I participated for my elementary school son's independent research project. The facility was beautiful, and the air conditioning made it comfortable. It felt like a one-and-a-half-hour walk, so I thought it might be tough for very small children. They provided a thorough explanation of what was happening, and we were fortunate to see the actual training in progress at just the right time. I thought it would be helpful for the independent research if there were brochures or similar materials to take home.

Overall, it was a walking tour. From an adult's perspective, it might not be that unique. However, it's worth seeing at least once. After finishing my shopping for goods and saying thank you as I left, the two staff members were busy with customers and completely ignored me. Well, I guess that's how it is.

I love airplanes, so it was great to learn about various job types. There were also some children around the age of elementary school, and I thought that unless they are really into airplanes, a 90-minute explanation of the job types might be a bit long for them. The view of the sunset over the land from the sea was beautiful and breathtaking. This was my first participation since retirement. I had injured my back just before the event and was considering giving up, but I contacted them the day before and they arranged a wheelchair for me. The staff's response was excellent, and I was able to enjoy my first visit smoothly. I also got to see the efforts of the crew and ground staff towards safety. I have always liked airplanes, but I like them even more now. I want to plan again and travel by airplane.

関係性は分かりませんが、関係者か上客と思われる２名に対して役職者と思われるスタッフがお出迎え対応をしていました。
ここまで会社としては一般的対応でもちろんかまわないのですが、問題はその会話があまりにうるさいこと。
スタッフ側は大声ではないのですが、咎めることもなく、しかも通行に妨げになる場所で会話を延々続けていました。
他の参加者も同行者に「うるさかった」と漏らしていましたので、不満があるのは私だけではないでしょう。
この部分だけは反省と改善を強く望みます。

I was impressed by the ingenuity and efforts of the airline, which has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since an active flight attendant served as our guide, I thought it was remarkable how well they observed the participants and provided thoughtful care without any excess.

My son has a disability, but they handled the situation very smartly by not being overly nervous while appropriately checking on his condition and confirming whether he needed support.

They also engaged in a lot of casual conversation with the participants, which left a very friendly and approachable impression.

The facility was accessible for those with wheelchairs or strollers, and it’s not far from the nearest Anamori Inari Station, so I recommend it to those who may be concerned.

It was also lucky that it was the first day of merchandise sales. I hear that the lineup will increase in the future, so there’s excitement in getting rare items.

Although it was a tour of the training center, I had expected to see training equipment and observe training in action up close, or perhaps even experience something like a simulated training session, but of course, that was not the case, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.

I hope that in the future, there will be opportunities to watch or experience demonstrations of training.

コロナ禍で打撃を受けた航空会社の鋭意工夫、努力が随所に伺えて感銘を受けました。

現役のCAさんがガイドを務めてくださってるだけあって、参加者のことをよく観察し、過不足なく気遣ってくださることは流石だと思いました。

同伴した息子には障害があるのですが、過度に神経質になるでもなく、でも適切にコンディションをヒアリングし、サポートの必要の有無を確認するあたりがとてもスマートな対応でした。

参加者との雑談もたくさんしてくださり、とても、気さくで親しみやすいのも好印象でした。

車椅子やバギーでも見学できる施設でしたので(最寄りの穴守稲荷駅からもさほど遠くない)心配されている方にもオススメです。

ちょうどグッズの販売が始まった初日で、それもラッキーでした。
今後さらにラインナップが増えるとのことで、レアアイテムゲットの楽しみもありますよ。

訓練センターの見学ではありますが、実際に訓練機器や訓練してる様子を間近で見学できるわけではないし、模擬訓練みたいなものを体験できるかな、と期待してたのですが、そんなものはもちろんなく
その点でちょっと物足りなさを感じました。

今後はデモンストレーション用の訓練を見たり体験できるようになるといいなぁ、と思います。

I came from Nagasaki Prefecture and was supposed to meet my daughter, who lives in the city, but she didn't show up even before departure. The departure at 7:00 PM was right at sunset. The sky, beautifully and mysteriously painted red by the setting sun, was stunning. After the sun went down, the industrial area in the darkness was enchanting, and I never expected the view from the sea to be so beautiful. The captain's stories were also interesting and enjoyable. I definitely recommend experiencing this.

It was a situation where the number of participants might not have been met, but when I emailed to say that I absolutely wanted to participate on this day, they decided to go ahead with the tour even with the low number of participants! I was so moved!
I love futuristic landscapes like those in the movie "Blade Runner," so every view was wonderful.
In the inorganic atmosphere without humans, the factory and machines moving steadily felt almost alive, and it warmed my heart. I heard that it operates mostly unmanned.
The captain chooses the best spots to stop, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. Looking up from so close was incredibly cool.
It's safe, but the boat ride is quite wild, so be careful not to lose your hat. When I got off, my hair was a mess (laughs).

催行人数に満たないかもしれない状況でしたが、絶対に見たいのにこの日しか参加できない旨をメールしたところ、人数に足りない段階で催行を決めてくださいました！　感激です！
映画『ブレードランナー』のような近未来的な景色が大好きなので、すべての景色がステキでした。
人間のいない無機的な雰囲気のなか、坦々と動き続けている工場、機械たちが生き物みたいで、胸が熱くなりました。ほとんど無人で操業しているそうです。
船長さんが、最高のスポットを選んでで止めてくれるので、じっくり楽しめました。すぐ近くから見上げると、ものすごくカッコいいです。
安全ですが、かなりワイルドな舟行きなので、帽子など飛ばないよう注意です。降りたときは、髪が爆発してました（笑）
