I booked during the cherry blossom peak season, but unlike the photos, the cherry blossoms weren't close enough to see, and I didn't really need to ride the cold double-decker bus. I only saw one cherry blossom tree at the entrance of Ueno Park as I passed by, so I couldn't see anything inside. It felt like a trip just to visit tourist spots. It was inexpensive, and the guide was decent.

桜は満開シーズンで予約しましたが、写真とは違い桜が近くにあって見えるわけでもなく、寒い二階建てバスに乗る必要もないかなと。
上野公園は入り口の一本の桜を見たのみで横を通ったので中は全く見えず。
観光地を回る旅だったかな。
お安かったし、ガイドさんもそれなりかと。

The cherry blossoms were only partially in bloom, which was disappointing, but the weather was great with blue skies and warmth. Riding the double-decker bus for the first time with my three close friends was exciting! The guide's stories were educational and humorous, making it a fantastic experience. I've been to many famous cherry blossom spots before, but the view from the bus was refreshing. We all decided to go again next year! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

桜は１、2部咲きで期待外れでしたが、天候に恵まれ青空、暖かくて、初めての２階建バスは親友4人でワクワク❗️ガイドさんのお話は勉強になったり、ユーモアもあり楽しくて最高でした。行った事のある桜名所の数々ですが、バスからの眺めは新鮮でした。

The cherry blossoms were unexpectedly late, and even though it was a double-decker bus for the opening, I couldn't fully enjoy the experience! It was disappointing. There's nothing that could be done about that. Instead, the guide did their best to share stories with us. I felt that booking seasonal events can be quite tricky.

予想外に桜が遅れ、せっかくのオープン二階建てバスだったのに、醍醐味味わえず❗残念でした。こればかりは、どうしようもない事でした。代わりにとガイドさんが一生懸命話をして下さいましたが。
季節のイベントは予約時期が難しいと、感じました。

I participated in a group that included everyone from one year old to seniors, and everyone had a great time! For those who are unsure, you're missing out if you don't experience it!

The cherry blossoms are almost not blooming. Even on the trees that are blooming, there are only a few flowers. However, just feeling the pleasant breeze and listening to the guide's stories made for a very enjoyable cruise.

桜はほぼ咲いていません。咲いている木でも数輪程度がほとんど。
でも気持ちいい風を感じながら、ガイドさんの話を聞いてるだけで、十分楽しめたクルーズでした。

We made a reservation for five people and went by car. We intended to park at the Yaesu Underground Parking, and since my father is in a wheelchair and my mother might not be able to walk, we participated with both of them in wheelchairs. My parents and I got dropped off in front of the VIP lounge while our companion headed to the parking. However, everywhere was full, and we couldn't find a place to park by the time we needed to leave. The bus guide helped by pushing the wheelchair and checked the names of the two companions who were running late, ensuring that all five of us could participate until the end. I thought we arrived early, but it was our responsibility that we ended up searching for parking. Still, I was very grateful for the guide's kindness.

For those participating by car, please be careful.

The weather was cloudy, and there was a light rain for a short time, but we didn't get too wet. I wanted to enjoy cherry blossom viewing, but since the blooming forecast was delayed, we ended up looking for the few cherry blossoms that were blooming.

With two people not making it, three of us participated, and searching for the scattered blooming cherry blossoms became a good memory. After getting off, we met up with our companions and promised to join another tour together. My parents also participated in the double-decker bus, and since the stairs were dangerous, they were allowed to get on and off last, which made them happy as they were told to take their time.

I think it was good that even with a wheelchair and elderly people, we didn't have to get on and off the bus during the one-hour drive. Traveling can be tough for the elderly, but I appreciate tours that don't require frequent getting on and off in a short time.

I would like to thank all the staff, especially the guide. Thank you very much.

