It was rich in content, but it would have been better to have a bit more time to explore each sightseeing spot. There were participants from nine countries on this day.

It was quite a busy tour since we stayed in three places, but I think it's perfect for those who are greedy for experiences. The guide provided detailed explanations on the bus and suggested several recommended spots and efficient ways to get around, allowing us to choose according to our interests, which was great! The guide spoke all the content fluently in three languages, and they were wonderful!

3箇所に滞在ということで、かなり忙しいツアーではありましたが、欲張りな人にはピッタリのツアーだと思います。
バスの中でガイドさんが丁寧に説明をしてくださり、またお薦めスポットや効率的な周り方をいくつか提案してくれたので自分の興味に合わせて選択できてとても良かったです！
全ての内容を3カ国語きちんと話してくださり素晴らしいガイドさんでした！

It was a great tour that allowed us to cover all the places we wanted to visit in Okinawa in just one day. The driving was safe, and the guide provided thorough explanations about each location.

On the way to the Churaumi Aquarium, there were restroom breaks, which was reassuring. (The guide also explained that it’s good to use the restroom at other places as well.)

We enjoyed not only the sightseeing spots but also the views of the ocean, the streets of Okinawa, and the local vegetation from the car window.

沖縄の行きたいところを1日で網羅できる、
良いツアーでした。
運転も安全運転ですし、ガイドさんも各場所について丁寧に説明してくださいます。

行きの美ら海水族館までは
途中トイレ休憩もあるので安心です。
(他の場所でもトイレに行っておいた方が良いなども説明してくださります)

各観光地はもちろん車窓から見える海や、
沖縄の街並み、植生など楽しめました。

Phanton Island really lives up to its name — it’s so unreal in its beauty. Snorkeling was fun, though the area we went to that day was just okay — we mainly saw corals, with not many fish or sea turtles around. Still, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience overall.

In mid-October, after the typhoon, it was clear and sunny. I didn't have the luxury to enjoy the surrounding scenery, but I was satisfied to have completed the hike! As a housewife in my 50s, I had been training for two weeks, walking 10 km with a 3.5 kg backpack (500 g on each foot) 2 to 3 times a week, and climbing stairs 30 to 50 times daily. Although my right foot couldn't lift at one point, I was able to see Jomon Sugi and make it back down, which boosted my confidence. The guide's explanations were good, but I couldn't hear them from the back. They adjusted the pace according to the group's condition! It was a great experience!

10月中旬台風後快晴　周りの景色を見る余裕はなかったが完走でき満足！
50代専業主婦2週間前より2〜3回/w足に各500gリュックに3.5kg入れ4→10km歩き連日階段昇降30〜50回。途中右足上がらなくなるも縄文杉・下山もでき自信がつきました。
ガイドさんの話は良かったですが後方では聞こえません。グループの様子に合わせ進めてくれます！
良い体験でした！

I spent a relaxing time riding a water buffalo cart. Each buffalo has its own personality, and even in just a short time, you can grow fond of them. The mangrove scenery completely made me forget the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a luxurious moment wrapped in the tranquility of nature.

水牛車に乗って、ゆったりとした時間を過ごしました。牛にはそれぞれ個性があって、ほんの少しの時間でも愛着がわいてしまいます。マングローブの景色は、都会の喧騒をすっかり忘れさせてくれ、自然の静けさに包まれる贅沢なひとときでした。

In the morning, I picked up my glass boat tickets and headed to Kabira Bay by bus. I was moved by the breathtakingly beautiful scenery! In the afternoon, I went snorkeling. The weather was perfect, the water clarity was high, and the corals were clearly visible. I was able to enjoy the colorful fish, and I was very satisfied. It was worth the effort to prepare and be in great shape for this experience.

午前中はグラスボートのチケットを受け取り、路線バスで川平湾へ向かいました。息をのむほど美しい光景に感動！ 午後からはシュノーケリング。天候にも恵まれ、透明度が高く、サンゴもくっきりと見えました。色とりどりの魚たちを楽しむことができ、大満足です。 体調を整え、万全の準備で臨んだ甲斐がありました。

Feeding the bears was fun. The bears' actions when I fed them were interesting. It was amusing to see the bears banging on the iron fence when I couldn't throw the food near them.

