Above all, it was great that it was only Japanese people. From the initial explanation to the detailed instructions for transferring vehicles, everything was clear and there was no confusion. Finally, thank you for taking us by large bus to the ANA InterContinental Hotel. The tour guide, the person who provided explanations, and the driver were all great.

何よりも、日本人だけだったのが最高でした。最初の説明から乗り物の乗り換えや、間違わないように導く細かな指示が解りやすく、迷うことが無かった。最後は貸し切りでANAインターコンチネンタルホテルまで大型バスで送って頂きありがとうございました。添乗員らしき方も、説明頂いた方も、運転手さんも良かったです。

Tour was really good except food.
Tour guide she was really a good girl... we thoroughly enjoyed our trip with her.

Food was not good
Though it was traditional but it was yukk.
We got some pastry n coffee to fill our tummy afterwards as we were hungry since morning and got to have this lunch which we couldn’t eat.
Hope to have some room of improvement for food in coming trips.

I stayed in Osaka for three days, and while searching online for a day trip to Kyoto, I found this tour. My mother and I participated in a monitor tour, which offered a free spot for one person if we submitted our experiences. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the tour, and there were many school trip students, tourists, and foreigners everywhere. The rain made it difficult to move forward as umbrellas kept bumping into each other, and we often had to return early. My mother also had trouble walking, so we bought some souvenirs and returned to the bus early to rest. I was really happy that our tour guide, Haru, was considerate and checked on us frequently. I am very grateful for that. I hope for better weather next time and would like to participate again.

大阪に3日間滞在するので、一日京都へ行ってみようとネットで検索していたら、このツアーを見つけました。母と二人で参加し、モニターツアーで、体験談を投稿すると、１人分が無料になるということに魅力を感じ参加することにしました。当日はあいにくの雨で、どこも修学旅行生や観光客、外国の方で人が多く、雨も降っていたので、傘が当たってなかなか前に進めず途中で帰ってくることが多かったです。母も足が悪く、歩くのが辛そうだったので、お土産を買って早めにバスに帰り休んでいました。そけで、添乗員のハルさんが気をつかってくださり、よく声をかけていただけたことが嬉かったです。すごく感謝してます。次回は天気に恵まれることを祈り、また参加してみたいとおもいました。

This is my second time in Ishigaki Island. Last time I rented a car, but this time I didn't, so I joined a half-day island tour. Since the forecast predicted rain on the day of my reservation, I asked the bus company to change it, and I was glad to receive a positive response from a very friendly employee. The guide provided detailed explanations about the island, which helped me understand Ishigaki Island better, and the lunch was delicious. It was a satisfying tour.

石垣島は2度目ですが、前回はレンタカーで今回はレンタカーを借りなかったので半日の島巡りツアーに参加しました。予約日が雨の予報でしたので、変更を当日バス会社にお願いしましたが、とても感じのいい社員の方からのOKの返事を頂いてよかったです。ガイドさんの丁寧な島の説明で石垣島のことがよくわかりましたし、昼食も美味しかったです。満足のツアーでした。

I participated in the morning tour. I was looking forward to the guide being the famous old man mentioned, but I was a bit disappointed when it turned out to be a female guide. However, she was very articulate and I was able to enjoy exploring Ishigaki Island.

At Kabira Bay, I took a glass-bottom boat for an additional fee. Although the sea was murky due to low tide, I was able to see sea turtles!

The view from Tamatorizaki Observatory, where you can see both the East China Sea and the Pacific Ocean, was truly wonderful.

If your flight from Ishigaki Airport is around 3 PM, this tour might be just right for you. You can quickly circle Ishigaki Island, enjoy lunch, and be dropped off at the airport at the end, making it a great value for the price.

