Snorkeling in the largest mangrove forest in the country was absolutely amazing. The guide provided detailed explanations, which were very interesting.

Bara Island is a miraculous island, and I was moved when I landed there. The surrounding swimming points were filled with beautiful fish and coral.

国内最大規模のマングローブ林でのシュノーケルはとても最高だった。ガイドが細かく説明してくれてとても興味深かった。

バラス島は奇跡の島で上陸した時は感動した。周りの泳いだポイントも魚と珊瑚がすごくて綺麗だった。

There were many creatures to observe, including coconut crabs, crabs, hermit crabs, and insects. Also, the beach was beautiful, and the stars were stunning! The guide's knowledge was excellent.

生き物も沢山居てヤシガニやカニ、ヤドカリ、虫など沢山観察できた。
あとはビーチに行って星も綺麗だった！
ガイドの知識が素晴らしい。

I was able to see a very beautiful starry sky and many coconut crabs and other creatures. I was also happy that they gave me the photos they took for free.

とても綺麗な星空も見ることができ、たくさんのヤシガニや生物たちを見れました。撮っていただいたお写真も無料でプレゼントしてくれるので嬉しかったです。

I was guided by the knowledgeable Mr. Maruyama. Considering the congestion in Nara, he took me to Kasuga-taisha and Todai-ji in the less crowded morning hours. He also made a detour to Nigatsu-do and Sangatsu-do, which were not included in the course.

It was very comfortable as he simply took a taxi to Horyu-ji, which is difficult to access by public transportation. Since there wasn't enough time for lunch, we stopped by a convenience store along the way, allowing me to eat in the taxi during the transfer, saving time. He efficiently guided me through the shrines and temples included in the course. The stories he shared were also interesting. He talked about Nara's long history, some of the seven wonders of Horyu-ji, the Horyu-ji Museum, the Buddha statues housed in various temples, the Four Heavenly Kings statues, and the history of each temple and Buddhism, among other topics that I couldn't have researched on my own. I felt the charm of Horyu-ji once again and thought that next time, I would like to request just Horyu-ji.

知識豊富な丸山さんにガイド頂きました。奈良の混雑事情を考慮して、空いてる午前中に春日大社、東大寺を案内いただきました。コースには含まれない二月堂、三月堂にも寄り道くださりました。
公共の交通機関だと行きづらい法隆寺もタクシーに乗ってるだけで連れて行っていただき、快適そのものです。お昼を食べる時間がなかったので途中でコンビニに寄ってもらい、移動中にタクシー内で食べて時間節約にもなりました。コースに含まれる神社、仏閣を効率よくまわってくださりました。お話も面白かったです。奈良の長い歴史の話、法隆寺の七不思議の一部、法隆寺博物館や各お寺に納められている仏像、四天王像など彫刻のお話、各お寺の歴史、仏教のお話などなど、自分では調べきれない内容でした。改めて法隆寺の魅力を感じ、次は法隆寺だけでお願いしたいと思いました。
丸山さん、思い出になる楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

I was surprised that the driver was from Russia, but I was glad that he was very polite. The conversation was smooth, and he took me to my desired location. I would like to use this service again.

I was introduced to places I usually wouldn't be able to visit, like Uruma Pottery. The driver was very polite, which was great.

My first solo trip to Okinawa. I considered renting a car, but I wanted to enjoy the scenery from the window, so I joined this tour. About half of the participants were from overseas.

At the main Churaumi Art Museum, there was plenty of time for viewing, dining, and shopping, which was different from the hectic image I had of bus tours. Since I'm not particularly interested in shopping, I wouldn't have stopped at American Village if I had rented a car, but I had a relaxing time watching the sunset over the ocean in Chatan. The optional live performance at the folk song tavern was also a fun experience.

