From check-in to boarding, I was excited from the moment I entered. From the high observation deck, I was able to see real training with clear and smooth explanations. I was very curious and could ask questions freely, and the tour flowed in a friendly manner. I was impressed by the people who are engaged in safe operations, listening to and observing the training content for the passengers. It was a very satisfying tour.

高い見学通路から、本当の訓練が見れて的確で流れのいい説明。興味津々な中、質問もどんどん出来、フレンドリーにツアーが流れて行きます。
搭乗者の為に、訓練してる内容を見聞きして安全運行に従事してくださってる方々に感服しました。

This was my first visit to the training facility. As I moved through the facility, I saw many people in training. Further along, there were even more people. Everyone was very serious about what they were doing. It felt like there were hundreds of people. Wow, it was amazing. I was moved. Thank you.

I felt that the foundation of trust in ANA is condensed here, and it was very informative. The explanations provided were also interesting and easy to understand. Although it deviates from the main topic, I was surprised to see the helicopter from the Japan Airlines era (?).

説明いただいた内容も興味深く、わかりやすかったです。
本筋から逸れますが、日ペリ時代の（？）ヘリコプターがあったのは（チラ見ですが）驚きでした。

I had certain expectations for the ANA training facility tour, but I was very satisfied to see even more than I anticipated. The flight attendant who guided us provided explanations that were very polite and easy to understand. It's a tour that never gets boring, no matter how many times you participate!

ANAさんの訓練施設見学ツアーと言うことで、それなりに期待をしていましたが、期待以上のものを見ることが出来てとても満足です。
案内役のCAの方もとても丁寧且つ分かり易く説明をして戴きました。

I'm glad I was able to learn about the various jobs involved before, during, and after a flight, as well as the training that takes place behind the scenes. It was even more exciting to hear the explanation from a current cabin attendant. I love ANA even more now!

With a one-day unlimited ride ticket, my goal was to enjoy the night view! On December 16, the weather was cloudy with a temperature of 21°C, so the open bus tour was pleasant with a nice breeze and a panoramic view. Most of the participants were foreigners. Thanks to the prompt support from the guide, we were able to enjoy two courses, adding extra value to our experience in a short amount of time. Since it was a Saturday, it was fully booked, and I shared a seat with someone from Mexico. We communicated while searching on our phones, and I had a wonderful experience, fully enjoying the beautiful night view of Tokyo!

I want to go on a tour again, and I'm looking forward to flying next year. Until now, I took it for granted, but I realized that the cabin crew goes through various training before they get to the field. On a personal note, I plan to fly a lot next year to maintain my diamond status.

The moment the bus enters the sea is incredibly thrilling! It was my first experience, and I had a lot of fun. The guide was wonderful with a smile and detailed explanations. I will come back next year to ride the Sky Duck from Hokkaido.

I heard from my son, who was a tour guide on a school trip, about his visit to Blue Base, and I absolutely wanted to go. It's amazing that he could answer questions about the aircraft used in a drama from 20 years ago!

修学旅行の添乗員だった息子にブルーベースを訪れた時の話を聞き、絶対行きたいと思っていました。20年前のドラマに使われた機体のことを質問されて答えられるなんてすごい！

The current flight attendants who guide you are so kind and gentle‼️ They share a lot of behind-the-scenes stories and trivia, and there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions, so you can ask anything‼️

You can actually visit the training facilities of ANA. When I participated, a flight attendant guided us. Their language and attentiveness were very polite, and it was a great learning experience. I attended with two elementary school children (a fourth grader and a first grader) and it was very good. Even the child who usually says they get tired quickly enjoyed it.

*Depending on the timing, there may be times when you can't see the lectures or practical training, so it might be a matter of luck. During my visit, I was able to observe the training for flight attendants and pilots.

*They also provide lockers for storing your luggage (free of charge; I forgot the size).

ANA、実際の訓練施設見学できます。
私が参加したときは、客室乗務員の方が案内してくたさりました。言葉遣い・気配り等、とても丁寧で、とても勉強になりました。
小学生2人(4年生・1年生)と私(40代)で参加しましたが、とても良かったてす。普段は直ぐ疲れたと言っていた子も楽しんでいました。

※タイミングによって、講義・実習が観れないときもあるので、そこは運次第ですかね。私の時はCAさんとパイロットの実習が観れました。

※荷物を預けるためのロッカーも貸して頂けます(無料・サイズは失念しました)。

I had the opportunity to observe the training of ANA staff! On that day, I was able to see the training for cargo transportation. I witnessed the development of professionals who transport goods accurately while battling against time.

