なんて素晴らしい体験でしょう！私たちのバケーションのハイライトでした。マーシャルが私たちのツアーガイドでした。彼は素晴らしかったです。とても楽しかったです。彼は土地やその歴史について非常に多くのことを知っていました。この場所で多くの映画が撮影されています。女性の皆さん、メイクは家に置いてきて、髪を整えることさえしないでください。とても汚れるので、泥だらけになって帰ることになります。提供されたゴーグルを着用してください。これらのATVは速く走り、時には少し怖いこともありますが、100%安全です。ツアーの景色は息をのむほど美しいです。私たちは戻ってくるのが待ちきれません！

What an experience! The highlight of our vacation. Marshall was our tour guide. He was awesome. Super fun. He knew so much about the land and it’s history. So many movies filmed on this location. Ladies, leave the make up at home and don’t even bother doing your hair, you get very dirty, and will walk away covered in dirt. Wear the goggles provided. These atv’s go fast and the ride can get a bit scary at times, but it is 100% safe. The sights on the tour are breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!

働く牧場の裏側を巡るツアーは楽しかったです。ガイドのエミリーは素晴らしい仕事をしました。速いペースのツアーではなく、牧場を横断するワイルドででこぼこの乗り心地です。夕日のディナーは家族にとって素敵でした。丘の上でプライベートに、美味しいディナーとスモアを楽しみました。私の意見では、価値があります。天気は良く、ショーツでジャケットは必要ありませんでした。ただ、時々雨が降ると言っていましたが、私たちが行った日は降りませんでした。

The tour through the back country of the working ranch was fun, our guide Emily did a great job. It’s not a fast paced tour but a wild and bumpy ride across the ranch. The sunset dinner was cool for the family. It was private on the top of a hill with a delicious dinner and s’mores. Worth it in my opinion. Weather was good shorts and no jackets. But they did say it rains sometimes. Just not the day we went.

Lola our driver was awesome! She was funny and knowledgeable and helpful. The stops she made for photos were prime spots and we got some great shots. Very helpful in letting us know good places to eat and shop as well. Excellent tour!

ガイドは和田さんです。
口コミがあまりにも良いので申し込みましたがまったく期待外れでした。
というか若干トラウマレベルです。
まず迎えの車がただのステーションワゴンだったのがショックでした。
助手席にはアシスタントの女の子が乗っていて定員ギリギリ。
他のツアー客と肩を寄せ合って長時間揺られるのはほんとキツかった。
ツアー客全員が揃った時点で和田さんがまず語りはじめたのがチップの話です。
日本人はチップの相場をわかってないだの、普通は1人20%は払うものだ、などなど…
狭い車に揺られ（この時は真ん中の席で景色も楽しめなかった）予定外の高額チップ要求の話をされこの時点でテンションダダ下がり。
名物のパンケーキも楽しみにしていましたが車の中で配られ飲み物がない…
どうせ別料金でお金を取るんだから飲み物もいるかどうかくらい確認して一緒に買ってきて欲しかった。
その後もマージン入るんだろうなぁと思われるものすごく高いチョコレート店に連れて行かれたりしました。（和田さん、そのチョコレート屋さんのTシャツ着てました）
すっかり日が落ちてからパワーストーンの場所に行きましたが、真っ暗な中をかなり歩かなければ石のところまで辿り着かないとのこと。
和田さんは「俺、このあたりのゴミ拾ってるから」と自分は車から離れず、アシスタントの女の子1人に暗闇の中のガイドをやらせました。
その子も懐中電灯を持っているわけでもなくスマホのライトだけだったので、とにかく足元が暗く危なかったです。（ジーンズだったのに3箇所も蚊に刺されました）
その日は雨が降ったりやんだりだったのですが、パワーストーンの場所は赤い土で雨上がりだと泥がすごく、スニーカーを履いていましたが泥がこびりついてホテルに帰ってからバスで洗っても取れないくらいひどかったです。
和田さんはそれをわかっててアシスタントの女の子1人に行かせたのだと思います。
全行程終わりホテルに着くころ和田さんが口コミの話をし始め「いちばんいい評価だけいれてください。それ以外であれば口コミは入れないでください。」と言いました。
ほんと怖いです。
自分のアドレスも知られているので今まで口コミできませんでしたが、ずいぶん時間が経ったので正直な口コミを入れようと思いました。
ちなみに教えたメールアドレスに送ってくれると言っていたツアー中に撮った写真も送ってくれていません。
チップは20ドル、私と母それぞれ支払いました。
（アシスタントの女の子にもたしか同じ金額を渡した気がします）
自分だけだったらここまで後をひくことはなかったのですが、母を楽しませたいと悩み抜いて選んだのがこのこのツアーだったのでいまだに嫌な気持ちになります。

