Initially, I had planned to take a highway bus, but there were no available seats, so I used this service for the first time. They picked me up at the station and dropped me off right in front of the hotel, which made it very convenient as I didn't have to worry about my luggage. I hadn't done much research beforehand, but I was guided to recommended places and shops, allowing me to experience locations I wouldn't have visited on my own, which was a lot of fun. The female driver was very chatty and even took photos for me, making for an enjoyable time.
当初高速バスの予定でしたが空席がなくこちらを初めて利用しました。
駅に迎えに来てもらい、ホテルの目の前まで送ってもらえるので、荷物を預ける必要がなく、とても楽でした。また、事前にあまり調べていませんでしたが、おすすめの場所・お店をガイドしてもらい、自分たちだけだと行かない場所や経験ができて、とても楽しかったです。
女性ドライバーさんでしたが、たくさんお話をしてくださり、写真も撮ってもらえて、楽しい時間でした。
雪の季節は天候によっては道路封鎖などあり、行けない場合があるみたいです。

I had planned to go to the Blue Cave, but due to the wind, we went to a different beach. The tour only stops at two locations, but there is a guide on the famous spots available through headphones in English, Chinese, and Korean. Without having to check the bus schedule on my own, I was able to leisurely enjoy the sights from the ski jump to Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. My partner and I are talking about how glad we are to have participated, surrounded by endless white snowfields and the Clark statue, as well as the dizzyingly high ski jump.

I thoroughly enjoyed the trekking at Daishi Forest Mountain. Since there were only six participants, we had plenty of time in our itinerary. The guide's talk was enjoyable, and the bus ride was fun as well.

It was my first time doing the Shiretoko Drift Ice Walk. I was told that the weather and the condition of the drift ice on that day were perfect, so the timing was great. Walking on the ice and even immersing myself in the melting parts of the drift ice sea was an experience that I can't express in words. It created wonderful memories for me. I definitely want to participate in the Shiretoko Drift Ice Walk again!

Gokayama Ainokura had almost no other tourists besides us, allowing for a quiet and very moving sightseeing experience. I highly recommend visiting.
The shuttle bus to the Shirakawa-go observation deck was suspended in the morning due to an avalanche on the pathway. The guide provided detailed information on when to take the shuttle bus to ensure we could reach the observation deck in time for the return bus, which allowed us to tour efficiently.
In February, Shirakawa-go is very crowded, and those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal inside may not have enough time to visit the observation deck. I bought food that I could eat while waiting in line for the shuttle bus.
It was also nice that the bus seats were assigned. On tours without assigned seating, the auxiliary seats are often overflowing with foreign tourists, making it quite cramped.

五箇山相倉は我々以外の観光客が殆どおらず、静かに観光できてとても感動的でした。是非行ってみて頂きたいです。
白川郷の展望台に向かうシャトルバスの通路が午前中に雪崩が起き運行中止となり、再開時刻や帰りのバスに間に合うように展望台へ向かうには何時までのシャトルバスに乗ったら良いか等、細かい情報をガイドさんがお知らせしてくれたので効率良く観光できました。
2月白川郷は大変混んでおりゆっくり店内で食事したい方は展望台に行く時間は足りない可能性があります。私は食べ歩きできる物を買って食べながらシャトルバスの列に並びました。
バスの席が決まってるのも良かっです。決まってないツアーのバスだと補助席まで外国人観光客で溢れかえっててかなりキツイです。

I participated in this bus tour, but unfortunately, the service was very poor, and I cannot recommend it.
1. Tour Guide's Response
The tour guide was Chinese and had limited Japanese skills, making communication difficult. Additionally, they seemed inexperienced with the tour's progression, and information sharing about meeting places and times was insufficient.
2. Mistake in Meeting Place Guidance
There was no announcement regarding the meeting place or itinerary changes, and we ended up waiting in the wrong location. Afterward, we headed to the correct meeting place, but the bus ended up passing by the original location where we were waiting. If there had been an explanation when I called about the delay, we wouldn't have needed to move unnecessarily. It was very challenging to rush down a crowded street with a small child in the snow and poor footing.
3. Impact of Other Participants' Delays
Other participants arrived significantly late, causing a major delay (about 2 hours). By the time we reached our destination, many shops were closed, ruining the sightseeing experience. The return home was also quite late, which was particularly tough for those with children.
4. Poor Balance Between Cost and Service
I booked this tour because it was cheaper compared to other bus tours, but even at a low price, such poor management is unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, this is a tour I cannot recommend.

