ツアーグループにどこで会うのか少し不明でした。ビッグアイランドから飛行機で到着し、外の荷物受取所に進むと、多くの人々が待っているのを見ました。ここでバスが迎えに来ます。その後、私たちはフランクというドライバー兼ガイドに会い、彼は素晴らしかったです！次の観光地を見て回るのに十分な時間がありました... USSミズーリ、パールハーバー航空博物館（ここで昼食を取りました）、パールハーバー記念館。パールハーバー記念館では、時間を賢く選んでください。私、妻、8歳の息子はUSSボウフィンに乗り、その後USSアリゾナのフェリーに乗りました。戻ると、USSアリゾナのアンカー、別のUSSアリゾナ記念館、潜水艦記念館を見ました。全体的に素晴らしい一日で、私と家族にとって素晴らしい学びの経験でした。

It was a little unclear as to where we would be met by the tour group. We flew in from Big Island and proceeded to baggage claim area outside where we saw a bunch of people waiting. This is where your bus will meet you. After that, we were met by Frank out driver and guide and he was great! We had plenty of time to see the following sites...USS Missouri, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum (we ate lunch here), Pearl Harbor Memorial. Now at the Pearl Harbor Memorial choose your time wisely. Me, my wife and 8 year old son went on the USS Bowfin, then over to our USS Arizona ferry. When we returned, saw the USS Arizona anchor, another USS Arizona memorial and Submarine Memorial. Overall an incredible day and a great learning experience for me and my family.

We had a great time at the Royal Kona Voyagers of the Pacific luau. The dancers and musicians were wonderful, the setting was stunning and the food was very filling. I would recommend planning on getting there a bit early as parking does get crowded and you do have to wait in line to check in, but the process was quick and very smooth.

I’ll start off by saying our guide, Hiro, was excellent. From start to finish he showed that he was very knowledgeable about the subject at hand and proved to be very courteous towards everyone in the group. The veggie sandwiches that he brought along for us were surprisingly delicious.

The trip itself was amazing and truly a once in a lifetime experience. Naturally I was a little anxious at first considering the high altitude but our tour guide was sure to explain everything in detail and was very considerate. That helped ease my tension a bit.

The day that we left the weather proved to be in our favor and we managed to encapsulate all that this trip had set out to be from the start. The view from the summit was amazing and when we went down to s t a r g a z e once the sun fell the energy from the group was electric.

We had a great time swimming with the dolphins. Wish we had not gotten sea sick and enjoyed the trip more but we did have fun!

Had a fabulous experience at the Luau with my family. It was the first luau experience for my daughter and she enjoyed it. Thank you.

That was a workout making our way back after the wind picked up, but it made it more exciting and fun.
Lava cave was great! Skipped Cliff jumping, but looked pretty awesome!
Very relaxing just floating while having a drink and some snacks.

私たちは毎年交互にコナに旅行します。前回の旅行でディナークルーズを発見し、とても気に入ったので、先週再度予約しました。今年はさらに良かったです。クルーは助けが必要な人を手伝う準備ができていました。私たちはサービスを受け、甘やかされました。食べ物は美味しかったです。歴史家の方も素晴らしい仕事をしており、音楽のエンターテイメントも良かったです。私たちは3月の終わりにクルーズに参加しましたが、クジラを見るには遅すぎるはずでした。しかし、ボートのすぐ横にクジラが現れました。キャプテンはクジラを追いかけるためにボートを操縦し、もう一度見ることができました。後で雨が降り始めましたが、キャプテンは私たちを雨から遠ざけるためにできる限りのことをしてくれました。次回ハワイに戻るときには、ぜひまた参加したいです。

We travel to Kona every other year. We discovered the dinner cruise the last time we went and loved it so we definitely booked it again last week. This year was even better. The crew were ready to help anyone needing help. We were waited on and spoiled. The food was tasty. The historian did a great job as did the music entertainment. We took the cruise at the end of March which should have been too late to view a whale. One popped up right beside the boat. The captain steered the boat to try to follow the whale so we could get another view. It started raining later and once again the captain did what he could to take us out away from the rain. We will definitely do this the next time we return to Hawaii.