5人で予約し、車で行きました。八重洲地下駐車場に停めるつもりで、車椅子の父と歩け無くなるかもしれない母も車椅子を押しての参加で、VIPラウンジ前で両親と3人が降りて、同行者がパーキングへ向いました。しかし、どこも満車で
車が停められずに出発時間となりました。バスガイドさんが、車椅子を押してくれたり、間に合わない同行者を気にして2人の名前を確認してくれたり、最後迄5人で参加できる様に対応して頂きました。早目に行ったつもりでしたが、パーキング探しになったのはコチラの責任。それでもガイドさんの優しさが、とても嬉しかったので感謝しています。
車で参加される方は注意して下さい。

お天気は曇りで、途中にパラパラと雨が降りましたが、短時間でしたのでそれ程濡れる事も無かったです。
御花見をしたかったのですが、開花予想が遅れていたので、逆にチラホラと咲いている桜を見付ける様に御花見して来ました。

2人が間に合わず3人参加、チラホラと咲く桜を探すように見て廻った事も良い想い出となりました。
降車後、同行者と合流し　また違うツアーに参加する約束をしました。
両親も2階建てバスに参加し、階段が危ないため最後に乗降させて頂き、ゆっくりで良いですよ〜。と気遣って頂けたので、楽しかったと喜んでいました。
車椅子や高齢者でも、1時間のドライブで　バスに乗ったり、降りたりしないので良かったと思います。高齢者になると外出や旅行は大変ですが、短時間で乗り降りしないツアーは有難いと思います。

Despite the rain, I had a great time thanks to the guide's entertaining stories and the driver's excellent driving.

Guide was great. Very nice tour. Only feedback is that I would have preferred less time at Tokyo Tower and more in Asakusa.

It was my first time riding the Sky Bus. It was a cold day. Since I came from Aomori for the trip, I thought it would feel warm, but the Sky Bus was quite chilly.

However, even while shivering from the cold, I appreciated the words of the guide that reached my ears. I was very grateful for the cheerful words meant to entertain the tourists. While listening to the stories, I felt it was a good choice to take the Sky Bus today. The wind was extremely cold, but thank you for the heartwarming experience.

　スカイバスに乗ったのは初めて。風が冷たい日でした。青森から旅行に来たということもあり、体感は暖かく感じられるだろうと思って乗ったスカイバスの寒かったこと。
　しかし、寒い寒いと震えながらも耳に入ってくるガイドさんの言葉。観光客を楽しませようとする楽しい言葉がとてもありがたく思いました。お話しを聞きながら、今日はスカイバスを選んで良かったと思う時間でした。風は最高冷たかったけど、心温まる時間をありがとうございました。

We had a lovely rainy day on a warm and dry bus. Nice spots to give a good view of Tokyo with a nice lunch. Comfy yellow bus with big windows.

The Shinjuku station pickup spot could be noted a little more clearly. Directions take you to the Hato bus office so we went very early and caught someone. It wasn’t clear that they would be there the whole time or locked up so just know there is a 1 and 2 bus stop just for Hato on the street directly across from the Starbucks that is outside from the office (not across the street, but just a straight walk out towards the street). The pole sign will call out their different packages and they will be there to ensure you’re on the right bus.

My wife and I came to Tokyo to run the marathon and had limited time available to sightsee. This tour hit so many items on our hit list and the conductors were so knowledgeable about the history of the places. The only downside is that we wish we had more time to explore some of the places like the temples and the imperial gardens, but I understand with all the places we needed to get in that just wasn't possible. The only thing I might change is the cruise part since there just wasn't much to see on the cruise and the tour guides couldn't really talk much during the trip because there were other passengers not from our group. I would have preferred to get additional time at either of the temples. However it was still enjoyable and if we return to Tokyo we would definitely consider doing this tour again.

Even on a rainy day, the vinyl acted as a window, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without getting wet. Thanks to that, it might not have been cold in winter without the wind.

I heard that there is a sunshade on the ceiling in summer, and the transparent ceiling is only for now. We were able to take pictures of the Tokyo Skytree all the way to the top.

The guide kept the energy up throughout, and my child was especially delighted with the diving, which they were looking forward to the most. We passed by several people practicing canoeing on the river, and it was heartwarming that everyone waved at us.

The explanation mentioned that the river ride lasts about 20 minutes. After getting off the river, there was a 10-15 minute disembarkation time, and we could take a break at the café or use the restroom.

My elementary school child seemed to enjoy it too, and said they want to go again on a sunny day.

