• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time of the bus or private vehicle. The bus or private vehicle will depart on time, so please make sure to adhere to the boarding time. • The tour will not be canceled without prior notice. Please wait at the meeting point until departure.
• Eating and drinking are generally prohibited inside the bus or private vehicle. However, beverages with lids are allowed. If food or other items are found, or if the bus is deemed to be soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged directly.

  -The itinerary, as well as departure/arrival times and stay durations, may be significantly altered or canceled due to traffic conditions, weather, disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day.
  -If delays in the tour's end time result in missed connections with public transportation, any additional transportation costs such as taxi fares or accommodation expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
• -Cancellation fees will apply even if you are unable to join the tour due to delays in public transportation.
