I was more than satisfied beyond my expectations. The guide's wonderful explanations and efficient guidance, along with the driver's thoughtfulness and kindness, made me feel the warmth of the best qualities of Japanese people that I haven't seen recently. The course content was probably the best in Nara. I have become hooked on bus tours. Thank you very much.

We were able to provide excellent hospitality for our important overseas guests. They were delighted with the delicious tempura! It was great that the menu was easy for foreigners to enjoy. Since they mentioned it was their wedding anniversary trip, they celebrated with a thoughtful arrangement on a yakatabune (houseboat)! The scenery was wonderful, and they allowed us to take photos on the deck at various spots, with the night view being lovely as well. They were very happy that it turned out to be a wonderful trip to Japan.

The driver assigned to us was a woman, and she showed thoughtful consideration in many ways. Even on a weekday, Kamakura was crowded, but we were able to navigate efficiently.

Our instructor was very knowledgeable about the history of and how to make plastic food. He stayed with us for the entire time, letting us do all the different steps while lending a helping hand to keep us on track. He spoke very good English and used a translator app to explain more involved steps for detail work. The experience is great for people of all ages, kids around us were having a blast. We have very cute souvenirs and lovely memories to take home with us - 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tokyo and looking to learn something unique!

Right from when we entered the location we were welcomed warmly - the instructor stayed with us for the entire experience, showing us how to execute each step and maintain a detailed realistic look throughout. He spoke very good English and used a translator app to explain more intricate parts of the process. We came away feeling like we had learned a great deal, and with beautiful plastic food souvenirs to take with us. Definitely recommend this experience for anyone visiting the area!

It was my first time visiting Nara in a while. The bus tour was indeed convenient. The guide was entertaining and knowledgeable, which helped me understand the history of each site. It was a bit cold, so I was happy to have warm udon for lunch. At Jiko-in, I enjoyed some rakugan and matcha while listening to the lively stories from the head priest, which was fun. Collecting goshuin is my hobby, and I was very grateful that the guide collected everyone's goshuin for us, so we didn't have to wait in line. I look forward to using this service again on my next visit to Nara.

久しぶりの奈良観光です。バスツアーはやはり、便利ですね。ガイドさんが面白く、知識も豊富で、各所の歴史が理解出来ました。少し寒かったので、お昼に温かいおうどんが出たのは嬉しかったです。慈光院では、落雁とお抹茶を頂きながら、ご住職の軽快なお話も聴くことが出来、楽しかったです。御朱印を集めるのが趣味ですが、ガイドさんが皆さんの御朱印を、まとめて受け取って下さり、並ぶこともなく大変有り難かったです。また次回も、奈良観光の際にはお世話になります。

I suddenly thought it would be nice to ride on a yakatabune, so I searched for a shared boat and made a reservation online! The food, including freshly fried tempura, was delicious, and everyone on board was very attentive, providing excellent service. I was more than satisfied! I would like to visit again during the cherry blossom season for a lunch cruise!

揚げたての天麩羅含め料理も美味しく、船内の方もみなさんハキハキとしててサービスばっちりで、思っていた以上に大満足でした！
桜の頃にお昼の時間帯にまた伺いたいと思います！

The weather was perfect with no wind, and we enjoyed the view of Arashiyama from the yakatabune (houseboat). The boatman kindly explained the surrounding scenery with a touch of humor. Since it was a private charter, we spent a luxurious time eating the lunch we brought with us.

It was bustling with many people on the day of my visit. The food was all delicious, and I ended up drinking too much. The night view was beautiful, and although the wind was strong, I was able to enjoy my time comfortably. Thank you very much.

当日はたくさんの方が利用されており賑わってました。料理も美味しいものばかりで、飲み過ぎてしまいました。夜景も美しく風が強かったのですが快適にすごせました。ありがとうございました。

We truly had the boat to ourselves and enjoyed a leisurely time on the water. My friends were also happy to enjoy the conversations and scenery inside the yakatabune for an hour.

I was assigned to the second row, but since the first row had empty seats, I ended up in the front row. I was moved to see the maiko up close. The maiko was cute and had a wonderful smile. The experience was quite fulfilling with tea ceremony, photo opportunities, a Q&A session, traditional games, and performances. Both photos and videos were allowed. However, I was surprised by the strong tone of the host when addressing foreign guests, even though their English was fluent.

We were taken care of during a three-generation girls' trip. At my daughter's request, we had the experience of wearing life jackets and operating the boat with a single rod! We also had the chance to feed the ducks on the water. We could buy mitarashi dango and amazake at the water-side convenience store.

The conversation with the boatman, who shared trivia about Togetsukyo Bridge, was very enjoyable, and the hour flew by. We were lent thick cushions and blankets, allowing us to relax comfortably. It was a luxurious experience that only a private charter can offer.

