ツアーは非常によく組織されており、集合場所やすべての指示が明確でした。受付スタッフやツアーガイドは非常に良い英語を話しました。アクティビティには十分な時間が与えられ、5合目からロープウェイ、クルーズを通して富士山を楽しみ、感謝することができました。ランチビュッフェは富士急近くのホテルで、さまざまな料理が用意されていました。

The tour was very well organized, meeting place and all instructions are clear, receptionists and tour guides spoke very good English. The activities are given enough time to enjoy and appreciate Mt Fuji from the 5th Station to the Ropeway and the Cruise. Lunch buffet was at a hotel near Fuji Q with a wide variety of food.
I read a lot of reviews complaining about not seeing Mt Fuji - it’s not the tour agency’s fault. Luckily it was very sunny and we saw Mt Fuji in all its glory.

ボートクルーズがもっと長く、富士山五合目での観覧時間も長ければよかったと思いました。レストランの食事は本当に美味しかったですが、もう15分ほど食事と景色を楽しむ時間があればよかったです。もしバスが出発地点から1時間か2時間早く出発していれば、もっと観光を楽しむ時間があり、そんなに急ぐ必要もなかったでしょう。
We wished the boat cruise was longer down the river and the viewing at Mt. Fuji station 5 was longer. Restaurant food was really good, again we wished we had about 15 minutes longer to enjoy our meal and view. If the bus left an hour or two earlier from the starting point we would have had more time to enjoy the sites and not be so rushed.

2歳の赤ちゃんと一緒に旅行しましたが、赤ちゃんに関する適切な情報が提供されませんでした。
ロープツアーは避けた方がいいです。私たちはサーディンのようにカートに押し込まれ、上り下りの途中で何も見ることができませんでした。
ツアーガイドは親切ではありませんでした。

We traveled with a 2 year old baby and we were not provided with proper informations regarding baby related informations.
Dont take the rope tour we were just chucked in the cart like a sardine and were not able to see anything on the way up and down.
The tour guide were not friendly.
It was a rush at every stop.
The bus journey and bus driver was good.
With all said it was a worth it journey because Mount Fuji is just too beautiful to be missed.

ヴェルトラについてはレビューが少ないため、信頼できるかどうか疑問がありました。私のツアーは日曜日で、質問がある場合の電話番号が利用できませんでした。しかし、集合場所への指示と案内が書かれたメールを受け取りました。そして、時間通りに明確なアクティビティスケジュールがありました。おすすめです！
I have doubts about Veltra since there are only a few reviews, I didn't know whether it's trusted or not. My tour was on Sunday and there was no phone number available on Sunday in case I have questions. However, I got an email with instructions and directions to the meeting point, and yes there they are! On-time and clear activity schedule. Recommended!

この旅行は本当に素晴らしかったです！
まず、提供されるバスはとても快適でした。とても清潔で、スムーズな乗り心地です。
私たちのガイド、ユウスケさんはとても親切で、情報も豊富でした。富士山に向かう途中、常にランドマークを指摘し、ちょっとした情報を教えてくれました。彼の英語は上手なので、質問しても大丈夫です！
旅行の最初の部分では、山の頂上にとても近いところまで連れて行ってもらいました。素晴らしい景色でした。私たちが行った日、富士山はとてもはっきり見えました。美しい！
その後、フランス料理のレストランに連れて行ってもらいました。料理は美味しかったです。私は個人的にフランス料理があまり得意ではありませんが、私たち二人とも楽しみました。
ロープウェイはおそらく旅行の中で私のお気に入りの部分です。その景色は本当に圧巻でした。山と街が一望できました。
クルーズも楽しかったです。クルーズの時間を夕日と合わせるようにしました。夕日と富士山のクリアな景色は素晴らしいです。約15分の乗船時間があり、良い写真を撮るチャンスがたくさんありました。
最後に、ソフトクリームのバウチャーがもらえます。私たちは二人ともラベンダー味を選びましたが、驚くほど美味しかったです :)

The trip was absolutely amazing!
First off the bus that is provided is very comfortable. It is very clean and a smooth ride.
Our guide, Yusuke, was very kind and informative. Constantly pointing out landmarks and giving tidbits as we were riding towards Mount Fuji. His English is good, so feel free to ask questions!
The first part of the trip, they took us very close to the summit of the mountain. It was an amazing view. The day we went, it was very clear to see Fuji. Gorgeous!
Afterwards we were brought to a French restaurant. The food was good. I'm personally not big on French cuisine, but both of us enjoyed it.
The ropeway is probably my favorite part of the trip. The view that it brings you was absolutely mind blowing. The mountain was full view along with the city.
The cruise was fun. We timed the cruise to coincide with the sunset. The sunset along with a clear view of the mountain is fantastic. It was about a 15 minute ride so theres plenty of opportunities to get some good pictures.
Finally, you are given a voucher for some soft serve ice cream. We both chose the lavender flavour, surprisingly delicious :)
We highly recommend this day trip, especially if you just want to see the mountain and don't plan on staying in the area longer than a day.

