I paid 93 for the snorkeling thinking it be something to remember.. but the only thing I’ll remember it the waist of money it was my whole family paid and it was a waist. Its a free for all you get trampled and just sucks in all honesty the people are nice and we meet some nice people on the boat but they sell you this amazing experience and its not, you cant see anything at all, if you want to paddle board or go down the slide even kayak this is the place for you but don't do it for the snorkeling it be a waist of money like it was for us … hope this helps another person not make the same mistake we did . We went on a 2 hour kayaking trip. Unfortunately, the hike/sacred falls was cancelled due to inclement weather. It was a bummer, but we know it was for our safety. However, it did hurt a little when we were seeing others continuing to go past the fork in the river. We did get a partial refund. After concluding our kayaking trip, our tour guide Tyler did point us to the Nounou trail to hike which was great. So we were able to fill more of our day on this hike with spectacular views!

It says turtle in the title of what this excursion is. It says snorkeling in the title as well. All this was about was taking a bunch of water toys in the middle of the ocean and playing on them. While we were out there, I asked if we were going somewhere else to see the turtles and was told this is nature. Sometimes you see them , sometimes you won’t. Again, this was not about seeing sea turtles and the title needs to be changed. We paid $150 person to jump off side of boat, jump on trampoline, kayak/paddle board and TRY to snorkel in the middle of all this chaos. Tell it like it is and don’t be devious in the title. The crew was the only reason we have 3 stars and tipped on top of what we already paid. They were very nice. But this isn’t what it says it is. Don’t be fooled.

First time taking the Surf Bus. Driver was on time. He was knowledgeable. Didn't like his attitude at first because he had a way of making you feel foolish but at the end, he turned out to be a nice guide. My family and I did the waterfall hike and kayaking. The waterfall hike was timed for three hours. It was a beautiful hike through Waimea Valley seeing tropical plants and birds. To my surprise, the waterfall was smaller than I thought. There were too many people swimming already and it was only 10am. My kids did not want to swim because of the amount of people in the water. Even after the hike, and the waterfall and even ate lunch at the cafe, three hours was too much. It could've been spent doing other activities. We went kayaking in the afternoon. My family enjoyed that even though we didn't see any turtles. We were disappointed that we couldn't walk to town and get shaved ice because the line was too long. All in all, my family had a decent time.

We thought we were booking a turtle snorkel it turns out it was a water sports trip. The boat is in terrible condition. Needs maintenance. When we got to where we we’re going it was a free for all. No coordination. They immediately launched kayaks, paddle boards and a floating trampoline from the stern. At the same time they lowered a water slid from the bow. They made no effort to separate the snorkelers from the kayaks and paddle boards. We wanted to snorkel, but after getting hit in the head 4 times by kayaks and paddle boards we exited the water and waited to return to the harbor. We personally observed several snorkelers get landed upon by people using the water slide. When we went to leave they did not do a head count to make sure everyone was back on board. We have scuba dived and snorkeled from Morea, Guam, Bahamas and Cayman Islands, and we never experienced a trip where they combined water sports such as these with snorkelers. Very dangerous.

Dustin was amazing. He was very patient and helpful in teaching everyone how to kayak. We learned a lot about Kauai history and the plants and trees we saw along the way.

My husband and I had a lot of fun kayaking! We loved the glass bottom kayak [we weren't able to see much underneath the kayak (water wasn't that clear on the day we went) but that's ok!]

We had an amazing tour guide, Dan, who is very knowledgeable about the island and left it to us of what we wanted to do & see / how far we wanted to paddle.

We were able to see sea turtles and also manta rays popping up from the water, which was cool because we never been so close to them before or seen them the times we've been to Hawaii. We really enjoyed kayaking in the river because it was easy to paddle, calm waters and a beautiful view.

Highly recommend and would do this again! Thank you Dan for the tour!

We sincerely enjoyed our time on the ocean with the outrigger captain and first mate! One of the four of us was very hesitant to be in the ocean and freaked out about the possibility of flipping. Once we got out on the water we were able to catch five waves and enjoyed every single ride!

I did a mid week kayak trip with Kauai Kayak. Instructor was excellent, gear provided was in good shape, and the lunch was fresh and delicious. The company provides an excellent trip and I would easily recommend them to anyone interested in a fun and challenging half day.

ドライバー兼インストラクターの男性は日本での生活歴のある日系の方でしたので道中も話しながら向かうことが出来たので良かったです。
三人で参加したのですが、一人カヤックからSUPにしていただけたので助かりました。
海に出てからも流れのポイントや注意する場所では声がけとアドバイスも的確で安心して乗れました。
自分でボードやカヤックを運ぶのは結構ハードでしたが、ひっくるめて楽しく過ごせました。
ランチも施設内のショップで選ぶことが出来ます。
前回はピザ、今回はプレートランチ、マリングッズのショップもあり、フリータイムにはカイルアにショッピングも可能です。

We signed up for the kayaking but the hike and the waterfall was the best part of it!!
Our guide Jay was so knowledgeable about the nature, trees, plants and history of Kauai! we learnt so much and even had a taste of Kuala along the way
highly recommend this adventure, the 5 hours passed so fast!
Do it!! all get and skill levels!

This tour was an absolute blast. Luckily, my girlfriend and I came to Hawaii the week after the state opened up following the Covid-19 restrictions, so there weren't many people on the island. Likewise, the tour only ended up being the two of us. Our tour guide (and owner of the tour company), Steve, was amazing. He led us through the waters and taught us both how to kayak. He even went out of his way and taught us how to paddleboard too! Also, he was very knowledgeable about Hawaii and the surrounding waters. Steve provided us with a lot of advice on what we should do/stay/eat during our stay. And to make it even better, we saw plenty of sea turtles and coral beneath our glass bottom kayak! On top of all this, Steve stayed with us a little while longer on the water to answer our questions and to talk more about Hawaii. All in all, the tour went above and beyond our expectations. The next time we go back to Hawaii, we will definitely book another tour with this company!

Hi I love this amazing trip we had a group off 14 most kid’s under 12. They had a amazing day James was super helpful with all our kids. I definitely recommend kids have fun and the stuff is amazing Very nice and hopefully with all our kids. We go every year and we are definitely going to this trip again. I want to thank James and the team for all the help my kids Milan is 5 years old and he enjoys it very much. Thanks you James for making our day fun and safe.

This glass bottom kayak tour was an amazing experience. Our guide, JC was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our experience a unique one! I would highly recommend taking a tour with these folks- you will not regret it!