I felt really lucky to have booked this plan with Veltra.

親子3世代女子旅でお世話になりました。
娘の希望でライフジャケット着用で一本竿で船を操る体験もさせて頂きました！水上にいる鴨への餌やり体験。水上コンビニでみたらし団子、甘酒を買うこともできました。
　渡月橋雑学を交えた船頭さんとの会話がとても楽しくあっという間の1時間でした。
　厚めの座布団に膝掛けまで貸していただけたのでゆっくりと過ごせました。貸切ならではの贅沢をさせていただきました。
　ベルトラさんのこのプランで予約を取れて本当にラッキーでした。

In the first half, we walked quite a bit. The first visit to Hōryū-ji and Chūgū-ji involves continuous walking, so we were on our feet for about two hours. Those who are not confident in their legs and back might want to reconsider.

Instead of going back to the bus right away, we had lunch, and after filling our stomachs, we enjoyed matcha hospitality at Jikō-in. I wish it had been a little later.

Since we packed in a lot of national treasures and important cultural properties, it was disappointing that there were many places we couldn't visit within the time limit. Overall, it was great to efficiently see the important sites.

前半はかなり歩きました。ひとつ目の法隆寺と中宮寺は連続して歩きでの見学なので、2時間くらい歩きっぱなしです。足腰に自信のない方はやめた方が良いかもしれません。
そのままバスに戻らず、ランチを済ませ、お腹いっぱいのまま、慈光院で抹茶のおもてなしがあります。もう少しあとでしたら良かったと思います。
国宝や重要文化財をかなり詰め込んで見学なので、時間内に回らないところが多々あったのが残念でした。
全体的には重要なところを効率よく見られたので良かったです。

The air conditioning on the ship was effective and comfortable!

Once the ship started moving, it didn't sway as much as when it was stationary.

The meals were added at regular intervals, so we could enjoy them.

There were announcements about famous spots in the city, which made it enjoyable throughout.

We had so much fun taking this class. It's a small, family-run shop about a 5 minute walk from the Kita-Ikebukuro train station. They gave good instructions in english on the voucher, so we had no problem finding it. Our teacher was really helpful and spoke great english- we had some good laughs using the translator app too. We chose the ramen class and loved our creations. Fun, simple, creative thing to do in Tokyo- would recommend to anyone! Very approchable business, we felt totally comfortable.

I participated with my daughter during the three-day weekend. In the morning, we visited Hōryū-ji, and in the afternoon, we went to Jikō-in, Yakushi-ji, and Tōshōdaiji. Hōryū-ji had many highlights. The lunch was also very generous. Jikō-in had a calm and serene atmosphere, and the matcha and wagashi were very delicious. Yakushi-ji and Tōshōdaiji were also wonderful. The weather was perfect, and thanks to the guide's thorough explanations and the driver's safe driving, it became a lovely memory. Considering the admission fees and lunch costs, this tour was a great value, so I definitely want to participate in the tour to Kitora Tomb as well!

　三連休に娘と参加しました。午前中は法隆寺，午後は慈光院，薬師寺，唐招提寺という行程でした。法隆寺は見どころがたくさん。昼食もボリュームたっぷり。慈光院はしっとりと落ちついた雰囲気で，お抹茶と落雁がとても美味しかったです。薬師寺や唐招提寺も素晴らしかったです。天気が最高だったことはもちろん，ガイドさんの丁寧な説明と運転手さんの安全運転で，素敵な思い出になりました。今回のツアーは拝観料や昼食代を考えるとコスパが良かったので，キトラ古墳に行くツアーにも是非参加したいです！

While it's possible to explore on your own, taking a sightseeing bus allows for a more efficient experience. Additionally, with a guide's explanations, you can view the buildings and statues from a different perspective. It was an enjoyable tour, filled with fun insider stories from a bright and knowledgeable guide. However, the pace was quite rushed. I would recommend departing at least two hours earlier, or at least one hour earlier, to have more time to appreciate each location.

個人でも回ることは可能ですが、観光バスでは効率よく回ることができます。
また、ガイドさんの説明付きなので建物や仏像をこれまでとは違った観点で見られます。明るく知識豊富なガイドさんから裏話的なことも聞けて楽しい観光でした。
ただ、かなり駆け足状態です。出発をできれば2時間、少なくとも１時間早めて各地をもっとじっくり拝観できればと思います。

We were able to participate very enjoyably with each of our unique personalities. We received kind and detailed adjustments until the end, and we were finally able to take home a present in a visible state. I hope to participate again next time with my daughter. Thank you very much!

I was able to interact with a real maiko in Kyoto. It was truly a fulfilling experience and has become a lifelong memory.

