13:50 Meet at Kyoto Central Post Office (Door Close to Lawson)
14:00 Visit Tofukuji TempleSpend some time at this historic temple, built in the 13th century and enjoy its relaxing Zen garden. This temple is especially beautiful in the autumn, although its dramatic rock garden is lovely all-year round.
Walk to Fushimi Inari ShrineGet off the beaten path, and see a more local side of Kyoto as your guide takes you towards the next stop.
Fushimi Inari ShrineSee the famous and practically endless torii gates, as well as the shrine's many fox statues. They say that if you loook hard enough, you will find one that looks like you!
Gion DistrictIn the evening, head to Gion, the geisha district of Kyoto and see it come alive at night. There are many historical tea houses which are still used by geisha and their clients today. Keep your eyes open for the maiko and geisha as they make their way to the tea houses.
