CAさんがちょっとした裏話を交えつつ訓練の様子を紹介してくれます。
タイミング次第ですが実際の訓練を間近で見ることもでき、素晴らしい内容でした。
しかしながら、それらを台無しにするような出来事が残念でなりません。
関係性は分かりませんが、関係者か上客と思われる２名に対して役職者と思われるスタッフがお出迎え対応をしていました。
ここまで会社としては一般的対応でもちろんかまわないのですが、問題はその会話があまりにうるさいこと。
スタッフ側は大声ではないのですが、咎めることもなく、しかも通行に妨げになる場所で会話を延々続けていました。
他の参加者も同行者に「うるさかった」と漏らしていましたので、不満があるのは私だけではないでしょう。
この部分だけは反省と改善を強く望みます。

I recommend the Odd Rock and Giant Stone Course for exploring Oishi Forest Mountain. There are various power spots, and I received a lot of energy. It was amazing to see the Okinawa Rail as well.

大石林山の散策は奇岩・巨石コースがおすすめです。色々とパワースポットがあり、いっぱいパワーを頂きました。ヤンバルクイナも見学できて最高でした。

As someone who can't drive, I was really happy to have this kind of bus tour available. The driver and the guide were both very pleasant. Listening to the guide's island songs and sanshin made me feel more connected to Ishigaki Island, and I had a great time.

車の運転が出来ない私にとってはこういうバスツアーがあるのは助かり嬉しいです。

I previously participated in this course when the Churaumi Aquarium was included. It was fun back then, but I joined again because there were several facilities in Yanbaru that weren't part of the course before.

The Yanbaru Kuina was incredibly cute! Just that made it worth coming. Even though it was through glass, I could observe it quite closely. The seafood set lunch and the souvenir snacks were all delicious as well.

Perhaps because it was Sunday, the cafeteria was quite crowded, and the guide who brought the food seemed to have a tough time. Thank you for your hard work...

I was very satisfied with the content. I would like to participate again.

以前美ら海水族館がコースに入っていた頃に参加した事があります。その時も楽しかったのですが、このコースは以前はなかったやんばるの施設がいくつかあったため再び参加しました。
ヤンバルクイナちゃんがとにかく可愛かった！これだけでも来てよかった。ガラス越しですがかなりじっくり観察できます。お昼の海鮮定食やお土産のお菓子もみんな美味しかったです。
日曜だからか食堂がかなり混んでて、運んでくれるガイドさんが大変そうだった。お疲れ様です…
内容はかなり満足。また参加したいです。

There was a pickup near the hotel, and once we got on the bus, it was smooth sailing! We were taken to various sightseeing spots, and there was plenty of time to enjoy everything!

ホテル付近までお迎えがあり、そこからバスに乗り込むと後は楽ちん♫色々な観光地に連れてっていただけます＾＾時間も充分あり満喫することができました！

It was my first time island hopping, and I was able to fully enjoy each island, which made me very satisfied! If I have the chance to come again, I would definitely like to participate again!

The content was enjoyable, as it was a rich course that allowed us to explore the areas around Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu in one day.

However, I had some questions about the time allocation at each point. For instance, we seemed to spend a long time at spots like the Silo Observation Deck, where we just looked at the scenery and bought souvenirs, while places like Showa Shinzan, where it took time to go up and down by ropeway, felt rushed. The balance didn't seem very good.

Additionally, there were several participants who casually arrived late to the meeting time. At first, the guide seemed relaxed and didn't say anything, and since we were already running late, I started to feel anxious about the return train schedule. (However, perhaps to make up for lost time, they began to emphasize punctuality and slightly shortened the free time, which ultimately allowed us to arrive earlier, so that was good.)

The cost performance was quite good, and since it would be challenging to cover everything on your own, I think it's worth participating in.