午前発プランで参加しました。
午前は名物おじさんのガイドという記載があり、楽しみにしていましたが、女性のガイドさんでちょっとがっかり。
しかし、そのガイドの方もとても話上手な方で、楽しく石垣島を巡ることが出来ました。

川平湾では別料金でグラスボートに乗りました。
干潮時で海が濁っていたのですが、ウミガメが見れました！


東シナ海と太平洋が一望できる、玉取崎展望台からの眺望かとても素晴らしいと感じました。

もし、石垣空港からのフライトが3時近くであれば、このツアーを参加するとちょうど良いかもしれません。
石垣島を駆け足で一周出来て、ランチもついて最後は空港で降ろして貰えるので、コスパ最高です。

I was able to create the best memories on my first trip to Okinawa.

First, I went to Kouri Island, and while crossing the Kouri Bridge, we had a "camera time." The staff helped eliminate distractions like the tour name and the driver's UV protection board, providing us with the perfect shooting environment.

The next attraction was the main highlight, the Churaumi Aquarium, where I was overwhelmed by the size and presence of the whale sharks and manta rays. Right next to the giant tank, there’s a café, and I was surprised that as soon as I paid, my food was ready. Eating it while still warm was a delightful surprise. Additionally, at the Okashi Goten, I enjoyed the delicious treats, and at Manzamo, I was reminded of the caves in Dogashima. Ryukyu Village made me feel like I had time-traveled back to a wonderful era.

This time, I signed up for the Wagyu Ryukyu Kaiseki and Ryukyu Dance plan. The Wagyu Ryukyu Kaiseki featured local dishes that exceeded my expectations. I managed to enjoy the shabu-shabu, but I got full from the local beer and awamori, which unfortunately left me unable to finish the meal. Next time, I want to drink alcohol after finishing the food. The Ryukyu Dance was wonderful, allowing me to feel the elegance of the Ryukyu Kingdom.

I appreciate the guide for contacting the restaurant "Urashima" to let them know we might be late. I am very grateful for their consideration. I also want to thank the staff at "Urashima" for their kindness. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄旅行で、最高の思い出作りが出来ました。
まず最初に、古宇利島へ行ったのですが、古宇利大橋を渡るときには、カメラタイムということで、前方に有った、ツアー名、運転手さんの紫外線カットのボード等々の撮影に邪魔な物を排除して頂き、最高の撮影環境を提供して頂きました。
次の観光は、メインの「美ら海水族館」は、ジンベエザメ、マンタには、大きさによる迫力で圧倒されました。 巨大水槽のすぐ隣にはカフェがあるのですが、会計をするとすぐに、料理ができ上がってきたのには、びっくりで、食べて、暖かさに、超びっくりでした。また、菓子御殿は、美味しさを頂き、万座毛は、堂が島の洞窟を思い出したり、琉球村は、昔の良き時代にタイムスリップした錯覚になりました。
今回は、和琉会席・琉球舞踊プランを申込んだのですが、和琉会席は、地元の料理であり、期待・想像以上でしたが、しゃぶしゃぶまでは、頑張って食することができたのですが、地ビール、泡盛のお酒でお腹がいっぱいになり、食事は、残念な結果になりました。次回は、料理を完食後にアルコールを飲みたいと思っています。また、文化知るうえでは、琉球舞踊は、素晴らしく、琉球王国の優雅さが感じることができました。
予約時間に間に合わないかもしれない旨を、ガイドさんから、お店「うらしま」にご連絡して頂き、気配りに感謝・感謝です。
また、「うらしま」のスタッフの優しさも感謝しております。有難うございました。

This tour was really good for visiting many places in one day at a really inexpensive price. I went to four really interesting spots.
While there was an English audio guide on the bus, it wasn't that good and the actual guide doesn't speak English. Which is fine because you don't necessarily need that because most of the location had employees that do speak some English. Also the tour guide sang a few, what I assume, traditional Ryukyu songs.
I wish I had more time in some places and less in others, but like I said for the price it can't be beat. Just be prepared for a long bus ride.

