I often visit Kanazawa (this is my third time this year), but I haven't been able to participate in a day trip bus tour until now. I've always wanted to go to Shirakawa-go someday.

On the day of the tour, we had perfect weather with not a cloud in the sky, and I spent a fulfilling day listening to the enjoyable and pleasant stories from our bus guide, Mr. Kuroda.

In Shirakawa-go, he recommended some great photo spots, and although it took about 20 minutes on foot from where we got off the bus, I was able to take beautiful photos that looked like they were from a calendar, which made me very satisfied.

There was plenty of free time in both Shirakawa-go and Takayama, allowing us to enjoy at our own pace. I highly recommend this day trip bus tour for those who haven't been or for those returning after a long time.

Next, I would like to join a tour to Gokayama in a different season. Thank you very much.

金沢はよく来るのですが（今年は３回目）、なかなか日帰りバスツアーに参加できず、いつかは白川郷に行きたいとずっと思っていました。
当日はまさに雲ひとつない晴天の中、バスガイドの黒田さんの楽しくて心地良いお話を聞きながら、充実した一日を過ごせました。
白川郷ではおすすめの写真スポットを教えて頂き、バスを降りた所からは徒歩２０分位かかりましたが、カレンダーのような素敵な写真を撮ることができ大満足でした。
白川郷でも高山でもしっかり自由時間があり、自分たちのペースで楽しめます。
行ったことのない方や久しぶりの方にもおすすめの日帰りバスツアーです。
次は五箇山に行くツアーに違う季節に参加したいです。

The tour guide was very good. They explained everything well in both English and Japanese. Since we live overseas and the children speak English, they were able to understand everything well, making it a very good tour.

添乗員さんがとても良かったです。英語と日本語で良く説明してくださいました。海外在住で子供達は英語なので、子供達も良く理解出来て、とても良いツアーでした。

On December 4th, I participated in the tour led by Taka-san and had a great atmosphere from the moment I checked in. The meeting time and other explanations were easy to understand. Thank you.

It seems we had good timing, as we had sufficient time at all four locations.

We walked quite a bit from the parking lot to each destination. At Arashiyama, it was a brisk 30-minute round trip to the bamboo grove. It’s up to you whether to go to the bamboo grove or not. For those who wanted to go, Taka-san guided everyone, saying it was "far."

The bus from Osaka will take you back to Osaka properly. The drop-off location in Osaka is different from the morning boarding location, so if you're not familiar, it's essential to have a map! Our bus returned almost on time. In total, we walked about 9 kilometers from Osaka Station to our return.

Since there is also a distance from the parking lot to the destination, comfortable walking shoes are a must. Next time I guide friends, I think it would be better to enjoy the area around Togetsukyo Bridge without going to the bamboo grove, as the distance was tough for the elderly.

In the crowded Kyoto, I felt it would be absolutely difficult for us, with nine participants, to visit all four locations in this time on our own.

For my first time in Kyoto, this tour was perfect for friends from overseas who wanted to see all four must-see spots! I would like to use this service again.

集合時間やその他、説明もわかりやすかったです。ありがとう。

私達は、タイミングが良かったようで
4箇所とも充分な滞在時間がありました。

それぞれ駐車場から目的地まで割と歩きます。
最後の嵐山では、竹林まで早歩きで往復30分です。
竹林まで行く行かないは自由です。
希望者はタカさんが「遠いから」と皆を案内して下さいました。

大阪発のバスは、ちゃんと大阪まで送ってくれますよ。
大阪降車の場所が、朝の乗車場所とは違うので
不慣れなら地図を把握！です。私達のバスはほぼ時間通りに帰着しました。
朝の大阪駅から帰着まで合計で約９キロ歩いていました。

駐車場を降りて、目的地まではまた距離もあるので、歩き易い靴が必須ですね。次回友人を案内する時は、高齢者には竹林迄の距離が辛かったので、行かずに渡月橋辺りでゆっくり楽しみます。

大混雑の京都、私達は9人参加で4箇所をこの時間で自分達で
訪るのは絶対に難しい、と感じました。

初京都の絶対4箇所見たい！海外からの友人達に適したツアーでした。

The lunch at Kiyomizu-dera was mainly yudofu, but it was cold, which was disappointing. Although there was a tour guide, there was no explanation provided. However, it was nice that there were Japanese explanations in between the English guidance for foreigners, and the personality of the tour guide was wonderful.