クマへの餌やりは楽しかったです。エサをやったときのクマの仕草が面白かった。クマの付近に投げれなければクマが鉄柵を叩く仕草は面白かった。

I would like the more time for the tour!

In short, a good tour experience.

Since there were fewer participants than usual, I was able to have enjoyable interactions with the wonderful guide, driver, and other participants. We traveled while admiring the beautiful autumn leaves of Hokkaido from the window. At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, we couldn't ride the lift because the competition was the next day, but I was moved to see famous athletes practicing their jumps! Despite the unfortunate weather, I created even more wonderful memories of Hokkaido.

たまたま参加人数が少なかったこともあり、素敵なガイドさんや運転手さん、他の参加者さんとも楽しい交流ができて良かったです。車窓からは北海道の素晴らしい紅葉を眺めながらの移動。大倉山ジャンプ競技場では翌日が試合日だったためリフトには乗れませんでしたが、有名選手の練習ジャンプを観ることができて感動しました！あいにくの天気でしたが、それ以上に楽しい北海道の思い出ができました。

I was satisfied with the tour that efficiently covered the remote islands, and surprisingly, there was plenty of time. Since local people acted as guides, I was able to experience the local atmosphere and felt relaxed while listening to the sanshin. This was the most satisfying tour I had on Ishigaki Island.

離島を効率よく回るツアーで、意外に時間も十分あり満足でした。　
現地の人がガイドになったりするので、現地の雰囲気味わい、三線聴きながら、癒されました。
私が石垣島でのツアーの中で1番満足度が高いです。

The bus seats were spacious, allowing us to enjoy the trip without getting tired. The tour guide communicated the necessary information clearly without talking too much, which was great. It would have been better if lunch had a bit more volume; perhaps they were expecting us to snack while walking around?

I used VELTRA on October 11. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time using it, but both the guide and the driver were very kind, and I was able to visit various places effectively without wasting time. I would like to participate in a different location next time.

VELTRAは、初めての利用で多少不安かありましたが、ガイドさんも運転手さんも凄く親切で、時間を無駄にすることなく、効果的に各地を見学できました。
また、今度は違う場所にも参加したいと思います。

The course was two hours in Takayama and two hours in Shirakawa-go. It was a good decision to have lunch in Takayama as per the guide's explanation, and we were on schedule. The autumn leaves were just beginning to change, and I could feel the season. In Shirakawa-go, I experienced the quiet lifestyle of the snow country from long ago. It was unfortunate that the Wada House, a national cultural asset, was closing early and we couldn't go inside. The bus was comfortable, the guide provided clear explanations, and everyone else on board was quiet, making for an enjoyable time.

高山２時間、白川郷２時間のコースでした。
時間通りの日程で、ガイドさんからの説明どおり高山で昼食をとり正解でした。紅葉になり始めており、秋を感じました。白川郷では、騒音のない雪国の昔からの暮らしを感じ取れました。国の文化財の和田家が、早く閉館する日で中に入れず残念でした。
バスも快適、ガイドさんからも分かりやすい説明があり、また同乗の他の方々もみなさん静かで、楽しいひとときでした。

I participated alone. I was a bit anxious, but I didn't have to share a seat on the bus, and during meals, they arranged for solo participants to sit with other solo participants. Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka had truly beautiful flowers, and the cheese fondue for lunch was exquisite. The travel time was quite long, but I was very satisfied because I could listen to the guide's explanations through earphones, and the guide's stories were enjoyable. It was also great that I could choose from several drop-off locations on the way back.

1人参加しました。不安でしたが、バス席は相席せずでしたし、食事の時は1人参加の人は他の1人参加の方と相席になるようにしてくださいました。ファーム富田や、四季彩の丘は、本当に花が綺麗でしたし、お昼のチーズフォンデュは絶品でした。移動時間が結構長かったですが、イヤホンで案内を聞かせてくださったり、ガイドさんのお話も楽しかったので、大満足でした。帰りの降車も何箇所か選べてとても良かったです。

The enthusiastic Chinese guide gave a detailed introduction to ANA. It's such a great luck to hear about ANA in my native language and understand it better. I hope more Chinese courses can be offered, like for pilots or ground staff, so people can learn more about the airline industry.

