Tokyo
We booked this tour at the last minute and we lucked out because the weather was perfect that day (Apr 7/18). The pictures we took looked as if we were photo-shopped in with the mountain! At first, the bus took us higher up, closer to the summit. That wasn't exciting because it was quite windy and cold up there, and you couldn't get a good picture of the mountain. Actually we were quite disappointed, and probably so were many people in the bus. After about 15 minutes, they drove us down to a little town at the foot of the mountain for lunch. There we got to see the whole mountain in its grandeur! And we were so pleased!
Lunch was very good and plentiful. Great service. I'd advise buying the lunch package so you don't waste time waiting in line to order food on your own. On the way back the itinerary changed a bit due to high winds on the water. We were supposed to go on the lake, instead they drove us to visit Hakone. That didn't bother us since we've already had the chance to take all the good photos of the mountain. I highly recommend this tour.
Tour was great, although the information on where to find the tour bus is a bit confusing from the emails.
Thank you for joining tour and review.
We are happy to hear that.
We hope you have a lot of memories.

It’s was very good experience for all of us who join the tour for the first time and we explore the nice view of Mt. fuji, hakone and lake ashi. We enjoy much during our tour because it was a good weather and the tour guide is very friendly and accommodating. She has a very good english and she keeps on checking us if we all complete during our stops to buy some souvenirs.. the food was great and delicious all japanese food. The money we pay is worth it! No regrets cause we all enjoyed during our tour!! Till next time!
The tour was very informative and there were lots of stops included (a lot more than other tours) - we didn't feel rushed at any stop and I loved the option of having a bullet train as a return home option. Our tour guide was Yoshi San - he was so wonderful and had heaps of stories to share about where we were going and Japan on general! He also made us laugh and entertained us along the way....one of the best tour guides we have had! Will definitely be back! Thank you Yoshi San
We had the best time on this tour! Our guide, mr Fumi was so knowledgable about everything and anything relating to Mount Fuji and Hakone. He even taught us some origami! We got picked up from the designated pick up stop on time, taken to Mount Fuji, then on a boat trip round Hakone and then finally up the gondola. I’d definitely recommend this trip to anyone.
It was an excellent tour to Mt. Fuji! We enjoyed it very much. Our guide, Jack, was amazing and knowledgeable. He explained everything about Fuji and other attractions. His descriptions about Japanese culture, food and history were quite enlightening. Definitely recommend It!

Our guide Hiro was great, had a good sense of humor and was very entertaining. My sister and I enjoyed the tour, very informative and lots to see. Was a bit disappointed to see that the moss phlox at shibazakura festival was not yet in full bloom at the time we visited (3rd week April). But Mt. Fuji was Truly Amazing, definitely a sight to see!!!
The tour is overall a great value for money, had lots of fun - Mt. Fuji, Shibazakura, Tulips Village, Strawberry Picking and of course the Japanese Sake Tasting!
Me and my wife took this trip. It was well organised . Our tour guide spoke English and was funny. Although all the activities listed were covered there was hardly any time to relax and enjoy the moment. Except the boat cruise. The journey itself takes most of the time
So can’t complain much. The lunch was Japanese cusine it was a nice experience.
What a amazing tour !
We were very fortunate to have a clear day and amazing views of Mt Fuji
Everything on this tour was great, the amount of time we stopped in each place and the traditional lunch was yummy
Perfect tour for those who want to see a lot and the bus ride is comfy
I couldn’t fault our tour guide, he was lovely and funny and entertaining and helped us all take amazing photos. He even switched around the schedule and we got to go to the ropeway instead of the 4D ride thing and at the rope way we got the most incredible pictures of mt Fuji. We were also very fortunate to able to go all the way to fifth station
I would highly recommend this tour