When I heard that the captain simulator training continues without breaks, I actually saw the changeover and realized how much effort the captains are putting in.

Towards the end of the tour, they were preparing for an award ceremony for the cleaning staff. I learned about the efforts to enhance employee motivation.

I discovered that they handle all tasks sincerely and carefully. It was great. Thank you!

当日は貨物運搬のトレーニングの場を拝見することができました。時間と戦いつつ正確に運ぶプロフェッショナルの育成を見学しました。
機長シミュレーターは、休み無くトレーニングが続くと聞いていた時、正に交代を目にして、機長は凄く努力されていることを実感しました。
ツアー終盤には、清掃スタッフの表彰式の会場作りをされていました。職員の意欲向上の工夫も知りました。
全ての業務に真摯に丁寧に対応されていることを知りました。

I used to avoid flying because I was afraid of heights, but I participated in a tour as the first step to overcoming that fear. It was a valuable experience to hear from active flight attendants about the training they undergo and the efforts they make to ensure safe operations. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who is "afraid of flying but wants to try." I have decided to "give it a try." I'm still in the process of planning my trip, but I intend to remember what I experienced on this tour and fly.

高い所が苦手で、飛行機に乗ることを避けていましたが、その克服のための第一歩として見学ツアーに参加しました。
安全に運行するためにどのような訓練をされているか、そのためにどんな努力をされているか、やはり現役のCAさんからお話しを聞けたのは貴重な体験でした。
「飛行機が苦手だけど乗ってみたい」という方にはぜひ参加して欲しいツアーですし、自分は「乗ってみよう」と決心がつきました。
まだ旅行の計画を立てている途中ですが、少しでも克服できるように、このツアーで体験したことを思い出して飛行機に乗るつもりです。

You won't see large airplanes here, but by learning your secrets, the enjoyment and knowledge of seeing the hangar will double!

格納庫も、好きです。そして、この訓練施設（ベース）もどちらも大好きです！
格納庫（ハンガー）と、訓練施設（ベース）を間違えてくる方もいるそうです。

こちらでは、大きな飛行機は見られませんが、あなさんのヒミツを知ることで、格納庫を見る楽しみも知識も倍増しますーーー！

Previously, I was late due to traffic and had to cancel at the last minute, which was heartbreaking.

So this time, I made sure to have plenty of time and was super excited for my first experience!

I made a reservation because it was trending on TV and social media, and I definitely wanted to experience it. The weather was also favorable, and I was able to have a rare experience. Diving from land to sea was impressive, and the view after getting out to sea was wonderful. I enjoyed seeing the Rainbow Bridge from below and being surrounded by many seagulls while cruising. It was so much fun that I wished I could do it twice.

The service from the tour guides was absolutely wonderful! Both the departure and arrival were on schedule, and the lunch course was stylish and delicious, which made me very satisfied! We were originally planning to participate as a group of three, but unfortunately one person couldn't join us due to health issues at the last minute, so I hope to go together next time!

添乗員さん達の対応がとても素晴らしかったです！出発も到着も予定通り、ランチコースもオシャレで美味しくて大満足でした！今回３人で参加の予定だったのに、直前で体調不良により一人参加出来ず残念だったので、次回一緒に行きたいと思います！

It would have been nice to have a little more time to ask questions separately. I was disappointed that there was only a brief Q&A during the tour. There were so many things I wanted to ask because it was such an exciting place!

訓練施設の大規模さにびっくりです。この広大な施設でしっかり訓練をすることでANAの安心安全な運行及びサービスが築かれていることを実感できました。

It was a tour focused on observation. ANA Blue Base is a comprehensive training facility. It covers ground services, ground handling services, cabin crew (flight attendants), aircraft maintenance, and flight crew (pilots). The facility feels like it is about 300 meters long, so walking can be tough at my age, but there are chairs to sit on here and there, which is reassuring.

This time, trainees from the cabin crew and flight crew acted as guides, showing us around the observation areas. After completing the tour, we could ask questions to the guides in the lounge where the equipment is located, making it a well-organized experience for seeing, listening, and speaking.