The weather was favorable, and since it was a weekday, there were few people, allowing us to fully enjoy Jomon Sugi. There were over 30 participants in total, but we were divided into several groups, making it easier to move around with about eight people in each group.

天気にも恵まれ、平日だったので人も少なく、縄文杉を満喫できた。全体の参加者は30人以上だったが、いくつかグループに分かれ、8名程度の班行動となるので、行動しやすかった。

The friendly staff and the driver for the mangrove tour are very helpful and will answer any questions you have, making it an interesting experience. It seems that the timing is divided by groups, but it can be unclear which group you belong to, and the meeting time after lunch can be confusing, which made me a bit anxious. However, if you ask the nearby staff, they will provide you with the information, so you can feel at ease.

親切な対応でマングローブ遊覧の運転手さんも質問すれば丁寧に答えてくれますので面白いです。時間などはグループによって分けられてるみたいですが、自分がどこのグループなのかなどは分かりづらくて昼食後の集合時間などわかりにくいところもあり不安になりましたが、近くのスタッフさんに訪ねると教えてくれますので安心です。

Nothing to say bad this was an amazing experience especially due to the staff!!

yes the weather was bad and the traffic also, however it felt like trying to cram too much into the day especially when doing two pick ups and drop offs an hour apart

I also love airplanes (especially ANA), and my elementary school child is a big fan of ANA as well, so we visited for the first time as a family. We were able to observe the training of ground staff, cabin crew, cargo and ground handling staff, maintenance personnel, and pilots. There were also exhibits and explanation corners related to each profession, and we got to hear interesting behind-the-scenes stories from the current ANA employees, which was very engaging and left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the photo spots and experience corners, we could try out the various roles we saw on the tour, and it felt like we were part of the ANA group employees, even if just for a little while.

自分も飛行機（特にANA）が好きで、小学生の子供もANAが大好きなので、家族で初めて行ってきました。グランドスタッフ、客室乗務員、貨物・グランドハンドリングスタッフ、整備士、パイロットが実際に訓練している様子を見学できる他、それぞれの職種に関する実物などの展示・解説コーナーもあり、ANAの現役の社員の方の丁寧で親切な説明で仕事の裏話も聞けたりして、とても面白く、家族全員大満足でした。フォトスポット・体験コーナーでは 、ツアーで見た各職種の体験ができて、少しだけANAグループの社員になれた気分でした。

The driver's skills were excellent, making for a reassuring tour. And above all, the guide was amazing! They were fluent in Japanese and Chinese, and the explanations were easy to understand. It was the best bus tour!

There were about three groups of Japanese participants and fifteen groups of foreigners. Thanks to everyone sticking to the schedule, the tour proceeded mostly as planned, even though our return was slightly delayed due to traffic.

The guide, Kim, mentioned that he was not very familiar with Japanese, but he provided simple explanations about the tourist spots and the flow of the tour without any issues. I think it was a great tour that allowed us to efficiently visit various attractions.

When I come to Okinawa again, I will try a different course. Thank you very much.

参加者は日本人3組と外国の方15組ほど。
皆さん時間を守って行動していたおかげで、渋滞で多少帰着が遅れたものの、おおむね予定通りツアーが進みました。

ガイドのキムさんは日本語が不慣れとおっしゃっていましたが、何の問題もなく観光地の簡単な説明や流れの説明などされていました。
効率よく色々な名所に行けて、良いツアーだったと思います。

また沖縄に来た際は、別のコースに参加してみます。

I felt that guests from more than three countries participated, and they kindly guided us in Japanese, Chinese, and English. The tour guide was from Taiwan, bright and friendly with a wonderful smile! I could feel their thoughtful attention, and they were very kind. They communicated with all of us participating in the tour, including us, with smiles, and I believe everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. I am truly grateful for their interesting and enthusiastic explanations.

Our stay at Asahiyama Zoo was about an hour and a half, which might feel a bit short for those who want to take their time, but we were able to see almost all the popular animals, except for those that were resting! Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to see both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls well. The wonderful memories were thanks to the tour guide! I was very happy to have such a lovely encounter, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you very much to the tour guide and the driver!

