Despite the rain, I had a great time thanks to the guide's entertaining stories and the driver's excellent driving.

雨の中でしたがガイドさんの楽しいお話しとドライバーさんの素晴しい運転のおかげで楽しい時間が過ごせました。

The tour offers a view from the glass-walled upper floor looking down to the lower level. There are check-in counters, an emergency water landing training pool, and a flight simulator. They also conducted CPR training. This is how they prepare for real-life situations.

I opted for a plan that includes a vehicle, but it might be easier to see the exhibits without one.

Photography is generally prohibited after the tour begins, but there are a few places where it's allowed. Even if you participate alone, the staff will take photos for you.

The participation fee isn't high, but compared to the free Blue Hangar Tour, it feels a bit lacking.

見学コースは、ガラス張りの階上から階下を見下ろす感じです。
チェックインカウンター、緊急着水訓練用プール、フライトシュミレーターなどがあります。
心肺蘇生訓練もやってました。
こんな風にして、実践の場に巣だって行くのですね。

ビークルつきのプランにしたのですが、なしの方が展示物は見やすいかも。

見学ツアー開始後の写真撮影は原則禁止ですが、何ヵ所か、OKな場所があります。１人参加でもスタッフさんが撮ってくれます。

参加費は高くはないのですが、ブルーハンガーツアーは無料なのと比べると、なんだかな？という感じです。

If you're lucky, you might get to see the actual flight crew and cabin crew in training. Additionally, you can also sit in a business class seat. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to work for an airline.

運が良ければ実際に運行乗務員の方や客室乗務員の方々が実際に訓練しているところを見ることができます。またそのほかにも実際にビジネスクラスのシートに座ることができたりもします。航空会社に就職したいという方にはぜひおすすめです。

Guide was great. Very nice tour. Only feedback is that I would have preferred less time at Tokyo Tower and more in Asakusa.

I heard that the ANA BLUE BASE Aviation Training Center is currently offering a facility tour program, and I was really glad that I made a reservation in advance to match my schedule. The tour was enjoyable and fulfilling on the day of the visit. At the end of the tour, they also sell exclusive souvenirs from ANA BLUE BASE, so I was really happy to be able to purchase some souvenirs as well. I would love to visit again if I have the opportunity next time. I highly recommend this tour program to anyone interested in aviation.

ANA BLUE BASE航空訓練センター施設見学プログラムが運営中というお知らせを聞き、日程に合わせて事前に予約して見学当日楽しく充実した見学ができて本当に良かったです。見学の最後の部分にANA BLUE BASE限定のお土産も販売中なので、お土産も購入できて本当に良かったし、次回機会になればまた観覧したいと思います。 航空側に興味のある方にぜひお勧めしたい見学プログラムです。

It was a fun tour where we could visit ANA's training facility under the guidance of active pilots in training and cabin attendants. If you're lucky, you might even see cabin attendants in training!

This tour is definitely enjoyable for those who want to research the company if they wish to work for ANA, as well as for anyone who loves airplanes. It was a wonderful tour where we could also learn about ANA's sincere commitment to safety.

現役のパイロット訓練中の方とCAさんのガイドのもと、 ANAの訓練施設を見学できる楽しいツアーでした。運が良いと、実際に訓練中のCAさんを見る事ができたりします！
ANAで働きたい方の企業研究はもちろんの事、飛行機が大好きという方は絶対に楽しめるツアーだと思います。
ANAの安全に対する真摯な取組みも学べる素敵なツアーでした。

It was my first time riding the Sky Bus. It was a cold day. Since I came from Aomori for the trip, I thought it would feel warm, but the Sky Bus was quite chilly.

However, even while shivering from the cold, I appreciated the words of the guide that reached my ears. I was very grateful for the cheerful words meant to entertain the tourists. While listening to the stories, I felt it was a good choice to take the Sky Bus today. The wind was extremely cold, but thank you for the heartwarming experience.

　スカイバスに乗ったのは初めて。風が冷たい日でした。青森から旅行に来たということもあり、体感は暖かく感じられるだろうと思って乗ったスカイバスの寒かったこと。
　しかし、寒い寒いと震えながらも耳に入ってくるガイドさんの言葉。観光客を楽しませようとする楽しい言葉がとてもありがたく思いました。お話しを聞きながら、今日はスカイバスを選んで良かったと思う時間でした。風は最高冷たかったけど、心温まる時間をありがとうございました。

The explanation during the tour was lengthy, and the time for the final experience corner was short, so I couldn't take any photos. I was looking forward to it, but I was completely unsatisfied.

