it was really fun! Dogs were well trained, and run in a good speed.
I was excited and enjoyed all the way of this tour, after running I could play with dogs and they were really friendly and cute.
I definitely recommend this tour if you would visit Rovaniemi in winter.

寝台列車で朝ロヴァニエミに着いた後、ホテルに向かいホテルにガイドさんが迎えにきてくれました。オフィスが街中だったので、ピックアップしてもらう場所が駅だったらよりスムーズだったかと思います。
5歳と7歳の子どもと行きました。静かな森の中で家族でブルーベリーを積んだり、湖でお魚を釣っている間にガイドさんが、パンケーキを作ってくれていたり、飲み物の準備をしてくれました。
パンケーキにはクリームと詰んだブルーベリーを包んで、釣った魚はその場で焼いて食べました。
とても美味しかったです。子どもたちもとても楽しんでいました。
ガイドさんもとても親切なので、子連れでロヴァニエミに行かれる際は、ぜひ参加をオススメします！！

5歳と7歳の子どもたちと参加しました。
船でコティサーリ島に着いた後は、ガイドさんが島の歴史をお話ししてくれ、建物の見学も自由でした。島内で子どもたちが遊んでいる間に、トナカイのソーセージとチーズの準備をしてくれ、子どもたちにも焼かせてくれたりと子どもたちはとても楽しそうでした！
帰りは子どもたちは寝てしまいましたが、ホテルの前まで送ってくれるのでとてもよかったです。
ガイドさんもとても親切なので、子どもと一緒にロヴァニエミに行く時はオススメです！！

犬ソリ体験のコースが複数あったのでいずれにするか迷ったが10kmにして正解だった。2人一組で参加し、途中でソリの運転手を交代することができた。スピード感と周りの景色とどちらも堪能できるツアーだった。

とても素敵な体験ができました！心穏やかな時間を過ごすことができました。ツアーにはいろいろなことが詰まっていて、どの体験もとても充実していました！ユンクというトナカイにソリを引っ張ってもらいました。本物のトナカイを見るのは人生で初めてでしたが、穏やかでとても可愛かったです。餌をあげることもできました。ハスキー犬たちもとても元気で自分たちでソリの操縦ができました。総じて最高に楽しかったです！ありがとうございました。

犬達は純粋なハスキー犬ではありませんでしたが、可愛らしくフレンドリーでした。
スタッフ達は親切で説明もわかりやすかったです。

凍った川の壮大な景色
現地入りするまで早朝の集合場所までの徒歩が心配でした。
実際は薄明るく、治安の良さと人の行き来も少しあり、全く問題ありませんでした。
ツアー会社も手慣れた大手、安心でした。
防寒着は手袋、靴まで貸し出しされます（汚れるので助かりました
トナカイと犬ぞり両方にしてよかったです！
トナカイはゆったり、犬は少しスリリングですが犬たちはとても賢く慣れています
一人参加でも知らない方とペアになったり、楽しく過ごせました
防寒着は全部流れ作業でぱぱっと貸してくれます！
汚れるので借りてしまった方が良いです。

連なってゆっくり森を抜けていくトナカイソリ
人に慣れていて賢い、かわいい犬たち
女性ひとりで参加しました。
相乗りOKで申し込んだのですが、他の参加者が偶数だったので同じ値段でずっとひとりで乗車できました！
英語がほぼ話せず、最初の説明では聞き取れなかったのですが、何度か個別に聞いて教えてもらいました。
原付やバイクの運転はしたことがなく、初めは力んでしまいハンドル操作が上手く出来ずスタートでつまづいたのですが、助言して下さり、ガイドさんの真後ろに配置してもらうことでなんとかできました！ひとりでずっと運転したおかげで後半はスピードを上げて運転できました！
途中森の中のような道を進み、景色もとても幻想的でした。休憩で飲んだホットブルーベリージュースは美味しかったです。
国際免許証は取得していきましたが特にチェックは受けませんでした。
せっかくラップランドに来たのだったらぜひ体験してみて下さい(^^)
防寒具(オーバーオール、スノーブーツ、ニットの靴下、フェイスガード、ヘルメット、手袋)は貸してくれます。

