The staff provided detailed explanations about the duties of each position and the various training areas. The female staff member actively checked to see if there was anything I didn't understand.

スタッフは各ポジションの仕事内容やそれぞれの訓練エリアについて詳しく説明してくれました。女性スタッフは私がわからないところがないか積極的に気にかけてくれました。

The person who attended to us was a flight attendant, and this time there were two observers, including myself. The other observer was someone aspiring to become a flight attendant with ANA. They informed me in advance and guided us from that person's perspective, which was very heartwarming. It was quite impressive to see how their eyes sparkled with excitement.

アテンドして頂いた方が客室乗務員の方でして、今回は私を含めて2人の見学者でして、もう1人の見学者はANAの客室乗務員を目指しておられる方で、私に断りをいれて、その方の目線に立って案内され、とても微笑ましく、その方は目を輝かしておられたのがとても印象的でした。

I was able to visit the facility where the ANA Group conducts training, and I witnessed the training in action. It made me realize the daily efforts they put in for safe and stable transportation.

I visited the training facility and observed from above. The flight attendant explained everything to us. It was very interesting and enjoyable to learn about the behind-the-scenes efforts and the important training that the staff, whom we usually see at the airport, undergo for safety. Even though I'm in my 50s, I felt excited. What was once just a means of transportation has become something special that I appreciate while flying. I'm glad I went. I highly recommend it.

訓練施設を、上から見学しました。CAさんが説明してくださいました。普段、空港で見ているスタッフの方々が、安全のためにどのようなことを大切にし訓練しているかなど、裏の努力を知ることができ、とても興味深く楽しかったです。50代ですがワクワクしました。ただの移動手段だった飛行機が、感謝しながら乗る特別なものになりました。行って良かったです。おすすめです。

I was able to see the training facility of ANA, and my grandchild was so excited, saying that they want to come with the whole family next time. I'm really glad we came.

It was fun to have an active flight attendant explain things to us and answer our questions politely. We also got to take a commemorative photo together.

This was my third time participating in the Blue Base Tour, and even though it's the same facility, having different navigators provides new perspectives and explanations. The training scenes I get to see also vary each time depending on the timing, which adds a completely fresh enjoyment! The employees' wealth of knowledge, clarity in their explanations, and friendly hospitality are truly outstanding every time I visit.

Blue Base Tourの参加は今回で3回目でしたが、同じ施設でもナビゲーターの方が違うとまた新たな観点でご説明いただけたり、拝見できる訓練風景も毎回タイミングによって異なるので全く新鮮な楽しさがあります！社員の方々の知識の豊富さやご説明のわかりやすさ、おもてなしの親しみやすさはいつ伺っても本当に素晴らしいです。

I was pleasantly surprised that a current flight attendant provided the explanation. The content was well memorized and easy to understand. I brought my grandchild along, and I think they became interested in the airline, so I am very satisfied with the participation.

I came here for the first time.
I've been looking forward to visiting this facility for a long time.
I was excited from the moment I got the locker key to store my luggage!
While looking around the facility and listening to the explanations, they kindly answered any questions I had.
After the tour ended, we talked a lot about our love for airplanes and ANA.

I had the opportunity to witness a training facility for passenger aircraft operation support, which is something I usually never see. This experience made me re-recognize the difficulty and importance of the extensive and diligent work that goes on behind the scenes, which I usually take for granted. I would like to use this service again next time with even more gratitude.

ANA Blue Base Tour
I was finally able to make a reservation after always being unable to do so, and it seems that another group canceled, so we had a private guide. The guide, who was a flight attendant, kindly shared information about training and licensing, and we had a very enjoyable time. Thank you to everyone involved.

いつも予約が取れないでやっととてましたところ、もう一組のお客さんがキャンセルとなった様で、貸切りガイドさんはＣＡの方で研修やライセンスの話も親切にしていただき大変楽しく良い時間を過ごす事ができました。

一开始走错门了，ana的工作人员还把我带到正确的地点了，非常感谢，整个参观安排非常合理，讲解员姐姐一直在引导大家互动，感觉更有tour而不是speech 的感觉，很有参与感，vr体验也很棒，下次再来吧

Must visit if you love this airline or interested in airline companies. You will also have some understand about how the airline train their staff, and also some of their history.
There are many souvenirs for you to buy at the end. Overall the experience is quite good.

This is a tour where you can visit training facilities that are usually not open to the public. The guide's explanations were also very interesting. They answered each of our questions carefully, which made the tour even more enjoyable! It's fun for people of all ages!

