お天気が良く初日の出の時からずっと綺麗な富士山を見ることができました。初日の出見て、初詣して、温泉に入れてかなり充実したツアーでお値段以上だと思います。初日の出をみる時間が少なかったのでもう少し見れると個人的には嬉しかったです。10分も鑑賞できなかったです。お参りも温泉も空いている時間に回ることができるように時間配分は致し方ないことですが、もしかしたらダイヤモンド富士がみれたのかなぁなんて思うと‥。ツアーなのでそこは我慢。
トータルとても良いスタートをきれました。ありがとうございました。

野生のシカに会えたり、ブロッケン現象や、満天の星空も見られて、ガイドさん付だったので、ヤッホーがこだまするポイントを教えてもらって叫んだり、道中もとても楽しかったです。
ご来光は早く登りすぎて寒いということもなく、ちょうどいい時間を見計らって登頂するように計画頂き、頂上で温かいものを食べて休憩して、人がほとんどいないポイントでご来光を見られ、雲と空と太陽しかない景色に本当に感動でした。
普段、個人で登山は何度もいってましたが、ガイドさんが経験豊富な方で、知らないことを沢山教えて頂け、色々な面でお得で、いてくださってよかったです。
コロナ禍で心配でしたが、山小屋では不織布マスク徹底、食事中も横一列に並んで、隣はアクリル板で仕切りがあり、会話しないで食べる。と徹底されていました。また、寝るときも一人ずつ間仕切りされ、畳一畳くらいのスペースが使えて、頭からすっぽりかぶるマスクをかぶって寝る（or不織布マスクのまま寝る）という対策がされており、普段なら寝る場所がとても狭く混雑していると聞いていたので、快適で安心でした。

風が強くておはち巡りはできなかったので、またいつかリベンジしたいと思います。

小学5年の息子と初めての富士登山ということで、ガイド付のプランを選びました。
安心して参加出来るというメリットがある反面、休憩のタイミング等が子供のペースには合わず、ガイドさん無しの方が子供には良かったようです。
ガイド付·無しで迷われてる方のご参考になればと思います。
山小屋は八合目の白雲荘でしたが、とてもキレイで、スタッフさん達も笑顔が素敵な温かい方ばかりでした。食事も美味しかったです！

ひとりで参加させていただいたのですが、ガイドさんや他の参加者の方々と仲良くなり、お話ししながら登山が出来て、とても楽しかったです！

初めて富士山に登るため、不安だったのでツアーを使いました。ガイドのペース配分と休憩の箇所が適切なところが良かったです。
1日目の夜に頭痛がありましたが、常備薬を準備したおかげで2日目の深夜スタートにスムーズに行けました！準備を怠らないことが富士山登山の成功の鍵だと思います。

零下６度と寒かったけど、快晴、無風だったので、初日の出と富士山の双方を堪能できました。
初詣は分散参拝効果なのか、ガラガラで閑散期の平日並みの空き具合で快適に参拝できました。

素晴らしい旅行でした。ヒロさんは素敵なガイドで、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。残念ながら、天候が悪く富士山を見ることができませんでしたが、彼女は私たち全員に素敵なポストカードを買ってくれたので、本当に優しかったです。場所はまだ美しく、小さな村は東京の喧騒と比べてとても静かでリラックスできましたし、旅行はよく組織されていました。
私たちは食事や旅行を含まないオプションを選び、ケーブルカーの料金だけを前払いしました。それが私たちがやりたかったことでした。また、洋風の食事があまり魅力的ではなかったので、自分たちのランチを買いました。この旅行にオプションがあることが、私たちがこのツアーを選んだ主な理由の一つで、選んで本当に良かったと思っています！
この会社のツアーを強くお勧めします！

It was a great trip. Hiro was a lovely guide, very helpful and friendly. Sadly the weather was very poor due to bad luck and we couldn’t see Mt Fuji but she bought us all a lovely postcard instead which was really sweet of her. The locations were still beautiful, the small villages were so peaceful and relaxing compared to the madness of Tokyo and the trip well organised.
We took the options to not include the meal and trips and just paid upfront for the cablecar which is all we wanted to do. We also bought our own lunch instead of having the western style meal as it didn’t appeal as much. The fact that this trip has options is one of the main reasons we chose it and I’m very glad we did so!
I would highly recommend this company for any tours!

Our guide was very sweet and accommodating! This tour is weather-dependent. Unfortunately our tour was affected by bad weather so the scenic views were compromised. A lot of time was spent on the bus because it was cold and wet. That’s when you make the best of it with the people you are with!

