I was a bit anxious because there were many foreigners and it seemed like we might have to share tables, but the seat next to me was empty, so I had plenty of space. The guide provided explanations in Chinese, Japanese, and English, and then gave detailed explanations to each table, which was very considerate. Perhaps there were fewer Japanese participants? I appreciated how they took the time to teach us various things. It was also nice that the driver was a woman and drove safely.

外国の方も多いのと相席になる事がある様で、少し不安でしたが、隣の席は取られてなく広く使えました。
ガイドさんの説明も中国語、日本語、英語での説明と、その後に各席に説明して丁寧でした。
日本人の参加が少なかったのか？気を遣って色々教えていただき感謝。
運転手も女性で安全運転で良かったです。

I had a great time interacting in English with foreign friends who love Japan. It was wonderful to engage in cultural exchange with people from Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. I was glad to explain the matcha experience. Although Mount Fuji was obscured by clouds, I was happy to take photos by Lake Yamanaka. Overall, I was about 70% satisfied. The meeting point in the morning was confusing due to various tour buses arriving one after another, so I think it would have been better to have clearer and more noticeable signs.

親日の外国の方々と英語で交流でき、楽しかった。
台湾、マレーシア、シンガポール、オーストラリアの方々と異文化交流ができ良かった。
お抹茶体験を説明できてよかった。富士山は雲がかかって見えなかったが、山中湖畔で、写真が撮れたのでよかった。
全体的には、70パーセントの満足。
朝の集合場所が、色々なツアーバスが次々と来て、迷ったので、もう少し分かりやすい目につきやすい看板などあると良かったと思う。

I participated in a tour last July and was deeply impressed. I heard that Shirakawa-go is even more charming in winter, so I decided to join this time. I was moved by the contrast of the white snow and the black gassho-zukuri architecture from the observation deck. The surrounding mountains and village were covered in snow, creating an incredibly fantastical and beautiful landscape. Next time, I would like to visit Shirakawa-go again during the recommended light-up and autumn foliage season.

昨年7月にツアーに参加しまして感激。冬の白川郷は更に魅力的とお話しを聞きまして、今回参加致しました。
展望台からの雪の白と合掌造りの黒のコンストストに感動しました。周囲の山々と集落に雪が積もり、最高に幻想的な美しい風景でした。
今度は、ガイドさんにお勧めされたライトアップ、紅葉の季節にまた白川郷に行ってみたいです。

I was really helped by being able to explore the city of Kyoto on my own from Osaka Station. I had a wonderful trip. The guide was also kind and taught me a lot of things, thank you. It was very helpful.

I was surprised by how much snow there was, and it was truly moving. I took a friend from the Philippines, and they were excited as it was their first experience with snow.

思ったより雪が多く、感動しました。フィリピンからの友達を連れて行きましたが、初めての雪体験で興奮状態でした。

Since she is Filipino, we participated with 10 people including relatives and friends. Most of the tour guests were from Southeast Asia and had a warm atmosphere. The guide was young and made a great impression with their earnest efforts. The only complaint, if I had to mention one, was that the price was a bit high. I would like to use the tour again next time.

彼女がフィリピン人なので、親戚友人含め10人で参加しました。ツアー客は、ほぼ東南アジアの方でほんわかしてました。ガイドさんは若く一生懸命対応してたのが好印象です。金額が少し高かったのが強いて言えば不満点。次回もツアーを利用したいと思います。

The guide provided explanations in both Japanese and English alternately, and was quick and friendly, which made the tour enjoyable! They also adapted the sightseeing schedule flexibly due to traffic conditions.

I had a somewhat suspicious feeling and no expectations. However, to my surprise, I received a proper greeting at the meeting point, and I felt relieved to board the bus. The tour guide and the driver were Japanese, and the interpreter was from Portugal. Over 60% of the participants were foreigners, and the interpreter provided guidance in English, so everything went smoothly without any delays. When we arrived in Shirakawa-go, the snow started to fall heavily, and it was truly the snowy Shirakawa-go. I could never have driven in such snow by myself, and I'm really glad I signed up for this tour!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the tour guide from White Ring for the enjoyable guidance, the driver for their safe driving, and the interpreter for translating the tour guide's instructions into English. I highly recommend this tour for beginners!

