Younger participants might have had the energy to venture out more. Still, due to the high level of freedom, I was able to engage in quite a bit of individual activity.

I participated as a means of transportation since I didn't drive. There was a Soki soba restaurant I wanted to visit near Churaumi and the Fukugi trees, so I went to eat right after entering Churaumi and then enjoyed the aquarium. However, the grounds were quite large, so I did a lot of walking! Because of the heat, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to walk through the Fukugi trees as much on my route.

車運転をしなかったので移動手段として参加しました。美ら海やフクギ並木の近くに行きたいソーキそば屋さんがあったため、美ら海入ってすぐ食べに行ってから水族館を楽しみました。ただ敷地内が広いためとても歩きました！フクギは暑いせいもあって、あまり並木を通らずに終わるルートで少し残念でした。。
