We loved the experience. I highly recommend them and their staff.

家族はハイキングを楽しみました。ガイドも素晴らしかったです。ただ、カスタマーサービスは良くありませんでした。膝を怪我したため、3日前に電話をしましたが、ハイキングはできると言われました。中程度のハイキングだが、可能だと。当日、膝を曲げることができなかったので、私は留まることにしましたが、夫には返金はできないと言われました。3日前に怪我をしたことを知らせていたのにです。もし彼らが私を励まさなければ、電話したその日にキャンセルしていたでしょう。それが電話した理由です。結局、ヴェルトラが彼らに連絡した際、全額返金してもらえました。本当に感謝しています！

Family had a fun time on the hike, very cool and guide was great. Customer service was not good though, I called 3 days prior because I injured my knee. I was told I would be able to do the hike it would be a moderate hike but doable. The day of I couldn't bend my knee so I stayed back, my husband was told no refund even though I let them know 3 days before that I had an injury. Had they not encouraged me I would have canceled the day I called, that is why I was calling them. In the end when Veltra contacted them they fully refunded my money. It was greatly appreciated!

Lexi was the name of our tour guide and she was friendly, experienced, funny and really provided my husband and I, a quality trail ride through North Shore’s Paradise.

Lexi reminded me of my home town friends whom I rodeoed with since I was a kid. After talking with her, instantly we shared memories and stories of our childhoods and our love for horses. It was my husbands first time on a horse so it was so fun sharing my passion with him. We enjoyed the scenery and the horses we're great. We rode “Mo mo” and “Trapper”. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend Hawaii Polo Ocean Front Trail Rides to anyone who wants a few hours out on beautiful horses exploring the North Shore. Mahalo Lexi! Good luck in your future endeavors!

Had a wonderful day at Jurassic Valley. Tour lady was outstanding. It was good day to spent with family and friends. It was little dusty so make sure to put on mask for almost 2 hours trip.

This place was beyond anything I’ve ever seen. It had gorgeous views and funny tour guides. They took so many awesome pictures of us. Isaac was the best. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Hawaii. There’s all kinds of things todo there too. Horseback riding. Bike tours. ATVS. Zip lining. Plus a fun gift shop. We loved everything about it and I would 100% return. It just might be the highlight of our honeymoon. We loved every second.

これはとても楽しかったですし、絶対にもう一度やりたいです！私たちのツアーガイドはアシュリーで、彼女はハワイの出身なので、伝説について非常に詳しく、すごくクールです！地形は少し怖いところもありますが、なんとかできます。絶対に眼鏡をかけて、マスクを着用することをお勧めします。というのも、非常にほこりっぽくなるからです。

This was so much fun & I would totally do it again! Our tour guide was Ashley & she is a Hawaii native, so she’s very knowledgeable about the legends & she is super cool! The terrain can be kind of scary, but it’s doable. I recommend wearing eye glasses & keeping your mask on for sure, b/c it gets very dusty.

The crew was very friendly and helpful, especially with making non-swimmers comfortable getting into the ocean. The scooters were super fun, and we saw sea turtles while snorkeling after our turn on the scooters.

Everything was great ! I was a little nervous but after seeing others do it I was at ease . Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed this activity. It was definitely worth the price !

The guides were very knowledgeable and patience, as first timer trying zipline, we do feel extremely comfortable and safe.

Had the best time. Definitely something out of my comfort zone!

最初は少しがっかりしました。私たちはシングルのATVだと思っていたのですが、結局はジープに4人乗りになりました。どうやら、2人のドライバーと2人のライダーを予約しても、家族単位での料金になるようです。最初のがっかり感の後は、ライドはとても楽しかったです。景色は素晴らしかったです。

We were a little disappointed at first. We thought it was single ATV’s but we ended up with 4 in a jeep. Apparently even when you book 2 drivers and 2 riders it is per family. After the initial disappointment, the ride was pretty fun. The views were stunning.

The time was perfect and the tour took every bit if 2 hours if not a little longer. The views from each stop were amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. I believe his name was Ku J.

We had a very picturesque horse ride through the coast of Maui. The horses were amazing and friendly and the guides were charming. I honestly didn't want the ride to end.

パートナーと2人で参加しました。ガイドのノニさんが親切かつとてもフレンドリーで楽しいカヤック&シュノーケル体験が出来ました。崖上からのジャンプも楽しかったです。写真もたくさん撮って頂きました。本当良い思い出になりました。次回もぜひ参加したいです。参加前の日はしっかり睡眠を取ることをお勧めします。カヤック初心者には少しハードかもですが、次の日の筋肉痛とかはありませんでした。

楽しかったです。素晴らしい体験でした。その日は波がとても強かったので、5をつけられなかったのが唯一の理由です。私たち二人とも具合が悪くなり、もっと楽しむべきだったのに楽しめませんでした。

It was fun, great experience. The waves were very strong that day so probably the only reason i cant give a 5. We both got sick and didnt enjoy as mich as we should have.

Our guides Rey, Jacob and Jorie were the best, they were very friendly. They all helped us feel comfortable and safe going on the lines. So much fun and great views. We would definitely go back and do this again.

一つ注意点がありますが、ゴーグルを着用し、汚れる覚悟をしてください。私たちは5台のUTVの最後尾にいましたので、すべての土やほこりが私たちにかかり、目にも入ってしまいました。サングラスではほこりからの目の保護が不十分でした。

This tour was very fun and we got to see some amazing views of the coast and the island. A lot of history of the island was explained as well. We got to see cool movie sets too. Would definitely do this tour again, we had a blast.
One caution- wear goggles and be prepared to get dirty. We were the last ones in a line of 5 UTV’s. All the dirt and dust got kicked up on us and in our eyes. The sun glasses were not enough eye protection from the dust.

Had so much fun! This was by far our favorite activity that we did in Oahu and we cant wait to visit again. Great tour guides and their gift shop was very large with great selections.

This was my most favorite activity in Hawaii! Our tour guide Ethan was amazing, great storytelling at each of the stops. He even took some great pictures for us! Absolutely breathtaking views, and not a word I use often. We felt like kids driving a giant toy truck. Worth the drive from Waikiki, the scenery along the coast is worth it alone. The crew is friendly, professional, and clearly love the island and sharing it with people. I’d do this again in a heartbeat!

Great value, crew was amazing! They helped call out where turtles were and even helped us get great go pro footage of a bunch of sea turtles! Boarding location was super convenient for us too!