先ずは一安心)。添乗員さんと運転手さんは日本人で通訳さんはポルトガルの方でした。参加者も60%以上外国の方で通訳さんが英語で案内をしてくれるので乗り遅れもなくスムーズでした。白川郷に着いてから雪が本降り、まさに雪の白川郷、五箇山を巡ることかできました。自分ではこんな雪の中のドライブ絶対無理、本当に申し込んでよかったと思います！
この場を借りてホワイトリングの楽しくガイドをしてくれた添乗員さん、安全運転してくれたドライバーさん、添乗員さんの案内を英語訳してくれた通訳さんありがとうございました。

Last time we visited, there were only domestic travelers, but this time, apart from us, there were mostly international visitors. It might have been influenced by the fact that it was right after the earthquake. However, it was enjoyable to experience a foreign atmosphere. The guide was a bit inexperienced, which made it feel like a small event. 😊

前回利用した際は国内の方ばかりで、今回の旅行は私たち以外海外の方ばかり。
確かに震災直後だったので、影響があったのかも知れませんが。
でも、異国空間があり楽しかった。

I have visited Kyoto multiple times. The combination of sightseeing and meals at four locations was better than expected. No complaints.

Guide Mr. Oshima did a great job. Double circle ◎◎◎.

The only concern I had was Mr. Oshima's English pronunciation and grammar. I apologize for this comment, but Mr. Oshima:
1. Lacks the third-person singular 's'
2. Uses the present tense instead of the past tense
3. Makes many mistakes with plural forms

However, despite some grammatical errors, Mr. Oshima communicated effectively in English. I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person.

何度も京都観光をしてます。四カ所観光✙食事、値段以上に良かったです。

Lunch spots were crowded everywhere, and individuals had to wait in line, but it was really great that our tour included meals. The highlights that could have been confusing were explained by our guide, which was fantastic. The Shirakawa-go bus terminal on Saturday was packed with tourists, and it seemed like buying bus tickets would be quite a challenge. I felt that coming on a tour was definitely the right choice!

昼食はどこも混雑していて、個人で来られた方は行列ができてましたが、ツアーに食事がついているのでほんと良かったです。
迷ってしまいそうな見どころも、ガイドさんから教えていただき最高でした。
土曜日の白川郷のバスターミナルは観光客でいっぱいで、バスチケット買うのも大変そうに思えました。
ツアーで来たのは正解だったな！っと思いました。

The boarding area is hard to find, and not having a company phone number to make inquiries is a big problem.

It's not acceptable to not receive a confirmation call even when the time has come.

The tour guide was very good at speaking and didn't waste any time with unnecessary talk. There was a foreign language interpreter. The driver was friendly, which made me feel safe getting on the bus.

The plan was to visit the main tourist attractions in Kyoto by bus. Unfortunately, there was traffic in the city, and popular spots like Fushimi Inari Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple were crowded with tourists, which caused delays in the bus arrivals and reduced our free time. However, I was very satisfied that we were able to visit Arashiyama while it was still light out.

The tour guide was very kind, and their detailed explanations for foreign visitors showed their dedication. This trip was a wonderful experience for me and my son. I think the tour planning was excellent. It would be difficult to visit all the scattered attractions in one day on your own.

京都の主要観光地をバスで廻れるというプランでした。残念ながら京都市内も車で渋滞、伏見稲荷神社や清水寺など人気観光地も観光客でいっぱいだったため、バスの到着に遅れが生じて自由時間が少なくなって残念な一面もありましたが、明るいうちに嵐山へ行く事が出来てとても満足なツアーでした。
添乗員さんもとても優しく、外国人への説明も詳しく一生懸命さが伝わってきました。
今回は息子との二人旅でしたが、とても楽しい旅行になりました。
ツアーの企画としてもとても良かったと思います。個人ではあちこちに点在してる観光地をまとめて一日で回ることは難しいと思います。

We participated in a New Year's tour in Kyoto with our family. At first, I was a bit worried about the traffic since it was New Year's, but everything went very smoothly and efficiently. If we had gone by our own car, I think we would have had concerns about parking and access, but since we took the bus, those worries were eliminated, making it stress-free. It was really great. The bus was mostly filled with 25 Chinese tourists besides us, and due to the heavy snow, we couldn't see Mount Aso. Walking to the hot springs was difficult in the snow, but the only highlight was Kumamoto Castle, which was great! I want to go again in the summer next time!