内容的には、洞爺湖・支笏湖の周辺を一日で巡る、中身の濃いコースで楽しかったです。

ただ、ポイントごとの時間の配分は、？と思うこともありました。
「サイロ展望台」など、景色を見てお土産を買えば終わってしまうようなスポットに長い時間を使ったかと思うと、昭和新山など、ロープウェイでの登り降りに時間がかかるような場所では時間が短すぎたりと、バランスがあまり良くないように感じました。

また、参加者の方に平気で集合時間に遅れてくる方が数組いらしたのですが、最初はガイドさんもヘラヘラしていて何も注意せず、時間もかなり押しており、帰りの電車の時間もあったので、不安に感じてしまいました。
（途中から巻き返しを図ったのか、集合時間厳守とか自由時間の若干の短縮などを注意しだして、結果的には早く着けたので良かったです）

コスパもかなり良く、個人で全て回ろうとすると大変なコースなので、参加してみる価値はあると思います。

I was able to explore the stunning views of the Shakotan Peninsula, including Shimamuik coastline and Cape Kamoi. Although the sky was unfortunately cloudy, the scenery was still magnificent.

The walking distance is long and the terrain isn't the best, so if you want to see everything from corner to corner, it might be tough unless you're in good shape. However, the guide adjusted the viewing points according to our fitness levels, so if you're concerned, I think it's a good idea to consult with them.

The sightseeing boat was enjoyable, especially feeding the seagulls, and the underwater scenery was beautiful. If you don't get seasick, I think participating would be a lot of fun.

島武意海岸や神威岬など、積丹半島の絶景を回ることができました。
あいにくの曇り空でしたが、それでも景色は素晴らしかったです。

歩く距離が長く足元も良くはないので、隅から隅まで全て見ようとすると体力のある方でないとキツいかもしれませんが、ガイドさんが体力に合わせて見るポイントを案内してくださっていたので、心配な方は相談されてみると良いかと思います。

遊覧船は、カモメの餌やりも楽しく、海中の景色も綺麗でした。
船酔いする方でなければ、参加してみると楽しいと思います。

I signed up for a plan that only visits Asahiyama Zoo from Sapporo. The plan that included the zoo plus Biei and Furano was also attractive, but I chose this one because it had an earlier departure and a later return. Once I participated, there were about 15 participants, so the bus was not crowded, and getting on and off was quick and comfortable. I also had a long stay at the zoo, allowing me to explore at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

札幌から旭山動物園だけを訪れるプランに申し込みました。動物園＋美瑛・富良野を訪れるプランも魅力的でしたが、出発が早く帰りも遅くなるのでこちらにしました。参加してみると、参加者が15名程度でバスの中も密にならず、乗り降りもすぐにできて快適でした。動物園滞在も時間が長くのんびり回る事ができました。ありがとうございました。

I was thinking about how to spend the middle day of my 3-day trip to Sapporo when I found this tour. I never expected to be able to go to Furano and Biei! It would have been difficult to do it on my own, so I was glad to find this option. They also had proper infection control measures in place. Participants were able to join without unnecessary chatting in the car, which made it feel safe. I knew it was June, but it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't flower season.

2泊3日の札幌旅行の中日をどう過ごすか考えていたところ このツアーを見つけました。
まさか富良野や美瑛まで行けるなんて‼️ 個人では難しいですから良かったです。
感染対策もしっかりされてました。参加者も車内で無駄におしゃべりすることなく 安心して参加できました。
分かっていましたが6月なので花の時期ではなかったことが残念でした。

I was impressed by the ingenuity and efforts of the airline, which has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since an active flight attendant served as our guide, I thought it was remarkable how well they observed the participants and provided thoughtful care without any excess.

My son has a disability, but they handled the situation very smartly by not being overly nervous while appropriately checking on his condition and confirming whether he needed support.

They also engaged in a lot of casual conversation with the participants, which left a very friendly and approachable impression.

The facility was accessible for those with wheelchairs or strollers, and it’s not far from the nearest Anamori Inari Station, so I recommend it to those who may be concerned.

It was also lucky that it was the first day of merchandise sales. I hear that the lineup will increase in the future, so there’s excitement in getting rare items.

