I always saw the factory scenery from the highway, but this time I got to see it from the sea, and it was such a wonderful and otherworldly experience! The powerful flames and the fantastical lighting… when viewed through the camera, it had a different charm than what I saw with my own eyes, which was great too.

What surprised me was the lack of railings on the boat. The sides of the vessel were particularly narrow and without railings, so if you're not careful, there's the thrill of potentially falling into the night sea… and then you might just take off running wildly!

It was scary, but in today's tourism world where danger and safety are constantly emphasized, it felt truly wild and enjoyable.

As advice for those going, it can be surprisingly cold, so make sure to wear a jacket before putting on the life jacket! I would love to come back on a weekday when the factory is operational! Thank you, Captain Nagai and the staff, for the fun guidance and driving!

いつも高速道路から見ていた工場の景色ですが、この度は海から拝見させてもらい、すごく異空間で素敵でした！！
迫力の炎や幻想的なライトアップ…、カメラを通すとまた肉眼とは違った良さがあり、そこも良かったです。
想定外なのは、船の柵の無さです。船体のサイドは特に足場が狭く柵もないので、うっかりしたら、夜の海に落ちるスリル…。しかもそのまま走り出しワイルド走行！！！！
こわかったけど、危険危険と安全ばかり謳われる昨今の観光としては本当にワイルドで良かったなぁ〜と。
行く方々へアドバイスとしては意外と寒くて身体が冷えるので、上着を先に着てから救命胴衣を付けて！でしょうか。
また次は工場が動いてる平日に来たいです！

I used the factory night view cruise for the first time this time.

First, after a polite explanation from the staff, the captain of the cruise was friendly, and it was the best to enjoy a fun 90-minute cruise while seeing and taking pictures of the extraordinary expressions of the factory night view.

There were many photo spots near the Asuka II and other areas visible from the Osanbashi Pier, and the waiting time didn't feel long at all.

始めに、係の方の丁寧な説明のあとクルーズの船長さんも
気さくな方で、９０分楽しいクルーズと工場夜景の非日常の様な
表情を見たり撮ったりできてサイコーでした

みなとみらいの夕暮れや夜景と大さん橋から見える
アスカ２など船上付近にもたくさんのフォトスポットもあり
待ち時間にも長くは感じませんでした

It felt great to explore Tokyo's famous spots on a sunny day, feeling the wind under the blue sky. Passing through places like the Rainbow Bridge, the Metropolitan Expressway, and under elevated bridges while directly feeling the wind on my face was like racing through the city on a roller coaster, and it was a lot of fun. I would love to ride again if I have time when I come to Tokyo. I also want to try a different course. Since the sun seemed strong, I wore a hat, but the wind was so strong that it almost blew off several times. I need to find a way to prevent that.

Since we chose to depart at dusk, the lights of the factories and bridges became more and more prominent, making the Yokohama Port area very beautiful. It was a valuable experience to see the flames of the flare stack roaring, hear the sound of the gas being released, and observe the intricate pipes up close. The captain's stories were also interesting, and the hour and a half flew by. I would like to participate again at a different time.

夕暮れに出発する時間を選んだので、どんどん灯りが際立っていく工場や橋て、横浜港一帯がとても綺麗でした。また、フレアスタックの炎がごうごうと燃える様や、噴出しているガスの音、入り組んだパイプたちが間近に見れて貴重な体験ですした。船長さんのお話も面白く、あっという間の1時間半でした。また違う時期に参加してみたいです。

I live in Tokyo, and I enjoyed my first ride.
While listening to the announcements, I was able to appreciate Tokyo Tower from various angles.
The Rainbow Bridge had strong winds, and unfortunately, I couldn't hear the announcements; it was so intense that I felt like I might be thrown into the sea, which was quite scary. It was a hot summer day, but measures for warmth and wind protection are essential.

It was a convenient bus tour that I was able to join the day after the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. The tour departed at 3:30 PM, but be careful as it can get surprisingly cold on the way back since it runs on the expressway.

都内の満開の次の日に参加出来た便利なバスツアーでした。15時半出発コースでしたが、帰りは首都高を走るので、意外と寒くなるので要注意ですね。

I used to go directly to my destinations, but since it's cherry blossom season, I thought it would be nice to see the streets and scenery of Tokyo from a double-decker bus with a great view. We were able to see Tokyo Tower up close, and experiencing the highway on an open bus was something we don't often get to do, which made my family happy. It might be a bit cliché, but being able to enjoy sightseeing while resting my tired feet is definitely recommended.

