I don't know where to start; this was just the best! Elisabetta was an AMAZING tour guide. She was funny, she was fun, she knew her city and loved where she came from. The group we toured with was also an excellent bunch of people, which only added to the fun. We stopped at 5 bars and tried foods I wouldn't have normally eaten. We drank wine that made me want to have cases shipped home. We learned more and more about the city along the way to each new stop and it really made us fall in love with Venice. The tour, the guide, the experience...they were wonderful and one of the highlights of our whole trip!

Francesca was wonderful! Such a good experience for our first day in Venice. Although we had visited before, our friends had not, and the cicchetri and wine experience was one of the highlights of our trip!

Elisabetta was fabulous. My only regret was that I didn´t do this tour the first day I was in Venice. I loved the bacaro in Rialto and would have gone there over the next few days to eat and drink. Thank you to all of them for participating in Urban Adventures. They give Venice a wonderful name! Elisabetta was not only extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of topics but her English is excellent and her enthusiasm over the top. I was very fortunate to have nearly her full attention as we were a very small group.

The Chichetti and Wine Tour in Venice was one of the highlights of our time in Italy.

Excellent trip, enthusiastc guide, lovely food and drink. They took us to places we would not have dared venture as we did not know the drill. Had trouble booking on your website - had to email in the end. Very helpful staff by email, but a bit worried about where the payment went as the bank questioned it. Would definately do another Urban Adventure and have already recommended it to others.

This was a fun way to kick off our Venice trip. Walking around the Rialto area in a small group, sampling the wine and the traditional bar snacks of the region.

We booked a tour for each day in Venice and this one was the best. The guide Cecila was brilliant. Full of fun and very bubbly. She made the trip so much fun.we visited three food places were all different and gave us an Insite to Italian food. We even had a short trip in a gondola standing up I must add. Met some lovely people and a perfect end to our Venice holiday.

Cecilia, our guide was the most enthusuastic, lovely person who made this such an amazing tour, thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty to sample in food and wine.

Cecelia was an excelent guide and enlightned the small group on all the culture of Venice. She took us away from the crowded streets and introduced us to interesting places including the oldest bar in Venice. We had a small group from all over the world. We became such good friends on the trip that we all went out afterwards and closed down a local bar. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Venice.

Cecelia was fantastic. She gave us a great insight to our 3 day break in Venice. I think the tour should be mandatory for every first time visitor to Venice. Having said that we could easily have done the tour every day. Shall certainly do it again on our next trip. We visited the places she recommended and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Mille grazie !

Cecelia was very informative. We visited several Cichetti bars and ate and drank well. No need for dinner that night. Cecelia told us some things about Venice we wouldn't have known like the water at the public fountains is very clean, drinkable and cold so take advantage and fill your empty water bottle to save on plastic. Cecilia also provided advice about things to do in other locations we were visiting in Italy. The tour was very enjoyable and a good value.

Cecilia ,our guide was BRILLIANT !! Fun ,keen and really knew her stuff.She was so good, we changed our next two days in Venice to our own urban adventures, with her help , and had the best time getting lost and drinking wine and eating great local food . Must do trip in Venice . Thank you

Cecilia is a wonderful host who happily shares her love and knowledge of Venice with others. This tour is an interesting way to get to know another side of Venice, and to find little cicchetti venues to return to with a little confidence in how to order and understand what is on the menu. It is taken at a most pleasant time of day and it was wonderful to watch the light change throughout our walk. We highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Cecilia our guide was fantastic, such a lovely person and so knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour to anyone. The little bars she took us to were so authentic and welcoming, the Venetian food and wine was great. (had risotto made with cuttlefish ink!!!) Have used Urban Adventures in new York, Philadelphia and now Venice. Keep up the great work!!

Cecilia was a great hostess to the city - not only did she have lots of information about the places we went on our tour, but she also gave further personal recommendations for the rest of our time in Venice, ba<x>sed on where we were staying.

Cecilia was brilliant...warm, funny, knowledgable and passionate! She taught us the culture and some important Italian words that would gain us respect from the locals. A bit of effort surely goes a long way as we have noticed when we try to speak basic italian, it really brings a smile to their face. Very personalised experience with lots to drink! great job and highly recommend this tour

Cecilia was fantastic as the guide, she was very friendly & knowledgeable. After 5 weeks of traveling around the UK & Europe this was one of our best experiences of the trip! This tour gave us a great insight into the great local food & wine so we were able to experience a more authentic Venice. We enjoyed the places we visited so much we returned to our favourites the next night. It's a shame there aren't any other tours similar in other cities, but when our friends travel to Venice we will definitely be recommending they take part in this tour!

Cecilia was fantastic! We ate, laughed, got some history, and learned some tricks on how to easily get around Venice. Her tour helped show us a slice of the city that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. Afterwards she suggested some restaurants and places to check out that did not disappoint. In addition to her knowledge of Venice her personality really made us feel very comfortable. She was very patient, kept the pace of the tour going with her enthusiasm, and even taught us some key phrases to help us get around in Italy. I will be recommending it to everyone I know who goes to Venice!