Although it was a tour of the training center, I had expected to see training equipment and observe training in action up close, or perhaps even experience something like a simulated training session, but of course, that was not the case, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.

I hope that in the future, there will be opportunities to watch or experience demonstrations of training.

コロナ禍で打撃を受けた航空会社の鋭意工夫、努力が随所に伺えて感銘を受けました。

現役のCAさんがガイドを務めてくださってるだけあって、参加者のことをよく観察し、過不足なく気遣ってくださることは流石だと思いました。

同伴した息子には障害があるのですが、過度に神経質になるでもなく、でも適切にコンディションをヒアリングし、サポートの必要の有無を確認するあたりがとてもスマートな対応でした。

参加者との雑談もたくさんしてくださり、とても、気さくで親しみやすいのも好印象でした。

車椅子やバギーでも見学できる施設でしたので(最寄りの穴守稲荷駅からもさほど遠くない)心配されている方にもオススメです。

ちょうどグッズの販売が始まった初日で、それもラッキーでした。
今後さらにラインナップが増えるとのことで、レアアイテムゲットの楽しみもありますよ。

訓練センターの見学ではありますが、実際に訓練機器や訓練してる様子を間近で見学できるわけではないし、模擬訓練みたいなものを体験できるかな、と期待してたのですが、そんなものはもちろんなく
その点でちょっと物足りなさを感じました。

今後はデモンストレーション用の訓練を見たり体験できるようになるといいなぁ、と思います。

This is a sightseeing bus tour that covers almost all the famous spots in Ishigaki Island. If you take the morning tour, you can catch the first flight from Okinawa, and if you have an evening flight, you can get off at Ishigaki Airport, which is very convenient. It was great to hear the guide's explanations and the performance of the sanshin.

石垣島の名所をほぼ回る観光バスツアーです。ツアー午前の便なら沖縄からの始発便でも間に合うし、夕方の飛行機なら石垣島空港でも降りられるのでとても便利ですよ。添乗員さんの説明や三線の歌唱などが聞けてとても良かったです。

I participated in this trip as a solo traveler. Although I felt a bit lonely since there were no other solo travelers, the continuous beautiful scenery made me forget about that. If I could be a little selfish, I would have liked to extend my stay on Iriomote Island and do a bit more sightseeing by bus. Conversely, I think half the time on Yufu Island would have been sufficient. I appreciated that on Taketomi Island, I could choose my return time. As a solo traveler, I was able to see everything quickly, so I had extra time. Overall, it was a wonderful tour that created lovely memories.

今回は一人旅で参加しました。
他に一人旅の人がいなくて少し寂しい気がしましたが、それを忘れる位の素敵な風景の連続でした。
しいてわがままを言わせていただければ、西表島の滞在時間を少しのばして、もう少しバスで観光したかったです。
逆に由布島は半分くらいの時間でも十分だったと思います。
竹富島は帰りの時間が選べるのは良かったと思いました。
一人旅だとあっという間に見て回れるので時間が余るくらいでした。
トータル的には素敵な思い出が出来たツアーでした。

Since it was the off-season, I ended up trekking with just the guide. I participated with some anxiety as a beginner in trekking and being out of shape. It was definitely not easy, but thanks to the guide's thoughtful attention, I was able to reach Jomon Sugi and make it back! The guide taught me about great photo spots and how to take pictures, allowing me to capture many wonderful memories. The next day, I was in a lot of pain from muscle soreness, but I truly feel it was worth it! Thank you so much, guide!!

閑散期ということもありガイドさんと2人でのトレッキングとなりました。トレッキング初心者で運動不足という不安を抱えながらの参加でした。決して楽ではなかったですが、ガイドさんの所々の気配りのお陰で縄文杉まで行って帰ってくることができました！撮影スポットや写真の撮り方など教えていただき、たくさんの素敵な思い出を写真に残すことができました。翌日は筋肉痛で大変でしたが行って良かったと本当に思います！ガイド本当にありがとうございました！！

The price for this bus tour, which runs almost every day, is unbeatable. I think it's the best value for money. The tour guide mentioned it was their first day on the job, but they were very considerate in many ways. I believe it's a very good company.

