The weather was wonderful, and the cherry blossoms were very beautiful. I've taken the open-top bus several times, but this was my first time during cherry blossom season. It was great to see the beautiful cherry blossoms up close.

天気に恵まれて桜がとてもきれいでした。
オープントップバスは、何度か乗っていますが、桜の時期は初めてです。
まじかにきれいな桜を見ることが出来てとても良かったです。

I was able to feel the wind and enjoy a very powerful and beautiful view from a different height than usual. I would love to ride again.

I love Mount Fuji! It's so beautiful. However, the sightseeing time is short, the matcha experience is brief, and there is only one hour for shopping. I don't think the satisfaction level is high, but I hope for improvements. I plan to introduce this to my friends.

I was able to make a reservation right on my birthday. The kind guide who provided constant assistance on the bus, the waiter who served us with care, the chef who put their heart into the dishes, and the driver who drove safely—all of it was wonderful, and I was extremely satisfied. It was the best birthday ever. Thank you so much♡ I would love to participate again.

We were the only Japanese couple, but our guide Betty provided thorough explanations in Japanese, which was really helpful. There was traffic on New Year's Day, but we were able to see everything as planned, and I am grateful to the driver as well. This year, as I turn sixty, it has become the best memory for me.

日本人は私ら夫婦だけでしたが、ガイドのベティさんは日本語で丁寧に説明してくださり本当に助かりました。
元旦で渋滞もありましたが全て予定通り見学できて運転手さんにも感謝しております。
今年、還暦を迎える私ですが最高の思い出になりました。

The guide's explanations were thorough, the weather was nice, and I was able to see Mount Fuji just as I imagined. The fifth station was good, but the view of Mount Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi was the best.

ガイドさんの、説明も、丁寧で、天気も良く、イメージ通りの富士山が見れました。５合目も良かったですが、河口湖からの富士山が１番良かったです。

We enjoyed the tour thoroughly. We were lucky enough to be able to go up to the 5th level. It was -8 degrees up there but the views were breathtaking. And we got a close view of Mt. Fuji too.
The souvenir shop offered us complimentary tea on arrival which was lovely and very welcoming. We were each given a little complimentary bell too which is supposed to bring good luck and long life to the owner.
The lunch at Lake Kawaguchiko was really nice too. The food great and the experience of eating out of the bowl while the food was cooking was amazing!

Very easy to find the meeting place and there was a person in charge waiting. No hassle to queu for a public transport.

The feeling of seeing the full view of Mount Fuji, which can only be partially seen from Tokyo, is truly exceptional. The beauty of Mount Fuji, with its long base, as seen from the sightseeing boat on Lake Kawaguchi, is breathtaking. When I disembarked, I felt as refreshed as if I had just meditated. The lunch buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, and I felt as if I was dining under the watchful gaze of the magnificent Mount Fuji outside the window. I believe Mount Fuji is the ultimate power spot; it cleanses the heart and leaves you feeling invigorated. The guide was attentive and warm, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time.

都内からは頭の部分しか見えない富士山の全貌を目にした時の感動は、格別です。
河口湖の遊覧船から見る裾の長い富士山の美しさは圧巻。
下船する時には瞑想をした後のような清々しい気持ちでした。
お昼のバイキングも美味しいものが種類豊富で、窓の外の大きな富士山に見守られながら食事をしている気分でした。
富士山は究極のパワースポットなのではないかと思うくらい、心が洗われ、スッキリしました。
ガイドさんもきめ細やかであたたかく、安心して過ごせました。

We participated as sisters aged 75 and 73. During the day, we took this course, and at night, we went to Tokyo Mega Illumination and stayed at a business hotel. Although we live in Saitama Prefecture and are not very confident in our mobility, it was difficult to return home at night after participating all day, so we stayed overnight. It became a wonderful memory, and we really enjoyed it. The Sky Transportation was excellent.

