It was a very beautiful and informative walking tour. Our guide Yumi-san was very fluent in english. She made our tour memorable by taking us to beautiful cemetery, Sake brewing place etc. If u are first time in tokyo then this walking tour is a must. We were lucky to have Yumi-san as our guide, she was very friendly, cooperative and helped us a lot in knowing more about Tokyo, its history, cuisines, local cultures, folklore etc. This tour has been etched in our memories forever. Arigato gozaimas Yumi-san for such a beautiful and memorable tour.

Harajuku Instax Photography Tour to Takeshita Street & Omotesando

Fun tour with a unique souvenir to take home

My tour guide Takahiro was the best! He's fun, knowledgeable, and easygoing. We had great conversation as we walked around Harajuku and took great pictures using the Fuji Instamax camera provided by Wonder Photo Studio. I highly recommend ordering extra film and an additional album since they make such great keepsakes!

Evening Food Tour of Golden Gai in Shinjuku

Night of fun and great food

We had a wonderful introduction to the Golden Gai and tried food items we would have never thought to...our guide was interesting and fun...she shared the history of the area, interesting details of life in Tokyo, and took us to cool places we would have been too intimidated to go into on our own. I HIGHLY recommend booking a tour!

A splendid walk

The walking tour was really very nice and interesting.
Our guide Hizuru gave us much information about the history and the culture of Yanaka. She had a book with her and she explained a lot with pictures and so on and it was very easy to understand. We were also very lucky to see the beautifull flowers at the temple. Our guide has made many photo's of us and she had sent the photo's by mail to us. That was very nice. We have enjoyed the tour and recommend this tour.

Great for foodies

I only knew Harajuku for the gothic-lolita kawaii fashion so it was very interesting to see the back alleys and food places I normally don't see in guidebooks. We got to sample a lot of regional specialities and lots of desserts (my favorite!) Our friendly guide was super knowledgeable and was flexible to cater to our entire group. But be prepared to swim through the crowd and possibly wait on lines for some of the treats.

Our guide Asami did a great job taking us to places with great eats! She made sure to give us background info about the places we were visiting and even explained Japanese customs and table manners. She also accommodated personal requests (getting specific souvenirs, etc.) which made the tour feel more intimate.

I did expect this tour to feature more Instagrammable food, but it wasn't so much the case. Nonetheless, everything we ate was good. I especially loved the sesame ice cream!

We had a highly enjoyable experience on the evening food tour Golden Gai Shinjuku. Our guide Norma was excellent. She chose some great food destinations and was very helpful in explaining Japanese food etiquette and culture. In between eating, Norma guided us around Shinjuku, which is a must see destination if you come to Tokyo. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a great download on the activities and history of the Shinjuku area. Towards, the end of the tour we went to the Golden Gai area, which is quite fascinating for tourists.

We dont write alot of reviews, but would highly recommend this tour, and in particular, we felt quite fortunate that our guide was Norma, as she was really very committed to ensuring that the group was enjoying both the tour and the food experience.

Well worth the value for this tour

I had a great time on this tour. I saw many attractions as well as learned the history (how, where, why's) to the culture or architecture that we saw on our walk. Our guide even was very agreeable to help us purchase products during our stops into shops/bakeries/boutiques along the way. The time went by so quickly I was sad that it was over. Her knowledge of English was superb!

Was a great experience in a group of 8 from the entire world - liked the exchange between the entire group. Our guide was awesome, Yoshi, from Yokohama - great person great explanations - deep knowledge of the bar / restaurant area around Ginza and nearby locations.
The restaurants and bars which we visit were all great, good food and nice drinks! Overall fantastic experience

Perfect way to be shown around Harajuku

This is a really good way to introduce yourself to Tokyo and an absolute must for fashion lovers.

The tour also includes using public transport and my guide miako entered any questions I had.

She also gave everyone in the group advice on what to do next once the tour ended.

Really worth the time and the money.

Walking tour at Yanaka with Yoshimi

A very informative tour and I learned a lot in the span of four hours walking with Yoshimi. Yanaka has this old world charm where the old temples are still preserved and it is very quiet and peaceful town too. It is a contrast to other parts in Tokyo i.e. Shinjuku or Shibuya where there are all hustle and bustle.

After the tour ended, I was fascinated with the historical and facts shared by Yoshimi. I went back to the hotel and did my own research via Google. This tour definitely piqued my interest in Japanese's culture, lifestyle and the country as a whole, as I already start planning on my next trips to Japan.

It is worth doing this tour because we learned about food from different parts of Japan and we went to small restaurants that serve amazing food that wouldn't know otherwise. Ryo was knowledgeable, polite, easy going and fu to be with. We really like him and the tour. Highly recommended, don't miss it!

Kiri was an amazing tour guide! He was friendly, caring and very organised. At the end of the tour he made sure all participants knew how to get back to their hotels - this was a nice touch as it was our first night in Tokyo and we were still getting our bearings :)
