I was looking for a bus tour because I thought it would be impossible to visit Kyoto's famous tourist spots in one day by rental car or by transferring on trains after 40 years. If you go with the image of a bus tour guide from the past, there might be some discrepancies. It might be better to think of it as being taken to each landmark with time management and minimal sightseeing information provided. Most of the participants were foreigners, with only a few Japanese. First, there was an explanation in English, followed by Japanese.

This was interesting. I enjoyed translating the guide's English in my own way and then checking my understanding with the Japanese. It would be impossible to leisurely visit famous places in Kyoto (Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama) in one day, especially with the overwhelming influx of tourists. Even on a weekday Friday, the traffic congestion was exhausting, but the guide and the bus drivers were truly amazing. Thank you to our guide "Tetchan" for this experience.

個人が40年ぶりの京都の有名観光名所を一日でレンタカー、もしくは電車等の乗り換えによる観光は無理と考えバスツアーを探しておりました。昔のバス旅行の添乗員、バスガイドさんのイメージで行くとズレがあります。各名所に連れて行ってくれて時間管理、最小限の観光案内をしてくれると考えたら良いのではないでしょうか。外国人の方々がほとんどで日本人は少数。まず英語で案内がありその後日本語で。
これが面白い。
ガイドさんの英語を自分なりに翻訳、その後日本語で答え合わせみたいな感覚で楽しく観光させていただきました。インバウンドで外国人ゴチャゴチャの京都( 伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山)の有名ドコロを、一日でゆっくり観光なんて無理でしょう。平日金曜日でもウンザリする交通渋滞の中ガイドさん、バス運転手の方々は本当にスゴイ。今回のガイドさん「テッチャン」ありがとうございました。

We participated as a Japanese parent and child (the child is in elementary school). We spent about two hours exploring Shirakawa-go and the old streets of Takayama. Since it was just the two of us, that amount of time was just right, allowing us to stroll around, stop by cafes, and have meals without wasting time. I think it's perfect for those who want to efficiently visit cultural heritage sites in one day.

The tour guide was kind and friendly, providing detailed information. They also distributed tourist maps of Shirakawa-go and Hida Takayama before we arrived, which would help first-time visitors get a good sense of the area.

This time, there were many Asian tourists, and the announcements were mainly in Chinese and Japanese, but I didn't find anything particularly difficult to understand.

The overall group had very good manners, and everything proceeded on schedule, making the bus ride comfortable and enjoyable!

I would like to try a different course next time.

日本人親子で参加しました（子供小学生）
白川郷と高山の古街並み散策を、それぞれ２時間ぐらいの滞在でまわりました。
子供と2人だったので、それぐらいの時間が丁度よく、散策したりカフェに入ったり、食事をしたり
無駄なく回れました。
文化遺産を１日で効率よく回りたい方にはピッタリだと思います。

添乗員さんも優しい方で、色々と丁寧に教えてくれる親しみやすい方でした。現地に到着前に白川郷と飛騨高山の観光地図も配ってくれたので初めて行く方でもイメージしやすいのではないでしょうか。

今回はアジア系の海外の方が多く、中国語と日本語がメインでアナウンスされる感じでしたが、とくにわかりにくいこともなく過ごせました(^^)

参加メンバーさん全体がとてもマナーが良い感じだったのもありますが、すべて時間通りの予定進み、バス内も快適に楽しく過ごせましたよ！

I participated with my mother in her 60s. I feel that the charm of the bus tour is being able to travel comfortably without the need to rent a car and drive in the vast Hokkaido. Thanks to the favorable weather, we were able to fully enjoy the magnificent nature at both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and I felt it was a great location to participate in. The tour schedule and the time allocated at each spot were just right, and the guide's instructions were smooth, which made me feel at ease. During the travel, there was an audio guide (available in multiple languages) that provided knowledge about the characteristics of the regions we passed through, local legends, and the animals that inhabit the area, allowing us to spend our time without getting bored. The meals included dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients, and both the quantity and quality were satisfying. Everyone participating adhered to the meeting times, and no one was late, which made for a pleasant experience as everyone acted with ample time.