初めての沖縄一人旅　レンタカーの利用も考えましたがゆっくり車窓も楽しみたいと考えてこのツアーに参加しました。参加者の半分くらいは海外からいらした方でした。
　メインの美ら海美術館でも鑑賞と食事や買い物に十分な時間が取られており　バスツアーは慌ただしいというイメージとは違います。　ショッピングにはそれほど興味が無いのでレンタカーならまず立ち寄らなかったであろうアメリカ村では北谷の海に沈む夕陽をゆったり眺める時間もあったし　オプションの民謡酒場のライブも全て楽しい体験でした。

From June 13, 2025, we went on our first trip to Miyako Island for three days with three generations of women in our family. On June 14, we arranged a sightseeing taxi through your company. The day before, I had some concerns because the attitude of the taxi driver we used from the airport to the hotel was not great, but I was pleasantly surprised in a good way. The driver was very gentlemanly and attentive to every detail, providing us with thorough sightseeing guidance. Thanks to him, we were able to have a memorable day. The driver was Mr. Anzai from Yachiyo Taxi. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude.

2025年6月13日から3日間初めての宮古島旅行に母娘3人で行って来ました。
6月14日に御社を通じて観光タクシーをご手配して頂きました。
前日、空港からホテルまで利用したタクシードライバーさんの態度が今一つでしたので不安がありましたが、良い意味で裏切られました。
ドライバーさんはとても紳士的で細かい所までお気遣い頂き、観光案内も丁寧にして下さいました。
お陰様で思い出深い1日を過ごす事が出来ました。

During the rainy season, the weather made it difficult for individuals to move around. Traveling by taxi was efficient and optimal. I chose this course with the goal of visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites. Upon getting in, the driver asked me how much I had studied, which caught me off guard (laughs).

At Munakata Taisha, the driver provided very detailed explanations, mixing in anecdotes, which was very educational. The burial mounds are in places that are quite difficult to access on your own. When my husband shared that he lived in Kitakyushu during his childhood, we realized we were in the same place at the same time, and we had a great time reminiscing.

I learned a lot and spent a meaningful time, which left me very satisfied.

梅雨の最中、個人では移動を躊躇してしまう天候でした。
タクシーでの移動は効率がよく、最適。
ユネスコの世界遺産を巡るを目的に選んだコースです、乗車して、まず運転手さんにどの程度勉強してきましたかと聞かれ、ドキッ（笑）
宗像大社では、とても詳しく説明をしていただき、逸話などもまぜ、とても勉強になりました。古墳群などは、とても個人では行きにくい場所、同行の夫は幼少期に北九州市に住んでいた話をすると、同時期に同じ場所にいたと、昔話で盛り上がりました。
たいへん勉強になり、有意義な時間を過ごすことができ大満足でした。

It was my first time snorkeling, but the guide provided detailed explanations, which made me feel safe while snorkeling!

I even got to see several sea turtles up close, which was amazing! I had such a wonderful time that I would definitely like to request this again when I visit Miyako Island.

This is a tour to visit ANA's authentic training facility. Regardless of your interest in aircraft, you can enjoy it. You will gain a clear understanding of how the aircraft you casually use are properly operated, making it a must-see tour for those aiming for a career in the aviation industry. Since it is a real training facility, video footage and photography during training are not allowed, but it was a tour that left many memories.

ANA の実務の本物の訓練施設を見学するツアーです。
航空機に興味の有無に関係なく楽しめます。何気なく利用していた航空機がどの様にして正しく運用されているかが、良くわかりますので、航空業界を目指す方は必見のツアーだと思います。
本物の訓練施設ですから、訓練中の動画映像や、写真撮影は出来ませんが、記憶に沢山のことが残るツアーでした。

I had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of ANA, which operates the Flying Honu, during my honeymoon trip!

I learned about the various job roles involved in flying airplanes, the training that employees undergo, and the duration of that training.

I discovered so many things I didn't know before, making it a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience!

The guide was a first-year employee who joined in April, but their professionalism was impressive for someone so new. It's clear that they have a solid approach to talent acquisition and training!

