You can learn about the history, types, and flavors of Japanese sake through explanations provided by the staff. Deepen your knowledge while experiencing the unique characteristics of each brand through guided tastings.
First Blending Experience
Choose your favorite three varieties from 12 brands and create a 40ml sake blend while tasting. Discover the flavor that suits you best!
Second Blending Experience
Refine your first blend to get closer to your ideal flavor. Enjoy a fulfilling session as you focus on the details and perfect your personalized sake.
Completion of Your Original Sake

- It will begin promptly at the scheduled time. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to arrive between 15 minutes and 5 minutes prior to the start time.
- Consumption of alcohol by individuals under 20 years of age is prohibited by law.
- We kindly request that you use public transportation to reach My Sake World Oike Bettei. Please note that drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited for those driving cars or bicycles. Thank you for your understanding.

- You can book a maximum of 4.

- The event may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
- After two blending trials, a one-of-a-kind original sake is created. Once you name your sake, you will receive a certificate confirming you are now a “sake blender”!