集合場所は見つけやすく、ピックアップも時間通りでした。バスは快適でした。スタッフのアキトさんは親切でしたが、英語は理解しにくかったものの、助けてくれました。途中で短いトイレ休憩がありました。その日は天気が良く、運が良かったです。5合目で約40分停まりました。とても寒いので注意が必要です。3コースのランチは美味しかったです。クルーズは短かったですが、良かったです。同じエリアにあるロープウェイの乗車では、霧が晴れるのを待つために頂上で1時間過ごしましたが、晴れませんでした。¥300のバウチャーをもらい、アイスクリームかお土産を引き換えることができます。午後4時30分に出発し、午後6時15分頃に新宿に到着しました。
Meeting point was easy to find and pick up was on time. Bus was comfortable. Staff Akito was friendly, though her English was not easy to understand but she was helpful. We had a short toilet break halfway. Weather was great that day, we got lucky. Stopped at the 5th Station for around 40 mins. Very cold, beware. 3 course lunch was nice. Cruise was short but nice. Same area was the ropeway ride which we spent an hour at the top waiting for the foggy weather to clear but it didn't. We got the ¥300 worth voucher, u can redeem either an ice cream or a souvenir. Left at 4.30pm and got to Shinjuku around 6.15pm.

富士山へのツアーは全体的に素晴らしかったです。ガイドさんはとても親切で、景色は美しく、都会と比べて新鮮な空気がたくさんありました。空は少し霧がかかっていましたが、午後には晴れました。ロープウェイはとても混雑していて、良い景色は見られませんでしたが、河口湖のクルーズはリラックスできて楽しかったです。もっとこういったツアーに参加したいです。
The tour to mount Fuji overall was great. Tour guide is very nice, scenery was beautiful and so much fresh air comparing to city. The sky was abit foggy but it cleared up near afternoon. The ropeway is very crowded, didnt get a good view but Kawaguchi lake cruise was relaxing and fun. Would love to go on more of these.

台風の2日後に妹とツアーに参加しました。台風による土砂崩れのため、迂回しなければならず、追加の移動時間がかかりました。残念ながら、スケジュールの変更により5合目まで行くことができませんでした。また、曇りの天気のため、富士山を見ることもできませんでした。しかし、これはツアー会社のコントロールを超えていることを理解しています。その一方で、ツアーガイドは非常にフレンドリーで、5合目の旅行がキャンセルされたことを補うためにスナックを提供してくれたのがとても思いやりがありました。全体的に、ツアーガイドが組織的で、スケジュールの変更について率直だったのが良かったです。また、私たちとのやり取りの中でユーモアを交えてくれたので、歓迎されていると感じました。ツアーの最後にアイスクリームがあったのも、体験を完結させる素敵な要素でした（桃のフレーバーをおすすめします！）。天候が良ければ、旅程は完璧だったと思います。また、富士山がもっと見える春の時期にぜひ再訪したいです。
I went on the tour with my sister two days after the October typhoon. Due to a landslide caused by the typhoon, we had to take a detour, which resulted in additional travel time. Unfortunately, we were not able to travel up to the 5th station due to the change in schedule/timing. We were also not able to see Fuji-san due to the cloudy weather. But we understand that this is beyond the tour company's control. On the flip side, the tour guides were extremely friendly and tried to make up for cancelling the 5th station trip by providing some snacks, which were quite thoughtful. Overall, I like how the tour guides were organized and upfront about the change in schedule. They also incorporated some humour when interacting with us, which made us feel welcomed. The ice cream at the end of the tour was a nice touch to complete the experience (we recommend having the peach flavour!). I can imagine that the itinerary would be perfect if the weather was accommodating. We will definitely come back again, perhaps during spring time when Mt. Fuji is more visible.

富士山への非常によく組織された日帰り旅行で、昼食、湖のクルーズ、ケーブルカーの乗車が含まれています。素晴らしい体験でしたが、富士山の景色は短い時間しか見られませんでした（天候はコントロールできませんからね!!）。富士の麓にあるテーマパークの「フレンチテーマ」のレストランでの軽い昼食も素敵でした。20分の湖のクルーズとケーブルカーの乗車があり、富士山の素晴らしい景色を楽しむことができました（天候が良ければ!!）、ヒロの巧みなガイドで！この旅行を心からお勧めします。
A very well organised day trip to Mount Fuji, including lunch, lake cruise and cable car ride.
Fantastic experience, although we only had a brief view of Fuji San (you can't control the weather!!).
Lovely light lunch at a "French Themed" restaurant in the theme park at the base of Fuji.
20 minute lake cruise and a cable car ride, with cracking views of Mount Fuji (if weather plays ball!!), expertly guided by Hiro!!
Thoroughly recommend this trip.