It was very exciting and fun to visit related facilities that we usually can't see. We received our boarding passes at the reception, scanned the barcodes like checking in for a flight, and entered the interior. The young man who explained everything was actually a trainee pilot. It seems to be part of his new employee training. Thank you very much.

普段見ることのできない関連施設の見学がとてもワクワク、楽しかったです。
搭乗券を受付で頂いて、飛行機にチェックインするようにバーコードを読み込ませ、内部へ入っていきました。
説明してくれた若い男性は、何と現役パイロットの訓練生。新人研修の一環だそうです。

The explanation in Chinese was longer than in Japanese, but it was within an acceptable range.
I would have liked to know the scenic spots from the train window a bit earlier.
The location of the Ray Hotel is good, so I will participate in the tour again.

Originally, it was a tour for SUP and snorkeling in one day, but the afternoon snorkeling was canceled due to sea conditions (crying). However, thanks to being able to reschedule the snorkeling for another morning, I was able to enjoy the trip without any regrets.

Safety measures were excellent, and the guide had a wealth of knowledge, allowing us to participate in the tour with peace of mind. The guide took photos from very good angles, so it wasn't a problem not to bring my smartphone. The photos taken were sent to us on the same day, which was a delightful service.

元々は1日でSUPとシュノーケリングのツアーでしたが、午後のシュノーケリングが海のコンディションによりキャンセルに（泣）でしたが、別日の午前中にシュノーケリングを振り替えしていただいたおかげで、心残り無く旅行が楽しめました。
安全対策もバッチリ、ガイドさんの知識も豊富で安心してツアーに参加出来ました。
ガイドさんがとてもいいアングルで写真を撮ってくださるので、スマホの持ち込みをしなくても問題なかったです。撮った写真はその日の内に送ってもらえるので、嬉しいサービスでした。

I would like to make the following comments:
1. I wish we could have spent a bit more time at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. Especially at Lake Toya, since there is a lunch break, it might be tough, but if we had a little more time, I would have liked to take a sightseeing boat ride.
2. I understand that the toilet breaks are necessary, but before lunch at "Mushroom Kingdom," the guide recommended "mushroom soup," which I tried. However, the miso soup at lunch by Lake Toya was also "mushroom soup." I think there is room for reconsideration regarding the location and timing of the toilet breaks.
3. The guide from Chuo Bus was pleasant and friendly, just like during the half-day course I participated in last year (2024). I really felt their professionalism.

①支笏湖、洞爺湖の滞在時間をもう少し取ってもらいたかった。
　特に洞爺湖は昼食時間があるので、厳しいのかと思いますが、
　もう少し時間があれば、観光船への乗車をしたかったです。
②トイレ休憩の関係もあるので、致し方なしと思いますが、
　昼食前の「きのこ王国」でガイドさんから「きのこ汁」を進められたので、
　食したのですが、洞爺湖の昼食の味噌汁も「きのこ汁」でした。
　トイレ休憩の場所と時間は、再考の余地ありと思いました。
③中央バスのガイドさんは、去年(2024年)参加した半日コースの時も、
　今回の時も感じが良く、親近感を持って接してくれるところは、
　さすがにプロだと思いました。

Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island are located very close to Ishigaki Island. These islands offer a different scenery compared to Ishigaki Island. If you're going to Ishigaki Island, I highly recommend participating in an island-hopping tour.

石垣島からすぐ近くに浮かんでいる西表島、由布島、竹富島。石垣島とはまた違う景色が広がる島です。せっかく石垣島に行くのなら離島ツアーに参加されることをお勧めします。

I opted out of the ship's optional tour and explored on my own, but it was affordable and easy to navigate. Taketomi Island, pulled by a water buffalo while listening to the tranquil songs of the sanshin, was absolutely wonderful.

船のオプションツアーに外れて自力で探した観光でしたが、値段も安く、分かりやすかった。三線の長閑な歌と共に水牛さんに引かれていった竹富島は最高でした。

This time, due to favorable weather, it was the perfect night for stargazing. I was able to see satellites and shooting stars, which is something I usually can't experience.