60代の母と2人で参加しました。広大な北海道で自分でレンタカーを借りて運転する必要なく快適に旅行できる点が、バスツアーの魅力だと感じています。天気に恵まれたこともあり、支笏湖、洞爺湖ともに雄大な自然を満喫できて参加してよかったと感じるロケーションでした。ツアーこスケジュール感や各スポットでの時間配分が丁度よく、ガイドさんの誘導もスムーズで安心できました。移動の車中では音声ガイド(多言語対応)があり、通過する地域の特色や伝承、生息している動物に関する知識、支笏湖や洞爺湖の豆知識を聴くことができ飽きずに過ごせました。食事の内容も北海道の食材を使った料理もあり、量と質ともに満足できる内容でした。参加している方は集合時間をきちんと守る方たちで全員遅れることなく、みなさん時間に余裕を持った行動をしていたので気持ちが良かったです。

It was a female driver, and after a restroom break, she even went out of her way to stop at a convenience store for one passenger! There were many foreign passengers, but not a single person complained! I was moved! The guide was also amazing with three languages! Thank you very much! I want to participate again!

When it comes to hotels around Kappabashi, I was quite motivated, but I was able to fully enjoy Kamikochi even on a day trip. The bus had many international participants, and the female guide provided detailed explanations fluently in Chinese, English, and Japanese, so I had no worries at all. I would like to participate in other plans or visit in different seasons as well.

移動やかっぱ橋周辺のホテルとなると気合いが入りますが、日帰りでも充分上高地を満喫できました。バスは海外の方の参加が多くガイドの女性が流暢に中国語、英語、日本語と丁寧な説明をされて何の不安もありませんでした。また別の季節や他のプランも参加してみたいと思います。

There were times when the hiking trail to Jomon Sugi was closed due to the typhoon's impact, and I was really anxious about whether I could actually go, but thanks to the local people's recovery efforts, I was able to go safely. I'm grateful for that. I was wondering if I could handle the 10-hour journey, but thanks to the tour guide's pacing and the way we lined up, I was able to finish without causing any inconvenience to others. I received advice on how to take photos and was shown great photo spots, which allowed me to create many wonderful memories. I still look back at the photos. I felt the tour guide's commitment to taking care of the mountain as they picked up lost items while descending. I hope to visit Yakushima again someday.

台風の影響で縄文杉の登山道が閉鎖されていた時期もあったり天気が心配だったりで本当に行けるのかドキドキでしたが現地の皆さまの復旧作業のおかげで無事行くことができました。感謝です。10時間の行程大丈夫かな？と思っていましたが添乗員の方のペース配分や列の並びのおかげで他の方に迷惑かけることもなく終えることができました。写真の撮り方のアドバイスや写真ポイントなども教えて頂き楽しい思い出がたくさんできました。今でも写真を見返しています。添乗員の方は登山中に落ちている忘れ物などを片付けながら下山していて山を大切にし守る気持ちを感じました。また屋久島に行けたらいいなと思っています。

I was initially worried about my physical stamina, but I was able to complete the trek. It seemed that many others also had no trekking experience, but our guide was attentive to safety and health, encouraging us along the way. (The next day, I only had slight soreness in my thighs.)

Since it was a mixed tour, there were multiple points of congestion due to overlapping activities with other groups, and we needed to descend within a set time. It was unfortunate that some explanations were cut short due to the lack of time, but it must be challenging to manage a round trip with several beginners in such circumstances.

For those with physical stamina and climbing experience, or for those who want to receive thorough explanations, I think a private tour would be better.

That said, we didn't encounter any rain, and we were able to see the magnificent Jomon Sugi, leaving us feeling fulfilled as we returned to our accommodation. Thank you to our guide and the group!

　体力面が不安でしたが完遂することができました。
私以外にもトレッキング経験のない方が多かった印象ですが、ガイドさんが安全面、体調面を配慮しつつ励ましながら導いて下さいました。
(翌日も少し大腿が痛い程度のダメージで済みました。)
　混載ツアーのため他グループの行動が重なり、混雑ポイントが複数生じるにも関わらず、時間内に下山する必要があります。余裕がないため、説明がカットされるという点が残念でしたが、そういった状況下で素人を複数連れて無理なく往復するのは困難なのでしょう。
体力と登山経験がある方や、じっくりと説明を受けたい方にはプライベートツアーの方が良いと思います。
　とはいえ、雨に遭遇することもなく、立派な縄文杉も見れ、満たされた気分で帰宿することができました。
ガイドさん、グループの方々ありがとうございました。

It was fun! That's all I can say! The tour guide explained everything in English, Japanese, and a little bit of Chinese! They really tried hard with their Japanese, which made for a very enjoyable day. We were able to visit four sightseeing spots in one day, and since we traveled by bus, I didn't get tired at all. I was very satisfied!

I participated alone as a woman on a weekday. At first, I felt a bit out of place because the other participants were really lively, but the flight attendant who guided us kindly spoke to me. When I shared my love for ground handling, we had a great conversation. I was able to tour the training facility, which I usually can't see, and it was a wonderful experience.