75才と73才の姉妹で参加しました。昼はこのコースに夜は東京メガイルミに行ってビジネスホテルに宿泊しました。私達姉妹は埼玉県に住んでいますが　足もあまり自信がなく　昼夜の参加で夜の帰宅が大変なので1泊して帰りました。
良い思い出になり本当に楽しかった。　スカイ交通最高でした。

The weather was nice, perfect for a sky bus ride. I thought there wouldn't be many people since it was December, but it was almost full. Since there was no roof, it was thrilling when we passed under the elevated tracks. Time flew by in no time.

お天気が良く、最高のスカイバス日和。12月なのであまり人がいないかと思っていたら、ほぼ満席。屋根がないので、高架線の下を走るときにはスリル満点。あっという間に時間が過ぎました。

I was worried about the weather, but the slightly cool breeze felt nice. It wasn't as cold as I had thought, and it was comfortable. Usually, when I'm driving, I can't take my time to look around, so I was moved to be able to appreciate the scenery again. The guide was also very polite and it was great. Next time, I want to take a different route.

It was almost an inbound tour, and I was surprised right from the start with two large buses. The inside of the bus was quiet, and the seats were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Since the guide spoke both English and Chinese, it would be beneficial for participants to have some level of understanding in either language (especially for hearing the meeting place and time).

It was the peak season for autumn leaves, but since it was a weekday, the movement was smooth, and I was able to enjoy the entire itinerary without any issues.

Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Falls are about a 10-minute walk apart, and we had a longer stay at Kegon Falls for lunch, but I was able to take a stroll to Lake Chuzenji during the free time. The hot spring was a sulfur spring, a cozy day-use onsen facing Lake Chuzenji. Towels were provided (included in the tour cost). Only two of us, including myself, participated in the hot spring, while the others explored Lake Chuzenji. By the way, those who didn’t enter the hot spring received castella instead.

Overall, it was a pleasant sightseeing experience, and I recommend this tour.

ほぼインバウンド向けツアーで、大型バス2台となり初っ端から驚きました。バス内は静かで、座席もきれいで広く快適でした。
英語と中国語のガイドなため、いずれかある程度ヒアリングできる方がよいと思います（特に集合場所と時間の聞き取り必須）。

紅葉のハイピークでしたが、平日なため移動もスムーズで、全工程を問題なく楽しめました。
中禅寺湖と華厳滝は歩いて10分ほどの距離で、華厳滝でランチのため長めの滞在でしたが、空き時間に中禅寺湖まで散策できました。
温泉は硫黄泉、こじんまりとした中禅寺湖に面した日帰り温泉です。手拭い貸し出しがありました（ツアー 費用の内数）。温泉参加は私含めて2名のみで、他の皆さんは中禅寺湖散策していました。ちなみに温泉入らない方たちは、かわりにカステラをもらっていました。

全体的に気持ちよく観光できて、おすすめするツアーです。

I wanted to see Japan's highest mountain, Mount Fuji, at least once, so I planned a bus tour this time. There were various tours available, but I participated in the one from VeLTRA, which had the best content.

The weekly weather forecast showed rain all week, so I had given up on seeing Mount Fuji. However, on the day of the tour, the weather changed from rain in the morning of October 30 to clear skies when we arrived. When we reached the fifth station, we were able to see the summit of Mount Fuji. That was the first miracle!

We then moved to the ropeway from the fifth station, where we could see the entire view of Mount Fuji again. That was the second miracle! Although it was cloudy during the sightseeing boat ride and we couldn't see Mount Fuji as in the photos, it was still a very enjoyable boat ride! That was the third miracle!

The guide for this bus tour, Hiro, was very clear, kind, and thorough in his guidance, making him the best guide! Lastly, that was the fourth miracle!

I’m really glad I participated in this wonderful Mount Fuji tour! I plan to use VeLTRA again if I have the opportunity! VeLTRA is the best!