バスは私たち以外は25名中国人ばかりだし大雪だし阿蘇山は見えないし温泉は雪の中歩かさられるし、唯一熊本城はよかったです！次回は夏に行きたいです！

The weather was favorable, making for an enjoyable trip. The morning gathering was a bit hectic, and since most of the participants were international tourists, I felt a little anxious. However, the round trip from Nagoya was mostly free of traffic, which was stress-free. It was also fortunate that the person sitting next to me had to cancel at the last minute, allowing me to use the seat more comfortably. I heard that if you participate alone or in an odd number, there is a possibility of sharing a seat.

天候にも恵まれ楽しい旅行となりました。
朝の集合はバタバタしていて海外の観光客が大半を占めていた事もあり少し不安でしたが、名古屋からの行き帰りは渋滞もほとんどなくストレスもなかったです。
たまたま隣の席の方が急遽欠席になった事もあり座席も広く使えた事も幸運でした。
1人又は奇数の人数で参加される場合は相席になる可能性があるそうです。

Four years ago, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I planned a trip with my wife as part of our honeymoon, and I found this LIMON tour! We participated in a tour from Namba Station to Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. The tour content is enjoyable for both Japanese and foreign tourists. When we participated, there were only two Japanese people, my wife and me, but the tour staff member, Maria, was very considerate, and we are grateful for that. After the English announcements for the places we were going to visit, she also explained things to us, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing without any inconvenience. She was always nearby, which made us feel secure while touring.

It seems there are many other tour options available, and if we have the chance, we will participate again. Thank you very much, Maria and the staff. We appreciate you making it a fun tour!

4年前、コロナ禍の中で結婚した妻と新婚旅行も兼ねて旅行を計画してた中で、今回このLIMONのツアーを見つけました！
難波駅より伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山のツアーに参加しました。
日本の方でも外国人観光客でも楽しめるツアー内容です。
我々が参加した時は日本人は私と妻の2人しか居ませんでしたが、
ツアースタッフのMariaさんがとても気を遣って頂きまして、感謝してます。
これから行く場所の案内を英語のアナウンスの後、我々夫婦にも説明して下さり、不便無く観光を楽しめました。
何かと側に居て下さったので、安心して観光できました。

他にも沢山のツアー内容があるようで、また機会があれば参加させて頂きます。

I participated alone. I was a bit anxious, but the guide was very accommodating, and I was satisfied with the efficient sightseeing.

【Meeting Place】The location was easy to find. It seemed that three groups gathered at the same place, so it was a bit unclear which guide to approach.
【Participants】The large bus was almost full, with about 10 Japanese participants. The ratio of Japanese seemed higher than usual. The atmosphere in the bus was generally quiet, except for the English-speaking group at the back who chatted the whole time. Well, it can't be helped.
【Guide】The guide communicated in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The microphone was not working well, so they explained in their natural voice. It was unfortunate that it was hard to hear due to the distance. However, when I asked later, they provided additional information politely, so there were no issues.
【Sightseeing Time】Since it was a weekday, we didn't get caught in major traffic and stayed on schedule. In Takayama, I enjoyed Hida beef steak and sake, so I didn't have enough time. If we had an extra 30 minutes, I could have relaxed more.

1人で参加しました。少し不安でしたが、ガイドの方の対応も良く、効率的に観光でき満足です。

【集合場所】場所はわかりやすい。同じ場所に3グループ集合だったようで、どのガイドに声をかけて良いかわかりにくかった。
【参加者】大型バスはほぼ満席。うち日本人10名程度。いつもより日本人比率は高いようでした。車中は概ね静か。後ろの英語圏の方が終始おしゃべり。まあ仕方がありません。
【ガイド】中国語、日本語、英語で対応。マイクの調子が悪く地声で説明。距離があり聞き取りにくかったのが残念。後で尋ねると丁寧に補足があり問題なし。
【観光時間】平日なので大きな渋滞に巻き込まれることもなく予定通り。高山では飛騨牛ステーキと日本酒を堪能したため時間が足りませんでした。あと30分あるとゆっくり出来たかも。

I applied for this tour after learning that I could visit Shirakawa-go, which I had always wanted to see, on a day trip from Nagoya. It seemed to be a popular tour as it was fully booked, and the tour guide sat in the auxiliary seat next to the driver.

Most of the participants were from China, with a few others from different countries, and there were only a few Japanese people. The tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which was reassuring with their polite and fluent Japanese.

The itinerary included about two hours in Takayama and two hours of free time in Shirakawa-go, which was nice as there was a decent amount of time for exploration despite it being a longer trip. The snowy streets of Takayama were very lovely! It was drizzling in Shirakawa-go, but the snowy scenery from the observation deck was magnificent, making it feel like I was wandering through a fairy tale, fulfilling my dream. I think this is a great tour for travelers with limited time, allowing them to compactly explore Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go!