清水寺のランチは、湯豆腐メインでしたが冷えててガッカリしました。添乗員はつくけれど案内なしということでしたが、外国人向けの英語案内の合間に日本語説明があってよかったし、添乗員さんの人柄も素敵でした。

Thanks to the guide's appropriate response, we returned to Kyoto Station from Arashiyama by JR. Considering traffic congestion, I think it's necessary to allow about three hours of extra time, but we managed to make it just in time.

ガイドさんの適切な対応で嵐山からJRで京都駅に戻った、やはり交通渋滞等を考え３時間程余裕が必要だと思う、なんとか間に合う事が出来た。

The female guide's explanations were concise and provided great tips for our next trip. Her English was easy to understand and very educational.

We traveled with children, but her warm and thoughtful care and attention allowed us to fully enjoy a fulfilling day. Thank you so much for that.

I visited Shirakawa-go, which I had wanted to see for a long time. It was rainy in Kanazawa, but the weather was nice at the site. The mountains were covered in snow, and combined with the autumn leaves, it was absolutely stunning.

一度行ってみたいと思っていた白川郷に行って来ました。金沢は雨模様でしたが、現地は良い天気｡
山は雪化粧で紅葉と相まって最高でした。

I was able to visit four main tourist attractions in one day, including lunch. After searching various options, I thought this was the best and made a reservation.

About 30% of the participants were Japanese, but our guide Maria provided a thorough tour of Kyoto in both English and Japanese. Visiting the main attractions in one day with lunch at this price is very affordable. Thanks to Maria's kind and heartfelt service, I created wonderful memories of Kyoto. She was such a lovely guide that I took a commemorative photo with her at Fushimi Inari.

1日でメインの観光名所が4ヵ所もまわれてランチ付き、いろいろ検索しましたがこちらがベストだと思い予約しました。

日本人は3割ほどでしたが、ガイドのマリアさんが英語と日本語で丁寧に京都案内をしてくれます。
メインの観光名所を1日でまわれてランチ付き、このお値段はとてもお安いです。
ガイドのマリアさんの親切で心のこもった対応で、素晴らしい京都の思い出ができました。
とても素敵なガイドさんだったので、伏見稲荷で記念に一緒に写真を撮ってもらいました。

I visited on November 11, 2023, and although it was a bit early for the autumn leaves, the stunning scenery, thrill, laughter, and fresh air were incredible. The activities, which have been ongoing since the Heian period (130 years ago), attract 600,000 visitors from 120 countries annually and span 16 km over two hours. If you ever have the chance to visit Kyoto, be sure to include this in your plans. I recommend taking the Arashiyama Torokko train there and returning via the Hozu River boat ride; you will definitely be highly satisfied and find it perfect.

2023/11/11に行きましたが、紅葉には少し早く見れなかったが、素晴らしい景色にスリルと笑いと新鮮な空気が味わえる平安時代（観光は130年前）から続く世界120カ国年間60万人が訪れる16km2時間のアクティビティは素晴らしい。京都来られる事があるなら、是非予定に入れてください。行きは嵐山初のトロッコ列車で帰路は保津川下りで嵐山観光すれば絶対に満足度高いし完璧と思います。

We participated as a couple in our 60s. We joined a day trip to Shirakawa-go as an extension of our Kanazawa trip. Since we had to move to Tokyo after the tour, I emailed to inquire if it was possible to store our suitcases, and I received a quick reply confirming it, which was reassuring. It was great that we could use Wi-Fi on the bus, and there were about five or six foreign travelers, so the tour guide's fluent English explanations were refreshing. The lunch was even more delicious than I expected, and the foreign guests were going for seconds. Although it was unfortunately rainy, we still made some good memories. I had prepared one umbrella, but it seemed there were some guests who hadn't brought one. Was there an umbrella rental available?

