It seemed a bit difficult for small children! Since the focus was on the conversation, they didn't seem to understand much and looked a little bored. I thought it wasn't very suitable for kids since they couldn't actually see people working. At the pilot section, there happened to be a real pilot, so they seemed to enjoy that part. There were moments when the children reacted, but I think it would have been nice if there were some patterns to keep them engaged. As an adult, I thought it was clear and good.

It was a tour focused on observation. ANA Blue Base is a comprehensive training facility. It covers ground services, ground handling services, cabin crew (flight attendants), aircraft maintenance, and flight crew (pilots). The facility feels like it is about 300 meters long, so walking can be tough at my age, but there are chairs to sit on here and there, which is reassuring.
This time, trainees from the cabin crew and flight crew acted as guides, showing us around the observation areas. After completing the tour, we could ask questions to the guides in the lounge where the equipment is located, making it a well-organized experience for seeing, listening, and speaking.
ANA's slogan was "Safety, Warmth, Something." I can't quite remember what the "Something" was, so please forgive me. The content of the tour is quite dense, so beginners may have a lot to remember.
By the way, I didn't ask any questions. This is because I have previously done maintenance on flight simulators for another airline. Given that background, I can say I have one foot in the aviation industry.

今回は客室乗務員や運航乗務員の訓練生などが案内人となって、見学場所を案内してくれました。見学コースを周り、一段落すると、機材のある談話室で案内人に対し質問もできるため、見る聞く話すの段取りも良いところですかね。
ＡＮＡのスローガンが、「あんしん、あったか、何とか」でした。この何とかは、あまり思い出せなかったので、勘弁してやってください。見学内容は密度が濃いので、初心者だと覚えることも、たくさんあります。
ちなみに私は質問しませんでした。何故なら、私は過去、別のエアラインでフライトシミュレーターのメンテナンスをしていました。という経緯から、少しは航空業界に片足を突っ込んでいると言えます。
何回も通えるのではないでしょうか。見学料金も大人1,000円税込とあって、安いのではないかと思います。
