Everyone was so professional and kind. I learned a lot about the preparation the pilots and flight attendants go through in order to qualify to work for all Nippon airways. The only thing I can add is that some people we... morent on the hanger tour also and that sounds like a lot of fun.

The tour gave you a brief insight into how the airline operates across its different departments. Nothing particularly amazed you, but it was still worth seeing what the ANA base looks like.
