A current flight attendant introduced the training session while sharing some behind-the-scenes stories. Depending on the timing, it was also possible to see the actual training up close, which was wonderful. However, I can't help but feel disappointed by an incident that marred the experience.

Although I don't know the exact relationship, it seemed that two individuals, likely important guests or stakeholders, were being welcomed by staff members who appeared to be in higher positions. While this kind of general response from the company is perfectly fine, the problem was that their conversation was excessively loud. The staff wasn't speaking in a loud voice, but they continued their conversation in a location that obstructed passage without any reprimand. Other participants also mentioned to their companions that it was "too noisy," so I doubt I'm the only one who felt dissatisfied. I strongly hope for reflection and improvement in this area.

現役CAさんがちょっとした裏話を交えつつ訓練の様子を紹介してくれます。
タイミング次第ですが実際の訓練を間近で見ることもでき、素晴らしい内容でした。
しかしながら、それらを台無しにするような出来事が残念でなりません。
関係性は分かりませんが、関係者か上客と思われる２名に対して役職者と思われるスタッフがお出迎え対応をしていました。
ここまで会社としては一般的対応でもちろんかまわないのですが、問題はその会話があまりにうるさいこと。
スタッフ側は大声ではないのですが、咎めることもなく、しかも通行に妨げになる場所で会話を延々続けていました。
他の参加者も同行者に「うるさかった」と漏らしていましたので、不満があるのは私だけではないでしょう。
この部分だけは反省と改善を強く望みます。

You can see it from the land, but going by boat to get close and experiencing the smells gave me a strange feeling as if I had entered another dimension. The captain brought us closer for a better view, and his stories were very interesting. It felt great to speed through the water and feel the wind, and I was captivated by the beautiful scenery when we returned to Minato Mirai. It's rare to see it from the sea, so I was truly impressed.

I was impressed by the ingenuity and efforts of the airline, which has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since an active flight attendant served as our guide, I thought it was remarkable how well they observed the participants and provided thoughtful care without any excess.

My son has a disability, but they handled the situation very smartly by not being overly nervous while appropriately checking on his condition and confirming whether he needed support.

They also engaged in a lot of casual conversation with the participants, which left a very friendly and approachable impression.

The facility was accessible for those with wheelchairs or strollers, and it’s not far from the nearest Anamori Inari Station, so I recommend it to those who may be concerned.

It was also lucky that it was the first day of merchandise sales. I hear that the lineup will increase in the future, so there’s excitement in getting rare items.

Although it was a tour of the training center, I had expected to see training equipment and observe training in action up close, or perhaps even experience something like a simulated training session, but of course, that was not the case, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.

I hope that in the future, there will be opportunities to watch or experience demonstrations of training.

コロナ禍で打撃を受けた航空会社の鋭意工夫、努力が随所に伺えて感銘を受けました。

現役のCAさんがガイドを務めてくださってるだけあって、参加者のことをよく観察し、過不足なく気遣ってくださることは流石だと思いました。

同伴した息子には障害があるのですが、過度に神経質になるでもなく、でも適切にコンディションをヒアリングし、サポートの必要の有無を確認するあたりがとてもスマートな対応でした。

参加者との雑談もたくさんしてくださり、とても、気さくで親しみやすいのも好印象でした。

車椅子やバギーでも見学できる施設でしたので(最寄りの穴守稲荷駅からもさほど遠くない)心配されている方にもオススメです。

ちょうどグッズの販売が始まった初日で、それもラッキーでした。
今後さらにラインナップが増えるとのことで、レアアイテムゲットの楽しみもありますよ。

訓練センターの見学ではありますが、実際に訓練機器や訓練してる様子を間近で見学できるわけではないし、模擬訓練みたいなものを体験できるかな、と期待してたのですが、そんなものはもちろんなく
その点でちょっと物足りなさを感じました。

今後はデモンストレーション用の訓練を見たり体験できるようになるといいなぁ、と思います。

I came from Nagasaki Prefecture and was supposed to meet my daughter, who lives in the city, but she didn't show up even before departure. Thanks to the captain's consideration, we were able to wait until the last minute and made it just in time! I truly appreciate it! Thanks to you, we enjoyed a night cruise together. The night view of the Keihin Industrial Zone and Minato Mirai seen from the sea reflected beautifully on the water.

The departure at 7:00 PM was right at sunset. The sky, beautifully and mysteriously painted red by the setting sun, was stunning. After the sun went down, the industrial area in the darkness was enchanting, and I never expected the view from the sea to be so beautiful. The captain's stories were also interesting and enjoyable. I definitely recommend experiencing this.

It was a situation where the number of participants might not have been met, but when I emailed to say that I absolutely wanted to participate on this day, they decided to go ahead with the tour even with the low number of participants! I was so moved!
I love futuristic landscapes like those in the movie "Blade Runner," so every view was wonderful.
In the inorganic atmosphere without humans, the factory and machines moving steadily felt almost alive, and it warmed my heart. I heard that it operates mostly unmanned.
The captain chooses the best spots to stop, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. Looking up from so close was incredibly cool.
It's safe, but the boat ride is quite wild, so be careful not to lose your hat. When I got off, my hair was a mess (laughs).