見学中の説明が長く、最後の体験コーナーの時間が短く写真撮れなくて楽しみにしていたのに、全く満足できませんでした。

It was great to be able to observe the training sessions. I felt that the daily training is improving ANA's safety and service. I would like to go again.

　訓練中の様子が見学出来て良かったです。日々の訓練がANAの安全、サービスの向上させているんだなとかんじました。また行きたいと思いました。

We had a lovely rainy day on a warm and dry bus. Nice spots to give a good view of Tokyo with a nice lunch. Comfy yellow bus with big windows.

The Shinjuku station pickup spot could be noted a little more clearly. Directions take you to the Hato bus office so we went very early and caught someone. It wasn’t clear that they would be there the whole time or locked up so just know there is a 1 and 2 bus stop just for Hato on the street directly across from the Starbucks that is outside from the office (not across the street, but just a straight walk out towards the street). The pole sign will call out their different packages and they will be there to ensure you’re on the right bus.

This was my first time participating in such a tour. I was particularly impressed to learn about the various professions involved in operating an aircraft and to witness the high level of safety awareness up close.

初めてこのようなツアーに参加しました。
1機の飛行機を飛ばすのに様々な職種の人たちがかかわっていることを知り、また、安全意識の高さを間近で見聞きすることができた点は特に良かったです。

My wife and I came to Tokyo to run the marathon and had limited time available to sightsee. This tour hit so many items on our hit list and the conductors were so knowledgeable about the history of the places. The only downside is that we wish we had more time to explore some of the places like the temples and the imperial gardens, but I understand with all the places we needed to get in that just wasn't possible. The only thing I might change is the cruise part since there just wasn't much to see on the cruise and the tour guides couldn't really talk much during the trip because there were other passengers not from our group. I would have preferred to get additional time at either of the temples. However it was still enjoyable and if we return to Tokyo we would definitely consider doing this tour again.

Training was taking place here and there during the early morning hours, but the blinds were down, and since the actual training was not visible from the inside, it didn't feel like we could see the real training. However, since this is a part of the operation that we wouldn't normally see, I think it was valuable just to tour the facility with the guidance of a current cabin attendant. Given that the sessions are held quite irregularly, I guess it was good that I was able to attend.

朝一番の時間帯であちらこちらで訓練はされていたが、ブラインドが降りていたり、実機訓練も内部は見えないので実際の訓練を見られる感じではなかった。が、そもそも見ることのない裏側の部分なので、現役CAの案内で施設を見て回るだけでも貴重だと思う。時間を含めかなり不定期開催なので、行けただけでもよかったのかな？

I am aspiring to be a cabin attendant, and this was my first time participating in the tour. I was very happy to be able to talk directly with the cabin attendant who guided us. Since there was a media interview taking place, other guests were quite excited, which was a bit bothersome, but I appreciated that the staff asked if we wanted to see from the front.

私はCA志望で、今回初めてツアーに参加させていただきました。案内してくれたCAさんと直接お話できたことがとてもうれしかったです。
取材が入っていたこともあり他のお客様が興奮されており、少し迷惑でしたが、スタッフの方が前で見ますか、などお声がけくださり、ありがたかったです。

Even on a rainy day, the vinyl acted as a window, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without getting wet. Thanks to that, it might not have been cold in winter without the wind.

I heard that there is a sunshade on the ceiling in summer, and the transparent ceiling is only for now. We were able to take pictures of the Tokyo Skytree all the way to the top.

The guide kept the energy up throughout, and my child was especially delighted with the diving, which they were looking forward to the most. We passed by several people practicing canoeing on the river, and it was heartwarming that everyone waved at us.

The explanation mentioned that the river ride lasts about 20 minutes. After getting off the river, there was a 10-15 minute disembarkation time, and we could take a break at the café or use the restroom.

My elementary school child seemed to enjoy it too, and said they want to go again on a sunny day.

雨の日でもビニールが窓がわりになっていたので濡れずに楽しめました。おかげで冬でも風がなく寒くなかったかもしれません。
夏は天井にサンシェードがあるとの事で、天井も透明なのは今だけとの事。スカイツリーもてっぺんまで写真に撮れました◎

終始ガイドさんが盛り上げてくれて、子どもが1番楽しみにしていたダイビングも大喜びでした。
川ではカヌー？を練習中の方と何度もすれ違いましたが皆さん手を振ってくれたのも微笑ましかったです。
川は20分くらいとの説明がありました。川から出た後は10-15分くらいの降車タイムがあり、カフェで休憩やトイレも可能でした。

今度は晴れた日にも行きたいね、と小学生の子どもも楽しめたようです。

It serves as a comprehensive training facility for various professions, allowing you to understand the duties of different job types. Depending on the timing, you can observe real training situations through glass, which can enhance your satisfaction if you happen to catch a training session.