今回、天候に恵まれた為、星空鑑賞には最高な夜でした。
人工衛星や流れ星などを見る事ができました。通常ではとても体験できないものでした。

During the tour, I was able to hear various explanations. I felt that the service was truly top-notch in the industry, as they quickly checked with their internal team on difficult questions from the tour guests right on the spot.

ツアー中、色々な説明を聞くことができました。ツアー客からの質問で、その場で答えるのが難しいものについても、端末ですぐに社内に確認をとるなど、さすが業界トップのサービスだなと感じました。

It was unfortunately rainy, but it was great that they took us by bus. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant, and we had a very meaningful time. Personally, I really enjoyed the bear ranch! It was adorable to see them catch cookies!

We often go around collecting goshuin (temple stamps) on our own, but it feels like we're just going to get the stamps. On a bus tour, we can learn a lot of things, which is really appreciated. The tea service at Jiko-in was something we wouldn't have experienced if we went individually, so it was really great.

御朱印集めで自分たちで回る事が多いですがただ御朱印貰うだけに行ってるって感じ
バスツアーだと色んな事を教えてもらえて貰えるので有り難いなーって思います
慈光院でのお茶の振る舞いも個人で行く時にはない事なので凄く良かったです

It was more challenging than I expected, but the weather cleared up halfway through, and it was really nice. When I said my legs were tired, they made time for me to rest by putting my feet in the river. There weren't many breaks, but I was glad we were able to do everything on time!

The tour guide made miso soup for us. I felt a sense of accomplishment, which was great. Even though it was a weekday, there were a lot of people climbing, and I think I want to try it without a guide next time.

I enjoyed a night under a sky full of stars, something you can't experience in the city. While listening to explanations about the stars shining in the tropical night sky, I had some wonderful photos taken. ⭐️

Toshi's English and Japanese exchanges were very smooth and a lot of fun! However, I walked a lot and was exhausted. It was quite hot for May, so it might be better to avoid the summer months.

としさんの英語日本語のやりとりがとてもスムーズでとても楽しかったです❣️でも沢山歩きクタクタでした😣5月の割には暑くて夏場はやめた方がいいかもしれないですね。

I participated with my middle school daughter this time. It was really helpful to visit all the major places we wanted to go. The weather was forecasted to be cloudy, but the sun came out and it got quite hot, so after sightseeing, it was really convenient and comfortable to have a cool bus waiting for us with our seats already prepared. Also, since my daughter doesn't understand much Japanese, having an English guide was truly appreciated. I highly recommend it!

今回は中学生の娘と参加しました。行きたかったメジャーなところをすべて周っていただけて本当に助かりました。天気も曇りの予報でしたが日が照って結構暑くなったので、観光後は自分の席が既に用意されている涼しいバスが待っているのもあり、本当に便利で快適に京都を周ることができました。あと娘は日本語があまりわからないので、英語でのガイドが本当にありがたかったです。おすすめです！

I considered renting a car, but I couldn't decide on the order of the sightseeing spots, so I used the service for departing from and returning to the hotel.

They efficiently accommodated several of my requests. The trivia shared along the way was very interesting, and we talked the whole time.

I requested the service for two days, and since the same person was with us both days, we were able to chat quite comfortably on the second day.

If I have the opportunity to use the service again, I would do so without hesitation. (With a taxi, it's fine to drink Orion beer along the way.)

レンタカーも検討したのですが、観光先と回る順序が定まらなくて、ホテル出発の
ホテル帰りで利用させていただきました。

いくつかのリクエストを踏まえて効率よく回っていただきました。
道中の雑学がとても面白く、ず～っと話していました。

２日間お願いして、両日とも同じ方だったので、２日目はかなり打ち解けてお話ができました。

また利用する機会があれば迷うことなく利用したいともいます。
（タクシーだと途中でオリオンビールを飲んでも大丈夫です。）

My friend and I participated, and there were two groups in total, including a couple. The guide assessed our fitness levels and set a pace that was comfortable for us, and there was absolutely no difficulty in having conversations. The day after the trekking, I felt zero fatigue! I am grateful to have met such a wonderful guide. Thank you! ♫

I booked a tour departing from Kyoto Station.