卒業旅行を兼ねて友人と貸し切り状態でツアーに参加しました！

とてもフレンドリーで知識豊富なガイドのKOJIさんが、フレキシブルに一日の予定を組んでくださり、とても満足のいくツアーでした！
特に、最近作られた火山の臨時展望台から流れる赤いマグマが見えた時は、来てよかった！最高！と思いました。

コロナ禍で日本人観光客は少ない様子でしたが、ハワイでは室内のマスク着用義務が守られ、お店では入店人数を制限するなど、安心して過ごせました。バスの乗り降りの際も毎回アルコールスプレーで消毒するなど、ツアー自体も徹底した感染対策を行っていました。

また機会がありましたら、次は島の反対の南回りのツアーに参加したいと思います。
本当にありがとうございました！

スタッフは素晴らしく、最高のサービスを提供してくれました。残念ながら、私たちが出かけた日にはイルカを見ることができませんでした。

The staff is wonderful and provide top notch service. Unfortunately, the day we went out we saw no dolphins.

We had such a good time on this dinner cruise. The food was good, the DJ and our tour guide was excellent. We ate, danced and enjoying the beautiful views from the ocean of the Big Island. The sunset view is a most see!!

クルーは楽しく、情報も豊富でした。水上からの島の素晴らしい景色が楽しめ、クジラがジャンプするのも見ることができました。素晴らしい写真が撮れ、夕日を見ながら「グリーンフラッシュ」も見ました！ボートにはテンダーで移動し、水に少し入る必要があるので、ショーツなど持ち上げられる服装を着ていることを確認してください。チップや追加の飲み物用に現金を持参してください。マリオットの裏のビーチから出発するので、ここに滞在している場合は非常に便利です。

The crew is fun and informative. Great views of the island from the water and even saw some whales breaching. Made for some great pictures and we saw the "green flash" as sunset! You take a tender to the boat and do have to walk into the water a bit so just make sure you have on shorts or something you can lift up while getting on and off. Bring cash for tip and any extra drinks. Departs from the beach behind the Marriott which was super convenient if you're staying here.

Fabulous ocean backdrop. Very colourful performance and the fire show was awesome. Food was very good and catered for vegetarians as well. strongly recommended

Great experience. Our tour guide Shoyo was amazing. The tour started and ended on time. It gets very cold at the summit and we were provided jackets and mittens. Hot cocoa and sandwiches were yum.

For those of us who had been to previous luaus this experience was amazing. The attention to history and story telling was very interesting. The costumes, dances and national history was educational as well as entertaining. (Especially the fire dancer!) Some of our friends had never been to a luau before and also thought it was wonderful. The food was presented beautifully and delicious. (The drinks were excellent too!) We even tried the poi because this was the first time it had ever been explained to us how to eat it and with what food combination. The location was easy to find and parking was ample. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience for our group of six and would highly recommend this event.

Shawn was our tour guide and he was amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and fun. He makes sure everyone is safe and gets the most out of the experience. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely request Shawn for our next trip to the summit. The guides from the other group with your company were awesome too! You guys have a great bunch of people working for you.

ルアウに参加することは、ハワイ旅行の始まりとして素晴らしい方法でした。歴史や文化、伝統や習慣について学ぶことができました。スタッフは attentive で、食事は地元の料理や好みのうるさい人たちにも対応できるようにバラエティに富んでいました（チキンナゲットとマカロニが子供たちに人気だとは知りませんでした！）。バナナブレッドは美味しかったです。ショーは楽しく、雰囲気は水辺を見渡せる素敵なものでした。

Going to the luau was a great way to kick off our trip to Hawaii learning about the history and culture, traditions and customs. Staff were attentive, meal was varied to allow for local cuisine and picky eaters in the group ( who knew Chick nuggets and Mac was customary but a fan fav for the kids!). Banana bread delicious. The show entertaining and ambiance pretty overlooking the water.

