I participated in a day trip bus tour with my daughter for the first time! Even though Hakone, which is supposed to be a cool retreat, was surprisingly hot in the scorching heat, we were lucky to have clear weather. The views of Mount Fuji from the sightseeing boat, the ropeway, and Owakudani were fantastic and really exciting. However, I wish we had a bit more free time at Owakudani and Mount Fuji. While I was eating black ice cream at Owakudani, I missed the chance to buy souvenirs. I didn't know there was a shrine at Mount Fuji, and while I was visiting, I ran out of time. Since there was expected traffic afterward and the bus didn't have a restroom, I was really anxious to make sure I used the restroom beforehand. I ended up making everyone wait a little. I went to inform the meeting point about that, but it was far, which was tough. I think having a bus with a restroom would have made me feel more at ease and allowed me to enjoy the trip more. Also, I believe the restaurant at the ropeway would have been a better option for lunch. This is because we had to walk about five minutes in the heat from the dining area, which was tough after eating hot udon. The tour guide was great, taking photos and checking in on us.

Additionally, strong winds caused the ropeway to Owakudani to be canceled. As a result, we had to travel to Owakudani by bus. However, as we got closer to Mount Fuji, the weather cleared up, and the bus stopped at the first station, which was not part of the original plan, allowing us to take photos. It was a great experience to finally see Mount Fuji from the fifth station. I had prepared for it to be cold, but it was more about the strong winds than the cold. Mount Fuji is truly amazing! The only disappointment was not being able to ride the ropeway, but it couldn't be helped given the circumstances. Overall, the tour plan, the guides, and the members were all excellent! 5月中旬曇り。参加人数は、20人程度。ツアーメンバーの9割は、外国の方。皆さんマナーの良い方々で問題なし。添乗員さん二名は、ツアー中、とても気を遣ってくださり、いい方達でした。英語と日本の2カ国語でガイドしてくださり、素晴ら〜。箱根の芦ノ湖の海賊船に乗ったあたりから濃霧で、いつもは芦ノ湖から見える富士山も霧の中。しかも強風にもなってきて、大涌谷行きのロープウェイが中止になってしまいました。その為、大涌谷まではバスでの移動となりました。が、次の富士山に近づくにつれ、晴天になってきて、予定になかった1合目にもバスを停めて下さって、写真を撮ることが出来ました。念願の5合目からの富士山も見れていい経験になりました。5合目は、寒いだろうと覚悟していましたが、寒いというより風がめっちゃ強かったです。やっぱ富士山いいですね！今回ロープウェイに乗れなかったのだけが残念ではありましたが、自然相手ですので仕方なかったです。あとは、ツアープラン、添乗員さん、メンバーに関しては、最高でした！！両親達とのいい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

This was my first time participating in your tour. I had some concerns, but I was able to confirm that there were no issues. I would like to use your services again in the future.
The tempura for lunch at Lake Ashi was cold, which was a bit disappointing.

There were only five of us, but thanks to that, we were able to talk a lot with the guide and take many photos. Although Mount Fuji was shrouded in mist from a distance, it cleared up as we got closer, allowing us to see it clearly all the way to the summit. We were lucky.

人数は５名と少なかったですが、そのお陰でガイドさんと話がたくさん出来て、写真もたくさん撮って貰えました
離れたところから見る富士山に霧がかかっていたのですが、近くなると行く先々で晴れてくれたので、頂上までハッキリ見えました。

On October 23, I was worried that the 12-hour round trip long-distance tour might be boring, but I was able to fully enjoy the highlights of Fuji and Hakone. Our tour guide, Kaori, did a great job explaining in both English and Japanese to the diverse group of 36 participants, and she received positive feedback. Thank you!

I enjoyed every destination according to the itinerary. Even when I thought the travel time was long, upon arriving at the destination, I felt a sense of accomplishment that dispelled any worries.

Before the pandemic, I often went to the 5th Station of Mount Fuji. After the situation settled down, I finally went sightseeing again, and there were many foreign tourists. There were also several horses around. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji clearly because it was covered in clouds, I waited for a while, and then it appeared beautifully as the wind shifted. I was able to take a lovely photo of Mount Fuji. For lunch, the houtou noodle hot pot set was very delicious. The Hakone cruise was also great, with wonderful weather.

コロナ前に富士山5合目までよく行ってて
コロナが落ち着き久々に観光に行き外人客もたくさんいて
馬も何頭もいて　雲に覆われた富士山は中々見れなかったけど
風の流れで待っていたらくっきりと姿を現し綺麗な富士山の写真取れました
昼食はほうとう鍋御膳がとても美味しかったです
箱根クルーズも天気も良く最高でした

I was a bit disappointed to see Mount Fuji without snow. I learned that summer Mount Fuji is like this. My first time at Lake Ashi and Owakudani was so much fun. We got stuck in a major traffic jam during the bus ride, and we couldn't stick to the schedule, but thanks to the driver's safe driving and quick thinking, we made it just in time for the last train. The tour guide's consideration and explanations in English were also wonderful and made the experience enjoyable! My first time at Mount Fuji has become a very good memory.

夏の富士山ってそーなんだっと知りました。
初めての芦ノ湖、大涌谷 とっても楽しかったです。
バスの移動は大渋滞にはまり、予定どおりに進みませんでしたが、ドライバーさんの安全運転と機転で、終電に間に合わせて頂き助かりました。添乗員さんの配慮や英語での説明も素晴らしく楽しませて頂きました！
人生初富士山 大変よい思い出になりました。