雨の日でもビニールが窓がわりになっていたので濡れずに楽しめました。おかげで冬でも風がなく寒くなかったかもしれません。
夏は天井にサンシェードがあるとの事で、天井も透明なのは今だけとの事。スカイツリーもてっぺんまで写真に撮れました◎

終始ガイドさんが盛り上げてくれて、子どもが1番楽しみにしていたダイビングも大喜びでした。
川ではカヌー？を練習中の方と何度もすれ違いましたが皆さん手を振ってくれたのも微笑ましかったです。
川は20分くらいとの説明がありました。川から出た後は10-15分くらいの降車タイムがあり、カフェで休憩やトイレも可能でした。

今度は晴れた日にも行きたいね、と小学生の子どもも楽しめたようです。

I had a great time interacting in English with foreign friends who love Japan. It was wonderful to engage in cultural exchange with people from Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. I was glad to explain the matcha experience. Although Mount Fuji was obscured by clouds, I was happy to take photos by Lake Yamanaka. Overall, I was about 70% satisfied. The meeting point in the morning was confusing due to various tour buses arriving one after another, so I think it would have been better to have clearer and more noticeable signs.

親日の外国の方々と英語で交流でき、楽しかった。
台湾、マレーシア、シンガポール、オーストラリアの方々と異文化交流ができ良かった。
お抹茶体験を説明できてよかった。富士山は雲がかかって見えなかったが、山中湖畔で、写真が撮れたのでよかった。
全体的には、70パーセントの満足。
朝の集合場所が、色々なツアーバスが次々と来て、迷ったので、もう少し分かりやすい目につきやすい看板などあると良かったと思う。

Since she is Filipino, we participated with 10 people including relatives and friends. Most of the tour guests were from Southeast Asia and had a warm atmosphere. The guide was young and made a great impression with their earnest efforts. The only complaint, if I had to mention one, was that the price was a bit high. I would like to use the tour again next time.

彼女がフィリピン人なので、親戚友人含め10人で参加しました。ツアー客は、ほぼ東南アジアの方でほんわかしてました。ガイドさんは若く一生懸命対応してたのが好印象です。金額が少し高かったのが強いて言えば不満点。次回もツアーを利用したいと思います。

traveled with parents, personally the travel spots in the itinerary is just average for me. Anyway, would like to thank driver and tour guide as we needed to board Shinkansen at 8 pm so they really managed the time for us to catch up with the train.

With a one-day unlimited ride ticket, my goal was to enjoy the night view! On December 16, the weather was cloudy with a temperature of 21°C, so the open bus tour was pleasant with a nice breeze and a panoramic view. Most of the participants were foreigners. Thanks to the prompt support from the guide, we were able to enjoy two courses, adding extra value to our experience in a short amount of time. Since it was a Saturday, it was fully booked, and I shared a seat with someone from Mexico. We communicated while searching on our phones, and I had a wonderful experience, fully enjoying the beautiful night view of Tokyo!

The moment the bus enters the sea is incredibly thrilling! It was my first experience, and I had a lot of fun. The guide was wonderful with a smile and detailed explanations. I will come back next year to ride the Sky Duck from Hokkaido.

I made a reservation because it was trending on TV and social media, and I definitely wanted to experience it. The weather was also favorable, and I was able to have a rare experience. Diving from land to sea was impressive, and the view after getting out to sea was wonderful. I enjoyed seeing the Rainbow Bridge from below and being surrounded by many seagulls while cruising. It was so much fun that I wished I could do it twice.

The service from the tour guides was absolutely wonderful! Both the departure and arrival were on schedule, and the lunch course was stylish and delicious, which made me very satisfied! We were originally planning to participate as a group of three, but unfortunately one person couldn't join us due to health issues at the last minute, so I hope to go together next time!

I visited Nikko Toshogu Shrine for the first time after its renovation. It was during the autumn foliage season, so there were quite a lot of people, which would have made it difficult for individuals. However, we were able to view the shrine as a group without waiting in line for tickets, but even an hour and a half felt insufficient. The traffic on Irohazaka was terrible, and unfortunately, we couldn't see Kegon Falls as it was already dark. I participated in a tour in Chinese and English for the first time, and even with just one Japanese person, the perspective changed. It was a great opportunity to study English and feel like I was traveling abroad, making it an enjoyable experience.