催行人数に満たないかもしれない状況でしたが、絶対に見たいのにこの日しか参加できない旨をメールしたところ、人数に足りない段階で催行を決めてくださいました！　感激です！
映画『ブレードランナー』のような近未来的な景色が大好きなので、すべての景色がステキでした。
人間のいない無機的な雰囲気のなか、坦々と動き続けている工場、機械たちが生き物みたいで、胸が熱くなりました。ほとんど無人で操業しているそうです。
船長さんが、最高のスポットを選んでで止めてくれるので、じっくり楽しめました。すぐ近くから見上げると、ものすごくカッコいいです。
安全ですが、かなりワイルドな舟行きなので、帽子など飛ばないよう注意です。降りたときは、髪が爆発してました（笑）

I always saw the factory scenery from the highway, but this time I got to see it from the sea, and it was such a wonderful and otherworldly experience! The powerful flames and the fantastical lighting… when viewed through the camera, it had a different charm than what I saw with my own eyes, which was great too.

What surprised me was the lack of railings on the boat. The sides of the vessel were particularly narrow and without railings, so if you're not careful, there's the thrill of potentially falling into the night sea… and then you might just take off running wildly!

It was scary, but in today's tourism world where danger and safety are constantly emphasized, it felt truly wild and enjoyable.

As advice for those going, it can be surprisingly cold, so make sure to wear a jacket before putting on the life jacket! I would love to come back on a weekday when the factory is operational! Thank you, Captain Nagai and the staff, for the fun guidance and driving!

いつも高速道路から見ていた工場の景色ですが、この度は海から拝見させてもらい、すごく異空間で素敵でした！！
迫力の炎や幻想的なライトアップ…、カメラを通すとまた肉眼とは違った良さがあり、そこも良かったです。
想定外なのは、船の柵の無さです。船体のサイドは特に足場が狭く柵もないので、うっかりしたら、夜の海に落ちるスリル…。しかもそのまま走り出しワイルド走行！！！！
こわかったけど、危険危険と安全ばかり謳われる昨今の観光としては本当にワイルドで良かったなぁ〜と。
行く方々へアドバイスとしては意外と寒くて身体が冷えるので、上着を先に着てから救命胴衣を付けて！でしょうか。
また次は工場が動いてる平日に来たいです！

I used the factory night view cruise for the first time this time.

First, after a polite explanation from the staff, the captain of the cruise was friendly, and it was the best to enjoy a fun 90-minute cruise while seeing and taking pictures of the extraordinary expressions of the factory night view.

There were many photo spots near the Asuka II and other areas visible from the Osanbashi Pier, and the waiting time didn't feel long at all.

Since we chose to depart at dusk, the lights of the factories and bridges became more and more prominent, making the Yokohama Port area very beautiful. It was a valuable experience to see the flames of the flare stack roaring, hear the sound of the gas being released, and observe the intricate pipes up close. It was a convenient bus tour that I was able to join the day after the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. The tour departed at 3:30 PM, but be careful as it can get surprisingly cold on the way back since it runs on the expressway.

I used to go directly to my destinations, but since it's cherry blossom season, I thought it would be nice to see the streets and scenery of Tokyo from a double-decker bus with a great view. We were able to see Tokyo Tower up close, and experiencing the highway on an open bus was something we don't often get to do, which made my family happy. It might be a bit cliché, but being able to enjoy sightseeing while resting my tired feet is definitely recommended.

I applied because I wanted to uplift the spirits of the children who had to graduate without being able to go on field trips, school trips, or outings with friends due to COVID-19.

There were other open bus tours during the cherry blossom season, but I participated in this tour, which was longer and more fulfilling.

You can enjoy a lot, traveling from Nihonbashi to Chidorigafuchi, passing through Kanda and Akihabara, then from Ueno to Sumida Park and Asakusa.

Of course, the cherry blossoms were beautiful, and the guide's explanations were thorough, making for an enjoyable experience.

You can also get off at Asakusa, but if you don't, you can return to Nihonbashi via the expressway, which was quite exhilarating on the open bus!

If I had to mention something, it was a bit difficult to find the meeting point, and I got a little lost, so I think it would have been helpful to have a clearer map or directions.

桜の時期のオープンバスのツアーは他にもありましたが、時間も長く内容も充実しているこちらのツアーに参加させていただきました。
日本橋から千鳥ヶ淵、神田や秋葉原を通って上野から隅田公園、浅草と、かなり満喫できます。
桜はもちろんのこと、ガイドさんの説明も丁寧で、楽しく過ごせました。
浅草で途中下車することもできますが、下車しない場合は首都高を通り日本橋に戻れるので、オープンバスでの首都高はなかなか疾走感があり楽しかったです！
強いて言えば、集合場所までの行き方が分かりづらく少し迷ってしまったので、案内にもう少し分かりやすい地図等があったら良かったかなと思いました。

This was my first time participating, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I checked in at the designated location, and from there, I was guided to the bus stop for boarding.
