During our free time, I rode the Ferris wheel for the first time in a while. By the way, unlike what was mentioned in the tour description, the bus to and from the location was the same. Ultimately, it was a bit disappointing that I sent unnecessary luggage via courier, as I didn't have my suitcase the next day, and when I bought souvenirs, my bags became really heavy...

I was frustrated because I couldn't find out whether the tour would proceed or be canceled until the last minute due to the typhoon. We decided to go anyway, but as expected, we couldn't see Mount Fuji, and the foreigners were disappointed. I thought it would have been better to cancel earlier. As for souvenirs, it would be nicer to give each participant something small instead of just one item for the whole group. I also used Veltra in Okinawa, and I feel like there were many disappointing things during that time as well.

While I was eating black ice cream at Owakudani, I missed the chance to buy souvenirs. I didn't know there was a shrine at Mount Fuji, and while I was visiting, I ran out of time. Since there was expected traffic afterward and the bus didn't have a restroom, I was really anxious to make sure I used the restroom beforehand. I ended up making everyone wait a little. I went to inform the meeting point about that, but it was far, which was tough. I think having a bus with a restroom would have made me feel more at ease and allowed me to enjoy the trip more. Also, I believe the restaurant at the ropeway would have been a better option for lunch. This is because we had to walk about five minutes in the heat from the dining area, which was tough after eating hot udon. The tour guide was great, taking photos and checking in on us.

When we boarded the pirate ship on Lake Ashi in Hakone, thick fog set in, and we couldn't see Mount Fuji, which is usually visible from the lake. Additionally, strong winds caused the ropeway to Owakudani to be canceled. As a result, we had to travel to Owakudani by bus. However, as we got closer to Mount Fuji, the weather cleared up, and the bus stopped at the first station, which was not part of the original plan, allowing us to take photos. It was a great experience to finally see Mount Fuji from the fifth station. I had prepared for it to be cold, but it was more about the strong winds than the cold. Mount Fuji is truly amazing! The only disappointment was not being able to ride the ropeway, but it couldn't be helped given the circumstances. Overall, the tour plan, the guides, and the members were all excellent! 5月中旬曇り。参加人数は、20人程度。ツアーメンバーの9割は、外国の方。皆さんマナーの良い方々で問題なし。添乗員さん二名は、ツアー中、とても気を遣ってくださり、いい方達でした。英語と日本の2カ国語でガイドしてくださり、素晴ら〜。箱根の芦ノ湖の海賊船に乗ったあたりから濃霧で、いつもは芦ノ湖から見える富士山も霧の中。しかも強風にもなってきて、大涌谷行きのロープウェイが中止になってしまいました。その為、大涌谷まではバスでの移動となりました。が、次の富士山に近づくにつれ、晴天になってきて、予定になかった1合目にもバスを停めて下さって、写真を撮ることが出来ました。念願の5合目からの富士山も見れていい経験になりました。5合目は、寒いだろうと覚悟していましたが、寒いというより風がめっちゃ強かったです。やっぱ富士山いいですね！今回ロープウェイに乗れなかったのだけが残念ではありましたが、自然相手ですので仕方なかったです。あとは、ツアープラン、添乗員さん、メンバーに関しては、最高でした！！両親達とのいい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

I think it would be easier to find the boarding location if there was a sign with the name "Veltra" at the Toranomon Bus Terminal.

First of all, thank you to the bus driver. I took motion sickness medication and was prepared, but it turned out I didn't need it. I've never seen someone drive so smoothly on mountain roads before.

It was a tight schedule, but I was fortunate to manage to clear everything. Along the way, I experienced strong winds and extreme cold, feeling the power of nature not just through the scenery but also physically.

The guide was kind and, despite being older, was fluent in English, which seemed to help the foreign visitors from Hong Kong understand and enjoy the tour. The way he timed the sightseeing spots was impressive; he was not just a regular tour attendant but a proper guide. I was a bit surprised when they said that if we were five minutes late for the departure time, we would be left behind, but since there were only a few of us, there were no troubles.

The meeting place was a bit hard to find, so it might be good to inform people in advance to look for a yellow lemon as a landmark this time.

I joined this tour to show my friends from out of town around. It would be tough to visit multiple places on my own, but it's helpful that they take us by bus. We were blessed with good weather on the day of the tour, and we could see Mount Fuji beautifully from Lake Ashi. The fifth station of Mount Fuji was also great. I'm glad I participated because my friends enjoyed it too.

We participated as a family of three. It was our first time at Mount Fuji, so we were excited as we headed to the meeting point. However, we found ourselves surrounded by all foreigners, and we were the only Japanese family. We boarded the bus with some anxiety about what would happen. But that anxiety quickly turned around. The tour guide was very considerate and pointed out the best spots at each location. Thanks to the safe driving of the tour guide and the driver, we were able to experience the breathtaking views of Mount Fuji. I would like to use this service again for future sightseeing. Thank you for a wonderful family trip.