ANA's slogan was "Safety, Warmth, Something." I can't quite remember what the "Something" was, so please forgive me. The content of the tour is quite dense, so beginners may have a lot to remember.

By the way, I didn't ask any questions. This is because I have previously done maintenance on flight simulators for another airline. Given that background, I can say I have one foot in the aviation industry.

I think it’s a place you could visit multiple times. The admission fee is 1,000 yen for adults, which I think is quite reasonable.

見るのが中心の見学ツアーでした。ANA Blue Base は、総合訓練施設です。グランドサービス、グランドハンドリングサービス、客室乗務員（キャビンアテンダント）、航空整備士、運航乗務員（パイロット）、総合的に面倒を見る施設でした。施設の全長が３００メートルはありそうな雰囲気ですので、歩くのは私の年齢だとキツイですが、所々で椅子に座りますから、安心です。

今回は客室乗務員や運航乗務員の訓練生などが案内人となって、見学場所を案内してくれました。見学コースを周り、一段落すると、機材のある談話室で案内人に対し質問もできるため、見る聞く話すの段取りも良いところですかね。

ＡＮＡのスローガンが、「あんしん、あったか、何とか」でした。この何とかは、あまり思い出せなかったので、勘弁してやってください。見学内容は密度が濃いので、初心者だと覚えることも、たくさんあります。

ちなみに私は質問しませんでした。何故なら、私は過去、別のエアラインでフライトシミュレーターのメンテナンスをしていました。という経緯から、少しは航空業界に片足を突っ込んでいると言えます。

何回も通えるのではないでしょうか。見学料金も大人1,000円税込とあって、安いのではないかと思います。

I happened to have a pilot in training join our tour, and I was able to listen to their stories. I got so excited that I ended up asking questions, even more than the kids who were with me.

パイロットになる訓練中の方がたまたまツアーを同行して下さりお話しを聞けました。一緒に行った子ども達を差し置いて大人である私の方が質問したりと興奮してしまいました。

A major feature is that you can actually see each profession receiving training. I think this is a great tour for those aiming for a career in the aviation industry, whether for tour purposes or for educational field trips.

各職種が実際に訓練を受けているところを見る事が出来るのが大きな特徴です。ツアー目的や社会科見学目的でもあれば航空業界を目指している方にも凄く良いツアーだと思います。

I thought a bus tour would be a great way to efficiently explore Tokyo with friends visiting from abroad, so I searched online and found this open-air tour that offers unlimited rides for a day. We started on the Blue Course at 10:05 AM, got off at Tsukiji, had an early lunch, and visited Tsukiji Honganji Temple. We returned to Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building at 1:20 PM after a restroom break. Next, we took the Red Course departing at 2:05 PM and got off at Asakusa Hanakawado. We visited Senso-ji Temple, enjoyed ningyo-yaki and matcha ice cream on Nakamise Street, and took photos with Tokyo Skytree and the Asahi Headquarters. We returned to Marunouchi again at 4:23 PM. While there wasn't enough time to see everything, we got to view various tourist spots from the bus, and my friends and other international travelers seemed to have a great time. Everyone cheered when we looked up at Tokyo Tower. I think it would be nice to visit the places we wanted to see later. After this, we participated in the open-air night bus tour as well. We were able to communicate with tourists from various countries, and it was the best day ever! I would love to join again!

海外から来た友達と効率よく東京観光をするにはバスツアーがいいなと思い、ネットで探していたら、オープンエアで1日乗り放題のこのツアーを見つけました。私達は10時5分からスタートのブルーコースに乗り、築地で降り、早めの昼食を摂り、築地本願寺を参拝、13時20分築地発で丸の内三菱ビルに戻ってきました。トイレ休憩し、次は14時5分発でレッドコースに乗り、浅草花川戸で降りました。浅草寺参拝、仲見世通りで人形焼や抹茶アイスを食べたり、東京スカイツリーやアサヒ本社屋と一緒に写真を撮りました。そして16時23分発でまた丸の内に戻りました。全て見学するには時間が足りませんが、バスの中からいろいろな観光地を見れて、友達や他の海外旅行者もとても楽しそうでした。特に東京タワーを下から眺めた時は皆さん歓声をあげていました。後日行きたくなった観光地を訪れてもいいと思います。この後私達は同じくオープンエアのナイトバスツアーに参加しました。いろいろな国の観光客とコミュニケーションもとれ、最高の1日でした！また参加したいです！
