I used the shuttle service from the Hotel Zone to Cancun Airport. My flight was at 7:00, so I was scheduled to be picked up at 4:00. They arrived about 10 minutes late, without any apology, and without confirming my name; I was just told to get in the car. I had booked a driver who could speak English, but he only spoke Spanish, which was different from what I had reserved. Even after getting in the car, we didn't leave for a while, as he was chatting in Spanish about something. In the end, we departed the hotel around 4:20.

We used the service with our family of five during the Christmas season in December. Since it was a busy time, the airport exit was crowded, but the white and light green shirts were very easy to spot. The driver politely greeted us and mentioned that we would have to wait a little because they were picking up other passengers as well. After waiting for about 30 minutes, a cheerful driver in a white and yellow shirt took us to the hotel. He was very friendly and explained various tourist spots on the way to the hotel.

I arrived at the hotel lobby earlier than the scheduled time and was able to board smoothly. I shared the ride with some foreigners, and we stopped at another hotel on the way to the airport, but we didn't have to wait at all. There were plenty of taxis running, and I felt safe getting in.

I didn't want to get ripped off by a taxi from the airport, so I made a reservation with Veltra, and it was the right choice! I was able to meet the driver right away at the airport, and they took me directly to the hotel without any stops, which allowed me to make good use of my time. It was nice to check my location on Google Maps while going, as it helped me get a general sense of Cancun's layout. The view of the sea from the car was really beautiful and made for great memories.

The pickup was at 4:30 AM, but they arrived five minutes early and provided kind service, getting us to the airport in about 30 minutes. I think many people returning to Japan via the United States have early morning flights, so I highly recommend this transportation service.