非常によく整理されていて、異なる視点から富士山を見る素晴らしい旅行でした。私たちは富士山の4合目まで行きましたが、冬の雪のために5合目には行けませんでした。それでも、これ以上進めなかったことは問題ではなく、素晴らしい景色を楽しむことができました。その後、テーマパークでのランチに移動しましたが、選択肢があったにもかかわらず、良い食事と素晴らしいサービスを受ける価値がありました。私たちは素敵なフランス風の装飾が施されたダイニングルームに座り、富士山の素晴らしい景色を楽しみました。その後、湖でのボートトリップに出かけ、この視点から富士山を見ることができました。幸運にも寒いけれど非常に晴れた日で、その美しさを堪能できました。湖の後は、ケーブルカーに乗って別の展望台に行き、富士山とその下の町を眺めました。すべて素晴らしい写真の機会があり、観光客が富士山の最高の姿を捉えるための素晴らしい体験でした。

Very well organised and a good trip to see Mt Fuji from different perspectives. This was from going onto Fuji, we went to the 4th station because the winter snow prevented us from going to the 5th station. It didnt matter that we couldnt go further as it was a great view out. Then we moved on to lunch at the theme park and although this was an option it was worth it to have been served very well with good food. We sat in a lovely French decorated dining room with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. Then on to a boat trip on the lake to see Fuji from this viewpoint and we were lucky to have a cold but very clear day to see its beauty. After the lake we moved on to the cable car which took us up to another viewpoint to see Fuji and and town below. All great photo opportunities and a great experience for a tourist to capture Mt Fuji at its best.

It was very nice, relaxing day with beautiful views and tasty lunch. We had such a nice and funny guide, who spoke perfect english and took great care of us. There was enough time at each place we have visited. Good value for this price, highly recommend the trip.

素晴らしい旅行でした。時間通りに迎えに来てくれました。非常にプロフェッショナルなガイドで、私たちと一緒にいて、皆が大丈夫か確認してくれました。訪れたさまざまな場所についての情報豊富な話もありました。私たちは幸運にも富士山をはっきり見ることができました。ケーブルカーも素晴らしく、ボートライドも良かったです。昼食を取る場所があまりなかったので、ランチオプションを選ぶか、自分のスナックや食事を持参することをお勧めします。天候の影響で5合目には行けませんでしたが、ロープウェイからの景色は楽しめました。今後の旅行者への注意ですが、指定された場所に時間通りにいてください。そうしないと、すべての乗客を見つけるのに多くの時間が無駄になります。

A wonderful trip.We were fetched on time. Very professional guide, she was with us all the way and made sure everyone was ok.informative talks about the various places we visited. We were fortunate to see Mt Fuji clearly. The cable car was excellent and so was the boat ride. not much places to eat at the lunch place so maybe take the lunch option.or take your own snacks and meals.weather didnt permit us to go to 5th station but we got views from the ropeway.
Just a note to future travellers,please be at the designated spot on time otherwise it wastes a lot of time trying to locate all the passengers.

富士山は素晴らしい姿を見せてくれました。すべてのスケジュールは快適で親切でした。

この旅行では、いろいろな体験ができます。5合目、テーマパークでの短い滞在、湖での短いクルーズ、美しい庭園への立ち寄りなどです。主な欠点は時間です。各目的地での滞在時間が十分ではありません。富士急での立ち寄りは省いても良いと思います。それでも、このツアーは価格に対して良い価値があり、多くの体験ができます。

You get a little bit of everything on this trip. 5th Station, brief stop at a theme park, a short cruise on the lake, and a stop by a beautiful garden. The main thing missing is time. You simply don't get enough time at each destination. I think the stop at Fuji-Q can be taken out. Nonetheless, the tour is good value for the price and you get to experience a lot.

便利なグループ集会場所です。ボートトリップとケーブルカーのチケットを購入することをお勧めします。富士山の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。

I recommend taking a ticket with a boat trip and funicular, they offer a magnificent view of Fuji.

天気は素晴らしく、交通も非常にスムーズでした。基本パッケージを利用し、バスに乗ったときに4000円のパッケージを購入しました。100%の価値があります！

The weather was beautiful and the traffic was very smooth. I had the basic package and purchased the 4000 yen package when I got on the bus. 100% worth it!

すべて良かったですが、富士山で少し長く過ごせたらよかったです。

Every thing was good however would have liked to spend a little longer at Mt Fuji.

これは本当に素晴らしかったです。子供の頃から富士山を訪れることを夢見ていました。期待していた通りで、周りにあまり雪がなかったので、今年は運が良かったと思います。

This was truly awesome, I have dreamed of visiting Mt Fuji since I was a child. It was everything I expected and as there was not a great deal of snow around I think I got lucky with this year.

