Overall, it was a walking tour. From an adult's perspective, it might not be that unique. However, it's worth seeing at least once. After finishing my shopping for goods and saying thank you as I left, the two staff members were busy with customers and completely ignored me. Well, I guess that's how it is.

I love airplanes, so it was great to learn about various job types. There were also some children around the age of elementary school, and I thought that unless they are really into airplanes, a 90-minute explanation of the job types might be a bit long for them. I hope this is helpful for those bringing children.

This was my first participation since retirement. I had injured my back just before the event and was considering giving up, but I contacted them the day before and they arranged a wheelchair for me. The staff's response was excellent, and I was able to enjoy my first visit smoothly. I also got to see the efforts of the crew and ground staff towards safety. I have always liked airplanes, but I like them even more now. I want to plan again and travel by airplane.

A current flight attendant introduced the training session while sharing some behind-the-scenes stories. Depending on the timing, it was also possible to see the actual training up close, which was wonderful. However, I can't help but feel disappointed by an incident that marred the experience.

Although I don't know the exact relationship, it seemed that two individuals, likely important guests or stakeholders, were being welcomed by staff members who appeared to be in higher positions. While this kind of general response from the company is perfectly fine, the problem was that their conversation was excessively loud. The staff wasn't speaking in a loud voice, but they continued their conversation in a location that obstructed passage without any reprimand. Other participants also mentioned to their companions that it was "too noisy," so I doubt I'm the only one who felt dissatisfied. I strongly hope for reflection and improvement in this area.

I was impressed by the ingenuity and efforts of the airline, which has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since an active flight attendant served as our guide, I thought it was remarkable how well they observed the participants and provided thoughtful care without any excess.

My son has a disability, but they handled the situation very smartly by not being overly nervous while appropriately checking on his condition and confirming whether he needed support.

They also engaged in a lot of casual conversation with the participants, which left a very friendly and approachable impression.

The facility was accessible for those with wheelchairs or strollers, and it’s not far from the nearest Anamori Inari Station, so I recommend it to those who may be concerned.

It was also lucky that it was the first day of merchandise sales. I hear that the lineup will increase in the future, so there’s excitement in getting rare items.

Although it was a tour of the training center, I had expected to see training equipment and observe training in action up close, or perhaps even experience something like a simulated training session, but of course, that was not the case, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.

I hope that in the future, there will be opportunities to watch or experience demonstrations of training.

車椅子やバギーでも見学できる施設でしたので(最寄りの穴守稲荷駅からもさほど遠くない)心配されている方にもオススメです。

ちょうどグッズの販売が始まった初日で、それもラッキーでした。
今後さらにラインナップが増えるとのことで、レアアイテムゲットの楽しみもありますよ。

訓練センターの見学ではありますが、実際に訓練機器や訓練してる様子を間近で見学できるわけではないし、模擬訓練みたいなものを体験できるかな、と期待してたのですが、そんなものはもちろんなく
その点でちょっと物足りなさを感じました。

今後はデモンストレーション用の訓練を見たり体験できるようになるといいなぁ、と思います。

She made our tour memorable by taking us to beautiful cemetery, Sake brewing place etc. If u are first time in tokyo then this walking tour is a must. We were lucky to have Yumi-san as our guide, she was very friendly, cooperative and helped us a lot in knowing more about Tokyo, its history, cuisines, local cultures, folklore etc. This tour has been etched in our memories forever. Arigato gozaimas Yumi-san for such a beautiful and memorable tour.

We had great conversation as we walked around Harajuku and took great pictures using the Fuji Instamax camera provided by Wonder Photo Studio. I highly recommend ordering extra film and an additional album since they make such great keepsakes!

The walking tour was really very nice and interesting.
Our guide Hizuru gave us much information about the history and the culture of Yanaka. She had a book with her and she explained a lot with pictures and so on and it was very easy to understand. We were also very lucky to see the beautifull flowers at the temple. Our guide has made many photo's of us and she had sent the photo's by mail to us. That was very nice. We have enjoyed the tour and recommend this tour.

I only knew Harajuku for the gothic-lolita kawaii fashion so it was very interesting to see the back alleys and food places I normally don't see in guidebooks. We got to sample a lot of regional specialities and lots of desserts (my favorite!) Our friendly guide was super knowledgeable and was flexible to cater to our entire group. But be prepared to swim through the crowd and possibly wait on lines for some of the treats.

Our guide Asami did a great job taking us to places with great eats! She made sure to give us background info about the places we were visiting and even explained Japanese customs and table manners. She also accommodated personal requests (getting specific souvenirs, etc.) which made the tour feel more intimate.

I did expect this tour to feature more Instagrammable food, but it wasn't so much the case. Nonetheless, everything we ate was good. I especially loved the sesame ice cream!

We had a highly enjoyable experience on the evening food tour Golden Gai Shinjuku. Our guide Norma was excellent. She chose some great food destinations and was very helpful in explaining Japanese food etiquette and culture. In between eating, Norma guided us around Shinjuku, which is a must see destination if you come to Tokyo. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a great download on the activities and history of the Shinjuku area. Towards, the end of the tour we went to the Golden Gai area, which is quite fascinating for tourists.

We dont write alot of reviews, but would highly recommend this tour, and in particular, we felt quite fortunate that our guide was Norma, as she was really very committed to ensuring that the group was enjoying both the tour and the food experience.

I had a great time on this tour. I saw many attractions as well as learned the history (how, where, why's) to the culture or architecture that we saw on our walk. Our guide even was very agreeable to help us purchase products during our stops into shops/bakeries/boutiques along the way. The time went by so quickly I was sad that it was over. Her knowledge of English was superb!

The tour also includes using public transport and my guide miako entered any questions I had.

A very informative tour and I learned a lot in the span of four hours walking with Yoshimi. Yanaka has this old world charm where the old temples are still preserved and it is very quiet and peaceful town too. It is a contrast to other parts in Tokyo i.e. Shinjuku or Shibuya where there are all hustle and bustle.

After the tour ended, I was fascinated with the historical and facts shared by Yoshimi. I went back to the hotel and did my own research via Google. This tour definitely piqued my interest in Japanese's culture, lifestyle and the country as a whole, as I already start planning on my next trips to Japan.
