We used the service with our family of five during the Christmas season in December. Since it was a busy time, the airport exit was crowded, but the white and light green shirts were very easy to spot. The driver politely greeted us and mentioned that we would have to wait a little because they were picking up other passengers as well. After waiting for about 30 minutes, a cheerful driver in a white and yellow shirt took us to the hotel. He was very friendly and explained various tourist spots on the way to the hotel.

I was able to meet the driver right away at the airport, and they took me directly to the hotel without any stops, which allowed me to make good use of my time. It was nice to check my location on Google Maps while going, as it helped me get a general sense of Cancun's layout. The view of the sea from the car was really beautiful and made for great memories.

I made a reservation for a round trip from the airport to the hotel in advance.

First, regarding the outbound trip, as others have mentioned, there was no sign being held, and I had to wait at a booth-like area after exiting the airport. I got quite lost and had to ask other shuttle service providers for directions.

The return trip was terrible. I was supposed to meet in the hotel lobby at 5:20 PM, but after 15 minutes, they still hadn't arrived. When I called, they answered in Spanish and either hung up or left me on hold.

When I had the hotel staff contact them, they initially said there was no reservation. After I showed them the voucher, they misunderstood and thought that 5:20 PM was the flight time, claiming they had come around 2 PM. But it seems like the time was set based on the flight schedule when I made the reservation... Eventually, they arrived around 6 PM, and I was able to catch my flight.

I was quite anxious, but I was helped by the hospitable response from the hotel staff.

かなり焦りましたが、ホスピタリティ溢れるホテルの対応に助けられました。
