The bus guide introduced the highlights and local specialties, and used an easy-to-understand pamphlet to help us enjoy our time efficiently before we arrived, which was really helpful. They also pointed out great spots for taking photos, and we were able to capture some wonderful memories.

I don't think we could have visited multiple attractions in one day without the bus tour. We had plenty of time to sightsee at each location, and I was very satisfied to be able to buy the souvenirs that were recommended to us.

There was also an English-speaking tour guide who was very kind. My mother and I participated together, and I felt that listening to the guide's stories added depth to the enjoyment of our trip compared to sightseeing on our own.

　バスガイドさんが見どころや名物の紹介、分かりやすいパンフレットも使って時間内に効率良く歩いて楽しめるように到着前に教えてくれて本当に助かりました。写真撮影のポイントも教えてもらって、いい記念写真が撮れました。
　バスツアーでなければ1日で名所を複数も行けなかったと思います。各所で観光する時間も十分にあり、お勧めで紹介してもらったお土産も買うことができて大満足でした。
　英語通訳の添乗員さんもいてとても親切だと思いました。
　母と二人で参加しましたが、個人で観光するよりもガイドさんのお話を聞いて旅行の楽しさにより深みが増したように感じた1日でした。

It was filled with famous sightseeing spots, and the explanations from the guide on the sightseeing bus made it even more enjoyable. I don't think I could have explored as efficiently on my own using city buses or trains. I would like to use it again.

ザ名所と言われる観光地ばかりでしたが、観光バスならではのガイドさんによる説明もあり、いっそう楽しめました。
市バスや電車を使い個人で回っていたら、こんなにも効率よく回れなかったと思います。
また利用したいです。

This was my first time signing up for a bus tour. I was a bit anxious since I don't often travel freely, but the guide and the driver were very nice. Since there were many foreigners on the tour, there were several points where I wished for a bit more explanation for Japanese participants. However, I participated with my friend who lives in America and her children, and they were all very happy. If there is another opportunity, I would definitely like to participate again.

I was able to feel the differences between Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. The walking time was just right, and it was helpful that lunch was included since all the places were crowded. The guide's explanations were easy to understand.

I walked up to the observation deck in Shirakawa-go. I thought it was tough along the way, but I arrived before I knew it. After taking photos at the open area of the observation deck, I recommend going a little further up where you'll find the observation deck and shops behind the vast parking lot. There are restrooms available.

The popular water pudding shop is located near Meizenji Kuri. You can take the bottles home, but there is also a return location, so you don't have to carry them around.

Unfortunately, the Murakami family in Gokayama is closed on Tuesdays when tours are organized. If you want to visit, be sure to check in advance!

白川郷と五箇山の違いを感じることができました。散策時間も丁度よく、昼食はどこも並んでいたので昼食付きは助かりました。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすかったです。
　白川郷は展望台まで徒歩で登りました。途中、しんどいなぁと思っている間に到着しました。展望台風の開けた場所で写真撮影した後は、少し上にあがると広大な駐車場の奥に展望台やショップがあるので頂上まで行くことをオススメします。トイレ有。
　話題の水プリンのお店は明善寺庫裡の近くにあります。瓶は持ち帰りもできますが返却場所もあるので持ち歩かずにすみます。
　五箇山の村上家は、ツアーが組まれている火曜日が定休日で残念でした。行きたい方は事前チェックをお忘れなく！

This was my first time using the service.
Aside from my husband and me, the other participants were foreigners.
I am very satisfied with the tour itself, but as a Japanese person, I felt a bit uneasy, as if I had blended in with an Asian foreign tour group.

Since I was traveling alone, I joined a tour, but I'm not good with group activities and I dislike feeling rushed. I chose this tour because it seemed like we would take our time, and it turned out to be a great decision. The guide was very kind, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you!

1人旅だったのでツアーに参加したのですが団体行動が苦手せかされるのも苦手でじっくり回ってくれそうだったこのツアーに参加しました結果大正解、ガイドさんとても親切で楽しめましたありがとうございました！

I made a reservation to ride the trolley train and thought I would return by river rafting.

The river rafting itself was very enjoyable. Although it was a long time, the stories were interesting and the scenery was beautiful, so I had a wonderful time. I went with my mother, who is in her 60s, and she said she enjoyed it too, which was great.

However, it was very crowded, and even though I had a reservation, I had to wait in line to write my name, and there was quite a wait before boarding, so I would give it a ⭐︎ minus one.

