The winter route allows for longer stays at sightseeing spots like Shirakawago, so you can enjoy a more leisurely exploration. Winter in Shirakawago can be a bit cold, but it is highly recommended. Thank you very much for participating in our tour. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the bus seating, lunch, and interpretation.

Regarding the bus and lunch seating, we typically arrange the bus seats in the order of applications. Meals are also organized by group. We do not specifically separate Japanese guests from foreign guests. On that day, there were 15 guests from overseas, and since they were all in one group, the seating for the bus and lunch became consolidated. If we had informed you about the guest information that day, there may not have been any misunderstandings.

On some days, Japanese guests and overseas guests become friendly, and sometimes guests from the same country exchange emails and keep in touch after returning home.

We sincerely apologize for the lunch menu issue. Meals are one of the great pleasures of travel. I will communicate to our tour guides and interpretation staff to support our guests as much as possible. Please feel free to ask the restaurant staff about any menu items you do not understand.

I regret that the interpretation staff and the trainees caused you discomfort. We will thoroughly educate our team to ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.

Thank you very much for participating in our tour. The autumn leaves along the Hakusan Shirakawa-go White Road are currently at their peak. Soon, these leaves will descend into Shirakawa-go and Gokayama.

In the villages around Hakusan, including Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, many traditional customs and ways of life still remain. It is often surprising to find that even though they are in different prefectures, the tools used are the same, or that there are similar dialects.

If you were able to experience even a little of the lives of the people who are nurtured by the sacred peak of Hakusan, I would be very pleased.

Thank you very much for participating in our tour. This year, the Hokuriku region has experienced an exceptional heavy snowfall, which occurs only once every ten years, and there were forecasts of heavy snow during the three-day weekend as well.

Our staff discussed whether to proceed with the tour while checking the weather forecast multiple times up until the last minute. After confirming with tourist destinations and stops in Toyama and Gifu Prefectures, we decided to go ahead as both prefectures reported that the snow was not as severe as in Ishikawa Prefecture.

With sufficient snowfall in Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, we believe you were able to enjoy the snowy World Heritage sites even more than usual.

Both the driver and the guide are very pleased to have been able to assist in creating memorable experiences for you.