The tour guides were wonderful and knowledgeable. They made sure of everone's comfort levels and helped those who were inexperienced. The area is beautiful and the horses were gentle.

This was a fantastic Luau! Not my first one, I enjoyed the everything about it. The live musicians, singers, actors/dancers were all top notch. Very informative and exciting. The food was decent too, lots of choices.

最高のエンターテイメントでした。ダンサーたちはとても良く、ファイヤースティックの回し手は素晴らしかったです！時間も十分で、長すぎることもありませんでした。完璧でした。食事はまあまあで、特別ではありませんが、私は食べ物にうるさいので、十分だと思いました。ショーは素晴らしかったです！よくできていました！ショーのホストも良い仕事をしていました。年を取って声は素晴らしくありませんでしたが、気にしません。

I would say best entertainment, very good dancers and the fire stick twirler was fantastic! It was long enough and not too long . It was perfect: the food was fine , not Grand but I just am a picky eater so I think it was fine. The show was awesome !!! Well done! The host of the show did a good job also : getting old so his voice wasn’t fantastic but who cares .

ショーンは最高のツアーガイドでした！8時間があっという間に過ぎたように感じました。ピックアップから始まり、ショーンは全てのゲストが快適であるように気を配り、ずっと面白くて魅力的な話をしてくれました。山頂までのドライブはとてもスムーズで、写真も大好きでした！星空観賞は山頂のすぐ下にある人里離れたクリアな場所で行われ、星を見つける方法や場所についての面白い専門的な話がありました。最後に、地元の食べ物のおすすめも大好きで、今回と今後の旅行でもできるだけ多く試すのがとても楽しみです。今年の旅行のハイライトでした！

Shawn was the best tour guide! It seemed like the entire 8 hours passed in a flash. From pickup onward, Shawn made sure that all guests were comfortable each time and told entertaining and engaging stories the entire time. The drive up the summit was super smooth, and I loved all of the photos! The stargazing took place at a secluded and clear location just below the summit and was accompanied by a funny, expert discussion on how and where to find all of the stars. Finally, loved all of the local food recommendations and super excited to try as many as possible this time as well as in future trips. The highlight of my trip this year!

全体的に、これは家族にとって良い体験でした。私たちは子供3人と大人6人（祖父母を含む）で行きました。食べ物は美味しかったですが、 picky eater（好き嫌いの多い子供）向けの選択肢はあまりありませんでした。ショーは楽しく、子供たちはファイアーダンサーに大興奮でした！残念ながら、Covidの制限のため、子供たちを楽しませるための事前のアクティビティはありませんでした。娘は広告にあったフラダンスを学びたがっていましたが、私たちが行った夜にはそれがありませんでした。Covidの予防策を取っていることについては非難できません。再度言いますが、全体として、家族全員が幸せで良い思い出を持って帰りました。

Overall, this was a good experience for my family. We went with 3 kids and 6 adults including grandparents. The food was tasty, but not a lot of choices for picky eaters. The show was fun and the kids were thrilled by the fire dancer! Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, they did not have any pre-event activities to keep the kids engaged. My daughter really wanted to learn to hula dance as advertised, but they did not have it the night we went. I cannot fault them for taking Covid precautions. Again, overall, the whole family walked away from this happy and with good memories.

全員にとって楽しい体験でした！食べ物は美味しく、ショーは家族全員が楽しめる魅力的で楽しいものでした。夕方が進むにつれて、海と夕日の素晴らしい景色が楽しめました。将来的に他の人にもぜひお勧めしたいです！

This was a fun experience for all! The food was good and the show was engaging and fun for the whole family. Great views of the ocean and the sunset as the evening went on. Would definitely recommend for others in the future!