一度行ってみたいとずっと思っていた白川郷に名古屋から日帰りで行けると知ってこのツアーに申し込みました。人気のツアーのようで満席、添乗員さんはドライバーさんの隣の補助席に座られてました。
ほぼ中国の方で、あとは数人他の外国の方、日本人は数名でしたが、添乗員さんは日本語、中国語、英語の3か国語で説明してくれました。丁寧で流暢な日本語で安心でした。
行程は、高山で2時間ぐらい、白川郷で2時間ぐらいの自由時間で、遠出の割には散策の時間もまあまああって良かったです。
雪の舞い散る高山の街はとても素敵でした！白川郷では小雨でしたが、展望台からの雪景色も素晴らしく、御伽の国を散策しているみたいで夢が叶いました。あまり時間がない旅行者が、コンパクトに飛騨高山、白川郷を巡れる良いツアーだと思います！

After 35 years, I visited Kyoto again, and it happened to be a time when there were few participants, so we were able to move around smoothly. The weather was nice, and Kinkaku-ji was even more beautiful than I had imagined. I attended alone, but the tour guide provided great explanations about the sightseeing spots and kindly took photos for me, which made the experience enjoyable.

35年ぶりの京都観光、たまたま参加人数が少ない時期でスムーズにまわれました。お天気が良く金閣寺が想像以上に綺麗でした。
ひとり参加でしたが、添乗員さんの観光地の説明や親切に写真を撮ってくれたので楽しめました。

I wanted to go to Shirakawa-go, so I stayed in Kanazawa the night before and participated in a bus tour alone from the morning. I was too eager and mistakenly arrived at the meeting place an hour early, finding no one there, which left me in shock. As soon as I checked my email, I realized I had come too early and spent some time in the station. After that, I was able to board the bus at the correct meeting time. Since I was participating alone, a foreign man (maybe from Taiwan?) sat next to me on the bus, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, he wasn't noisy, so I felt relieved. The tour guide provided detailed explanations about the sights and what souvenirs to buy while looking at the map on the bus, which was very easy to understand. It was a day with a lot of snow after a heavy snowfall, so the guide pointed out areas where the snow had melted and turned into water, as well as places that were deep in snow and difficult to walk through, which helped us navigate efficiently. There were many foreign guests, so an interpreter was on board to explain the tour guide's Japanese explanations in detail in English. It was also a fun way to practice my English. I understood well the quiet and calm charm of Gokayama compared to Shirakawa-go thanks to the tour guide's explanations. Throughout the itinerary, both the tour guide and the driver were very kind, always checking in with us, which made the experience pleasant. I felt safe participating alone. I was able to see the snow-covered Shirakawa-go that I had always wanted to see, and I was overwhelmed with emotion.

白川郷へ行きたくて金沢前泊し、朝からバスツアーに一人で参加しました。はりきり過ぎて時間を1時間早く集合場所に間違えて行ってしまい、誰もいなくて茫然としました。すぐメールを確認したところ、早く来てしまったことが解り、駅の中で時間をつぶしました。その後無事集合時間にバスに乗れました。一人参加だったので、バスのお席、隣りに知らない外国人男性が座り（台湾の人？）ちょっと嫌だったかな？　でも特に騒いだりする人でなく安心できました。添乗員さんが行きのバスの中で地図を見ながら、見どころやお土産に何を買ったらいいのかなど詳しく説明して下さってとても解りやすかったです。雪がたくさん降った後のお天気の日だったので、雪が解けて水になって流れている所や、雪深く歩きにくい所など、注意箇所を教えて下さり、おかげで効率よく回ることができました。外国人客が多かったので通訳の人が乗っていて、添乗員さんの日本語の説明を詳しく英語で説明されていました。英語の勉強にもなって楽しかったです。五箇山の、白川郷に比べて静かで落ち着いた良さも添乗員さんの説明でよく理解できました。行程ずっと添乗員さんも運転手さんもともて親切で、いつも声かけして下さり、気持ち良く回ることができました。一人でも安心して参加できました。ずっと見たかった雪の白川郷を見ることができ、感無量でした。

I participated in a family trip. Since I usually live a car-centered lifestyle, I ended up wearing boots, which made my knees, back, and hips cry out in pain. I think it's better to join wearing something more familiar, like sneakers.

