  ・Ticket validity period: 6 months from the date of purchase

  All Osaka Metro lines, including Yumeshima Station
  All Osaka City Bus lines (excluding routes specified by Osaka City Bus regulations, etc.)
• ・Conditions of Use:
  Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass 1-Day: Valid for any single day within the ticket’s validity period. (Final use start deadline: November 30, 2025)
  Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass 2-Day: Valid for two consecutive days within the ticket’s validity period. (Final use start deadline: November 29, 2025)
  *Each ticket is valid for use by one person only.

  ・2-day pass: The Osaka e-Pass is valid from the facility’s opening time on the first day of use and the following day until the final entry time. (It cannot be used for 48 hours from the start of use)
• ・Tourist facilities may have changed their opening hours, temporarily closed, or have entry restrictions. Please be sure to check the business status in advance before purchasing.

  ・When using trains, hold the QR code over the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit.
  ・When using buses, scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the authentication screen to the driver before disembarking.
  ・Each QR code is valid for one person only.
  ・Cannot be used on Hankyu, Kitakyu, Kintetsu, or other companies’ lines.
• ・If you travel beyond the valid area, you must report it at the disembarking station and pay the fare.
  ・If the ticket cannot be displayed due to a malfunction of the device you are using, a dead battery, or unstable communication service, you cannot use the ticket. Please pay the fare separately before using the ticket. Please note that any fares paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed cannot be refunded.
• ・Matters related to the use of tickets are subject to the transportation conditions and passenger business regulations of each company.
  ・Notes when purchasing multiple tickets: If multiple tickets of the same type are purchased at once, they cannot be distributed. Be sure to use all of them for the same trip.
• ・When using the voucher, open the usage screen from the link sent to you at the time of purchase, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member.
  *Please ensure you have a stable network connection, as you will need to access the web page on your smartphone.
  *Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted.
• *If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately.
  *For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below:
• 1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
  2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.)
• 3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)

• This activity does not accept any changes to confirmed bookings.