普段は見ることができない訓練施設をまわれるツアーです。ガイドの方の説明もとても興味深い内容でした。こちらからの質問にも一つ一つ丁寧に答えて頂き、ツアーをさらに楽しめました！老若男女楽しめます！

I have visited many times, and I'm always happy to make new discoveries each time. I couldn't actually see the training in action, but I hope to see it next time I visit. It's clear that ANA takes safety very seriously.

Many museums and art galleries are closed on Mondays, which was a bit of a hassle, but I found this place and made a reservation. The flight attendants provided a thorough explanation, and I was able to learn about ANA and the safe operation of airplanes. Since it was Monday, it was great to see ANA employees actually training. I wanted to buy a lot of souvenirs, but there weren't as many as I expected, and since the admission fee is 1,500 yen, I would rate it 4 stars.

月曜日休みの博物館、美術館が多く困っていたら、こちらを見つけ申し込みました。
客室乗務員の方が丁寧に説明してくださり、ANAや飛行機の安全運行について知ることができます。
月曜日だったので、ANAの社員さんが実際に訓練しているところを見られましたのも良かったです。
おみやげをたくさん買いたかったが、思ったほど置いていなかったのと、入場料1500円かかるので評価は☆4つです。

CA's explanation was easy to understand and good. It's a shame I couldn't see the planes since I went on the Blue Hanger tour first.

この施設は実際に空港にある施設を同じように再現して実践さながらの訓練を行っています。

こうした訓練施設があることで実際の施設で仕事を始めても違和感なく対応に当たれるのだと思います。

この訓練を見学する事により安心して空の旅ができますね。

You can actually visit the training facilities and observe the training while receiving explanations from ANA staff (this time it was a cabin attendant). I was able to see the training for ground staff, mechanics, and pilots, and they answered my questions kindly, which made me very satisfied.

実際に訓練されている所を、ANAスタッフ(今回はCAの方でした)の解説を伺いながら見学することが出来ます。グランドスタッフ、整備士、パイロットの訓練が見れ、質問にも丁寧に答えていただき大満足でした。

One of the means of transportation when traveling is by airplane... but it's not just that; it's a valuable experience to see a part of the aviation industry behind the scenes. Even if you don't usually see it, it's reassuring to know that there is effort put into it. I believe this is enjoyable not only for airplane enthusiasts but also for families.

旅行へ行く時の手段のひとつが飛行機…だけではない、航空業界の裏側の一部を見学できる貴重な体験です。
普段見ることがなくても、努力があるから安心して乗ってられるのね。

I was able to see how the employees are committed to safety. I was lucky to see the mock-up actually in action! It was clear that they are conducting training focused on realism! I would like to experience another tour!

I have participated in the Blue Hangar Tour several times, but this was my first time joining the Blue Base Tour. It had a different sense of presence compared to the Hangar Tour, and it was a valuable experience that reaffirmed ANA's high awareness of safety.

これまでブルーハンガーツアーは何度か経験させていただきましたが、ブルーベースツアーは初めての参加でした。
ハンガーツアーとは違った臨場感があって、ANAの安全に対する意識の高さが再認識できて貴重な体験となりました。

This time, the attendant was an employee from Grahan. I was able to hear behind-the-scenes stories directly, which added a different level of interest compared to before.

今回のアテンド役ははグラハンの社員の方でした。裏話なども直接聞くことが出来て、今までとは違った面白さがありました。

My visit to ANA Blue Base was absolutely worth it. One of the best parts was that I could join a guided tour in Chinese in Japan, and the explanation was clear and well organized. The tour gave me a great overview of ANA’s history, and it was impressive to see real training scenes where ANA staff practice and prepare for their work. The souvenir shop also had some unique and interesting items, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended if you’re interested in aviation or ANA—definitely a place worth visiting.

The most impressive thing was how kind everyone, including the person who guided us, was. It was very helpful to see the behind-the-scenes operations that I usually only observe at the airport! It's clear that they work hard every day for the safety of customers, allowing us to use their services with peace of mind! I also saw for the first time that there are various tools depending on the job type! Please continue to prioritize safety and treat customers with kindness and smiles. Thank you very much!

This tour allows you to see ANA's training facility. The tour is explained by cabin crew members. On the day of the tour, I happened to see the cabin crew conducting emergency rescue training. Since joining ANA, I've been learning about various training and studies! I had the opportunity to visit places that are not easily accessible, and I realized how important it is to learn in an environment that prioritizes passenger safety. The facilities are equipped to train in conditions similar to real-life situations, allowing us to learn through experience, which I believe is very valuable. When I board a plane, I feel a strong desire to support each of the staff members.

ANAに入社してどんな訓練や勉強をしているか！なかなか見ることの出来ない場所を見学出来て、乗客の安全を１番として様々な分野を学ばれて、現場と同じ状況で訓練が出来る設備が整っている事で、体感しながら学べる事はとても大切な事だと思いました。