各業務をされている方の総合訓練施設になっているので、色々な職種の業務内容が理解できます。
タイミングによって、リアル訓練の状況がガラス越しに見学できるので、訓練タイミングにあたれば満足度も高くなるかな。

I finally visited ABB.
First, I was surprised by the size of the facility!
The flight attendants provided detailed explanations as they guided us through various exhibits in each department.
During the visit, there happened to be emergency evacuation training for the flight attendants and training for the ground staff.
I also purchased almost all of the limited edition goods!
I want to go again; it's the best facility that I would love to visit multiple times!

念願のABBへ行ってきました。
まずは施設の大きさにビックリ！
各部門の様々な展示を案内していただく客室乗務員の方が詳しく説明していただきました。
また見学の際はちょうど客室乗務員の緊急脱出訓練やグランドスタッフの訓練が行われていました。
限定グッズもほぼほぼ購入しました！
また行きたい、そして何度でも訪れたい最高の施設です！

There are panels explaining the roles of cabin crew, cargo loading, ground handling, maintenance, and pilots at key points, allowing you to take your time to read and observe. The cabin crew members serve as instructors and are knowledgeable, answering any questions about their roles, which was impressive. If the timing is right, you can observe training sessions from above. During our visit, we were able to see water evacuation training and emergency situation simulation training at altitude. I also became interested in visiting the maintenance facility, although reservations are quite difficult to secure. There are also places where photography is allowed, which was satisfying!

要所要所に客室乗務員、貨物積載、グランドバンドリング、整備、パイロット説明のパネルやがあり、じっくり読んだり観察したりする時間をとってくれます。客室乗務員の方がインストラクターです。どの職種に関する質問にも詳しく答えて下さるのでCAの方の知識に驚きました。タイミングが合えば研修している場面を上から観ることができます。私たちの回は、水上脱出訓練と、上空想定での緊急事態シミュレーションモックの訓練がみれました。整備工場見学の方も行ってみたくなりました。予約難易度高いですが。写真撮影可の場所もたまにあり満足です！

This was my first time participating in the tour, and I was amazed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the abundance of equipment! It was also very interesting to be able to walk around the training facilities. I got to see the simulator in action and observe the process of changing the seats in the cabin!

The explanations provided by the cabin attendant who guided us were clear and easy to understand.

今回初めてツアーに参加させていただき、まず施設の綺麗さや設備の充実さに驚きました！
また実際に訓練している施設内を回ることができとても興味深かったです。
シュミレーターが動いていたり、機内のシートを替える作業をしている場面を見ることができました！

案内してくださったキャビンアテンダントさんの解説もわかりやすく聞きやすかったです。

Perhaps it was because we visited during the lunch break? We couldn't see much of the training. There were few photo spots. The question time was short.

見学した時間帯が昼休みのためか？訓練の状余り見ることができなかった。撮影スポットが少ない。質問時間が短かった。

This was my second time participating, but I was disappointed that I couldn't see much of the training in each area, possibly because it coincided with lunchtime. During my first visit, I was able to see all the training sessions... However, I do recommend the facility tour itself. The locker area and the tour check-in were particularly good.

2回目の参加でしたがちょうどお昼休み時間と重なっていたからか各エリアの訓練の様子がほとんど見られずに残念でした。初めての時はすべての訓練の様子が見られたのですが…
ただ施設見学自体はおすすめです。
特にロッカーとツアーのチェックインは良かったです。

I guess it wasn't my lucky day... I couldn't see the training session...
All I saw was the Q400 simulator...
I went there to see Miss Pilot, so my expectations were at their peak... I'm so disappointed...
As for the merchandise...ㅠㅠ I wanted to buy a neck strap, but as a traveler, I couldn't buy the toolbox...
I only brought back two pairs of gloves...

I was guided by an active flight attendant who provided clear explanations based on their personal experiences and answered my questions, making for a very enjoyable time. I gained a better understanding of how the journey in the sky is supported by everyone at ANA. Additionally, the staff at the reception desk were very polite, which made me an even bigger fan of ANA.

現役のCAの方に案内をして頂き、ご自分の体験談や質問に対してわかりやすい説明をして頂き、とても楽しい時間をすごすことができました。
空の旅がANAの皆さんによって、支えられているということがよく理解できました。
また、受付窓口のスタッフの方々も非常に丁寧で、ますますANAファンになりました。

This is my second time participating. I once again felt ANA's strong commitment to safety. If given the opportunity, I would like to participate again.