平日に女子1人で参加しました。他の参加者の方が盛り上がっていて始めは肩身が狭かったですが、案内してくださったCAさんが優しく声をかけて下さり、グラハン好きなことを伝えると色々話をして下さりました。
普段見ることが出来ない訓練施設の様子を見学することができ、いい経験になりました。

The Yakusugi trekking, which was canceled due to a direct hit from a typhoon last time, was finally realized after confirming good weather through the forecast and making a last-minute reservation. The guide, who accompanied the five participants, including myself, from early morning until evening, was always attentive to everyone's expressions and walking pace. They provided encouragement at key points and considered our walking speed and break times, allowing us to successfully complete the long trek. Despite the poor toilet situation due to the typhoon, we were able to use the temporary toilets without long waits, thanks to the course's time allocation that allowed us to move ahead of other groups. The conversations during the journey were enjoyable, and the explanations were thorough, making the 10-hour trek a memorable experience. I truly appreciate all the help. Thank you very much.

前回は台風の直撃を受け催行停止となった屋久杉トレッキング、天気予報でお天気が良いことを確認してからの直前の申し込みとなりましたが、受付てくださり念願を果たすことができました。私を含め5人の参加者を早朝から夕方まで案内してくださったガイドさんは常に皆の表情や歩く様子などを気にかけ、要所要所で声掛けをしながら、歩くペースや休憩時間を考えてくださったので長丁場を無事に乗り切ることができました。台風の影響でトイレ事情が悪い中、他のグループに先駆けて歩みを進めるというコース時間配分のお陰で長時間待つことなく仮設トイレが使えたのは大変助かりました。行程中のおしゃべりも楽しく、説明も丁寧で、10時間の行程が思い出深い経験となりました。本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

I was impressed that we could see all of this in just one day. The time spent at each location was just right. The bus was spacious, and the guide provided accurate information.

The bus reception, the guide, and the driver were all foreigners. However, I was able to spend my time without any issues. The time spent at each sightseeing spot was just right, and I was able to enjoy the tour without getting bored. Unlike typical budget bus tours, I was relieved that I wasn't forced to visit souvenir shops. The guide was also very considerate at each destination and was a nice person. Lake Shikotsu was very beautiful. I would like to participate in other bus tours from Veltra when I visit Hokkaido again.

バス受付、ガイドさん、運転手さん全て外国人でした。が、困る事なく過ごせました。
各観光地での時間もちょうど良く、飽きる事なく観光できました。よくある格安バスツアーのごとく、無理矢理お土産屋さんに連れて行かれる事なく安心です。
ガイドさんも行く先々、気にかけてくださり良い人でした。
支笏湖とても綺麗でした。
また北海道に行く際はベルトラさんの他のバスツアーにも参加したいです。

The tour of Lake Hill Farm, Lake Toya, Mount Usu, Showa Shinzan, and Hell Valley allowed us to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace. The views from Mount Usu, especially of the Pacific side and Lake Toya, were particularly impressive, and both the meals and snacks were delicious, leaving us very satisfied.

However, it was a bit disappointing that lunch and the ropeway were charged separately, making it more expensive than other tours. I wish at least one of those had been included in the tour price.

レークヒル･ファームも洞爺湖も有珠山と昭和新山も地獄谷も
すべて余裕を持って景色を楽しめるツアーでした。
特に有珠山から見る太平洋側と洞爺湖側が印象深く、
食事も間食もおいしくて大満足でした。

ただし、昼食とロープウェイが別途料金であるにも
他のツアーより高いということが唯一残念なことでした。
一つでもツアーの料金に含めたらと思いました。

I love Hokkaido, but I don't think I'll ever come back here. After eating food at a roadside station I stopped by, I immediately felt unwell on the bus. I was scared that it might be related.

北海道大好きだけど、ここは二度といかないと思う。寄った道の駅にある食べ物を食べたら、直ちにバスの中で体調を崩した。関係あるかわからないか怖かった。

Since I was pregnant, I decided to use this service this time. I thought it would be a waste to just see the mangroves and Yufu Island in Iriomote Island and then go home. However, since lunch is included, I believe it's definitely more cost-effective to go on a tour rather than buying the ferry tickets myself, so I'm glad I was able to use it.