今まで目的地にだけピンポイントで行っていましたが、せっかく桜の時期だし、眺めの良い2階建バスから東京の街並みや景色を見るのも良いかも…と計画しました。
東京タワーもまじかで見ることが出来、高速をオープンバスで走れるなんて中々出来ない体験をして家族も喜んでくれました。ベタかも知れませんが、歩き疲れた足を休めながら観光が出来るなんて…オススメですよ。

I applied because I wanted to uplift the spirits of the children who had to graduate without being able to go on field trips, school trips, or outings with friends due to COVID-19.

The experience of going from the bus to the sea was very enjoyable, and the views from the sea and the explanations of various buildings were fascinating. The children also had a great time, and I'm glad we participated.

There were other open bus tours during the cherry blossom season, but I participated in this tour, which was longer and more fulfilling.

You can enjoy a lot, traveling from Nihonbashi to Chidorigafuchi, passing through Kanda and Akihabara, then from Ueno to Sumida Park and Asakusa.

Of course, the cherry blossoms were beautiful, and the guide's explanations were thorough, making for an enjoyable experience.

You can also get off at Asakusa, but if you don't, you can return to Nihonbashi via the expressway, which was quite exhilarating on the open bus!

If I had to mention something, it was a bit difficult to find the meeting point, and I got a little lost, so I think it would have been helpful to have a clearer map or directions.

桜の時期のオープンバスのツアーは他にもありましたが、時間も長く内容も充実しているこちらのツアーに参加させていただきました。
日本橋から千鳥ヶ淵、神田や秋葉原を通って上野から隅田公園、浅草と、かなり満喫できます。
桜はもちろんのこと、ガイドさんの説明も丁寧で、楽しく過ごせました。
浅草で途中下車することもできますが、下車しない場合は首都高を通り日本橋に戻れるので、オープンバスでの首都高はなかなか疾走感があり楽しかったです！
強いて言えば、集合場所までの行き方が分かりづらく少し迷ってしまったので、案内にもう少し分かりやすい地図等があったら良かったかなと思いました。

This was my first time participating, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I checked in at the designated location, and from there, I was guided to the bus stop for boarding. At the designated location, there were power outlets available, and complimentary drinks were provided. Even if I arrived a little early, it felt like a relaxing space. Although it was drizzling and I felt a bit anxious, the captain's fun and informative stories really refreshed me with exclamations of "Wow!" and "Haha!" I was particularly moved by the captain's connection to the blue light... How wonderful it was. There were so many things to see, like the sound of flames, the smell of iron, numerous export vehicles, and the state of LNG and oil storage. My daughter had just learned about the Keihin Industrial Zone, so I think it was great for her to experience it firsthand.

We were blessed with clear weather, and we could see Mount Fuji. The captain was entertaining and kept us amused throughout the trip. Normally, I just glance at it from the road, but I was able to enjoy a different experience this time. It was cold outside the boat, but I appreciated that they lent us blankets. The inside of the boat was warm. The time flew by. I would love to participate again.

This was my first factory night view cruise. I participated in the 5:00 PM departure in early November. Since everyone gathered 15 minutes before departure, they kindly took us to see the Gundam storage area as a bonus, which was a great deal. The main factory night view was impressive and it was a wonderful first experience.

The captain's commentary was very interesting, and the first mate also guided us to the best shots, making it a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

While the factory night view was fantastic, I also appreciated that this factory operates day and night, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable life.

This time, the night breeze wasn't too cold, so I didn't feel too chilly, but I think winter cruises might be quite cold. I also thought that winter might offer clearer air, making the views even more beautiful. I would like to participate again in a different season.

After consulting with the local staff, I learned that riding the Blue Course after 5 PM allows you to enjoy the night views. So, I followed the staff's recommendation and enjoyed a full day of bus travel in the order of Red Course → Green Course → Blue Course. I've been living in Tokyo for a few years now, but seeing the cityscape from the bus always brings new discoveries, and it was a lot of fun. The Red Course is great for first-time visitors as it includes famous tourist spots like Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa. Personally, the night view of Tokyo Tower from the Blue Course was the most impressive; it was incredibly beautiful and moving. I had such a great time that I want to ride it again when friends from the countryside come to Tokyo!