The tour had about 80-90% international participants, and the guide provided information about the sightseeing spots in both Japanese and English. (It felt like participating in an overseas tour...) I was prepared, but the schedule was quite tight! At each destination, we were told to return by a specific time, and before you know it, the time is up. However, I recommend it for those who want to see many famous places in Kyoto in one day! There was the unfortunate news that Kiyomizu-dera is undergoing major renovations!!! But overall, I think it was a great value tour that covered a lot of highlights. Thank you!

ツアーは、８・９割が海外の方でガイドさんが日本語と英語で観光地の案内をしてくれました。（海外ツアーに参加している様な気分も味わえたり．．．）
覚悟はしていましたがかなりタイトなスケジュールです！
各目的地に着くと何時何分までに戻って来てくださいと言われ。あっという間に時間が来てしまいますが、１日で京都の名所をたくさん回りたい方にはお勧めです！
楽しみにしていた清水寺が大改修中！！！という悲劇もありましが、トータル的にはいいとこ取りのお得なツアーだったと思います。ありがとうございました！

Overall the trip was really nice. We had a very good view of Mount Fuji and the lady that guided us was very professional and very well prepared, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere all the time. Unfortunately we've done this trip at the beginning of raining season (beginning of June) so Hakone area and Lake Ashi was immersed in a very thick fog (luckily the weather around Mount Fuji was very good and we had a clear view of the mountain). But again check very carefully the weather before booking the trip! The success of this trip will be defined by the weather conditions! The lunch wasn't very rich but overall OK (hot pot with rice). You can pack some sweets to have it with you.

It was a very international bus tour with only foreign participants. The guide was also fluent in English. They took us to all the important spots, which was very helpful. ^ - ^

Both guides were amazing! I would recommend this tour to anyone, the price is not bad at all and it’s worth it! Specially when traveling with small children and dealing with jumping from train to train to see each sight. This tour was beyond helpful! Convenient and if you don’t plan to take the lunch option, he location where you get drop off has other lunch options available as well.

I thought waking up at 4 AM for two days during a 2-night, 3-day trip would be too much, so I searched for a tour that could be done in one day and joined it. I wasn't even that familiar with "Princess Mononoke," yet I thought about going to Shiratani Unsuikyo, which turned out to be a fateful decision. "Trekking" sounded easy, but it was a proper mountain climb.

It was much more of a climb than I imagined, the path to Taiko Rock suddenly became steep, the trolley path was way too long, and it was far from the point where the trolley path joined to the Arakawa trailhead. I could feel lactic acid building up in my arms along the way, and it was really tough.

I usually don't exercise at all, and I only have the stamina and willpower to push through wanting to run a full marathon or climb Mount Fuji once a year, but this time felt the hardest.

I went to see Jomon Sugi, but Taiko Rock was unexpectedly impressive, and I felt just as moved. It was really tough, but the guide said, "If you split it up, it will be hard for two days, so it's better to do it in one day. Ideally, staying overnight and taking it slow is best," so if you're not going to stay overnight, it's better to do it all in one day.

It's tougher than I imagined (I can't say it enough), but it's manageable with willpower. The guide's perfect timing for encouragement and breaks really helped. It was impressive how friendly all the guides in Yakushima were; they were chatting with each other when passing by. On this course, you pass people who have already reached Jomon Sugi and are on their way back, so when it was tough, hearing "Keep going! You're almost there!" was surprisingly motivating.

I highly recommend you go. On the way back, since it was in the direction of the guide's home, I was grateful they dropped me off at a hotel that was outside their usual range.