The trip was nice, the places what we visited are awesome however i would expect more from the tourist guide to be familiar with the history of the place.
In the trip we heard 150 times - Mount Fuji, beautiful but not too much about the history, about interesting facts or the spiritual side of the mountain or about Japanese culture.
The transportation was the value in this trip mainly.
Great tour guide and funny. We were lucky that we went to Stage 4 for the view of Mt. Fuji and it was spectacular. The food was very filling. Ride on the bullet train and it was worth it!
By far this has been the most efficient, fulfilling and enriching tour I've taken so far.The guide Hashimoto has been simply superb in our trip with his English, humour and knowledge.Luch experience was superb as it was authentic japanese and traditional.Places were not rushed and one had enough time to soak in the experience. We were lucky to see Mt Fuji totally clear and visible and sky godolas and pirate ship experience was awesome too.Value for money I must say!Thankyou for this tour even though I was a solo traveller ,it was most comfortable and exciting
Great tour , very patient tour leader, courteous driver. Surely give us memorable moment at Japan. Outstanding tour
This was a very long day out.
The mountain was covered in cloud. We were greeted with snow, at the 5th step.
Lots of driving.
Lunch was fair.
It was dull and wet at the lake, which spoiled the experience.
The ride on the rope car was high and fun.
Waiting for others was a pain. We didn't arrive back at our hotel until very late.
A good experience, which looked better on TV.
We saw better views in Shimitzu on another tour, from our cruise ship..
Guide Kumi was informitive and did a good job, the set lunch was awsomr and full of local products. Enjoyed the trip.
Mr. Tom, our personal guide took us to the Kawakuchiko lake to see Mt. Fuji and we were very lucky that it was a bright and sunny day that we can see the Mt. Fuji clearly. Our guide let us move onto the next sightseeing spots at our own pace so it is very enjoyable for the whole family!
Our family had the disadvantage of traveling in from Tokyo Bay, so our travel either side of this tour was already extended, and that could not be helped by the tour company. However our pick-up was late from the hotel that we had arrived at just before the scheduled pick-up time that had required us to wake our sleeping children which was rather frustrating. It was also raining and cold. We waited for the bus and then travelled about 10 minutes to waste more time transferring to another bus.
The tour company cannot be held accountable for the weather, but the gondolas were not running, the highest viewpoint we could access was No. 2 and for most of the day Mount Fuji was not visible. Our tour guide was lovely and informative and provided lots of information about points of interest other than those listed on the itinerary. The tour company chose a shrine to visit instead of riding the gondolas which was enjoyable.
The lunch was average, the hot pot was nice but the tempura was stone cold when we arrived.
The stopping points felt rushed and most of the day was spent on the bus. We opted for the bus ride home seeing as we were a family of 5 and our rail passes had expired the previous day. Once passengers transferring to the bullet train had been escorted to the station, our bus waited (or wasted) a considerable amount of time waiting for another bus to join us before beginning the long trip home.
Considering we were the last drop off and had to commute back to our hotel after drop off at the designated hotel, all of the delays and waiting around to transfer and join with other tour groups made the day feel wasted. We definitely regret choosing this activity for our last day in Japan.
This was a nice tour that give you an overview of the area. The view of the mountain is a far distance, can say that I've been there but not so impressive. The village visit was my favorite, though rushed so couldn't fully enjoy it. If can come and stay overnight, might be better opportunity to see the area.
Nice sightseeing tour for Mt Fuji and Hakone. The cruise ship tour and rope way were cool.... Excellent service... pickup on time, tour guide was very helpful.
When my friend got loss at 5th station... everyone were nice enough to wait and search for my friend...
I would definitely recomend this tour to my friends when in Japan.
I hope to join on the next trip to the 5th station and fruit picking tour.
Overall it was a great day. Our guide, George was great but a single day trip is not enough for Mt Fuji due to the travelling time. We spent full 5 days (excluding 1 day for Mt Fuji and 2 travelling days) in Toyko and there is still much to do with the museums, parks and especially the culture.
If you really want to visit Mt Fuji, I would suggest spending the night to enjoy the magnificient Mt Fuji, onsen and mother nature.
This was a long bus ride to Mt. Fuji but our tour guide was very interesting and shared the history of Japan and the region. Mt Fuji was beautiful and the traditional lunch was so incredible. Only thing we didn't enjoy was the boat ride and tram to the top of the other mountain. The crowds made it difficult to stay up top very long (15 minutes) as the tram was very slow. The Shinkasen ride back to Tokyo was speedy and fun.
Yoshi was an excellent guide. He showed us around well and was a good source of information. We would like to thank him very much.
Dear Izham
I'm very glad to see your comments and five stars.
I'll be with you in anywhere Japan if you have a chance to come to Japan again.
I hope your business will be prosperous forever.
I'm dreaming if I could perform as a Jazz singer in your music program in Malaysia.
Good luck!
Yoshi
I realize the weather is out of the control of the tour oppotators, however, we can’t be the first tour that experienced bad weather. And it was clear they had no “Plan B” for when that happened and both Kakone and the cruise were cancelled. Likewise, I know I signed that there would be no refund, but what happened to the tickets for the above activities that we didn’t do?
I’m sure this would be a great experience on a sunny day.
Good! Clean bus, good guide! Lunch was very delicious.
Endo-San was waiting for us at the appointed time in our hotel, he is truly fluent and an excellent guide and we had a knowledgeable and fun day. The other thing that was memorable was our udon lunch in a small restaurant (inn?) which was both delicious and good value. We ended the wonderful day with 45 minutes in an onsen - my first in an open-air onsen, looking at Mt Fuji. Of course thanks to God who gave us perfect weather and thus a marvellous view of the mountain. I would recommend Endo-San to anyone traveller.
Blair was great! He was very knowledgeable and provided a great experience at each stop!
Thank you for joining tour and review.

I had a perfect day to visit Mt. Fuji. We got to photograph it from different angles with excellent results. Lunch was OK, but the time spent in Hakone and the cruise were pretty much a waste of time. If you can find a half day (morning) trip to Fuji, I would recommend you take it.
the view wAS GREAT except the weather covered up the mt fuji but anyway the tour guide is very good she made some drawings for all of us to understand easily because we are mixed citizens in a group. Very friendly n helpful. Our tour guide gives tips in all areas like queuing in comfort rooms, souvenir shopping n all.
the reason why i put good coz we are already on top of the mountain but didn't see any mt fuji ...its not your mistake on your part its the weather. the rest are all good and the places we went thru have only few cherry blossom trees
Plus my companion sister in law & brother in law are not on the same bus and we are told theres no chance going together in one bus but later i found out it is possible to switch from one buses to another.Instead of group go five we are separate into two groups
This tour was amazing! And a great value. I highly recommend it. So much packed into a day of sightseeing: taxi ride, bus ride, boat ride, bullet train ride, gondola ride, Mt. Fuji, authentic and tasty Japanese lunch, Lake Ashi, and an English speaking guide. Really fantastic.