妊婦だったので、今回はこちらを利用しました。
西表島はマングローブと由布島だけ見て帰るのはもったいないなと思いました。ただ、昼食もついてるしツアーで行くほうが自分でフェリーのチケットを買っていくより断然お得だと思うので利用できてよかったです。

The pilot trainee provided a thorough explanation. Since the tour is limited to a maximum of 15 people, you can take your time to explore. On the day I visited, the ground staff and maintenance team were in training, but I was able to enjoy the experience while learning about ANA's commitment to safety.

I think it's also great for middle school students and above to experience this kind of career exploration. Many participants come alone, and the staff are happy to take photos if you ask, so you can really enjoy your time there.

パイロット訓練生が丁寧に説明して下さいました。MAX15人のツアーなので、ゆっくり見学ができます。私が伺った日は、グランドスタッフ、整備の皆さまが訓練中でしたが、ANAさんの安全への取り組み等、楽しみながら体験できました。
中学生以上の職業体験にも良いと思います。
1人参加の方も多く、スタッフの方が写真もお願いすると撮って下さいますから、楽しめますよ。

The guide was bright and cute, creating a very pleasant atmosphere on the bus. The advice at the drop-off point was spot on, and the instructions for delicious food, photo spots, and restrooms were easy to understand. The driver also kindly said "Have a good time" each time we left, which was nice. Everyone kept to the meeting times, and we had a fun day. Thank you!

明るくて可愛いガイドさんで、バスの中も大変和やかな雰囲気でした。
降車地でのアドバイスも的確で、美味しい食べ物や写真スポット、トイレの指示もわかりやすかったです。

I participated in a tour in October. During the food walk in Takayama, the Hida beef sushi was exquisite, and there was a place to sample different types of sake, making it a unique experience that only a bus tour can offer. After a two-hour stroll, we could relax on the bus, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing in a leisurely and comfortable manner. In Shirakawa-go, I was able to experience the beautiful nature, and I had a great time. The bus staff were also very courteous, providing explanations in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which made it very easy to understand. I definitely want to use this service again.

10月のツアーに参加しました。
高山の食べ歩きでは、飛騨牛のにぎり寿司が絶品で、日本酒の飲み比べをする場所もあり、バスツアーだからこその楽しみ方ができました。
2時間散策の後は、バスで休むことができるので、のんびりゆったりとした気持ちで観光できます。
白川郷では美しい自然に触れることができ、とても楽しむことができました。
バスの方の対応も丁寧で、日本語、中国語、英語で説明してくださってとてもわかりやすかったです。
また是非利用したいと思います。

Since it was my first time at Nagoya Station's Taiko Entrance, I spent about 10 minutes wandering around trying to find the meeting place, but I eventually spotted the tour flag in the crowd in front of the police box. That day was also the Takayama Festival, and there were 40 participants. It seemed to be first-come, first-served, so I ended up in the very back seat. There were many foreigners, but everyone was punctual, and there were no particularly loud individuals, making it a very good tour. The female tour guide skillfully used both Chinese and Japanese to come to each person's seat and clearly explained how to explore Shirakawa-go and Takayama. We were able to sightsee for about two hours each, and I was very satisfied with the day trip tour.

初めて名古屋駅太閤口だったので集合場所がみつからず10分ほどウロウロしてしまいましたがなんとか交番前の人混みの中にツアーの旗を
発見。この日は高山祭りもあり、40人の参加者、先着順なのか一番後ろの席に。外国人が多かったようですが、みなさん時間厳守ができ、とくにやかましい人もいなくてとてもいいツアーでした。女性の添乗員さんは中国語と日本語を駆使して1人ひとりの席までやってきて白川郷と高山の行動の仕方をわかりやすく説明してくれました。それぞれ2時間ほど観光ができ、日帰りツアーとしては大満足でした。

It was great that we had a tour just for our group, allowing us to take our time trekking while receiving various explanations.

The guide walked at an incredibly fast pace, quickly passing other groups. It would have been better if we had stopped a bit more often to listen to explanations.

ガイドさんの歩くスピードがすごく早く、他のグループをどんどん抜いて行った。
途中、もう少しゆっくり立ち止まり、説明があれば良かった。

It was a tour for Chinese people, but I received support in Japanese, so there were no inconveniences! I was able to visit historic shrines, and I am very satisfied!

中国人の方向けのツアーでしたが、日本語でもサポートしていただき不便はありませんでした！由緒ある神社をめぐれ、満足です！

In July, during another Furano tour (where lunch was an omelet curry course), the omelet curry was served cold, which was a bit disappointing. However, this time at the Furano Wine House, we enjoyed warm cheese fondue and hamburger steak, which were very delicious. The stops were carefully selected, and above all, we were blessed with great weather, making it a fantastic experience.