私の家族と私はデラックスオアフグランドサークルアイランドツアーをとても楽しみにしていました。残念ながら、バスが私たちを迎えに来ませんでした。ピックアップ時間の5分前に、正しい場所にいるか確認するために dispatch に連絡しましたが、私たちは正しい場所にいました。バスが来たり去ったりする中で、私たちのバスは決して到着しませんでした。dispatch によると、バスは15分間私たちを待っていたとのことでした。残念だったのは、バスがデラックスの大きなバスで、バンではないことです。見逃すことはできません！このことは大きな失望であり、時間の無駄でしたが、ヴェルトラのカスタマーサービスには5つ星を与えます。彼女は私の懸念に対処してくれ、とても話しやすく、親切でした。どこかで誤解があったと思いますし、大きなミスがあったのでしょう。私は全額返金を受けることになり、将来的に再度利用するかもしれません。誰にでも二度目のチャンスが必要です！

My family and I were very excited to do the Deluxe Oahu Grand Circle Island Tour. Unfortunately, the bus did not pick us up. I contacted dispatch 5 min. before pick up time to make sure we were in the right spot and we were. Buses came and went and our bus never arrived. According to dispatch, the bus was there waiting for us for 15 minutes. What was upsetting was the bus is a deluxe big bus and not a van. You cannot miss it! Although this was a huge disappointment and a waste of time, I give 5 STARS to costumer service for Veltra. She took care of my concerns and was very easy and friendly to talk to. I'm sure there was a miscommunication somewhere and a huge error. I will be getting a full refund and may use them again in the future. Everyone deserves a second chance!

初めてサーフバスを利用しました。運転手は時間通りに来てくれました。彼は知識が豊富でしたが、最初は態度が気に入らなかったです。少しバカにされているように感じましたが、最後には良いガイドになってくれました。家族と一緒に滝のハイキングとカヤックをしました。滝のハイキングは3時間の予定でした。ワイメアバレーを通り、美しい熱帯植物や鳥を見ることができました。驚いたことに、滝は思ったより小さかったです。すでに多くの人が泳いでいて、まだ午前10時でした。子供たちは水の中にいる人が多すぎて泳ぎたがりませんでした。ハイキングの後、滝を見てカフェでランチを食べましたが、3時間は長すぎました。他のアクティビティに使えたかもしれません。午後にはカヤックをしました。家族は楽しみましたが、カメを見ることはできませんでした。町に歩いて行ってかき氷を食べられなかったのは残念でした。行列が長すぎました。全体的に、家族はまずまずの時間を過ごしました。

First time taking the Surf Bus. Driver was on time. He was knowledgeable. Didn't like his attitude at first because he had a way of making you feel foolish but at the end, he turned out to be a nice guide. My family and I did the waterfall hike and kayaking. The waterfall hike was timed for three hours. It was a beautiful hike through Waimea Valley seeing tropical plants and birds. To my surprise, the waterfall was smaller than I thought. There were too many people swimming already and it was only 10am. My kids did not want to swim because of the amount of people in the water. Even after the hike, and the waterfall and even ate lunch at the cafe, three hours was too much. It could've been spent doing other activities. We went kayaking in the afternoon. My family enjoyed that even though we didn't see any turtles. We were disappointed that we couldn't walk to town and get shaved ice because the line was too long. All in all, my family had a decent time.

このATVツアーは最高でした。ガイドのマカイさんは親切で、非常に楽しい時間を過ごさせてくれました。プライベートで、美しい景色が広がっており、写真を撮る機会もたくさんありました。牧場にはさまざまな地形があり、牛に餌をあげることもできます。

We had the best time on this ATV tour. Our tour guide, Makai, was friendly and made the time extremely enjoyable. Private and had the most beautiful views, they also give you opportunities for photo opportunities. The ranch has many different terrains and cows that you are able to feed.
Highly recommended!!