2泊3日で二日4時起きはかんべん、と思って1日でまとめていけるツアーを探して参加。もののけ姫も対してみてないのに白谷雲水峡もいくかと思ったのが運のつき。「トレッキング」なんて甘い、ちゃんとした登山だった。笑
想像以上に登山だし、
太鼓岩までの道が途中から急に険しいし、
トロッコ道が長すぎるし笑、
太鼓岩から合流したトロッコ道の地点から荒川登山口までも遠いし笑、
途中で腕に乳酸が溜まってるのがわかって本当につらかった。笑

普段全く運動してなくて、
1年に1度、フルマラソン走りたい、富士山登りたい・・を根性で乗り切ってきた程度の体力と気力の持ち主だが、今回が一番辛く感じた。。

縄文杉を見たくて行ったが、太鼓岩が想像以上によく、同じくらいの感動があった。
本当につらいが、ガイドさんも「分けていったら2日間辛いんだから、1日で行った方がいい。本当は泊まってゆっくり行くのがベスト」と言っていたので、泊まらないくらいなら1日でまとめたほうがいい。

想像以上にきつい（なんどもいう）笑が、気力で乗り切れるレベル。
ガイドさんの絶妙な声かけ、休憩のタイミングと人柄に救われた。
屋久島はみんなガイドさんが仲よいらしく、すれ違う時も会話していたのが印象的だった。このコースだと、縄文杉につくタイミングで、縄文杉にすでに到着して帰ってくる人とすれ違うので、辛い時に「頑張って！もう少しだから！」と言ってもらえたのが想像以上に力になった（笑）。

ぜひ、行ってみてください。
帰り、ガイドさんの家の方面ということもあり、範囲外のホテルまで送ってくれたのもありがたかったです。

I participated in the afternoon on the day I arrived. Since there were only two stops, the travel time was long, but I was able to feel the essence of Yakushima. Yakusugi Land was great.

After getting off the bus, I noticed that the bus with just the tour guide and the driver waved at me as they were returning from dropping off other passengers at the hotel, which made me happy.

着いた日に午後参加。2箇所だけの立ち寄りだったので移動時間が長かったが、屋久島を感じられた。
ヤクスギランドよかった。

バスを降りたあと、他の乗客をホテルに送った帰りだと思うが、バスガイドさんと運転手さんだけのバスとすれ違った時に気づいてくれて、手を振ってくれて嬉しかった。

It takes a whole day, but they will take you to all the major spots. I think it's great for those who don't drive. The admission fee for Churaumi Aquarium is included, so I think it's cheap. The tour guide also shares some interesting stories about Okinawa. More than half of the tour participants were foreigners from China and South Korea. They were provided with audio guides. There was enough space on the bus, so I used two seats for myself and comfortably napped during the ride. It was disappointing that the stay on Kouri Island was too short, and I couldn't fully enjoy the sea. But I ended up spending time at a shop where sea grapes were cheap, haha. However, even including that, 20 minutes was too short. Personally, I thought American Village wasn't worth visiting. I was puzzled about what to do there.

丸一日かかりますが、一通りメジャーなところに連れて行ってくれます。
運転しない人にとっては良いと思います。
美ら海の入場料も入っているので安いと思います。
添乗員さんもちょいちょい沖縄ネタを話してくれるので面白いです。
ツアー参加者の半分以上が中国、韓国あたりの外国人でした。
そちらの方には音声ガイドが配られていました。
バスの座席に余裕があったので１人２席使って、移動中は寝たりして快適に過ごしていました。
古宇利島の滞在時間が短すぎて、海が全然堪能できなかったのは残念。
でもこれは海ぶどうが安いというお店で時間を費やしてしまったためｗ
しかしこれも含めて２０分てのは短すぎたな～
アメリカンビレッジは個人的には行かなくて良いかなと思いました。
何して過ごせばいいのか謎でした。

There are various optional tours available on Taketomi Island, but the reason I chose VELTRA is that they offer round-trip transportation to and from the hotel. The tour included a water buffalo cart ride, bicycle rental, and the chance to enjoy Taketomi Island. Especially the water buffalo cart ride was nice because it was just my husband and me along with one other couple, allowing us to ride comfortably. The person who provided the round-trip transportation to the hotel was very friendly and kind, and since we were the only ones on the way there, they shared a lot of local information, which was enjoyable. I'm glad I used their service.

