私たちのツアーガイドのマーカスは素晴らしかったです！星やそれに関する事実について非常に知識が豊富でした。彼はとてもフレンドリーで、子供たちに対しても忍耐強かったです！5つ星の評価にならなかった唯一の理由は、食べ物がいまいちだったからです。

Marcus our tour guide was Amazing! Really knowledgeable about the stars and facts regarding them. He was very friendly and patient with the kids! The only reason this doesn’t have a 5 star rating is because the food was blah.

Captain Tony and his crew were so wonderful! They were funny and so informative. I would definitely do it again! They were so sweet to our two year old who was part of the snorkeling also. Make sure you take cash to tip them well because they definitely deserve it! The whole trip the captain and his trip hangout with everyone and cut up fresh fruit for everyone while serving drinks and making sure everyone is comfortable and has what they need. Definitely one of our top favorite things we did on the Big Island

My husband and I took our 15yr old son. We enjoyed the food, good portions and several options were available. The show was fascinating, and the performers were enjoying themselves which made the show even better. Would highly recommend.

Overall, awesome experience! After reading reviews, I was super nervous about the validity of this site, especially considering that this site was able to get me tickets to a Luau that was sold out on all other sites. I called the venue to be reassured that this was a real site, and they confirmed it's validity! We showed up to the luau, had an amazing experience, and had 0 complications! Def. recommended!

This experience was unforgettable! Being on top of Mauna Kea above the clouds was the best sunset I’ve ever seen. The photos the crew took were very professional and the star gazing was great!

My husband and I got to experience this activity five years ago for the first time and we knew we had to bring our kids this time. Our kids liked the food and the family enjoyed the entertainment. It was great seeing Derek again (the musician/singer). He sang pearly shell again per our request :)

Gal and the rest of the staff was amazing the boat was clean food and drinks were wonderful. They went well above and beyond our expectations . We meet some wonderful couples on there as well. Felt like we were among old friends with staff and everyone else on there. If you are o the big island this is difently a must to do it is also kid friendly you will not regret it.

From the time we were picked up to when we were dropped off at our resort, we had a fantastic time on our tour with a awesome tour guide Shoyo. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot, and not just about Mauna Kea, the Observatories and stargazing but also about the Big Island and the area we drove through. This was a bucket list item for me and it did not disappoint in any way.
We went up to the visitors center for a half hour to acclimatize, then up summit (13,800 feet) and got our first taste of elevation. It is definitely a different experience! And it was surprisingly cold but they have cozy warm jackets to keep you comfy. The sunset is amazing as you are above the cloud line, which also makes for awesome photos!
Speaking of photos, our guide took some great ones of us, both on the summit during the sunset and of the stars, as well as amazing photos of the stars themselves. We were super lucky and got perfect weather and viewing conditions, not even any moon light to deal with.
The only thing that might surprise some is the amount of time you spend in the van driving back and forth and especially up to the summit. Totally worth it of course, and there was great commentary to make the time fly.

This was an event booking for my family. My 4 year old and 14 year old both equally enjoyed it. My for year old loved learning the hula. Food was plentiful and the story told was wonderful. All of the staff were efficient and super sweet.

First tour we had on our trip and it was awesome! The crew was very informative and friendly. Can’t wait to go again! The fresh pineapple they served us was a wonderful end to the trip. Scott definitely knew his stuff!

日本人ガイドさんが気さくで親切で良いツアーでした。雲が厚い日でしたが、なるべく良い景色で写真が撮れるように頑張ってくださいました。

私たちがマウナケアに自分たちで運転するのではなくツアーを予約した理由は、4WD車をレンタルしなかったからですが、今はその決断を本当に良かったと思っています。夕日と天の川の景色は言うまでもなく息をのむようでした。特に言いたいのは、私たちのツアーガイド/ドライバー/フォトグラファーのショウヨが素晴らしかったことです。彼はハワイについてすべてを知っていて、ツアー中にハワイの歴史や植物、動物、行くべき良いレストランなどについて多くを学びました。また、私たちの素晴らしい写真も撮ってくれました。

Originally the reason for us to book a tour instead of driving ourselves to Mauna Kea was because we didn't rent a 4WD car, but now I'm sooooo glad we made such a decision.
The view of sunset and milky way was breathtaking without saying. What I really want to mention is that our tour guide/driver/photographer Shoyo was amazing. He knew EVERYTHING about Hawaii, during the tour we learned a lot about Hawaiian history, the plants and animals, good restaurants to go, etc.. He also took great photos of us.