Every year, I used to visit Ishigaki Island with my daughter. Since my husband and I can no longer drive, we decided to ask a sightseeing taxi service for help. This was my 11th visit to Ishigaki Island, and we were able to drive along mountain roads we had never been on before, enjoy breathtaking views in spacious grasslands, and relax at a restaurant where we could savor delicious lunch and juice. They guided us through a fulfilling day. They even accompanied us to the hospital for my husband's swollen joints. I feel I can give my daughter, who will be commemorating her third anniversary this year, some good news. I would definitely like to use your services again next time. Thank you very much.

車の運転ができなくなった私達夫婦は観光タクシーさんにお願いすることにしました。私は11回目の石垣島となりましたが、それまで行った事のない山合の道をドライブしたり、広々とした草原で絶景を望めたり、ゆったりとランチやジュースが美味しく頂けるお店等々、沢山案内して下さり充実した一日を過ごすことができました。手の関節が腫れてしまった主人のために病院にまで付き添って頂きました。

I was able to see a polar bear mother nursing her cub. The feeding time of the orangutans and giraffes was also enjoyable, and I got to hear explanations from the keepers, which led to fun and new discoveries! The keepers' love for the animals really came through, making for a heartwarming day.

I participated with my elderly parents. It was helpful that the tour started and ended in Naha City. I was glad to finally visit Cape Hedo and Daichi Forest, and to meet Kuta-kun, the Okinawa rail! The tour was the day after the rainy season ended, so it was sunny and hot, but the bus travel made it comfortable!

At Shimamu Coast, the sun was shining, and I was able to see the beautiful Shakotan blue. It was a pity that I couldn't go beyond the gate at Cape Kamoi due to the strong winds.

Since public transportation doesn't reach Shimamu Coast, considering that lunch is included and they take you there on a bus, it's not too expensive. However, as someone who isn't fond of seafood, I would have preferred an option without a meal...

島武意海岸は日も差していてキレイな積丹ブルーを見ることができました。神威岬は強風過ぎて門から先に行くことが出来ず残念でした。
公共交通機関だと島武意海岸に行けないので、昼食がついていてバスに乗りっぱなしで連れて行ってくれることを考えれば高くはないですね。
ただ、海鮮が苦手な私は出来れば食事無しの選択肢が欲しかった…

Renting a car is definitely more cost-effective, and it allowed me to shop and sightsee without rushing! However, I did think the driving was a bit rough at times! w

レンタカー借りてめぐるより、断然お得だし時間も急ぐことなく余裕もって買い物や観光ができました！

This was my first time joining a tour to Jomon Sugi as a solo traveler. I was worried about whether I could make the round trip in the 10 hours indicated, but the guide provided excellent guidance and even became a photographer at times, taking wonderful pictures. It was the best tour. Thank you very much.

I often used Viator when traveling abroad. It's good to use it domestically as well. The guide was experienced and provided travel advice at just the right distance. Since I can't travel abroad often now, I will use it again.

The Shakotan Peninsula shows various landscapes depending on the weather. After the rain the day before, we have great weather! Although the wind picked up and we couldn't reach the tip of the peninsula, the views were wonderful. Meanwhile, the location of the underwater observation boat was calm, and we enjoyed feeding the seagulls. The sea urchin for lunch and the sake tasting at the brewery were also very satisfying.

天気次第で様々な景色を見せる積丹半島。前日の雨から一転、いい天気です!風が強くなり半島の先端には辿り着けませんでしたが素晴らしい景色です。一方、海中展望船の場所は凪の状態、カモメの餌付けも楽しめました。昼ご飯の雲丹、酒蔵のお酒の試飲も大満足でした。

The guidance at Ishigaki Port was very polite, and there was no confusion! The experience on Taketomi Island was also smooth. However, I regret not having made a reservation for a rental bicycle in advance, as everywhere was fully booked. Walking around the island during my free time was a bit tiring.