The overall impression of the experience was great and everything was on time.
We're a couple and liked the most about the mountain and scenery nearby. However, it depends on the weather as well. We're a bit unfortunate because we could not see the top of the mountain as it was cloudy (indeed, we could not predict the weather accurately, because we booked earlier based on forecast and it supposed to be sunny). But, we had enough time to walk and explore at the 5th station. The staffs were all great and friendly: from the lady who welcomed us, the guide who speaks both japanese and english, and of course the driver. We expected to have a light lunch provided, but the trip included a proper course lunch which was great and delicious. Also, they have options for special dietry and you must make sure to let them know. We can advice future participants to book in advanced as the tour can easily get fully book, please state clearly if you have any special dietry for lunch, and enjoy your trips! Overall, it's highly recommended especially for those travelling with kids, couple, and old people. All the seighseeing, lunch, cruise, cable car, and return transport are included.

This trip was in general very good. It was easy to find the meeting spot and the person who was standing there waiting was very helpful and made sure that everyone got on the bus etc. The bus was very comfortable and when arriving at the fifth plateau it was unfortunately cloudy. However the bus driver stopped at a second stop that was not in the plan and there we were able to see the top. Very appreciated! The lake cruise and the ropeway ride was okay, would probably be more fun if it was sunny. The time at this stop was too long as well. In the end, everyone was standing around and waiting for the bus to go back to Tokyo so maybe reduce the time there during the off season. But in general, a very good 1-day trip that I would recommend.

My husband and I did this great tour together. It was filled with fantastic views and sceneries. The boat cruise was amazing and Mount Fuji is stunning. It's 100% recommended to do this tour if you want to experience Mount Fuji from different points of views. It might get cold out there, so we recommend you bring a sweater. The tour leader was a sweetheart and the Veltra team did a great job organising every part of the trip. We highly recommend this tour.

The overall experience was outstanding. Both the tour leader and bus driver were very friendly and offer assistant in any way they can. At every stop the tour leader explained very carefully what to do and when we need to get back to the bus. The 5th Station was cloudy and we did not get the chance to see Mt. Fuji. Same for Lake Kawaguchi. However after riding the ropeway to the top of the mountain and wait for a while, we could finally see the peak of Mt. Fuji. Such an amazing experience. The best part of the tour is the western-style lunch at a very cozy restaurant, and the $3 coupon. We did not use the coupon to buy ice cream but to buy souvenir because there are many selections.

The entire process of booking the trip, partaking in the day’s activities, and returning back to Tokyo was all seamless. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear views of Mt. Fuji, which was a huge bonus. Lunch was great. If you are a big eater, I would recommend bringing or buying a snack for the ride home in the evening. Overall, very satisfied!

The best option for foreigners to visit Mt. Fuji as a one day trip. The trip was very well planned and organized. Our tour coordinator was very pleasant and friendly. She was very informative about the various attractions on the way as well as the planned spots. Our first destination was fifth station of Mt. Fuji. Even though clouds covered Mt. Fuji most of the time, we were able to have a pretty good look at the highest peak of Japan, thanks to our generous driver who stopped at a point( when the clouds moved away for a few moments) just below the fifth station on our way back. The next destination was lake kawaguchi where we experienced lake cruise and rope way ride. The lake is surrounded by green landscape. This will be a perfect option for any group like family, friends, couples etc.

The experience overall was amazing starting with the bus journey to Fuji which was comfy and air conditioned with a friendly driver. Our tour leader was extremely informative, happy and spoke great English. The 5th station was cloudy but it was a lovely area to walk around and the views were still incredible. The boat journey on Lake kawaguchi was stunning and peaceful. What made the whole trip was when we went up the ropeway the cloudy had moved and we could see Mount Fuji clearly. A lovely touch at the end was a voucher for ice cream. I would recommend this trip to everyone who want to see Mount Fuji or just wants a trip outside busy Tokyo.

I was happily surprise for the whole tour, very veryyy nice, comfortable bus, very well organized tour, beautiful places to appreciate the mount Fuji. I felt they really thought about us as visitors and welcome guests, not just random people that only represent money for the company. Totally recommend this tour and the company. I would definitely go with them again. I traveled with my wife and 1 year old baby, and I had no issues, perhaps I would recommend next time to offer a car seat for the baby.