ツアー参加後に東京への移動があったのでスーツケースの預かりは可能かメールで問い合わせをしたら直ぐにOKの返信をもらえて安心しました
バスの中ではWi-Fiが使えて良かったし　海外の方も5、6人程おられてツアーガイドの方の流暢な英語での説明が新鮮でした
お昼ご飯も思ってた以上に美味しく頂き外国の方はご飯のお代わりをされてました　あいにくの雨でしたがそれなりに思い出ができました
傘は一本用意してましたが　用意してないお客さんもいたようです　傘の貸し出しはあったのでしょうか？

It was a fun trip after a long time. The autumn leaves were beautiful, and although I was a bit disappointed about the rain before going, I ended up enjoying the mystical scenery created by the mist and the foliage. The guide was very skilled, and the souvenirs and food he recommended were well-received. I considered renting a car, but taking the sightseeing bus was the right choice.

久々の楽しい旅行になりました。
紅葉も綺麗でしたし、雨模様で行くまでは少し残念だと思っていたのですが、逆に霧と紅葉とで幻想的な景色を楽しめました。
ガイドさんのお話もとてもお上手でおすすめされたお土産、食べ物も好評でした。
レンタカーも考えたのですが、観光バスで正解でした。

This was my daughter's and my first trip to Kyoto. There are many places to visit, but I didn't know how to see them efficiently, so I relied on your help. I participated in the tour on November 30th. The bus guide was able to communicate clearly in both English and Japanese without favoring one over the other, making it easy for both foreigners and Japanese people to understand. Despite the large number of tourists, we were able to enjoy the entire experience comfortably. We were on a course that did not require an admission fee, but thanks to the guide asking if we would like to pay together at Kinkaku-ji in advance, we were able to enter smoothly. There was also plenty of time to buy souvenirs at each stop, and this course allowed us to visit so many famous sites in just one day, which was fantastic. I would like to use this service again next year. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

11月30日にツアーに参加させて頂きました。
バスガイドさんも英語、日本語をどちらかに片寄る事もなく、わかりやすく外国人にも日本人にもガイドが伝わっていました。観光客が多かったにもかかわらず、全て気持ち良く回れました。私達は拝観料を頼んでないコースでしたが、金閣寺では前もってガイドさんが一緒に払いますがどうですか？と聞いてくれたおかげですんなりと入場できました。
お土産を買う時間もその都度、充分ありましたし、1日でこんなに名所を回れるコースは最高でした。

The stories from the boatmen were interesting and enjoyable! The teamwork among the three boatmen was outstanding! I definitely want to go again during the spring when the new greenery and cherry blossoms are in bloom!!!

I had hoped for a course with meals included, but since there were no openings, I chose this course instead. The meeting time was 9:05, but I arrived around 8:40. However, there was no sign of my course on the electronic board, and although I had confirmed the location and the LIMON happi the day before, there were no staff wearing the happi on the day itself. Feeling anxious, I asked a nearby staff member, who checked the list and directed me to the other side. There, I found a woman in a LIMON happi (Ms. EIKO), and I was relieved to complete the check-in process. However, I couldn't recognize the man I initially spoke to, who was also from LIMON and was wearing a backpack. It would be better if they made it more visible.

During the check-in and on the bus, Ms. EIKO provided thorough explanations in both Japanese and English, which I found impressive. She kindly pointed out shops selling souvenirs and answered my questions patiently; she was very kind. I had reserved a torokko train, so I disembarked midway in Arashiyama, but everything went smoothly, and even though I was traveling alone, it turned out to be an enjoyable trip. The driver also provided careful driving and a friendly response. Thank you for your assistance.

食事付きのコース希望でしたが空きがなかったのでこのコースにしました。
９時５分集合でしたが私は８時４０分頃に着きました。
でも電光掲示板に私の参加するコースがなく、前日に場所とLIMONのハッピを確認していましたが、当日ハッピを着た人がおらず不安になって近くのスタッフに声をかけると名簿を確認し向こう側に行くよう指示されました。
向こう側にはLIMONのハッピの女性（ＥＩＫＯさん）がいて無事に手続きできて一安心。
しかし、最初に聞いた男性もLIMONの方で背中にリュックを背負っていたので分からなかったのです。
見えるようにしてくれるのが望ましいですね。
手続きからバスの中で、ＥＩＫＯさんは日本語と英語で丁寧に説明してくれて、すごいなぁと感心しました。
お土産を売っている店を教えて頂いたり、質問にも丁寧に応えてくださり、とても優しい方でした。
私はトロッコ列車を予約していたので嵐山で途中離脱しましたが、全てスムーズで一人旅でしたが楽しい旅行になりました。
運転手さんも丁寧な運転と優しい対応でした。
お世話になりました。

I participated in a tour from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. On the day of the tour, it rained quite a bit, with heavy downpours and occasional breaks, so the weather was unfortunate, but I still had a great time.

