The bus or private vehicle will depart on time, so please make sure to adhere to the boarding time. • The tour will not be canceled without prior notice. Please wait at the meeting point until departure.
• Eating and drinking are generally prohibited inside the bus or private vehicle. However, beverages with lids are allowed. If food or other items are found, or if the bus is deemed to be soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged directly.

• Please note the following points before participating in the tour:
  
  -The itinerary, as well as departure/arrival times and stay durations, may be significantly altered or canceled due to traffic conditions, weather, disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day.
  -If delays in the tour's end time result in missed connections with public transportation, any additional transportation costs such as taxi fares or accommodation expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
• -Cancellation fees will apply even if you are unable to join the tour due to delays in public transportation.
  -All photos shown are for illustrative purposes only. Outdoor facilities, meal contents, and other details may vary depending on the circumstances or season on the day of the tour.

• Depending on the number of participants, we will arrange a bus (large, medium, or small) or a private vehicle (Hiace or Hiace Commuter).
• This tour is available exclusively through online booking, and all information will be sent via email. No physical mail will be provided.
• During spring break, public holidays, and the Chinese New Year period, the expected end time of the tour may be delayed due to road congestion. Additionally, if the return time is delayed for other unavoidable reasons and you require a taxi or accommodation, please note that we cannot cover these costs. We appreciate your understanding.