The guided tour picks up at Ikebukuro or Shinjuku station. Our tour guide was Nobu and he was quite wonderful! The bus ran right on time. It wasn't full for the day we chose because it was an overcast day. Mount Fuji peeked out of the clouds for just a moment while we were at the top so we got to see it!! It was awesome!! The tour hits up the Mt Fuji 5th station shop, includes a lunch at a French restaurant (with special accomodations for the vegetarian in our group). You get a $3 souvenir or ice cream voucher too. The cruise on the lake was the best part! If I was making a suggestion, the top of Mt Fuji and the amusement park could be 15 minutes longer and the lake area could be 30 minutes less in exchange. Other than that it was the absolute best and I would recommend to anyone!

Mt. Fuji Fifth Station – It was cold with heavy rain in the trip to Mount Fuji. The tour guide was nice and caring. She was a Japanese with good spoken in English.
Lunch at Fuji-Q Highland was very great and the food was delicious. The environment in the restaurant in Fuji-Q Highland was nice and grand.
Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi & Fuji Panoramic Ropeway
- We spent enough time in a boat at Lake Kawaguchi and Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. I enjoyed the trip and eating delicious soft serve ice cream.
Again, it was a Great tour! it was very convenient.

このツアーは富士山に行きたい方に強くお勧めします。バスは清潔で、ツアーガイドはすべての説明を正確に行ってくれました。富士急ハイランドパークでのランチは美味しく、サービスも素晴らしかったです。旅行中は一日中雨が降っていましたが、楽しむことができました。河口湖でのクルージングやロープウェイからの素晴らしい景色を楽しむための十分な時間がありました。子供たちは無料のアイスクリームバウチャーをとても気に入っていました。

I highly recommended this tour if you want to go to Mount Fuji. The bus was cleaned and the tour guide gave tour description for every accurately. Lunch at Fuji Q highland park was delicious and served very well. Although it was raining all day during the trip but we can enjoy it. We have enough time for cursing at Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy fantastic view during the ropeways. My children loves the free ice cream voucher.
I gave 5 stars for veltra and thank you for given us a memorable and wonderful journey in Mount Fuji.

地下にあったため、集合場所を見つけるのは難しかったですが、他のグループがバスに乗り込んでいるのを見て安心しました。ツアーの前日まで雨が降っていたと聞いていたので、山を見ることができてラッキーでした。ランチは良くてボリュームもあり、雰囲気もあってちょっと豪華でした。クルーズは素晴らしく、湖から山全体を見ることができ、ケーブルカーの頂上からの景色も楽しめました。とても素晴らしい体験で、両親も感動していました！このツアーをぜひお勧めします！
Even though it was hard to find the meeting place since it was underground, we were pleased to know that the rest of the group were only boarding the bus. We were lucky that we were able to see the mountain since we were told that it was raining up until the day before our tour. The lunch was good and substantial, and kind of fancy because of the ambiance. The cruise was incredible since we got to see the entire mountain from the lake as well as the view from the top of the cable car ride. This was such a great experience even our parents were impressed! I definitely recommend this tour!

At first, we were hesitant to book this tour because the price was too good to be true, but we took a chance and wanted to experience it ourselves. We had a difficult time finding the meeting place and was late for a couple of minutes, but Ms. Terry, our guide, waited for us. The bus ride took 2 hours from Shinjuku to the Mt. Fuji 5th station. We were greeted with a picturesque view of the mountain as well as a lovely 40 minute tour with a pleasantly cold weather. Don't forget to try the mountain-shaped melon bread there! We had a good three course lunch at the Fuji Q Highland restaurant. It's also a great photo spot where you could see more of the mountain. We then headed to the Lake Kawaguchi boat cruise where you could have a closer look at the mountain as well as a cable car ride at Hakone rope way. As you exchange the ticket for the cable car, you also get a free pen as a souvenir. The tanuki dango with soy and matcha drink there is really good. There was also a good ice cream shop where you could choose from four flavors; peach, vanilla, lavender and grape. All in all, with the tour, food and the bus ride going back to the meeting point, the price for this full day tour is such a steal. I highly recommend this tour for those of you who want to maximize their budget. The guide was really good at explaining and was very accomodating!

Highly recommend this particular tour of Fuji. Tour description is very accurate, every activity was completed in time. Tour started at 5th station, ok time was allowed there. Then lunch was in Fiji-Q park, lunch place was nice, French restaurant with full course menu. Then plenty of time was given for the scenic rope-way with best views of Fuji and a boat at Kawaguchiko lake. All tickets and lunch included in tour price; they even gave a voucher for an ice cream or small souvenir at lake Kawaguchiko. Would absolutely do it again.