I learned that employees from various job types undergo regular training, which ensures the safety of the skies. I was also surprised by the significant evolution that has taken place over the past 70 years, and I am looking forward to the future of airplanes.

様々な職種の社員の方々が定期的に訓練をされている事を知り、空の安全が守られている事を知る事が出来ました。
また、70年の日々の中でかなりの進化をされて来た事に驚き、そしてこれからの飛行機の未来も楽しみになりました。

I love traveling by air and participated alone. It was great to reaffirm that safe operations are ensured by various people. If you arrive too early, there aren't many places to wait, so I think it's best to go in time for the entry start. You can store large luggage in lockers marked with the airport name at the entrance, which is uplifting. During the tour, you have to store your smartphone in a valuables locker because photography is prohibited. (There were also many areas where taking photos was allowed.)

空の旅が好きで一人で参加しました。
色んな人の手によって安全な運航がされているんだという事を再確認できてよかったです。
早く着きすぎても待つ場所がなく延々歩いてカフェを探したので入場開始時間に合わせて行くのがいいと思います。
大きな荷物は入り口の空港名の書かれたロッカーに預けられるので気分があがります。
見学中は撮影禁止のためにスマホを貴重品ロッカーにあずけます。
（写真OKなエリアも沢山ありました）

I was reminded that our safe and comfortable air travel is thanks to many people who are involved and continuously train. There was also an exciting feeling of getting a glimpse behind the scenes, and I had a fulfilling 90 minutes. I am grateful to ANA for opening such facilities to the public. Since I couldn't see the actual training this time, I would like to participate again.

わたしたちが安全で快適に空の旅が出来ているのは、多くの方々が携わり、日頃から訓練を積み重ねているおかげなのだと改めて知ることができました。裏側に潜入しているワクワク感もあり、充実した90分を過ごせました。こういった施設を一般に向けて公開してくださっているANAさんに感謝です。今回実際に訓練している様子は観られなかったので、また参加したいです。

You can feel a part of the unwavering efforts of the crew, along with the history and trivia of ANA. The lockers are labeled with the three-letter codes of each airport, and knowledge is also inputted! Located about a 10-minute walk from Anamori Inari Station, ANA Blue Base serves as a comprehensive training facility for ANA Group employees. Various essential roles for aircraft operations, such as cockpit crew, cabin crew, ground staff, and ground handling, regularly come here for training. There are many highlights, including displays of ground staff badges! Yesterday (1/30), employees from Solaseed Air were visiting for training. An ANA flight attendant guided us.

ANAの歴史や豆知識のほか、クルーが重ねる弛まぬ努力の一端を感じられます。ロッカーは各空港の3レターコードになっており、知識もインプットされます！穴守稲荷駅から歩いて約10分のところにある、ANA Blue Baseは、ANAグループ社員の総合訓練施設になっています。コックピットクルーやキャビンクルー、グランドスタッフ、グランドハンドリングといった航空機の運航に不可欠な様々な職種の方が定期的に訓練に訪れます。グランドスタッフのバッジなどが展示されてあり、見どころたくさんです！昨日(1/30)は、ソラシドエアの社員が訓練に訪れていました。ANAの客室乗務員が案内してくれました。

You can see countless things, such as the working styles of various people in different professions at the airport and the training sessions! It's a 90-minute walking tour, and you can ask questions along the way; it was an excellent course! I would love to book this course or another one to enjoy again!

空港で働く様々な職種の人々の働き方から、訓練の様子など、数えきれないほどたくさんのものを見ることができます！90分で歩きまわるのですが、質問も途中でできるし、最高なコースでした！また、このコースや別のコースを予約して楽しみたいです！

It seemed a bit difficult for small children! Since the focus was on the conversation, they didn't seem to understand much and looked a little bored. I thought it wasn't very suitable for kids since they didn't actually see people working. However, at the pilot section, there happened to be a real pilot there, and the kids seemed to enjoy that part. There were moments where they reacted as children do, but I think it would have been nice if there were some patterns to keep them engaged. As an adult, I thought it was clear and good.

小さな子供にとっては、少し難しかったみたいです！
話が中心だったので、理解があまり出来なかったみたいで、少し退屈そうにしてました！
実際人がいて働いてる姿を見る訳ではなかったので、子供向きではないと思いました。
パイロットの所では、たまたま実際のパイロットさんがいたので、そこの場所では楽しそうに見てました。
所々で、子供ながら反応してたとこはありましたが、子供が飽きないパターンもあったら良かったかなぁと思いました！
大人としては、分かりやすく良かったと思いました。