Since half of the participants were tourists from abroad, the guide skillfully spoke in both Japanese and English, incorporating humor into the conversation. The advice given at each sightseeing spot was spot on and very helpful. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the sightseeing without being too bothered by the bad weather. Thank you very much!

金沢から白川郷と五箇山を回るツアーに参加しました。
当日はけっこうな雨で、激しく降ったり、ちょっとだけやんだりの生憎の天気でしたが、楽しんできました。
参加者の半数が外国からの観光客ということで、ガイドさんが日本語と英語を交互に話しながら、ユーモアも交えて上手にお話してくださいました。
各観光地でのアドバイスも的確で、とても参考になりました。お陰で、悪天候をあまり苦にせず観光できたと思います。ありがとうございました。

The procedures were simple and on time, departing at 9 AM in the mist. After about 30 minutes, the fog cleared, and it was quite a charming moment. The autumn leaves weren't very beautiful, likely due to the nationwide lack of rain, but I enjoyed myself thanks to the boatman's thoughtfulness and playful banter.

I stayed at Route Inn near Kameoka Station, which is about a 5-minute walk to the boat dock. However, since parking was free, I moved my car from the hotel parking lot, which took just 2 minutes. If you park at the hotel, there’s an additional fee of 500 yen if you stay past 12 or 1 PM. For the return trip, since the tram station is far from the boat dock, I might take a taxi. If I return by JR, it’s only a 10-minute walk even at a leisurely pace. By the way, after exploring Arashiyama and Sagano, my wife took the tram while I took JR.

I hope to ride again during cherry blossom season someday.

Be careful as you can't go to the restroom for two hours, especially if you drink a lot. Although you arrive right in front of Arashiyama, there may be a wait during peak times.

亀岡の駅近くのルートインに泊り　5分くらいで歩いて船着き場に行けますが、駐車場が無料だったので、ホテルの駐車場から車で2分で移動。ホテルでの駐車は　１２時だったか１時を過ぎると、追加料金５００円を取られます。
帰りはトロッコ電車で帰ると,船着き場へは遠いのでタクシーかな？
ＪＲで帰れば、ゆっくり歩いても１０分
因みに私は嵐山・嵯峨野を散策した後、家内がトロッコ私はＪＲでした。

いつか桜の時期のまた乗りたいものです。

The activities include a tour guide (who can speak English), so I thought the guide's announcements would be in Japanese.

When I got on the bus, the guide announced, "Since there are many Japanese people today, I would like to speak important parts in Japanese."

The announcements were 80% in English and 20% in Japanese. When I asked the driver, he replied that this tour company specializes in foreign tourists, so the guide always provides announcements in English.

I would like clear information when selling products.

I was worried because I heard there might be a time overrun, but somehow I was able to return to Kyoto Station just after 6:00 PM. I couldn't have managed such an efficient tour on my own. The autumn leaves were stunning everywhere. Although the lunch break was short, it wasn't necessary to rush through the meal. The guide skillfully combined Japanese and English in their explanations. Thank you for your hard work.

口コミに時間オーバーするとあったので心配していましたが、なんとか18:00過ぎには京都駅に戻れました。自分の力ではとてもこんなに効率よく回れません。何処も紅葉が素晴らしかったです。昼食時間は短かったものの、そんなに急いで食べなくても大丈夫でした。ガイド方も日本語英語をうまく組み合わせて説明されておられました。お疲れ様でした。

It was my first time participating, and the seats were fully booked. The departure meeting point was a bit hard to find; it would be clearer if the personnel confirmation area and the boarding area were combined into one location. The viewing spots were crowded due to the autumn foliage season, and I was fed up with overtourism. The bus guide was easy to understand in their explanations. I ordered a meal, but it was unappetizing, so I left it uneaten. If I have the opportunity next time, I will use this service again.