Kalani was our driver and was excellent! His knowledge of the island and suggestions made the tour for my wife and I. There was no way that we would have been able to hit every spot that we went to, especially with cost of rental cars on the island being so high. When in Oahu Royal Stars is a great option to boost your knowledge of and appreciation for the island. Because of Kalani, we have a new respect for the island of Oahu, its beauty, and the Hawaiian Culture and history. We also learned some new Hawaiian terms/phrases (a ole pila kia) Mahalo Nui Loa!

Awesome time! Our driver Lola was excellent, best tour driver we've ever had! Fun, funny and informative. Fun stops and beautiful area! Highly recommend, especially our driver Lola! We learned a lot about the different areas, plenty of stops for pictures and shopping! She told us what places were good to eat at and was very helpful in general!

Absolutely incredible experience. My gf, dad and I all did the UTV tour at sunset....the girls were so awesome and fun throughout the whole tour. Incredible piece of land and we were all so stoked coming out of the trip.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. We did the 2 hour ATV tour and every minute of it was a blast. Our tour guide Matthew was informative, friendly and made the experience one to remember. Will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting O’ahu.

オアフ島到着日が夫の誕生日で、夫たっての希望でこちらを予約しました。
サーブされるスイーツは見た目も味も素晴らしいのはもちろんのこと、お茶も美味しく、ロケーションもとてもステキでした。
一点気になるのは、鳥が多く、テーブルにもやってきてはスイーツを食べようとするところが困りました(笑)スタッフも追い払ってくれるのですが、人慣れしている鳥たちの襲撃がすごかったです…
また、こちらのメニューとは別に、ホテルへ直接メールで連絡をし、サプライズでバースデーケーキ（ココナツケーキ）を依頼したのですが、快く対応してくださり、夫もとても喜んでくれました。また次回も利用したいと思います！

パスポートがあれば公園に入ることができ、一部のアトラクションにもアクセスできます。ただし、アリゾナツアーは別のツアーで、私が行ったときにはすべて売り切れだと言われました。それは残念でした。

Passport gets you in the park, and into some attractions. Apparently not the Arizona tour, as I was told thats a seperate tour and they were all sold out when I was there. That was disappointing.

私たちのマウイでの25周年記念週間の一環として、この早朝のエクスカーションを予約しましたが、期待を裏切ることはありませんでした。ツアーガイドは情報豊かで礼儀正しかったです。彼らは日の出に最適なスポットに連れて行ってくれ、火山の側から「ジャンプする」私たちの素晴らしいアクションショットを撮ってくれました。
自転車店に戻る方法について素晴らしい指示をいただきました。ゆっくりと下っていくのを楽しみました。素敵な場所で朝食をとり、その後町に入り、ショッピングをしたり、ベーカリーでスナックを買ったりして、十分な時間にショップに戻りました。

As part of our 25th anniversary week in Maui we booked this early morning excursion. It certainly did not disappoint. The tour guides were informative and courteous. They took us to the best spot for the sunrise, got a great action shot of us “jumping off” The side of the volcano.
We were given great instructions as to how to get back to the bike shop. We had a nice time leisurely coming down. Stopped at a really nice spot for breakfast then proceeded into the town did some shopping grab a snack at the bakery and got back to the shop in plenty of time.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful with lots to do and see on the ranch. I only did the ATV excursion, but all activities seemed to be staffed well with plenty of helpful team members there to direct and inform their guests.

This Sunset Cruise was the best. We were a group of 5 females celebrating a birthday. We definitely did just that. This was the perfect way to get the celebrations started. Sunset was beautiful. We made new friends, staff was great and engaged with everyone on the catamaran. Def one of the best days of our trip.

It was our first time in Oahu and the tour was really worth it. Seemed the island was packed of tourist the time of visit so the tour was a way to go see some attractions. Lola the best tour guide, made our tour fun and exciting. She was knowledgeable. Thanks Lola for the breakfast and water!!!

It was nice to learn more about the island history from the tour guide. It was a fun experience! It was a long tour so we looked at many attractions! They also offered water and donut for breakfast! It was a nice breakfast!