クラブのように音楽と光で踊りながらお酒を飲みながら年を越すことができました。
小さいお子さんからお年寄りまで年齢層は様々でみんなで空間を作り上げている感覚がすごく良かったです。
カウントダウンの花火もとても盛大で思い出となりました。
バスはホテルの目の前まで送り迎えしてくれました。
防寒着が借りられると書いてありましたが、ツアーの人たちには配られていたようですが、個人で参加している人には配られませんでした。とても寒いのでしっかりとした準備が必要です。

スタッフの人が、所々で見守っていたので、非常に安全な走行でした。防寒着もレンタルで全く寒くなかったです。最高でした！

フィンランド大ベテランの、日本人の方が丁寧に説明してくださいました。
移動もタクシーが送迎して下さり問題なかったです。
天候が悪くオーロラが全く見れなかったことだけがただただ残念

天候次第とはわかっているのですが、オーロラが見れず、残念でした。それ以外のツアー内容は概ね満足しています。トナカイソーセージも美味しかったです。

あれがオーロラと教えてもいましたが…
想像していたオーロラでなく目視でも難しかったー…
焚き火で暖を取りながら、マシュマロやソーセージを焼いて、スノーモビルに引かれて凍った湖で鑑賞。外国の参加の方やスタッフとの会話も楽しかったです！
Thank you for your feedback! It's very important for us. Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon, that means we unfortunately are not able to affect on this. Its intense depends on solar activity. Most of the beautiful photos from the internet were taken during geomagnetic storms, that happens not so often and camera always sees better and stronger Northern Lights than our eyes. Anyway we are glad you enjoyed the program and the company around the fire. Thank you for sharing your beautiful photos with us!

ツアー自体は、現地のイメージ通りでいいのですが。。。。もう少し事前にどういうものか言うべき。普通のツアーのようにふらっと行ってできるものではない。また、着替え時間も必要で個人差もあるので時間はムチャクチャ。迎えは25分遅れて、終了も30分遅れた。最後の送りの人は45分〜60分くらいずれたのでは。

オーロラ観測のためロヴァニエミに滞在した際に参加しました。
11月初旬、夜の20時頃に宿泊していたサンタ村まで、女性ガイドの方が車で迎えに来てくれました。ロヴァニエミ市街地のオフィスで他のツアー参加者と合流。私達が参加した回では、他に日本人の方とドイツ人の方が参加されていました。
オフィスではオーバーオール型の防寒服と靴下、靴、手袋を貸してもらい、車に乗り込み数十分かけて観測場所に移動しました。
観測場所は川沿いのファイヤーベースでした。着いたときにはすでにキャンプファイヤーをファイヤーベースの管理人の方とアシスタントの方が用意してくださっていました。
ベースに到着後は、暖かいベリージュースを飲みながらベースについての説明を受けました。
ガイドの方が「ツアーの間は自由に散策していいよ。ただ川は凍ってて危ないから気をつけて！もし泳ぎたいなら私達に声をかけてね」とユーモアたっぷりにおっしゃってくださったので、雪の降り積もった川沿いを自由に周囲を散策して時間を過ごしました。
散策している間もガイドの方がこまめに声をかけてくださり、オーロラの起きる原理やオーロラにまつわる昔話など色々なことを話してくださいました。
到着して1時間ほど経った頃に、ソーセージやマシュマロを焼いて食べました。自分で焼くのでなかなか火の調整が難しかったですが、とても楽しい体験になりました。
12時頃に撤収しようとしたところ、白いモヤモヤとしたオーロラが！肉眼ではほぼ見えませんでしたが、カメラで撮影することができました。
車に乗り込む前にロッジに案内してくださり、暖まりつつトイレ休憩をさせてもらえました。その際にも、フィンランド人の昔ながらの靴やシカのツノ、シャーマンについてなど道具を見せてもらいながら様々な話を聞くことができました。
その後車に乗り込み帰っている最中に、またしてもオーロラチャンスが！わざわざガイドの方が車を停めて下ろしてくださり、観測の時間を設けてくださいました。
オフィスについたあとは、宿泊していたサンタ村のロッジ前まで送ってくださいました。
以前参加した他のツアーでは、ガイドの方がいても案内をするだけでオーロラについてはあまり説明などはなく、散策などもできませんでした。今回のツアーは、もしオーロラを観測できなかった場合でも、散策タイムやガイドの方のお話少なくともお値段分の価値はあると思います！
【これから参加する方へ】
・説明が英語なので、ある程度話せたほうが質問などができより楽しめると思います。（話を聞く分には、中高レベルの英語ができていれば理解するのには問題ないと思います。）
・服装に関しては、防寒服をあてにせずある程度着込んで行ったほうがいいと思います。（防寒服のレンタルなしでも耐えれるような服装で行きましたが、かなり冷えました。）