I underestimated it. I thought I was good at drawing and had skilled hands, but I realized my clumsiness as I couldn't work as I wanted. The instructor provided precise and gentle guidance, and everyone communicated in fluent English while working seriously and harmoniously together, which was enjoyable. It was challenging, but I want to try again.

舐めてかかっていました。絵は得意だし手先も器用な方だと思っていたのに　思うように作業が出来ず　自分の不器用さを思い知らされました。先生は的確に優しく指導してくれるし　流暢な英語で外国の方達とコミニケ取りながら　皆さん　和やかに真剣に　取り組んで　楽しかったです。
難しかったけど　また挑戦したいと思う。

We took a ride on a yakatabune for my daughter's job celebration and my birthday. The food was very delicious. The freshly fried tempura was the best. The staff were truly wonderful. We had a memorable time.

娘の就職祝いと私の誕生日のお祝いを兼ね、初めて屋形船に乗りました。
お料理がとても美味しかったです。揚げたての天ぷらは最高です。スタッフの方々が本当に素晴らしい。思い出に残るひとときを過ごさせていただきました。

The location was easy to find and someone was right outside to assist you up to the workshop. The instructor was able to help me and my friend (English speakers) and also others speaking Japanese. His attitude was very positive and encouraging. The workshop may take less time than stated if you have a quick or simple design. Be sure to check out the shop below afterward - there are some really stunning pieces. I would definitely try this again!

I was liberated from my usual stress through waterfall meditation, tent sauna, and forest bathing. It was amazing. I want to come back. I wish I could have spent a little more time on the waterfall meditation.

滝行とテントサウナ、森林浴で普段のストレスから解放されました。
最高でした。また来たいです。
もう少し長い時間滝行したかったです。

The waterfall meditation and the tent sauna afterward were amazing. In a wonderful environment, I found balance through the waterfall meditation, then sweated it out in the sauna, enjoyed a natural cold plunge, and refreshed both my body and mind in a relaxing chair.

滝行とその後のテントサウナは最高でした。
素晴らしい環境の中、滝行で整い、その後のサウナで汗を流し、天然の水風呂、そしてリラックス出来るチェアーで身も心もリフレッシュしました。

I was able to efficiently visit tourist attractions a little away from Nara Station. It was very good. Lunch was also included, which was a great deal.

奈良駅から少し離れる観光名所を効率よく回れました。とても良かったです。お昼ごはんもついていてお得でした。

On the fourth day since her debut as a maiko, Kanrin came to visit. We enjoyed watching the dance and took individual commemorative photos. Although I quickly lost at the games in the Hanamachi, it was a lot of fun. I would like to use this service again.

舞妓さんデビューして、４日目の叶鈴さんが来てくれました。踊りを鑑賞したり、個人記念撮影など、花町遊びもすぐ負けましたが、楽しかったです。又、利用したいです。

I chose this because I wanted to hear an explanation, and it wasn't too troublesome. It was great to visit many places, even some temples I didn't know about. What was disappointing was lunch; I was looking forward to the kamameshi restaurant, but it was different.

説明が聞きたくて、また面倒じゃないので選びました。たくさんまわれ、知らないお寺まで行け良かったです。がっかりしたのは、昼食、釜めし屋さんなので、楽しみにいていたら、違う。

I finally got to ride on the traditional houseboat that I had dreamed of. It could accommodate 65 people, and the interior was spacious and very beautiful. It was a shared tour, and half of the guests were foreigners, some of whom mentioned they were on their honeymoon. I was worried about the restrooms since it was an all-you-can-drink event, but there were multiple flush toilets, so I had no concerns at all. I didn't feel the boat swaying at all.

More than anything, the captain's hosting was very elegant, and he spoke fluent English, which made it enjoyable for us. The surprise birthday celebration for my friend was perfect. The food, especially the freshly fried tempura, was incredibly delicious. The night view of the Tokyo Tower and Skytree from Odaiba was amazing.

It was a continuous series of emotional moments on the houseboat. I definitely want to participate again. Thank you very much.

夢に見ていたお座敷の屋形船。
やっと乗ることができました。65人も乗れて中は広くとてもきれいでした。
相乗ツアーでしたが、半分の方が外国人のお客様でハネムーンだと言う方もいらっしゃいました。飲み放題と言うことでトイレが心配でしたが、水洗トイレが何個も付いていて全く心配ありませんでした。
船の揺れも全く気になりませんでした。
それより何より船頭さんの司会進行がとっても優雅で英語も流暢で私たちを楽しませてくれました。友達のバースデーサプライズも完璧でした。
お料理も揚げたての天ぷらが出て最高においしかったです。
お台場から見るスカイツリー東京タワーの夜景は最高でした。
感動の連続の屋形船でした。
