I was very moved to hear about the work of professionals I don't usually have the opportunity to interact with, as well as the daily training and efforts of those who take care of us every time we fly. On the day of the event, I was able to observe the actual training scenes, which made for a very valuable experience. My second-grade son loves airplanes and studies them every day, so we booked the Blue Hangar Tour to see airplanes up close. During the booking, I also learned about the Blue Base Tour and thought it might be a bit difficult, but we decided to participate.
The flight attendant who explained everything was very kind and provided detailed explanations, behind-the-scenes stories, and personal experiences. There were quizzes, and we were able to learn more about jobs related to airplanes, which was a great learning experience for my son.

I participated in a guided tour that started at 9:30 AM by myself. I walked from Anamori Inari Station to ANA Blue Base and arrived at the entrance by 9:00 AM. With training facilities for six different job roles and a wealth of exhibits, the 90 minutes flew by. After the tour, I had a commemorative photo taken with the flight attendant.
I purchased a Blue Base original ring notebook and a pair of gloves labeled with "pointing and calling" and "confirmation" (with the back of the hand and index finger) as souvenirs before heading home.

We participated in a popular tour with our family. It was very enjoyable to see the training scenes of various professions. Since my child is a bit sensitive to loud noises and dark enclosed spaces, I mentioned this in the special notes when booking. On the day of the tour, the guide kindly informed us when we were about to encounter loud noises or enter a dark room, which helped us prepare mentally, and we were able to enjoy the tour without any issues.

This was my first participation since retirement. I had injured my back just before the event and was considering giving up, but I contacted them the day before and they arranged a wheelchair for me. The staff's response was excellent, and I was able to enjoy my first visit smoothly. I also got to see the efforts of the crew and ground staff towards safety. I have always liked airplanes, but I like them even more now. I want to plan again and travel by airplane.

参加直前に腰を痛めてしまい参加を諦めていたのですが、急遽前日に連絡して車いすを用意して頂きました。
スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、初めての見学もスムーズに出来ました。
そして、日頃から乗務員の皆さんや地上職の皆さんの安全に対する努力が垣間見れて知る事が出来ました。
元々、飛行機が好きでしたが、益々好きになりました。
また計画を練り、飛行機での旅行に行きたいと思います。

A current flight attendant introduced the training session while sharing some behind-the-scenes stories. Depending on the timing, it was also possible to see the actual training up close, which was wonderful. However, I can't help but feel disappointed by an incident that marred the experience.
Although I don't know the exact relationship, it seemed that two individuals, likely important guests or stakeholders, were being welcomed by staff members who appeared to be in higher positions. While this kind of general response from the company is perfectly fine, the problem was that their conversation was excessively loud. The staff wasn't speaking in a loud voice, but they continued their conversation in a location that obstructed passage without any reprimand. Other participants also mentioned to their companions that it was "too noisy," so I doubt I'm the only one who felt dissatisfied. I strongly hope for reflection and improvement in this area.

タイミング次第ですが実際の訓練を間近で見ることもでき、素晴らしい内容でした。
しかしながら、それらを台無しにするような出来事が残念でなりません。
関係性は分かりませんが、関係者か上客と思われる２名に対して役職者と思われるスタッフがお出迎え対応をしていました。
ここまで会社としては一般的対応でもちろんかまわないのですが、問題はその会話があまりにうるさいこと。
スタッフ側は大声ではないのですが、咎めることもなく、しかも通行に妨げになる場所で会話を延々続けていました。
他の参加者も同行者に「うるさかった」と漏らしていましたので、不満があるのは私だけではないでしょう。
この部分だけは反省と改善を強く望みます。

I was impressed by the ingenuity and efforts of the airline, which has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since an active flight attendant served as our guide, I thought it was remarkable how well they observed the participants and provided thoughtful care without any excess.
My son has a disability, but they handled the situation very smartly by not being overly nervous while appropriately checking on his condition and confirming whether he needed support.
They also engaged in a lot of casual conversation with the participants, which left a very friendly and approachable impression.
The facility was accessible for those with wheelchairs or strollers, and it’s not far from the nearest Anamori Inari Station, so I recommend it to those who may be concerned.
It was also lucky that it was the first day of merchandise sales. I hear that the lineup will increase in the future, so there’s excitement in getting rare items.
Although it was a tour of the training center, I had expected to see training equipment and observe training in action up close, or perhaps even experience something like a simulated training session, but of course, that was not the case, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.
I hope that in the future, there will be opportunities to watch or experience demonstrations of training.
コロナ禍で打撃を受けた航空会社の鋭意工夫、努力が随所に伺えて感銘を受けました。
現役のCAさんがガイドを務めてくださってるだけあって、参加者のことをよく観察し、過不足なく気遣ってくださることは流石だと思いました。
同伴した息子には障害があるのですが、過度に神経質になるでもなく、でも適切にコンディションをヒアリングし、サポートの必要の有無を確認するあたりがとてもスマートな対応でした。
参加者との雑談もたくさんしてくださり、とても、気さくで親しみやすいのも好印象でした。
車椅子やバギーでも見学できる施設でしたので(最寄りの穴守稲荷駅からもさほど遠くない)心配されている方にもオススメです。
ちょうどグッズの販売が始まった初日で、それもラッキーでした。
今後さらにラインナップが増えるとのことで、レアアイテムゲットの楽しみもありますよ。
訓練センターの見学ではありますが、実際に訓練機器や訓練してる様子を間近で見学できるわけではないし、模擬訓練みたいなものを体験できるかな、と期待してたのですが、そんなものはもちろんなく
その点でちょっと物足りなさを感じました。
今後はデモンストレーション用の訓練を見たり体験できるようになるといいなぁ、と思います。

The ANA Blue Base tour was amazing. This time, I was only able to observe the training of Mr. C A, so next time I would like to see the training of other professions as well. If possible, I would like to watch training footage from the flight simulator.
