Due to traffic conditions, the hotel pickup was delayed by 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time. When I called the hotel to confirm, they informed me that there was a delay due to traffic. In the end, the delay was just under 20 minutes, but since I had plenty of time, it didn't cause any issues.

Generally, it is considered a principle to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the departure time of your flight. I had planned for about a 20-minute distance between the airport and the hotel, but the local service provider informed me that due to shared transportation, the pickup would be at least 3 hours prior. Therefore, I needed to adjust my schedule slightly. As long as you take that into consideration, the transportation service is reliable and reasonably priced, and I am satisfied with it.

I arrived a little late and managed to reach the designated pickup location as instructed, but there was no driver waiting for me. The prior information indicated that they would wait even if my arrival was delayed and described the driver's attire, but there were similar outfits from other companies, making it very difficult to find them.

In the end, since I couldn't find anyone, I called the company directly, but they only spoke English and told me to wait. While I was waiting, someone from another company kindly approached me and seemed to contact my company, but I ended up waiting at the airport for about 60 minutes. Ultimately, it was someone who was neither the driver nor in the attire I had confirmed with the photo beforehand who approached me and took me to my hotel.

There were many people waiting outside the airport for pickups, and I looked for the board but couldn't find it. I searched quite a bit based on the T-shirt color, which was supposed to be light green and white, but I couldn't find it. In the end, I was helped by some kind people who took me to where the shuttle was. It was quite confusing! I can only express my gratitude to the kind Mexicans! I relied on the T-shirt color for my search, but it turned out to be yellow and white instead. I should correct that.

The day before my reservation, while I was relaxing in my room, I received a call from the front desk saying, "The driver is waiting in the lobby." When I went to the lobby with my voucher, the pickup for the airport had arrived. When I showed the voucher and said, "My reservation is for tomorrow," the driver took a photo of the voucher and sent it to the company while making a call. I confirmed with the driver that someone would definitely come the next day, but I was really anxious. The next day, a different driver came to pick me up and took me to the airport without any issues. However, I shudder to think that if I hadn't been in my room the day before, the company might have treated it as a cancellation with the wrong date and I wouldn't have had a pickup.

I was waiting with a sign that said "Mexico travel solution," but I couldn't find it. I showed the printed reservation to a couple of taxi drivers who were there, and somehow I was able to locate it. In reality, the staff guiding us were wearing Expedia t-shirts, and there was no sign with our names or the "Mexico travel solution" sign. The moment we arrived, I was startled, feeling like I was immediately experiencing the Mexican way! However, the people in Cancun were kind, and it didn't feel unsafe, so I was relieved that everything worked out.

My flight arrived about 30 minutes late, but it was nice that the guide was waiting. I used this service for my departure and also for my return, so I would like to share my review.

They picked me up from the hotel about three hours before my flight. They arrived right on time for the meeting. The van was spacious and clean. We also picked up another foreign family before departing.

They drive quite fast, so I recommend wearing your seatbelt. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the airport.
