Unfortunately, lunch was set to be eaten individually at the aquarium, but since my visit was right in the middle of Golden Week, both the restaurant and snack stands were extremely crowded, and I couldn't eat anything. I wish they had told us, "Please bring your own lunch."

The course and fees were reasonable. However, the tour guide from Saitama had a low, fast-paced voice and was not good at explaining things, which was the worst part. Also, using the audio guide on the bus was unnecessary, and it was only used for that purpose. There was no explanation of what it was for, and when I filed a complaint, I was met with anger, claiming they had explained it!

I have participated in similar tours several times, but this was my first experience visiting the Churaumi Aquarium first. However, this course is more efficient. It's a classic, but seeing the whale shark always brings a sense of calm. For lunch, I had yakisoba at the aquarium, but it was almost like "yakiudon." Manza Beach had a nice parking lot, but the old cluttered souvenir shops are gone, and it feels like the Okinawan charm that reminded me of Asia has disappeared, which made me a bit sad. Like everywhere else, it's unfortunate that due to COVID-19, we can't sample products at the souvenir shops. American Village is geared towards young people, so I found myself with too much free time. Overall, I think the cost performance of the tour is good.

I boarded from in front of the Okinawa Prefectural Office, but since there was no staff, it seems that the meeting place is difficult to find for first-timers.

これまで何度か同様のツアーに参加していますが、最初に美ら海水族館を訪れるパターンは初めてでした。でもこのコースのほうが効率的です。定番ですがジンベイザメはいつ見ても気持ちがおだやかになります。昼食は水族館内で焼きそばをいただきましたが、ほとんど「焼うどん」でした。万座毛は駐車場がきれいになっていましたが、昔のごちゃごちゃした土産物店がなくなり、アジアを連想させる沖縄らしさが消えてしまったようで、少し寂しく感じました。どこでもそうですが、コロナの影響で、土産物売り場で試食ができないのはやはり残念です。アメリカンビレッジは若者向けですので、じいさんは時間を持て余しました。ツアー全体としてはコスパはよいと思います。
なお沖縄県庁前から乗車しましたが、係員がいないため、初めての人には集合場所がわかりにくいようです。

I was picked up at the airport by a cute Hello Kitty taxi (there are only a few of them), which really boosted my spirits (^o^).

The five-hour course included the airport → Kyoda Road Station → Kouri Island → supermarket → hotel in Motobu. The kind female driver was very accommodating, even responding politely to my request to take a picture of the white flowers I saw earlier. She took me to a large local supermarket where I was able to buy unique Okinawan ingredients, allowing me to enjoy Okinawan cuisine every day (since it was a self-catering accommodation).

Why didn't I give it the highest rating? It was because of the downpour during the rainy season, which forced us to give up on visiting Nakijin Castle ruins ^^; I will definitely ask for this service again next time and seek a do-over!

かわいいキティちゃんのタクシー(数台しかない)で空港に迎えに来てくれて、テンションアップ(^o^)

５時間コースで、空港→許田道の駅→古宇利島→スーパー→本部のホテル。
親切な女性ドライバーさんで、「さっき見た白い花の写真を撮りたい」なんていう要望にも丁寧に対応してくれました。
スーパーも地元の大きな店に連れて行ってくれて、沖縄独特の食材を買うことができたので、毎日沖縄料理を楽しめました(基本自炊の宿なので)。

なぜ最高の評価にならなかったか?
それは梅雨のスコールのような雨で、今帰仁城跡観光を断念したから^^;
次の機会にはまたお願いして、リベンジします❢

The day we had planned for the sunset kayak was forecasted to rain... On a whim, I asked to change the date, and although it was cloudy with occasional rain that day, it cleared up beautifully in the evening. We were able to take photos with a stunning sunset in the background. It was a bit chilly, but we had a great time. My middle school son was also moved by the beautiful sunset. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but that's why it was great to easily visit the sightseeing spots on the bus tour. Listening to the shamisen live performance while enjoying Ryukyu cuisine was the highlight. I highly recommend it!

At the first destination, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we were able to spend about two and a half hours exploring, including lunch. Since we had brought our own bento, we didn't need to spend time waiting in line at the shops or restaurants for lunch, which gave us some extra time. If it were crowded, it might be a bit tight to see everything.

After that, we visited Kouri Island, Manzamo, and Okashi Goten, but the stay at each location was about 20 minutes, so it felt a bit rushed, and we were busy getting on and off the bus.

The veteran bus guide had prepared various stories to keep us entertained during the journey, which was enjoyable. That said, it wasn't too lively, so if you're not interested, it's perfectly fine to relax and doze off during the ride.