3. 他の参加者の遅刻による影響
他の参加者が大幅に遅れて到着したため、予定より大幅に遅延。(約2時間遅れ)目的地に着いた頃には閉まっている店も多く、せっかくの観光が台無しに。帰宅時間もかなり遅くなり、特に子連れには厳しい状況でした。
4. コストとサービスのバランスが悪い
他のバスツアーと比較して料金が安かったため予約しましたが、安いとはいえ、ここまでお粗末な運営では満足できません。残念ながら、参加をおすすめできないツアーでした。

I was a bit scared to rent a car for a winter trip to Hokkaido with my aunt, so I decided to sign up for this tour. It was a great decision! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, thinking it would just take us to tourist spots and that I would be surrounded by Chinese tourists. However, the atmosphere on the bus was nice, with 20% Taiwanese and 80% Japanese participants, and our tour guide, Mr. Onodera, was wonderful and very attentive, which made for a fun experience. Exploring the pitch-black forest and beach with a flashlight was a bit scary, but it was exciting. I wanted to see the starry sky, but it was cloudy on the day, so I could hardly see any stars...
As for the creatures, I was disappointed not to see the coconut crab, but I was able to find eels and other crabs! The gobies were cute.

On my first trip to Okinawa, I booked this bus tour. Although it started early in the morning, it turned out to be a fulfilling bus tour. There was one person who felt more like a companion than a bus guide. Instead of a traditional guide, we listened to various information through a small radio-like device with earphones.
The first stop was Nago Pineapple Park, which was smaller than I expected, but I spent quite a bit of time exploring the souvenir area. It was disappointing that the pineapples were imported during the winter season. The pineapple wine was delicious and had a gentle flavor.
The Churaumi Aquarium had fewer exhibits due to construction. The whale shark is famous, but it was unfortunate that most of the other fish were ones I could see in the Kanto region. I'm glad I had the opportunity to visit since I've always wanted to go there. The sea turtles were adorable!

まず最初に着いたのが名護パイナップルパークです、思ったより小さかったですが、充実したせいかギリギリまでお土産コーナーなどを見ていました。
冬の季節はパイナップルは外国産だったのが残念です。
パイナップルのワインは美味しかったです、優しいお味でした。
美ら海水族館は工事中のため少し見る数は減りました。
ジンベイザメだけ有名です、あとは関東に行けば見れる魚ばかりだったのが残念でした。
いつか行きたいと思っていたのでこの機会で行けたのは良かったです…
ウミガメは可愛かったです〜。
あとは海に行きました、沖縄の海は気持ちよく、綺麗でした。
また行きたいなと感じさせる海でした〜。
レンタカー代が高いので、ツアーで行くのもありだなと思いました。

It was an incredibly fun and unforgettable experience! In the morning, we paddled through the mangroves in a canoe, enjoying the quiet and mysterious mangrove forest. After that, we went trekking to see a waterfall. The power and beauty of the waterfall were breathtaking. It felt like we were on an adventure!
In the afternoon, we took a water buffalo cart to tour Yubu Island. It truly is a place worthy of being called a southern paradise, with flowers and butterflies that were beautifully picturesque, allowing us to fully experience the richness of nature. Additionally, our guide was very friendly and easy to talk to, providing detailed explanations about the flora and fauna along the way. However, thanks to our guide Yoshioka's appropriate encouragement, perfect pacing, and consideration, I was able to reach the end. Walking in the snow was challenging, but he taught us how to walk properly, so I started to get the hang of it. I learned a lot, not just about mountain climbing but also various other things. I'm really glad I participated because I was able to see such beautiful scenery.
大寒波の影響でここ最近は縄文杉までたどり着けないことが多いと聞き、途中まででも行ければいいかと思いながらの参加でした。
しかし、ガイドの吉岡さんの適度な脅しと完璧なペース配分と気遣いのおかげで最後までたどり着くことができました。雪の中を歩くのは難しかったですが、歩き方も教えてくれたのでコツがつかめてきました。山登りだけでなく色々なことが聞けて勉強になりました。とても美しい景色を見ることができたので参加して本当によかったです。

It was my first time in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. We had 2 hours of free time in Hida Takayama and 2 hours in Shirakawa-go. The time in Takayama was just right, but 2 hours in Shirakawa-go was not enough. This was because the walking path to the viewpoint I wanted to visit was closed due to snow, so the only option was the shuttle bus, which had a long line of about an hour to board. In the end, it was certain that I wouldn't make it back in time for the bus departure, so I reluctantly gave up (tears). Since the shuttle bus only came every 20 minutes, I think anyone wanting to go to the viewpoint during this season needs at least 3 hours of free time... Other than that, I was very satisfied! I was also able to buy the water pudding. About 90% of the tour participants were foreigners, but there were no particular issues.