I participated for the first time last year, and it was so great that I joined again this year. The weather on the day was also wonderful, and the autumn leaves viewed from the river were very beautiful. I was able to see various wild birds, and the boatman's stories were as interesting as ever. I want to participate again next year.

去年初めて参加して、とても良かったので今年も参加しました。当日は天気にも恵まれ、川から眺める紅葉はとてもキレイでした。色々な野鳥も見ることが出来たし、船頭さんの話も相変わらず面白かったし、来年もまた参加したいです。

There were many foreign visitors, but the boatmen really livened up the atmosphere, and the two-hour river ride was a lot of fun! (*^^*)

Anyway, the boatmen's talks were entertaining! They casually shared various stories with us!

Also, the boatmen work hard every day to improve their skills and ensure safety, so I felt secure during the ride! They truly have both skill and great communication abilities, and I'm really glad I went on this ride! (╹◡╹)

The required time and speed vary depending on the water level that day, and the scenery changes with the seasons, so I thought it would be nice to visit again in a different season!

I visited Kanazawa for the first time to meet a friend. Since I was already here, I found this tour and decided to join to visit another place!

On the day of participation, there were two buses. About 80% of the people on my bus were foreigners, and there were a few solo travelers. During the journey, the guide explained about Shirakawa-go and our current location in both Japanese and English, which was easy to understand (there wasn't a lot of excitement, but the atmosphere was good).

It takes about two hours to get from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go. On the way, we stopped at a roadside station, where we could use the restroom and buy souvenirs. You can leave your souvenirs on the bus afterward.

Once we arrived, it was immediately time for lunch (laughs). I knew this would happen, so I had a light breakfast, and having lunch just after 11 was no problem. The meal included sweet fish, pickled nozawana, soba, and Hida beef, with free refills of rice! The flavors were quite strong, so people of all ages were going back for seconds. It was delicious!

After everyone finished eating, we started sightseeing at our own pace, which was just the right amount of time until around 2 PM! You can take a bus (departing at 00, 20, and 40 minutes past the hour) for 200 yen to the observation deck from the bus stop next to the restaurant. However, during peak tourist seasons, it's better to walk up from the road near Wada House for better views!!!

The guide also recommended shops and photo spots, so I think it's a good idea to mark them on the map you receive. The café I had researched in advance (all-you-can-eat zenzai) had a nice atmosphere and is highly recommended.

It was my first time in Shirakawa-go, and the weather cleared up, making the autumn leaves and snow-capped mountains very beautiful. It's a place that's hard to visit on your own, so I definitely recommend joining a tour.

友人に会いに初金沢へ。
せっかくここまで来たのだから、もう一箇所どこか行きたいと思った所にこのツアーを見つけ参加しました！

参加日はパス2台。私が参加したバスの8割は外国の方で1人参加はチラホラいましたね。
道中はガイドさんが日本語と英語で白川郷のこと、今どこにいるか等わかりやすく話してくれました(大きな盛り上がりはなかったですが雰囲気は良かったと思います)

金沢から白川郷までは2時間程。行きは道の駅に寄ってくれるので、そこでお手洗いとお土産を買っても良いかと。お土産はその後バスに置いて置けるので。

現地に着くとすぐお昼ごはん(笑)そのことを知ってたので朝は少なめにしていたので、11時過ぎの昼食でも問題ありませんでした。内容は魚の甘露煮・野沢菜漬け・お蕎麦・飛騨牛等でご飯はおかわり無料！味が濃いめなので日本人は、老若男女関係なくおかわりしていましたー。
美味しかった！

食べ終わった人から随時観光開始ー、14時ごろまででちょうどいい時間！展望台まではご飯処の横にあるバス停(00,20,40発)から200円でいけます。
が、時期的に観光客が多い時は和田家近くの道から歩いて登った方が景色も見えて良いです！！！

ガイドさんおすすめのお店や写真スポットも教えてくれるので、もらった地図にはきちんと印つけたほうが良いと思います。あらかじめ調べていたカフェ(ぜんざい食べ放題)は雰囲気も良くおススメです。

初めての白川郷でしたが、天気も持ち直し紅葉と雪山でとても綺麗でした。個人ではなかなか行きづらい場所なので、是非ツアー参加をお勧めします。

On the bus, we were joined by tourists from overseas, including Poland, Singapore, and LA. The tour guide, Mr. Kuroda, provided explanations in Japanese and then explained in fluent English to the inbound guests. He was very calm and considerate, responding politely to questions and small requests.