体感では三か国以上のお客さんが参加していて、日本語・中国語・英語の三か国語で丁寧に案内してくださいました。
添乗員さんは台湾の方で、明るく気さくで笑顔がとても素敵！細やかな気配りも感じられ、とても優しい方でした。
私たちを含め、ツアーに参加しているみなさんと笑顔でコミュニケーションを取っていて、皆さん安心して楽しく過ごせたのではと思います。
また、面白く楽しく、一生懸命説明してくださって本当に感謝です。

旭山動物園の滞在は約1時間半で、じっくり見たい方には少し短く感じるかもしれませんが、人気の動物をはじめ、お休み中の動物以外はほとんど見ることができました！
あいにくの天気でしたが、青い池も白ひげの滝もよく見ることができました。
良い思い出になったのは添乗員さんのおかげです！
一期一会の素敵な出会いに恵まれ、とても嬉しかったです。

At the end of October, I challenged myself to trekking with my father during the cold season. It was quite dark around us, and we walked while shining a flashlight, but it felt like we were exploring the unknown and going on an adventure, which was very enjoyable and lifted my spirits. The guide not only talked about the history of Yakushima but also shared his own experiences and life stories, which was educational! I was also moved by being able to drink natural water. By the time we reached Jomon Sugi, my father was completely exhausted and it seemed like he couldn't handle it anymore, which was quite funny. His face was so desperate that it became a lifelong memory. Although it was my father's idea to go trekking, I ended up getting hooked on it. I was also happy that the other participants in the tour were very nice people. I hope to challenge myself again someday.

10月末の寒い時期に父の付き添いでトレッキングに挑戦。辺りがかなり暗く懐中電灯を照らしながら歩きましたが未知の開拓、冒険をしているみたいでとても楽しくてテンションが上がりました。ガイドさんも屋久島の歴史だけではなく自分の経歴や人生について話してくださり勉強に！また自然の水を飲めたことに感動しました。縄文杉についたころには父は大バテでそれどころじゃなかったようです笑その顔があまりにも必死すぎて一生の思い出です。父が発案して行ったトレッキングでしたが私がハマりました。一緒にツアーに参加された方々もとても良い人たちだったのが嬉しかったです。またいつか挑戦したいなと思います。

This was my first time participating in a bus tour alone. I knew that there would be many Chinese participants on this overseas tour, but there were delays due to some people arriving late or not showing up at all, which caused our departure to be quite late. However, since there were few Japanese participants (only two of us that day), the guide was attentive and kindly took photos at sightseeing spots and made sure to consider our seating arrangements.

I don't mind traveling alone, so I enjoyed the free time, and I am grateful to the driver for taking us to some truly wonderful tourist attractions despite the long drive. While announcements were primarily in Chinese and Korean, the guide also provided explanations in Japanese, so there were no inconveniences.

I brought my own lunch, but if I hadn't, the guide offered advice on where to buy food along the way, and we could also purchase items at cafes at the sightseeing spots within the time limit (eating was mostly done on the bus or while walking). The tourist sites were grand and rich in nature, but there were many stairs and slopes, and even though we traveled by bus, I ended up walking about 15,000 steps! It might require some stamina!

1人でのバスツアー参加自体初めてでした。
海外の方向けのツアーで、中国人が多いのは承知で行きましたがやはり遅刻されてきたり来なかったりでかなり出発は遅れました。
ただ日本人が少なかった(当日は2人でした)分、ガイドの方も気にかけてくださり観光名所でも写真を撮ってくださったり、席の配慮など、優しく声をかけてくださいました。
1人行動は嫌いじゃないので自由時間は楽しめましたし、とても素敵な観光名所に連れてってくださったのでロングドライブを頑張ってくださった運転手の方にも感謝しています。
中国語、韓国語のアナウンスが優先になりますが、ちゃんと日本語でも観光地の説明をしてくださったので不便なかったです。
昼食は持参しましたが、なければ道中のどこで買えばいいなどアドバイスもしてくださいますし、観光地のカフェも時間内なら購入できました。(食べるのはバスの中か歩きながらという感じでした)
観光地は壮大で自然豊かな場所ばかりなのでやはり階段、坂が多くバス移動なのに15000歩くらいは歩いてました。笑　体力は必要かもしれません！

The glass structure with good ventilation is important for the organization. There, you can literally observe from an "overhead perspective."

The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and they allowed time for questions as we progressed, so even someone like me, who isn't very bright, was able to understand properly!

I'm glad I participated in the tour.
