Due to the airplane arriving a little early, I couldn't find the staff. I saw staff from 3-4 other companies discussing, and they quickly informed me that there was a desk on the other side, even though no one was there at the moment. I took a look around for about five minutes, and then the representatives from the companies who had initially helped me waved me over! I was able to meet a staff member holding a board with my full name. After that, I was smoothly guided to the driver, who took me and another family to the hotel zone. Lastly, since I didn't have any pesos yet, I gave the driver a tip in US dollars.

The staff was waiting at the airport with a sign on time, but the bus we needed didn't arrive for an hour. I checked with the staff about where the bus was and how much longer we would have to wait, but the driver only said he had talked on the phone and couldn't tell us when it would arrive. Naturally, there was no apology, and by the time I called to complain to the shuttle company, the bus finally arrived. After that, we picked up two groups of passengers heading in the same direction at a different terminal, so I imagine we were made to wait to gather more people. Since we were heading to the Riviera Maya instead of Cancun, it might be that not enough people gathered, but we were just left waiting for an hour without any explanation, which was extremely inconvenient. It was disappointing to have our much-anticipated trip start off this way. I don't think I will use this service again.

At Cancun Airport, there were a lot of people, so it took me about five minutes to find the sign for "VELTRA." After that, we smoothly moved to the car and were taken to the hotel with other guests (Japanese). I felt reassured by the thorough management of the luggage. The driver explained Cancun in English. I think some Japanese may not fully understand, but since we are in a foreign country, I made an effort to listen and get used to English.

I was delayed for an hour after landing due to issues at the parking area of Cancun Airport, coming from Mexico City. I was supposed to arrive at Terminal 2, but suddenly it changed to a different terminal. I didn't even know where I was, so I called the office, and they instructed me to "proceed to the parking lot." After asking a nearby airport staff for the location of the parking lot, I found a sign with my name waiting at the entrance. They handled the delay well, but it would have been more reassuring if I had been informed in advance about the meeting point when the terminal changed. I almost ended up taking the shuttle to Terminal 2.

When I used this service to transfer from the airport to the hotel, it was so good that I requested them again for my return trip.

Although it was a domestic flight, they came to pick me up at the hotel three hours in advance. I thought, "Isn't that too early to go to the airport...?" but in the end, it was great because I could move with peace of mind. I wasn't sure which terminal it was, but soon after, my pick-up person came in and took me away. I was impressed that they could come to pick me up so quickly in such a situation.