We were blessed with good weather, had plenty of time to enjoy, and it was a fulfilling day trip where we could appreciate the wonderful scenery and culture of Shirakawa-go and Takayama.

バスの中はポーランド、シンガポール、LAなど海外からの観光客の皆さんとご一緒で、添乗員の黒田さんが日本語での説明の後、流ちょうな英語でインバウンドの方々に説明されていました。とても穏やかで気配りのある添乗員さんで、質問やちょっとした要望にも丁寧に応えてくださいました。
天候に恵まれ、滞在時間もたっぷりあり、白川郷と高山の素晴らしい景観や文化を楽しめた充実の日帰り旅でした。

On November 19, 2015, I participated in the same day trip bus tour and had a very good and wonderful experience. In 2023, I had the opportunity to visit Kanazawa City again and joined this day trip bus tour. The guide (I forgot their name) was from Kanazawa and shared various interesting points, which I found very engaging. Additionally, the bilingual (Japanese and English) interpretation was excellent. (I have lived in San Francisco for many years.)

In the Ogimachi Gassho-zukuri Village, there are 60 (or 61?) Gassho-zukuri houses, and in 2 hours and 15 minutes, we couldn't see them all. The guide provided points on which areas to visit. Also, the lunch featuring mountain delicacies, which was not included in 2015, was delicious.

In Takayama's old town, the streets were very interesting, and I peeked into each shop. However, we only had about an hour and a half, and although we made it partway to the Kusakabe Folk Museum, Yoshijima House, and Miyaji House, we ran out of time and couldn't see them.

Thanks to the guide, I had a fun and wonderful experience.

2015年11月19日に、同じ日帰りバスツアーに参加して、とても良くて素晴らしい経験を致しました。
2023年、金沢市に、再度訪問する事になり、この日帰りバスツアーに参加しました。
ガイドの方（お名前を忘れました）が、金沢出身で、色々とポイントになる、お話をしていただき、興味深くお聞きしました。又、Bilingal（日本語、英語）で、英語通訳が、上手でした。（私は、サンフランシスコに長年住んでいます。）
荻町合掌造り集落：60（61？）合掌造り集落があり、2時間15分では、全部周りきれず、何処を周ったら良いか、のポイントをお話していただきました。
又、2015年には、含まれてなかった、山の幸の昼食が、美味しかったです。

古い町並みの高山：古い町並みの通りは、とても、面白く、店ごとに覗きました。ただ、1時間半位の時間しかなく、日下部民藝館、吉島家住宅、宮地家住宅へは、途中まで行きましたが、時間が少なくなり、見れませんでした。

ガイドさんのおかげで、楽しい、素晴らしい経験をしました。

Most of the people on the bus were foreigners, which made it feel like I was traveling abroad, and it was enjoyable. It was a very luxurious tour, taking us to five places that would be impossible to visit individually in just one day. The tour guide provided a thorough explanation in both English and Japanese, which was also fun. I would like to participate in another tour as well.

バスの中はほとんど外国人の方でしたが逆に海外旅行に来ているようで楽しかったです。
1日で個人では到底回りきれないと思われる5箇所を連れて行っていただきとても贅沢なツアーでした。
添乗員の方が英語と日本語で丁寧にガイドされているのも楽しかったです。
また別のツアーにも参加してみたいです。

I had made a reservation for the tour based on the departure time, but when I arrived, it was based on the order of arrival. I had a reservation for a 12:00 departure, but I went at 11:35 and ended up departing at 12:30. I was very worried because I had a schedule to follow afterward.

ツアーは出発時間で予約していたのに、行ってみると到着順だった。
12時出発の予約が、11時35分に行って、12時30分に出発した。後のスケジュールがあったので、とても心配でした。

The captain's storytelling was very skillful, and all the passengers had a great time. The air and scenery were wonderful, making the two hours fly by.

船頭のお話がとても上手で、乗客みんなが楽しく過ごせました。空気も景色もよくて、あっという間の２時間でした。