Not only did we go to the top of the mountain and see the observatories in a beautiful sunset, We also had an amazing stargazing tour with a very knowledgeable guide. I recommend this to her for anyone who's interested in the stars or a beautiful sunset. Go do it!!

This was the PERFECT way to experience Mauna Kea. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience so incredible. Can’t recommend enough!

姉妹で初めてハワイ島に来て、KOJIさんにご案内して頂きました！
1日だけの観光だったので、自分達で動くより、効率良く回れるツアーにしようと思い申し込みましたが、期待以上でした。
渓谷、滝、火口、星空とテンポよく観光できたことはもちろん、移動時間中に、ハワイの歴史、日本とハワイの関係、訪れる場所の情報等を楽しく軽快にお話してくださるので、より充実した1日になりました。
写真も訪れる箇所ごとに、おすすめの場所で撮ってくださりました。
お願いして本当に良かったです！
今回は北回りツアーでしたが、またハワイ島に来る時は南回りツアーでお世話になりたいと思います。

ヨットは新しくて美しかったです。クルーは知識が豊富でとても親切でした。私たちはクジラ観察や魚追いをさせてもらい、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました！次回は5時間のツアーを利用するつもりです。

The sailboat was new and beautiful. The crew were knowledgeable and very helpful. They let us do some whale watching and fish chasing and we had a fantastic time! We will definitely take this trip again but next tome we will do the 5 hour.

夕日を見る景色は素晴らしく、ヒロが提供してくれた歴史や情報、星空観察は貴重な体験でした。マウナケアまでのドライブは快適で、ヒロの地元のおすすめスポットや食事処の情報も素晴らしかったです。未舗装の道を進む旅は、ヒロの安全で専門的な運転のおかげで全くストレスを感じませんでした。山頂での時間は素晴らしく、ヒロが撮った写真はどれも素晴らしく、楽しませてくれました。下山中には星空観察のレッスンもありました。ヒロは満月の影響でいくつかの星座が見えにくい中でも、星を教える情熱を見せてくれました。このツアーは、自分で運転するよりも、ヒロが提供してくれたユニークさを持たない他のツアー会社よりも絶対におすすめです。

The view of the sunset was amazing, the history, information and stargazing that Hiro provided was a priceless. The drive up to Mauna Kea was pleasant and Hiro’s local tips on where to go and local places to eat was great. The journey up the dirt road was not stressful at all with Hiro’s safe and expert driving. Our time at the summit was amazing the photos Hiro took were both amazing and entertaining. On our way down we were provided with a stargazing lesson. Hiro showed his passion for teaching the stars even though there was a full moon that washed out some of the constellations. We would definitely recommend this tour over driving it yourself or other tour companies that don’t offer the same uniqueness that Hiro provided.

私の期待はすべて満たされました。ルアウがどのようなものであるか、またはなり得るかという私の想像を超えていました。スタッフは素晴らしく、ウェイターは気配りがあり、親切でした。島には間違いなく次回訪れるつもりです。誕生日、記念日、ハネムーンの方々へのお祝いが見られて嬉しかったです。誕生日の女の子の一人や新婚カップルに出会い、彼らと一緒にお祝いできて楽しかったです。アロハ！！

All of my expectations were delivered. Everything I imagined the Luau would be or could be was beyond my dreams. The staff was wonderful, the waiters were attentive and friendly. There will definitely be a next time to the island. The acknowledgment of birthdays, anniversaries and honeymooners was a joy to see. I met one of the birthday girls and a newly married couple it was a pleasure to celebrate with them all. ALOHA!!

１２月の終わり近くで、雨の多いシーズン。天候のせいなので、仕方が無いですが、山頂に上がり、外部より、観測所の建物を見、雪景色を見て下山となりました。予定のツアー時間より、数時間早い戻りとなりました。
しかしながら、ツアーに同行してくれた、ガイドのひろしさんは、大変親切で、次回、又、彼の同行でチャレンジしたいと思います。
