Tour guide woman was so sweet! 5 Stars just for her. She went out of her way to be helpful and informative. She even went around asking if she could take a photo for people. She showed us magic tricks on the Bus and everything. Outstanding!! It was the woman with the little red flower by the way.

Great tour - well-paced but covered a lot. Very well organised - things worked like clockwork. The guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, adding extra enjoyment to the stunning scenery.

This was nice trip. Well organized and not too rushed because of taking the Shinkansen back to Tokyo. You might want to send a post card (70 Yen) back home from Mt. Fuji's 5th station. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Don't forget a light jacket for Hakone.

Unfortunately it was raining. The trip is a full day. You get a range of methods of travel including bus, boat, cable car (rope way to the Japanese)and train. Quite a range of scenery and locations.
We were a bit surprised that information supplied as you travelled along was entirely supplied by your guide so if they are not talking then no information was made available. I thought we could have got more commentary. Considering Japan is technologically advanced I felt some automated electronic system would be available. The bus has screens and dvd.
In saying that the guide shared his personal experiences and views which was probably better than a dvd. Personal photos and hand drawn diagrams were used on the trip, certainly different and amusing at times. The commentary included insights into some aspects of Japanese culture, religion and education.
Not many breaks but they were long enough.
The lunch was a good introduction to a selection of Japanese cuisine.
A bit disconcerting at the end where they simply point you in the direction of the train platform you need to get back near your hotel. One couple we spoke to got lost in Tokyo station for 20 minutes and we can see how you could. We were ok back at our station but as much by good luck than anything else.
Even with the rain we felt the trip was worth it.

Day was a bit rushed due to amazingly high traffic. But the tour guide was wonderful. I heard during the trip that we could have taken the bullet train there and back , that would have been preferred, maybe offer this option in the future. Thank you,