竹富島でのオプショナルツアーはいろいろな旅行会社でありますが、私がVELTRAさんを選んだ理由は、ホテルまでの往復送迎があるからです。ツアー内容は、水牛車・レンタサイクルと竹富島を楽しむことが出来ました。特に水牛車は、たまたま私達夫婦ともう一組だけでしたので、ゆったりと乗車することが出来ました。ホテルまで往復送迎してくださった方はとても楽しく親切で、往路は私達だけでしたので、地元情報などいろいろ教えていただき楽しかったです。利用して良かったです。

I rode all three courses, and it was a very good ticket for efficiently sightseeing in Tokyo. Since I could get off at various stops, I was able to enjoy different places by checking the timetable in advance. I plan to use it again for my next Tokyo sightseeing trip.

３つのコース全て乗車し、効率的に東京観光出来るので、私にとってはとてもよい乗車券でした。
途中下車出来るので、自分が行きたい場所で乗り降り出来るので、予め時刻表を確認する事で、いろいろな場所を楽しむ事が出来ました。
次の東京観光の時にも、利用しようと思います。

The main focus of this trip was to take photos of the kids on Taketomi Island, so we chose a tour that included a bus sightseeing option. It seemed like my daughter was really into searching for star sand. The bus driver was very kind to the children and had a great demeanor. However, the tour itself felt a bit tight on time. We only got off the bus to look for star sand, and the rest was from the window, so we couldn't take many photos. Later, we hurriedly rented bicycles to explore. Since it's a small island, it might have been better to start with a rental cycle course. That's my lack of research...

The water buffalo cart was a huge hit with the family! We could leisurely stroll through the stone-built village just as I had imagined, and the guide's explanations included some humor, which kept the kids engaged. I felt that next time, I would like to stay overnight on Taketomi Island!

今回の旅行のメインが竹富島で子供達の写真を撮る事だったので、バス観光付きのツアーを選択。娘のメインは星の砂探しだったようで夢中になってました。バス観光の運転手さんは子供達にも優しく接してくれてとても感じのよい方でした。ただ、ツアー自体はちょっと時間がタイトかな？下車するのも星の砂だけであとは車窓からなので写真を撮る事は出来ず、後から慌てて自転車借りて走り回りました。小さい島なので最初からレンタルサイクルのコースにすればよかったかも。私のリサーチ不足ですね。。。

水牛車は家族も大喜び！イメージしてた通りの石垣造りの集落をのんびりと散策できるし、ガイドさんの説明も所々に笑いを挟み子供達も退屈しない内容でした。次回は竹富島でゆっくり一泊したいなぁと感じました！！

I thought it would be a hassle to rent a car from Naha to the Churaumi Aquarium, so I looked for a bus tour and found one to join. The time spent at the Churaumi Aquarium was just right, and it was great that we could stop by Kouri Island and Sunset Beach as well. About half of the participants were foreigners.

那覇から美ら海水族館まで、レンタカーを借りていくのも面倒と思い、バスツアーを探していて見つけ、参加しました。
美ら海水族館の滞在時間もちょうどよく、古宇利島やサンセットビーチに立ち寄れたのもよかったです。
参加者の半分くらいは外国人でした。

The guide was talented, and it was an enjoyable tour. The scenery at Kabira Bay was beautiful, and seeing the underwater world from the glass-bottom boat was fascinating. The gradient of blue from the coral reefs was stunning from the Tamatorizaki Observatory. The meals were delicious. However, it was a bit busy, and it was disappointing that there were some places we could only see from the car window.

ガイドさんが芸達者で、楽しいツアーでした。
川平湾は風景がきれいで、グラスボートで見る海中も興味深かった。
玉取崎展望台からは、珊瑚礁による青のグラデーションがきれいだった。
食事も美味しかった。
ただし、少し忙しく、車窓から見るだけの場所もあったことが残念だった。

The staff handling the mountain gear transfer and the trekking guides were all kind and attentive. I was able to travel with minimal luggage. I would like to use their services again next time.