Many participants in the course were seasoned travelers, and the progress was so smooth that the bus left even before the meeting time. The bus guide and driver were also wonderful, making us feel secure in our participation. Thank you very much. I would like to join again during the lavender season.

7月に別の富良野ツアー（ランチがオムカレーのコース）ではオムカレーが冷めていてちょっと残念だったのですが、こちらは富良野ワインハウスで温かいチーズフォンデュとハンバーグステーキが供され、とてもおいしくいただきました。立ち寄る場所も厳選されていて、何よりお天気に恵まれて最高の体験になりました。
コースに参加された皆さんも慣れた方が多く、集合時間前にはバスが出発しているくらいスムーズな進行でした。バスガイドさん、ドライバーさんもとても素敵な方で、安心して参加できました。ありがとうございました。ラベンダーの季節にまた参加したいと思います。

The Blue Pond is said to be affected by the weather, and I heard that there are days when it doesn't look very blue, but despite the rain starting to fall, it was a beautifully blue pond like something out of a painting.

However, it seems that this tour is geared towards international travelers, as we were the only Japanese participants. The guide was proficient in Chinese and English, but mentioned that they were a bit less confident in Japanese. Still, they made an effort to talk to us, the only two Japanese people, and took photos for us, which made for a comfortable experience.

The bus was a minivan and felt a bit cramped, but you could sleep if you wanted to. The windows were large, so you could see the scenery well.

The duration of the stay was just right, and the meeting place at Sapporo Station was easy to find, so there were no downsides.

I highly recommend it!

青い池は天気に左右されるそうでそんなに青くない日もあると聞きましたが、雨が降り始めていたにも関わらず、絵に描いたような青色の池で綺麗でした。
ただこのツアー自体海外旅行向けサービスらしく日本人の参加者は自分たちだけでした。ガイドの方も中国語と英語が得意だそうで、日本語は少し苦手だと仰っていました。それでも2人しかいない日本人の私たちに話しかけていただいたり写真を撮っていただいたりと気に掛けていただいて、快適な体験ができました。
バスはミニバンで少し狭くは感じましたが、寝ようと思えば寝れます。窓も大きいので景色もしっかり見れます。
滞在時間もちょうど良かったですし集合場所も札幌駅でわかりやすくて悪いところないです。
めちゃくちゃおすすめです。

Had a wonderful time with my friend at the ANA Blue Base tour. The guides were very accommodating and helpful.

We didn’t know what to expect, but we learned a lot from this educational tour. We were amazed by the intensive training ANA staff receive from different departments, along with the teamwork involved. You can also take photos at designated spots before and after the tour. I loved the free sticker and mini boarding pass (mini card) they included. If you’re an aerophile or looking for unique activities in Tokyo, I recommend this! There’s also a souvenir section where you can buy items.

The 400 km journey was quite difficult for me to manage on my own, but since I wasn't driving, I was able to look around and even doze off a bit while visiting various places, which was great. However, the time spent at each location was a bit short. The description of Hell Valley mentioned a foot bath, but there was really no time for that. I love breathtaking views, so I was very satisfied to see beautiful scenery in various places, and the bear ranch was also interesting. If I had to say, I feel like it would have been better to skip Hell Valley and go for the Usuzan Ropeway instead. Overall, it was a very satisfying day.

1日400kmの行程は、自分ではなかなか行きにくいけど、運転しないのでキョロキョロしたり居眠りもしながら色々周れて良かった。
ただ、各場所の滞在時間は短め。
地獄谷の説明には、足湯があると書いてあったが、とてもそんな時間は無い。
絶景が好きなので、きれいな景色が色々見れたことは大満足だし、熊牧場もおもしろかった。
しいて言えば、地獄谷やめて有珠山ロープウェイとかの方が良い気がする。
トータル的には大満足の1日でした。

The climb up the Usuzan Ropeway and the path to the observation deck was quite challenging. The bear ranch had young bears and there was also a shrine, which was enjoyable.

有珠山ロープウェイで登ってそこから展望台までの道はなかなかきつかったです。熊牧場は若い熊もいて神社もあって楽しかった。

There was a time when I thought I would be late, and normally, if you arrive late, it would be treated as a no-show. However, when I directly contacted the tour desk's Gmail, they quickly responded that I could join the tour if I arrived by 〇〇:〇〇, which was incredibly helpful.

遅れそうになった時がありまして本来時間に遅れたら無断キャンセル扱いとなりますが見学ツアーデスクのgmailに直接連絡したら〇〇時〇〇分までなら途中参加可能などの早急対応をしていただき凄く助かりました。
