Everyone participated in the inbound tour except for me. It was a small group of six, and we had a comfortable tour with a chartered bus, sticking to the schedule. I felt the warmth of hospitality from our veteran tour guide, who spoke fluent English and showed great kindness. There were only five of us, but thanks to that, we were able to talk a lot with the guide and take many photos. Although Mount Fuji was shrouded in mist from a distance, it cleared up as we got closer, allowing us to see it clearly all the way to the summit. We were lucky.

Before the pandemic, I often went to the 5th Station of Mount Fuji. After the situation settled down, I finally went sightseeing again, and there were many foreign tourists. There were also several horses around. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji clearly because it was covered in clouds, I waited for a while, and then it appeared beautifully as the wind shifted. I was able to take a lovely photo of Mount Fuji. For lunch, the houtou noodle hot pot set was very delicious. The Hakone cruise was also great, with wonderful weather.

I was a bit disappointed to see Mount Fuji without snow. I learned that summer Mount Fuji is like this. My first time at Lake Ashi and Owakudani was so much fun. We got stuck in a major traffic jam during the bus ride, and we couldn't stick to the schedule, but thanks to the driver's safe driving and quick thinking, we made it just in time for the last train. The tour guide's consideration and explanations in English were also wonderful and made the experience enjoyable! My first time at Mount Fuji has become a very good memory.

Although I got caught in summer vacation traffic, I think the tour guide did a great job guiding us, which allowed us to smoothly follow the itinerary. However, the long travel distances inevitably shortened our time at the sightseeing spots, making souvenir shopping a bit rushed, which was disappointing.

When I signed up for the tour, I debated whether to include lunch. I wanted to eat what I liked, so I chose "no lunch," but after researching online, it seemed there weren't many restaurant options. At the Togen-dai Port during lunch time, those who got off the pirate ship mostly rushed into the same building's buffet restaurant. Since it was a self-seating type, I had to look for an available spot, wait in line to order, and wait for my food. Although we had a 50-minute break, it was cutting it close. The prices were also on the higher side, so opting for the "lunch included" plan would alleviate time concerns, and the cost difference isn't significant.

I was looking forward to buying melon bread at the fifth station of Mount Fuji, but it was sold out. Since we arrived in the evening, it's good to keep in mind that such things can happen. The temperature is lower than at ground level, but since our stay was short, it was fine not to have a jacket. When the clouds cleared, we could look up to see near the summit. It was breathtaking.

Due to traffic on the highway, our return time was two hours later than planned. There were enough restroom breaks, but I think those with small children should consider the possibility of traffic and the long travel distances. Eating and drinking are allowed on the bus, so I bought local snacks at each stop. Bringing several small trash bags is helpful for disposing of waste regularly.

Overall, my satisfaction level is quite high. I believe the stability of the guide and the driver contributed to that. I had a great time. Thank you very much.

今回ツアーを申し込む際に悩んだのは、昼食付にするかどうか。自分で好きに食べたいと思い「ナシ」を選択しましたが、ネットで調べたらあまりお店の選択肢がないようで、昼食タイムの桃源台港では海賊船を降りた人達はほぼそのまま同じ建物内のビューレストランになだれ込みます。自分で席を確保するタイプなので、空いている場所を探し注文に並び出来上がるのを待ち、と休憩時間は50分ありましたがギリギリでした。料金もお高めなので「昼食付」プランにした方が時間の心配をしなくて済みますし、金額も大して変わりません。
富士山五合目ではメロンパンを買うのを楽しみにしていましたが、売り切れでした。夕方到着なのでそういうこともあると思っていた方がいいです。
気温は地上より低いですが、滞在時間が短いので羽織るものがなくても大丈夫でした。
雲が晴れている時は頂上付近まで見上げることができます。圧巻です。
高速道路の渋滞により帰着時刻は予定より二時間遅れとなりました。
トイレ休憩の回数は充分ですが、小さいお子さんがいる方は渋滞の可能性や移動距離の長さも含めて検討された方がいいと思います。
バスの中では飲食可能なので、寄る先々でご当地の軽食を買って食べました。小さいゴミ袋を何枚も持って行くと小まめに捨てられていいですよ。
総合して満足度は高めです。ガイドさんと運転手さんの安定感もあったと思います。
とても楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。

I am a bilingual Japanese person. I participated in the tour because it was conducted in English and Chinese. Even though I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the planned duration of the stay and explore various places. The highlight was that the guide (Christy) provided information in advance and answered questions, which was satisfying. This tour may not be suitable for those who only understand Japanese, but for those studying English, I think it’s a great opportunity to talk with people from different countries and have fun. Since there is quite a bit of walking, I recommend wearing sneakers. At Oshino Hakkai, there is spring water from Mount Fuji, so if you bring a plastic bottle, you can fill it up for free.

This time, there were six participants. We traveled comfortably by hired vehicle. The weather was cloudy, and we couldn't see Mount Fuji from Hakone, but at the 5th station, we were able to glimpse the area near the summit through a break in the clouds. It was disappointing not to see Mount Fuji from Hakone, but we enjoyed riding the pirate ship and the ropeway. The driver was also a nice person. Thank you very much.
If there are any good plans in the future, I would like to participate again.

今回は、6名の参加者でした。ハイヤーでゆったりと移動でした。天気は曇りで、箱根からの富士山は見れませんでしたが、5号目では、雲の切れ間から頂上付近が見れました。箱根からは富士山は見れなくて残念でしたが、海賊船に乗ったり、ロープウェイに乗ったりと、楽しめました。運転手さんもいいひとでした。ありがとうございました。
また、よい企画があれば、参加したいです。

This tour was a first-time experience for me.
It was a small group… not a bus but a minivan?
There were four participants, two of whom were a young couple from abroad, along with us, an elderly couple, and two tour guides… it was a journey with interpretation. At first, I thought, "Oh no!" and wondered if everything would be okay, but at each destination, they provided detailed explanations, and we had a great time.
Thank you very much.
One disappointing thing was that we couldn't see Mount Fuji!!
Well, I received a black egg, so I will live a long life (^^)

この度のツアーは、はじめての体験でした。
少人数…バスでは無くミニバン車？
参加者4人そのうちお2人が外国の若いカップルで私達老夫婦で添乗員さんおふたり…通訳されながらの旅でした。最初は「えっ！」って感じ内心大丈夫かなーと思いましたが、行く先々で詳しい説明して下さり楽しく過ごせました。
ありがとうございました。
ひとつ残念なことは富士山が拝めなかったことです‼︎

Only Japanese people were wearing masks. However, we progressed on time and, although there was traffic, we arrived in front of the Shinjuku Center Building. We also had a restroom break and had a comfortable journey. It was fun!

Since there were five participants, we changed from a bus to a large taxi. It was nice to spend time in a relaxed atmosphere. The tour guide was friendly and considerate, making it a fun trip. They were also kind to my elderly mother, which made her feel comfortable and satisfied with her participation.