The meeting point for the tour, the tourist bus stop in front of the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station, is located in an easily accessible area where large tourist buses frequently arrive and depart, with convenient access from the Kyoto AVANTI side. However, depending on the time of day, you should be prepared for a large crowd of various travel company guides and numerous tourists gathering at this bus stop.

We were flustered when we couldn't find our scheduled bus at the meeting time, but thanks to the guide calling out participants' names loudly, we were able to join the tour without any issues.

The guide, named Frederick, was fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and had a great sense of humor with a clear voice. His explanations of the tourist sites were easy to understand and thorough, and it was very helpful to see how Japanese culture could be translated into English. He also sent detailed information about the meeting time and stops via LINE, which greatly assisted us in planning our activities. He was very considerate, checking in on our health and understanding of the explanations multiple times, allowing our group to enjoy Kyoto and Nara thoroughly.

There was ample free time in the Kyoto area, making it easy to take breaks, have meals, shop for souvenirs, and take photos or videos at our own pace. We were able to visit Kiyomizu-dera and Fushimi Inari Taisha while considering our stamina, and even though it was a very hot day for early June, we successfully completed our stroll.

The time spent exploring Nara Park seemed to be greatly influenced by road traffic conditions, but our tour arrived with plenty of time to spare, allowing us to enjoy interacting with the deer and fulfilling our long-held wish to visit Todai-ji Daibutsuden.

As a tour that departs in the morning and ends in the evening, it efficiently covers Kyoto and Nara. The return destination is the Namba area in Osaka, which offers many options for shinkansen, meals, and accommodations, making it a very convenient location.

If I have the opportunity again, I would like to book a tour with this company.

京都駅発でツアーを申し込みました。

ツアー集合場所となる京都駅八条口前観光バス乗り場は、大型の観光バスが頻繁に発着し、京都AVANTI側からのアクセスも容易な、わかりやすい場所に位置しています。
ただし、時間帯によっては様々な旅行会社のガイドさんと、おびただしい量の観光客がこの乗り場に集結しており大混雑に揉まれることを覚悟しなくてはいけません。

我々は集合時刻になっても予定のバスが見つけられず狼狽えていましたが、ガイドさんが大きな声で参加者名を読み上げてくれたため、無事にツアーに参加することができました。

ガイドさんはFrederickさんといい、中国語、英語、日本語、いずれも流暢でユーモアがあり、声の良く通る方でした。
観光地の説明はわかりやすく丁寧で、日本文化をどのように英語に翻訳したらいいのかがとても参考になりましたし、LINEで集合時間や立ち寄り先の丁寧な案内を送っていただけたので、行動予定をたてるのにとても助かりました。
気配りも素晴らしい方で、体調や解説の理解度を何度もさりげなく確認に来ていただけたこともあり、同行者も大いに京都奈良を楽しむことが出来ました。

京都エリアでのフリータイムが大きくとってあるので、食事や休憩、お土産物探し、写真や動画撮影を自分のペースで挟むことが容易です。
清水寺、伏見稲荷大社界隈を体力と相談しながら観光できるので、6月初旬としてはとても暑い日でしたが無事に散策を終えることができました。

奈良公園での散策時間は道路交通状況に大きく左右されるようでしたが、我々のツアーは余裕のある時間に到着し、鹿とのふれあいを楽しんだり、念願だった東大寺大仏殿への拝観が叶いました。

朝出発、夕方終了のツアーとしては、非常に効率よく京都奈良を巡ることができます。
帰着先は大阪なんばエリアなので、新幹線、食事、宿泊、いずれの選択肢も多くとてもありがたい場所になります。

また機会があれば、こちらの会社のツアーに申し込んでみたいです。