オーロラツアーに参加しましたが、生憎この日から天気が思わしくなくて、目的地は一面の曇り空でオーロラは見られませんでした。
ですが、焚き火で炙ったソーセージと焼きマシュマロは最高に美味しく、ガイドさんも親切で英語も分かりやすかったです。
帰りの車の中から、野生のトナカイを見ることもできました。
オーロラを見られなかったことは残念ですが、なかなかできない貴重な体験となりました。
またいつか、リベンジしに参加したいと思います。

Here in Lapland the weather can change really fast so it's difficult to say in advance how the weather will be during the excursion. For this reason, we don’t cancel the departures due the weather conditions as it may change even during the excursion. Hopefully we can see you again someday!
焚き火の暖かさとソーセージ、焼きマシュマロが最高でした。
空と水面と、両方に舞うオーロラを見たくて参加しました。曇り空の多い北欧と覚悟して行ったとおり、ほぼ雲に覆われていましたが、空の低い位置の晴れ間に少しだけ薄いオーロラを見ることができました。肉眼では確認できなかったけど、写真には川面に映るオーロラも撮れていました。ボートはふかふかなシートで良かったし、ガイドさんも適度な説明と会話でとても良い方で、空と川を眺めながらリラックスした時間を過ごせました。9月半ばでも、川の上はかなり寒いので防寒対策は大切です。私はカイロにヒートテックにダウンと風よけのレインウェア(レインウェアは貸してくれます)で大げさかなと思ったけど、ちょうど良かったです。見れるかどうかは自然現象なのでその日のコンディション、運次第ですが、空が晴れて、オーロラがアクティブなら、とても素敵なツアーだと思います。

北欧は雲が多いイメージがあったので、オーロラ見えたらラッキーくらいの思いで参加しました。厚い雲間からほんの少しだけグリーンが見えたくらいでした。オーロラは見れなくて残念でしたが、訪れた牧場の方やガイドの方とたき火を囲んでのお話は楽しく、美味しいトナカイのソーセージやマシュマロを焼いたり、とても良い時間を過ごすことができました。

朝からずっと曇りと雨でまず催行してもオーロラは見えないと思っていました。案の定2時間雨と風の中、ボートに揺られて大変な思いをしました。9月の頭ですが、きっちり雨対策、寒さ対策をしなければ大変な思いをします。お金は仕方ないとして、催行しないという選択肢も必要かと。ベルトラさんに対しては、対応もよく問題はございません。

メインはスノーモービル運転で、片道30分位運転します。
運転説明は英語でしたが、理解できました。
アクセルのみのコントロールで、慣れれば原付と同じような感覚でした。
最高40キロ位のスピードを出しますが、風を直接感じ、夜ということもあり、とてもスリリングな体験でした。
オーロラは見えなかったものの、十分、楽しめました。
折り返し地点の休憩で、参加者で焚き火を囲み、アップルティと焼きソーセージをいただきました。
防寒スーツ、手袋、目出し帽など完全防寒できる物を借りられるのは、今思えばとても重要でした。マイナス25℃もあり、自前では対応できませんでした。
尚、念のため国際免許を準備しましたが、何も確認されませんでした。

First of all I am very sorry you did not see the Aurora Borealis during your safari. You are correct in saying that it cannot be helped, since the northern lights are a natural phenomenon and we can never guarantee that you will see the aurora.
The program at the Aurora Borealis Camp lasts for 2 hours, so unfortunately it is not possible to get the ride away from there before that.
I hope that all in all you had a lovely vacation in Lapland and you gained beautiful snowy memories from your travels!

決まってるコースを一周回って終わるので思ったよりすぐ終わります！なので、オーロラとかを見れると期待して行ったらダメだと思う、、、。
だけど、普段はできない体験をこの価格でできるので満足度は高い！おすすめです！