日本で1番高い山、富士山を一度は見たく
今回、バスツアーを計画しました。
色々なツアーがあったのですが内容がVeLTRAが
1番良く参加させて頂きました。
週間天気では、ずっと雨マークで富士山を見る事は諦めていました。当日、10/30朝の雨から到着時には天候が晴れ☀️に変わり五合目に着くと富士山の頂上まで見る事ができました。一つ目の奇跡！五合目からロープウェイに移動し、またそこの場所でも富士山の全景を見る事が出来ました。二つ目の奇跡！遊覧船では雲ってしまい
写真の様な富士山を見る事は出来なかったのですが、とても楽しい遊覧船でした！これが三つ目の奇跡！
今回のバスツアーのガイドさん【HIRO】さんも、わかりやすく、親切、丁寧にガイドして頂き、最高のガイドさんでした！最後に四つ目の奇跡！
いい事ばかりの富士山ツアーで本当に参加して良かったです！
また機会があれば利用しようと思ってます！

This is my second time on the English and Chinese tour. Once again, I was the only Japanese person! I was approached in broken Japanese, and I enjoyed a delicious lunch, as well as received directions to the meeting place. Thanks to that, I was able to spend a pleasant time.

英語、中国語ツアーは、今回2回目です。またまた日本人は、私ひとり！片言の日本語で声をかけて頂き、ランチが、美味しく頂けましたし、集合場所を教えてもらったりしました。お陰で和やかな時間が過ごせました。

It was disappointing that I couldn't see Mount Fuji due to bad weather. The meals were also not as good as I had hoped, which was disappointing.

However, our guide Mayumi was very accommodating.

天候不良で、富士山を見ることが、出来なかったから、残念でした。

I see Mount Fuji from Gotemba every day, but unfortunately, I couldn't see it from the Yamanashi side due to the fog. However, the autumn leaves were beautiful.
It was a day spent in an extraordinary way.

参加した日本人は、バス運転手と私一人だったと思います。英語のあとにわざわざ日本語ガイドして頂き、ありがとうございました。
毎日御殿場富士を見ている私ですが…あいにく山梨側からの富士山は、霧で見られなかったです。が、紅葉が綺麗でした。
非日常を過ごせた一日でした。

I was expecting a double-decker bus since there were only images of them, but what arrived was a standard-sized bus. The ceiling was made of glass (or acrylic?), but...

The guide who accompanied us was very good, but I was a bit disappointed because the part I was looking forward to the most was missing.

2階建てバスの画像ばかりだったので、期待していたのですが、来たのは通常サイズのバスでした。
天井は一応ガラス(?アクリル?)になっていましたが…

同乗していたガイドさんの対応はとても良かったですが、一番期待していた部分が無かったので、少しがっかりでした。

The view of Mount Fuji was stunning against the clear blue sky. On the way back, clouds started to appear, and I hummed the song about having my head above the clouds and the surrounding mountains. The hotel buffet was delicious, and the sightseeing boat ride was a great way to enjoy the travel experience. It was a tour filled with a sense of exotic charm, with many foreign visitors.

ホテルのバイキングも美味しかったし、遊覧船も旅行気分満喫。

The weather was so nice, and the sunshine was hot, but it felt cool while running. I think it would be good to experience it at least once.

It was my husband's birthday, but since he doesn't want anything, I decided to give him a wonderful experience as a gift. I live in Tokyo, but it was fun to see Tokyo Tower from a different perspective. The food was also very delicious. It was enjoyable to watch the chef cooking as well. The guide was very attentive and taught us how to take beautiful photos. I would love to participate again during Christmas or cherry blossom season.

旦那の誕生日でしたが、旦那は何も欲しがらないので、素敵な経験をプレゼントしようと参加しました。東京に住んでいるのですが、違う目線から東京タワーが見れて楽しかったです。お料理もとても美味しかったです。シェフがお料理しているところも見れて楽しかったです。ガイドさんも写真が、綺麗に撮れる撮り方を教えてくださりとても丁寧でした。次回はクリスマスや桜の時期などにも参加したいです。

It wasn't too hot or too cold, so the breeze felt nice. It was a good preview experience of Tokyo, as I got to see places like the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, and cross the Rainbow Bridge, even though I couldn't drive myself.