日光東照宮を修繕後初めて見ました。紅葉の時期でかなり人手が多いので、個人では大変だったかと思います。団体でチケットなどまだ並ばずに観覧できましたが、滞在時間は1時間半でも足りない感じでした。いろは坂の渋滞はひどく、華厳の滝は残念ながら日没してしまい見れませんでした。中国語、英語のツアーに初めて参加しましたが、日本人1人でも視点が変わり、英語の勉強にもなり、海外旅行気分で、楽しく参加できました。

I have never participated in such a terrible tour. After gathering in Shinjuku, there was no announcement when the bus departed. I had no idea where we were going or how long it would take. Even when we arrived at the destination, there was no information about where we had arrived or when to regroup; everyone was checking on their own. I chose this tour because it was supposed to be in English and Chinese, but there was absolutely no explanation at each sightseeing spot. I regretted not joining a regular Japanese tour instead.

At Toshogu Shrine, the bus parking was a bit far away, and I was relieved that everyone (mostly Chinese) returned safely without any accidents. I participated in this tour thinking it would be nice for my overseas friends, but I was disappointed. I believe this is not just a problem with the guide but a quality control issue with Veltra. If the customers had been Westerners, I think there would have been complaints on the spot, and accidents like getting lost could have occurred.

I hope they work on improving the quality of the tours.

これだけ酷いツアーには参加したことがありません。
新宿集合後、バスが出発しても何のアナウンスもありません。どこに行くのかどのくらい時間が掛かるのか全く分かりません。バスが到着してもどこについたのかいつ再集合かボード、アナウンス全くなく各々確認していました。英語、中国語のツアーとのことで選んだのですが各観光地の説明は全くありません。これなら日本語の普通のツアーに参加すればよかったと思いました。
東照宮ではバスの駐車場は少し離れた場所で良くみんな（ほとんどが中国人）無事に事故無く帰ってきたと思いました。
ベルトラさんの海外のツアーに参加して今回は海外の友達にいいかなと思い参加しましたががっかりです。
これはガイドさんの問題でなくベルトラさんの品質管理の問題だと思います。お客が欧米人ならその場で文句が出ていたと思いますしはぐれて帰ってこないなどの事故が起こっていたかと思います。
ツアーの品質改善に取り組んでほしいと思います。

I thought a bus tour would be a great way to efficiently explore Tokyo with friends visiting from abroad, so I searched online and found this open-air tour that offers unlimited rides for a day. We started on the Blue Course at 10:05 AM, got off at Tsukiji, had an early lunch, and visited Tsukiji Honganji Temple. We returned to Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building at 1:20 PM after a restroom break. Next, we took the Red Course departing at 2:05 PM and got off at Asakusa Hanakawado. We visited Senso-ji Temple, enjoyed ningyo-yaki and matcha ice cream on Nakamise Street, and took photos with Tokyo Skytree and the Asahi Headquarters. We returned to Marunouchi again at 4:23 PM. While there wasn't enough time to see everything, we got to view various tourist spots from the bus, and my friends and other international travelers seemed to have a great time. Everyone cheered when we looked up at Tokyo Tower. I think it would be nice to visit the places we wanted to see later. After this, we participated in the open-air night bus tour as well. We were able to communicate with tourists from various countries, and it was the best day ever! I would love to join again!

海外から来た友達と効率よく東京観光をするにはバスツアーがいいなと思い、ネットで探していたら、オープンエアで1日乗り放題のこのツアーを見つけました。私達は10時5分からスタートのブルーコースに乗り、築地で降り、早めの昼食を摂り、築地本願寺を参拝、13時20分築地発で丸の内三菱ビルに戻ってきました。トイレ休憩し、次は14時5分発でレッドコースに乗り、浅草花川戸で降りました。浅草寺参拝、仲見世通りで人形焼や抹茶アイスを食べたり、東京スカイツリーやアサヒ本社屋と一緒に写真を撮りました。そして16時23分発でまた丸の内に戻りました。全て見学するには時間が足りませんが、バスの中からいろいろな観光地を見れて、友達や他の海外旅行者もとても楽しそうでした。特に東京タワーを下から眺めた時は皆さん歓声をあげていました。後日行きたくなった観光地を訪れてもいいと思います。この後私達は同じくオープンエアのナイトバスツアーに参加しました。いろいろな国の観光客とコミュニケーションもとれ、最高の1日でした！また参加したいです！

I had a great time on the amphibious bus for the first time. Even adults can enjoy it a lot. I was able to see neighborhoods like Kameido that I usually wouldn't visit as a tourist, and above all, the guide was bright and fun. Thank you!♪

This was my first time as well, and I went with my parents in their 70s and my sister and her husband in their 50s. My parents in their 70s were really happy. It was so much fun that I want to go again with my husband next time. The only downside is that the ride was a bit short.