I don't have a habit of walking in my daily life, but the time allocation was enjoyable and manageable.

It wasn't the season for autumn leaves or snowy scenery, but I was able to fully experience the "atmosphere and chill of the mainland."

Next time, I hope to participate slowly with my spouse.

家族旅行で参加しました。
日頃が車生活のせいもありますが、ブーツで参加してしまったので膝、腰、股関節が悲鳴を上げてしまいました。
やはり、スニーカーなどの履き慣れている物で参加した方が良いと思います。

日頃歩く習慣がない生活スタイルですが、時間配分も無理なく楽しめるものでした。

紅葉でもなく、雪景色でもなくと言うタイミングでしたが、「本土の雰囲気と寒さ」を存分に体験できました。

今度は、夫婦でゆっくり参加できたらと思います。

Due to the long holiday, the tourist spots were bustling with a large number of people. Many participants were foreigners, and the guide spoke in both English and Japanese, which made me feel a bit like I was overseas. It was a tour that covered four locations in one day, so it was understandable, but I felt that there wasn't enough time at each place. The lunch, a Kyoto tofu set meal, had everything except the yudofu served cold, which felt a bit harsh on my chilled body, and I couldn't eat much. Personally, I wished for a bit more time to look at souvenirs, which is why I gave this rating.

連休という事もあり、各観光地は大勢の人でにぎわっていました。参加者も外国の方が多く、ガイドの方も英語と日本語の両方で話されていたので、少しだけ海外に行ったような気分になりました。4ヶ所を1日で巡るツアーでしたので、仕方のないことですが各箇所での時間がどこも足りないような気がしました。昼食の京豆腐御膳は湯豆腐以外の物が冷たかったので、冷えた体には少しきつく感じてしまい、箸が進みませんでした。個人的にはもう少しお土産を見る時間などのゆとりが欲しいと思ったのでこの評価になりました。

I signed up for this to help international students learn about Japanese culture. I was satisfied with visiting the main spots like Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. The guide explained everything in both Japanese and English, which made it easy to understand. For lunch, we had tofu dishes, but it would have been nice to have yuba as well.

Considering the price of the tour, we were able to see so much, so I was a bit tired from walking, but it was really great. I think it's a recommended tour even for Japanese people.

留学生に日本の文化を知ってもらうために申し込みました。伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山とメインどころをまわれ、満足でした。ガイドさんも日本語と英語で説明され、わかりやすかったです。お昼ご飯は、豆腐料理でしたが、湯葉もあるとよかったかな。
このツアー料金で、これだけまわれたので、歩き疲れた面もありましたが、とてもよかったです。
日本人だけでも、おすすめのツアーだと思います。

traveled with parents, personally the travel spots in the itinerary is just average for me. Anyway, would like to thank driver and tour guide as we needed to board Shinkansen at 8 pm so they really managed the time for us to catch up with the train.

I am a 74-year-old senior, and this was my first sightseeing trip to Kyoto with my 18-year-old granddaughter. There were about 20 passengers on the bus, half of whom were Westerners and the other half were Japanese. It was enjoyable to listen to the interactions between the foreign guests and the guide. Among them, there was an elderly foreign woman who was waiting alone for the bus, so I took the plunge and spoke to her in broken English. She was a visitor from Germany, and she loved Japanese culture. She had come to Tokyo a week ago and traveled to Kyoto by Shinkansen, planning to stay in Kyoto for just one night before returning to Tokyo. She mentioned that Japan was even more wonderful than she had imagined. Meeting someone from a different country became a delightful memory for me.

その中で一人で来られていた外国の高齢女性がポツンとバスを待っておられたので、思い切って片言英語で話しかけてみました、ドイツからのお客様でしたが、日本文化が好きで、1週間前に東京に来て、新幹線で京都に来た、京都には一泊だけしてまた東京に戻るとのこと、、日本は想像以上に素敵だったとおっしゃいました、そんな異国の方と触れ合えたのも愉しい思い出になりました、

I participated in the tour on January 2nd. I thought it would be very crowded with people and traffic in Kyoto during the New Year, but surprisingly, it was quite smooth. The tour had many international participants, and I felt there were few Japanese people. The staff's explanations during the ride were very easy to understand, and I was impressed that they spoke both English and Japanese. 車中でスタッフの方の説明はとても分かり易くて良かったですし、英語と日本語を話されてて、凄いなぁと思いました。また、とても親切で、写真を撮ってくれたり、色々教えてくださったりして、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