暑くもなく寒くもなくだったので風が気持ちよかったです。皇居、東京タワー、レインボーブリッジを渡るなど、自分で運転できないので、東京の一部を知る下見体験としてよかったかな。

You can see Tokyo Tower from the bottom to the top, and the view from the Shuto Expressway to the Rainbow Bridge feels like riding a roller coaster—it's exhilarating! It was a fun bus ride, feeling the wind on my body.

東京タワーを下から上までガッツリ見れて首都高速からレインボーブリッジはまるでジェットコースター乗ってるような爽快感　風を身体に感じて楽しいバス時間でした

It was quite a good experience.
The charging facilities on the bus were very nice.
The lunch at the Highland Resort Hotel at the 5th Station of Mount Fuji and the sightseeing boat on Lake Kawaguchi were also great.
The disappointing part was that there wasn't enough time to ride the cable car at Lake Kawaguchi.

なかなかいい体験でした。
バス中の席に充電設備も用意してあり大変良かった。
また富士山５号目、ハイランドリゾートホテルのランチ、河口湖の遊覧船も良かった。
残念なところは時間なくて、河口湖のロープウェイを乗れなかった。

I was able to enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace, and it was more fun than I expected. Both the guide and the driver were kind. Since everyone else was a foreigner, the guide provided information in two languages, which I think was quite challenging, but I appreciated it. During our free time, I rode the Ferris wheel for the first time in a while. By the way, unlike what was mentioned in the tour description, the bus to and from the location was the same. Ultimately, it was a bit disappointing that I sent unnecessary luggage via courier, as I didn't have my suitcase the next day, and when I bought souvenirs, my bags became really heavy...

ゆっくり観光できて思った以上に楽しかった。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも親切でした。
私たち以外は外国人だったので、ガイドさんはすべて二か国語でガイドしてくださり、大変だったと思いますがありがたかったです。
自由時間に久しぶりに観覧車にも乗りました。
因みにツアーの説明書きとは違い、行きのバスと帰りのバスは同じでした。
結果的に送る必要のない荷物を宅配便で送ったのはちょっと残念でした。翌日はスーツケースがなかったので土産を買ったら荷物が重たくて重たくて・・・

I was frustrated because I couldn't find out whether the tour would proceed or be canceled until the last minute due to the typhoon. We decided to go anyway, but as expected, we couldn't see Mount Fuji, and the foreigners were disappointed. I thought it would have been better to cancel earlier. As for souvenirs, it would be nicer to give each participant something small instead of just one item for the whole group. I also used Veltra in Okinawa, and I feel like there were many disappointing things during that time as well.

間際まで台風の営業等です決行か欠行かの連絡がこちらからしないとわからなくてイラつきました。とりあえず行くことになったのですが案の定、富士山は眺められず外人達はガッカリしてました。それならもっと早くキャンセルすれば良かったとも思いました。お土産もIグループに１つってもう少し些細なものでも参加者一人一人にの方が良いですね。沖縄でもベルトラさん利用しましたがその時も色々とガッカリな事が多かった気がします。

We used this service for sightseeing in Tokyo with our family, including an elementary school student and a 2-year-old. The course and the guide's explanations were very satisfying!

Although almost everyone was from overseas, the guide and the bus driver were polite, and there were simple explanations in Japanese. I understood a little English, so I was able to enjoy the experience without any issues. Since it was during the Obon period, some changes were made to the sightseeing schedule due to traffic congestion. There wasn't a detailed guide; they took us to the spots by bus, and then we had almost complete freedom to explore on our own. I think this is recommended for those who want to visit tourist spots in a light and inexpensive way rather than having a fully guided tour.

ほぼ全員海外の方たちばかりでしたが、ガイドの方とバスの運転手も丁寧で日本語の簡単な説明もありましたし、英語も少しわかったので困ることなく楽しめました。御盆期間ということもあり、渋滞の関係で観光スケジュールが一部変更されました。細かいガイドがあるわけではなく、バスでスポットに連れて行ってくれたら自由行動がほぼです。しっかり説明付きの観光地巡りというよりかは、安く軽く観光地に行きたい方にはおすすめだと思います。