Steph and Gin picked us up and they were even a little early!! They were great host and very friendly. Beyond that it was a little disappointing. We were suppose to get "dinner", we got a BLT, no chips, no cookie, only water and later a "hot beverage". The pictures our hosts took were great and they sent to us at no charge. We have taken this trip before with another company and we had a very nice sit down dinner, no fancy, but you felt like you had something to eat when you were done. After going to the summit, they set up a telescope and we look at many, many stars and it was explained to us all about that star. The guide was very knowledgeable and we spent close to an hour doing just that, it was fantastic. With this tour we only saw one star and I right now could not tell you what it was. The other tour showed us the rings of Saturn, the moons of Jupiter, etc. But this trip was so not that. I am sorry to say if we do this again it won't be with this tour. We really enjoyed our hosts, but that was not the purpose of the trip

We stumbled upon Zodiac Rafting after getting declined at two other places but everyone in our group said they would have regretted going with anyone else!

First of all, they have all COVID safety measures in place. Temp check, all staff with masks, smaller groups so we felt comfortable and safe.

Second, the staff! Jennifer at reception was so sweet and accommodating. And Captain Collen, he’s the best! Knowledgeable and experienced without being overbearing or too chatty. Made sure we had the best ride, safe snorkeling trip, took us to special locations to see the Big Island in all it’s beauty and kept checking that we were having a good time and no one was uncomfortable. And they even provided reef safe sunscreen which we thought ours was but Captain explained it was not. They’re really passionate not only but people having a good time but that the natural life on the Big Island is protected and safe. We really appreciated that.

And let’s not forget, we had a private boat because it was just our family on the trip. So it was even extra special!

So don’t waste your time elsewhere. Just go straight to Zodiac people!

空港に到着してレイで迎えられるのはとても素敵でした。私たちを迎えてくれた方はとても親切で、家族全員とレイをつけた写真を撮ってくれると言ってくれました。彼は私たちが彼の島に到着したことを心から喜んでいるようでした。これは家族へのサプライズだったので、彼らの顔を見ることができて良かったです。レイは一日中持ちました。二つのことに注意が必要です。まず、私のフライト情報が直前に変更され、支払ったお金を失うのではないかと不安でしたし、到着したときに彼らがいないのではないかと心配でした。何度も電話をかけましたが、時差のせいでオフィスに連絡が取れませんでした。フライト変更について誰かが電話をかけてくれましたが、私は空の上でした。迎えの人がそこにいるのを見てとても嬉しかったです。しかし、もし同じようなことがあった場合は、必ず彼らに電話してください。次に、（私自身の小さな世界の中で）私だけが迎えられると思っていましたが、このパッケージを購入したすべての人に対して一人の迎えの人がいるので、私たちは前の家族が迎えられて写真を撮るのを待ちました。それはほとんど家族へのサプライズを台無しにするところでしたが、彼らはこれが起こっていることを全く知らなかったので、迎えの人に注意を向けるために私をじっと待っていてくれました。彼らはまだ驚いていました。

It was so nice to arrive at the airport and be greeted with a lei. Our greeter was so kind and offered to take a picture of our family with our leis. He seemed genuinely happy for us to have arrived on his island. This was a surprise for my family so it was great to see their faces. The leis lasted all day. Two things to note: my flight info changed at the last minute and I was nervous that I would lose the money I paid and they wouldn’t be there when we arrived. I called multiple times, but the time difference didn’t let me catch them in the office. Someone did call me about my flight change, but I was in the air. I was pleasantly surprised to see the greeter there. But definitely call them if anything like that happens to you. Secondly, (in my own little world) I was expecting to be the only one greeted, but it’s one greeter for all the people who buy this package, so we waited for the family ahead of us who were greeted and took pictures. It almost ruined the surprise for my family, but since they had no idea this was happening, they waited patiently for me to turn their attention toward the greeter. They were still surprised.

Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Capt Mike, Faith, Brandon and Rob were the height of professionalism yet still made it fun. They were knowledgeable of the area, sailing and were very personable. They made it their mission to make sure we were happy, comfortable and filled with liquid refreshment. Sunset was out of this world and different experience then watching it from land. You won’t regret a single minute on this boat!

The van was in great condition and the guide was amazing! defiantly would recommend this to anyone who wants to go up the Mauna Kea summit.

素晴らしく敬意を表するハワイのクルーが、湾に入るときと出るときにチャントやオファリング、ストーリーテリングを行いました。セーリングは素晴らしく、クルーはとても親切で、最後の瞬間に水に入らないことに決めた私の幼い息子を見守ってくれたので、私はアクティビティを楽しむことができました。

Awesome and respectful Hawaiian crew members did chants, offerings and storytelling as we entered and left the bay. The sail was wonderful, and the crew was super helpful, watching my young son who decided last minute not to go into the water, so I had a chance to enjoy the activity.