登山グッズの受け渡しの方、トレッキングガイドさん、皆さん親切で丁寧でした。荷物を最低限にして旅行できました。次も利用したいと思いました。

I have traveled with my mother many times, but this was her first visit to Ishigaki Island, so we participated in this tour. It was very helpful because organizing a schedule on our own with ferry transfers and the water buffalo cart has its limits! The transportation was a lot of fun, with ferries and buses on Iriomote Island, and the cruise was just great.

At the end, on Taketomi Island, she was very happy and moved by the beautiful blue sea. Thank you very much!

母娘旅は何度も行きましたが、石垣島は母は初めてと言う事でこちらのツアーに参加しました。フェリーの乗り継ぎや水牛車など個人でスケジュールを組むのは限界があるのでとても助かりました！移動はフェリーと西表島ではバスにクルーズにとにかく楽しかったです。
最後の竹富島では海の青さに感動したととても喜んでくれました

After riding a water buffalo and exploring the town, I also took a walk. I only had an hour to tour the town due to my next schedule, but it was enough to enjoy it thoroughly.

水牛に乗って町並みを回った後、歩いて散策もしました。次の予定もあったので1時間で町を回っただけですが、十分堪能できました。

Yoshi-san is a very good tour guide and speaks english. We’re a bit unlucky to get a glimpse of Mt. Fuji from station 5. Yoshi-san allowed us to make a short stop at station 4 where we saw the tip of Mt. Fuji.

Got a better view or Mt. Fuji at the Gotemba area. Lunch is so-so although the Tempura is oishi! Cruise at Lake Ashi is breathtakingly beautiful (if you like scenic view). The cable car ride is a bit disppointing (we were diverted to a different cable car ride because the original ride from the itenerary had some technical issues). Again it was foggy from the top so there’s really nothing to see.

In general it was a 50-50 experience although it was nobody’s fault since you need to consider the weather condition before booking this tour!

As expected, it was 34 degrees and sunny in Okinawa.
It was hot and dazzling.
About 15 years ago, I also visited Taketomi Island, but it was cloudy and I couldn't see the sun, so I didn't feel the beauty of the star sand beach at Kaiji Beach very much.
However, this time I was able to see the beautiful beach shining in various colors.
It was tough because of the heat, but it was beautiful!
I'm glad I included the bus tour.
In that heat, riding a bicycle would have been a bit difficult.
This was my second experience with the water buffalo cart.
Handsome Maekun, who is scared of bicycles, froze every time a bicycle came by.
He also froze again because he was feeling uneasy about the poop.
The guide's singing was also great.
The leisurely water buffalo cart tour was enjoyable and had its charm.
After that, we walked to the shop where the staff was making handmade rice balls for the young people.
They looked delicious.
They apologized, saying they could make them because there were extra ingredients, and they couldn't make them for us.
They really looked delicious, and I thought I would love to buy handmade rice balls from the island's grandmas!
At the resting spot, the sleepy kitty didn't move at all (laughs).
In the waiting room for the water buffalo cart tour, I was able to purchase a cute dress, postcards, and island pepper.

暑い、まぶしかったです
約15年前にも竹富島に来ましたが、お日様がみえなく曇っていたので、星砂のカイジ浜の海辺はあまり綺麗さを感じることができませんでした
でも今回はとても綺麗な何色にも光る海辺を見ることができました
暑くて大変でしたが綺麗～
バス観光を入れてよかったです
あの暑さでは自転車はちょっと無理でした
水牛車も今回で2度目の経験
自転車が怖いハンサム真栄くん
自転車が来るたびにフリーズしていました
あとはうんちでムズムズしてまたフリーズしていました
ガイドのお姉さんの唄も上手です
ゆったり水牛車観光も味があって楽しかったです
そのあとは歩いて売店でお店のかたが若者に手作りおにぎりを作成中
おいしそうでした
あまりものがあったから作れた、作ってあげれなくてごめんね、と謝ってくれました
確かにおいしそうで、島のおあばあの手作りおにぎりは売っていただきたい！と思ってしまいました