バスは時間通りに迎えに来てくれました。旅行全体が快適でした。ツアーリーダーとバスの運転手はとても親切でした。観光をするのに十分な時間がありました。次回東京に来たときもまた参加したいです。

The bus picked us on time.The whole trip was comfortable. The Tour leader and the bus driver are very nice .We have enough time to do the sightseeing. I will do it again next time I come to Tokyo.

This was a truly magical experience! We had a great time visiting this amazing Japanese landmark. The staff was excellent and informative. The bus driver did a great job. The bus was spacious and roomy. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Japan

旅行はよく組織されていて、私たちのツアーコーディネーターのヒロさんはとても親切で礼儀正しかったです。第五ステーションは雪の影響で閉鎖されていたため、代わりに村に連れて行ってもらい、そこから富士山を見ることができました。そこで湧き水を味わうチャンスがあればよかったのですが、子供が一緒だったため、みんなに遅れをとってしまい、移動にもっと時間がかかりました。ツアーでは十分な場所を訪れ、富士山を眺める機会がたくさんありました。素敵なレストランで富士山を一望しながらランチを取りました。食事はまあまあでした。レストランの周りのエリアは本当に可愛らしく、もう少し時間があれば良かったと思います。ただ、ツアーの焦点ではなかったことは理解しています。ほとんどの時間は、山と湖のクルーズを眺めるためのロープウェイに割り当てられており、それは非常に賢明な決定でした。私たちはそこで本当に楽しみました。全体的に、ツアーは急いでいると感じましたが、特に子供がいる場合は時間の制約があるため理解できます。

The trip was well-organised and Hiro, our tour coordinator was very friendly and polite. The fifth station was closed due to snowy conditions so we were brought to a village instead where we could still see Mount Fuji. We wished we had the chance to taste the spring water there but we were lagging behind everyone because we had kids with us and needed more time getting around. The tour covered sufficient places which gave us many opportunities to view Mount Fuji. We had lunch in a lovely restaurant with a full view of the mountain. The food was ok. The area around restaurant was really cute and it would be good if we could have additional time there. I understand though as that it was not the focus of the tour. Most of the time was allocated for the ropeway up to view the mountain and the lake cruise which was a very wise decision. We totally ourselves there. Overall, the tour felt rushed especially so if you have kids with you but understandable due to time constraints.

明るく晴れた日でした。バスが出発するとすぐに、ツアーガイドが私たちは5階に入れないと発表しました……悪天候の口実で高いレベルに行かないことがあらかじめ決まっていたようです。

クルーズも逃しました。コーディネーターが他の観光客と別の目的地に行ってしまったからです。

私たちは食べ物を取らなかったのですが、他の乗客は提供された食べ物の量が不十分だと不満を言っていました。

さらに、このツアーは全くおすすめできません。

It was a bright sunny day throughout. Immediately after the bus started, the tour guide announced that we can not get into the 5th Level......it was predetermined decision not to take to the high level just by giving bluff excuse of bad weather.
We also missed the cruise bcze the coordinator went with some tourists to an other destination.

We didn’t take Foods but other passengers complained about insufficient quantities of foods served to them.

Moreover this tour is not at all recommend.

東京から離れた富士山への素晴らしいツアーでした。妻と私はこのツアーを東京での1週間の滞在よりも楽しみました！11月の美しい日で、富士山ははっきりと見えました。ガイドの方もとても親切で、フレンドリーでした。私たちは富士山を巡る往復バスの旅を選び、ロープウェイを体験し、遊覧船に乗りました。また、素晴らしい西洋料理のランチもありました。私は大食いなので、旅行中ずっとお腹が空くのではないかと心配していましたが、提供されたランチは実際に満足できるものでした。全体的に、今までで最高のツアーでした！もし一つ提案できるとしたら、観光客がそのエリアを最大限に楽しむために、各地点で10分余分に過ごすことです。バスに戻るのが少し急かされる感じがしましたが、本当にツアーを楽しみましたし、ぜひお勧めしたいです。

A great tour to Mt Fuji away from the Tokyo city. My wife and i enjoyed this tour more than our 1 week stay in Tokyo! It was a beautiful day in November and Mt Fuji was clear as day. Our tour guy was also very helpful, nice and friendly. We opted for the round trip bus ride to tour Mt Fuji, experience the ropeway and ride the pleasure boat. We also had a great western lunch. Im a big eater and was afraid i would be hungry throughout the trip but the lunch they provided was actually filling. overall, best tour we've had! If i could make one suggestion it would be to spend an extra 10 minutes at each location/stop for tourists to enjoy the area at its fullest extent. I felt a bit rushed getting back to the bus on time, however, i really enjoyed the tour and would highly suggest it

It was a beautiful trip. The tour guide and the driver were very pleasant. The bus that we rode was clean and extremely comfortable too. I would recommend this to anyone! Japan is such a beautiful country to visit but the best part was the people as well!