Considering that the aquarium admission fee is included, I think it's a very good value tour.

最初の訪問地である美ら海水族館では、お昼を挟んで2時間半ほど見学することができました。予め、お弁当を持参していたので、昼飯のために売店やレストランに並ぶ時間が不要だったため、時間的には余裕がありました。混在時だと、全部を観るにはギリギリかも知れません。

その後、古宇利島・万座毛・御菓子御殿と続けての訪問になったのですが、各所の滞在時間が20分程度なのでやや駆け足なのと、バスに乗ったり降りたりと忙しい感じでした。

ベテランのバスガイドさんが、道中を飽きさせないようにいろいろとネタを用意してくれていて、楽しめました。とは言え、それほど賑やかでもないので、興味が無ければゆっくり居眠りしながらの移動も大丈夫だと思います。

水族館の入場料も込みということで、大変お得なツアーだと思います。

I participated in a bus tour during Golden Week. Unfortunately, it rained, but the bus guide shared stories about the history of Okinawa, and I learned so much that was new to me. Since it was raining, the bus guide and the driver kindly offered umbrellas to keep themselves dry, which was very thoughtful! The bus guide also sang songs, and it was a lot of fun! Time was really tight!!!
Due to the crowds during Golden Week, there were places I couldn't see at all ( ;ᯅ;)
Wait, is it already time to gather!? That happened a few times (laughs).
If you want to take your time and see each place thoroughly, it's better to rent a car yourself...
However, if you want to visit a lot of places, this is a great plan!
You can visit many of the sightseeing spots you were interested in in just one day!

I joined because I wanted to go to Daishi Forest Mountain. I was hesitant about traveling to Okinawa since I can't drive, but thanks to this tour, I was able to enjoy both the mountains and the sea in one day! We couldn't rent a car for our first family trip to Okinawa, so we decided to join this tour. It was definitely the right choice. The hotel pick-up service was very helpful. The tour content was truly moving. Both Kouri Island and the Churaumi Aquarium were amazing. The family photos taken by the guide were really wonderful. Thank you so much. The only room without one is my daughter's, so this time I decided to try making one myself. I think it turned out quite cute. I made a male shisa, so next, I want to make a female shisa. In mid-March, I participated with my friend and my one-year-old son. The tour staff were all very cheerful and kind, and they were considerate of my son. Although it was our first time on a boat, we felt very safe and comfortable. We encountered whales four times in total, and on two occasions, we were able to see them right in front of us as they spouted water and raised their tails before diving, which was an overwhelming and thrilling experience. It was truly a precious experience, and I was able to feel the greatness of nature. While waiting for the whales to appear, we were taught various facts about them, which was very educational. During the waiting time, we were able to relax on the boat, enjoying the vast ocean and the scenery, which provided a wonderful escape from everyday life. For those who are prone to seasickness or lack confidence, I recommend taking motion sickness medication. It would be very unfortunate if such an emotional and thrilling experience turned into a time of discomfort, so even if you think you'll be fine, it might be a good idea to take the medication as a precaution.

ツアーのスタッフさんは皆様とても明るく優しく息子の事にも気を遣ってくれました。そのためはじめての船でしたがとても安心して過ごすことができました。クジラには計4回遭遇できましてそのうち2回はほんとに目の前で潮吹き尻尾上げて潜っていく姿を見ることができ感動と感激の嵐でした。本当に貴重な体験をすることができやっぱり自然の素晴らしさと言うものを感じることができました。またクジラが出てくる間などはいろいろなクジラに関する知識を教えてくださりとても勉強になりました。クジラが出てくる間の待ち時間も船の上で大海原で原理にメールしまなどを見ながらまったりと過ごすことができ非日常な時間を過ごすことができました。船酔いをされる方またちょっと自信がない方は酔い止めを飲まれることをおすすめしますせっかくの感動感激な体験が気持ち悪い時間となってしまうのはとても残念に思いますのでぜひ自分は大丈夫だと思っても保険と思って酔い止めを飲んでおいていただくけると良いんじゃないかと思います。

In March, I took a solo trip and joined a bus tour to the Churaumi Aquarium. During this time, there were mostly young people on graduation trips, but I happened to enjoy the Okinawa tour with other elderly women from the starting point all the way to the American Village. Since it was my first time in Okinawa, the bus tour was convenient. I was amazed by the underwater fish and the clarity of the water while on the submarine at Manza Beach. I had hoped to go snorkeling, but unfortunately had to give up due to age restrictions; however, I had plenty of fun with the submersible. I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the Churaumi Aquarium. The dolphin show was also wonderful. The guide's attentive service was great, and I appreciated that they accommodated the seating for solo travelers on the bus.