自分も初めてですが、70代の両親と50代の姉夫婦を連れて一緒に乗りました。
70代の両親も凄く喜んでくれました。
楽しかったので、次回は主人と一緒に行きたいと思います。

I rode with three friends who came from the countryside. The view from above looked different than usual. My friends also said it exceeded their expectations.

田舎から出てきた友人達と4人で乗車しました。上から、眺める景色がいつもと違う景色に見えました。友人も期待以上だったと言ってくれました。

I was looking for something to experience in a short amount of time and discovered an amphibious bus. I was excited to see what it would be like to go from land to water. The moment we all counted down and entered the sea was the best! Occasionally, splashes of water hit my face and clothes, but that was quite nice too. The guide's explanations were very clear, and it was a fun time. I want to recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

短い時間で何か体験したいなと探していたら、水陸両用バスがあることを発見。陸から水へ、どんな感じなんだろうとワクワクでした。みんなでカウントダウンをして海へ入ったあの瞬間は最高でしたー。時々水しぶきが顔や服にかかりましたが、これもなかなか良かったです。ガイドさんの説明もとてもわかりやすく、楽しい時間でした。みんなにもすすめたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

My mother, who is in her 60s and not very familiar with smartphones, participated. She started contacting us 20 minutes before the meeting time because she couldn't find the meeting place. We tried searching on Google and guiding her, but she still couldn't make it. However, thanks to the staff member I called in advance, she was able to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes late and was able to switch to the next bus.

お台場とスマホに不慣れな母60代が参加しました。
集合場所がわからないと、集合時間20分前から連絡がきていて、グーグルで探したり案内しましたがたどり着けず…
でも係の方に電話をしておいたおかげで、10分遅れで集合場所に着くことができ、次の便に振り替えていただけました。
こちらの落ち度であるにもかかわらず、丁寧に対応頂きありがとうございました。

ツアー自体はとても楽しかったそうです。お世話になりました。

We used Sky Duck for our first family sightseeing trip in Tokyo. My 5-year-old daughter was initially afraid to get on the bus, but once she did, she was super excited! The tour guide provided detailed information about Tokyo (Odaiba), and both adults and children were very satisfied with the experience!

家族との初めての東京観光でスカイダックさんを利用いたしました。5歳になる娘は、当初バスに乗るのを恐がっていましたが、実際乗ってみると大興奮！ツアーガイドさんも細やかに東京（お台場）の観光案内をいただき、大人も子供も大満足の内容でした‼︎

I am a bilingual Japanese person. I participated in the tour because it was conducted in English and Chinese. Even though I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the planned duration of the stay and explore various places. The highlight was that the guide (Christy) provided information in advance and answered questions, which was satisfying. This tour may not be suitable for those who only understand Japanese, but for those studying English, I think it’s a great opportunity to talk with people from different countries and have fun. Since there is quite a bit of walking, I recommend wearing sneakers. At Oshino Hakkai, there is spring water from Mount Fuji, so if you bring a plastic bottle, you can fill it up for free.

時間は、遅れて到着しても、予定通りの滞在時間
がもらえて、各地楽しく散策できました。
ポイントは、ガイドさん(Christy)が、事前に教えて
くれるし、質問にも答えてくれるし、満足でした。日本語しかわからない方は、不向きなツアーですが
英語を勉強している方には、色んな国の方と
お話できるし、楽しめると思います。
かなり、歩くのでスニーカータイプがお薦め。
忍野八海では、富士山の湧水があるので
ペットボトルを持って行ったら無料でお水が
汲めますよ。

I thought there would be a guide in Japanese. If there is no Japanese information, I would like it to be clearly stated. The guide was very polite.

Also, we could not go to Gotemba Outlet due to traffic congestion.

日本語でのガイドがあるのかと思っていた。日本語の案内がないならわかりやすく記載してほしいです。ガイドさんは非常に丁寧でした。

また、旅程に含まれていた御殿場アウトレットに交通渋滞により行けなかった。