トロッコ列車に乗り、帰りは川下りで帰ろうと思い予約させていただきました。

川下り自体はとても楽しかったです。時間も長いですが、お話も面白く、景色も綺麗なので素敵な時間を過ごすことがでしました。６０代の母と行きましたが、母も楽しかったと言ってくれたので良かったです。

ですが、とても混んでいて、予約して行ったのに名前を記入する列に並び、さらに乗船まで待ち時間がなかなかあったので⭐︎マイナス１です。

I chose a tour with English explanations because my friend traveling with me is from overseas and cannot speak Japanese. However, I was honestly surprised by the low level of English proficiency of the tour guide.

It may be rude to say, but even I, as a Japanese person, found it difficult to understand. Of course, my friend and other overseas participants in the tour also couldn't understand, so I had to relay the information. While it was nice that the guide tried to use various English phrases on the bus, I honestly couldn't grasp what was being said, and in the end, I had to act as the interpreter.

I think it would have been better if the guide had read from a script or something. The tour itself was good in that it covered various places in a short amount of time, but I believe the low English proficiency of the guide is quite a problem.

一緒に同行する友人が海外からの友人で、日本語が話せない為、英語の説明ありのツアーを選択しました。
ですが、添乗員の方の英語力の低さに正直驚きました。

失礼かもしれませんが、日本人の私ですら理解できないレベル。もちろん友人も、他のツアー参加の海外の方も理解できず私からお伝えする事も。
バスの中でも、色々英語を使って、説明して下さるのはいいのですが、正直何をお話されているか分からず、結局私が通訳する事に…
スクリプトか何かを読み上げていただける方が、まだマシだったかなと思います。
ツアーの内容自体は短時間で色々な所を回れて、良いかと思いますが、添乗員の方の英語力の低さはかなり問題かと思いました。

I was able to participate in a tour of Shirakawa-go, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, and my wish came true. When viewed up close, it has a powerful presence, but from a distance, I found it to be quite charming. Before joining this tour, I wasn't very familiar with Gokayama, but after visiting both places, I could really feel the difference in the atmosphere of the villages, which was wonderful. Next time, I would like to see the thatched-roof houses covered in snow.

ずっと訪れてみたかった白川郷のツアーに参加できて、念願が叶いました。
近くで見ると迫力があるのに、少し離れてみると可愛いなと思いました。
今回のツアーに参加するまでは、五箇山はよく知りませんでしたが、２か所訪れてみて、集落の雰囲気の違いも感じられてとても良かったです。
今度は積雪の合掌造りも見てみたいです。

We were able to visit the places we wanted in a comfortable chartered large sightseeing bus with designated seats, accompanied by a very kind and easy-to-understand guide, which was great. Despite the road congestion, we had a skilled driver and a guide who spoke fluent English, thank you very much. The only disappointing part was the lunch after visiting Kiyomizu-dera. It was very different from the photos, and I can't say it was delicious by any means. Since most of the guests were foreigners, I hope they don't mistakenly think this is Japanese food. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

自分達が行きたかった所に、乗り心地の良い貸切大型観光バスの指定席で、とても親切で分かりやすいガイドさん付きで観光出来たので、とても良かったです。
道路渋滞ながらも運転の上手な運転手さん、英語ペラペラのガイドさん、ありがとうございました。
唯一残念だった事は、清水寺の後の昼食でした。写真とは大違いで、しかもお世辞にも美味しいとは言えませんでした。大半が外国人の方でしたので、これが日本食だと勘違いして欲しくないと思いました。
それ以外は大満足でした。

The free exploration schedule was just right, and I really enjoyed it! The guide was friendly and very fun! The announcements in both English and Japanese were great. The amount of information provided was just right and easy to listen to.

As a solo traveler, I was grateful for the itinerary, which was too much to cover alone. The guide was kind and spoke to various people, showing great hospitality. However, during lunch, I arrived too early and was told to wait here. I thought they would call us when it was time, but I ended up seeing a couple move and hurried to follow them. It was a bit lonely. Aside from that, it became a very good memory.

一人旅としては、一人で回りきれないほどの日程のため、ありがたかったです。
ガイドの方も親切で、何かといろんな方に話しかけており、親切でした。
ただお昼ご飯の際、集合時間より早くつきすぎ、ココで待っていてと言われ待っていましたが、時間になったら声をかけてくれるのかな？と思ってましたが、私とご夫婦の方は移動してる方を見て慌てて着いて行きました。
ちょっぴり、寂しかったです。
その事以外は、とても良い思い出となりました。

I had a great time on the tour with easy-to-understand explanations in both English and Japanese.
During the headcount, not everyone gathered each time, and it seemed the guide had a tough time looking for the missing participants.
Thank you for doing a wonderful job for the tourists; you worked hard all day.
I would like to continue using tours with such dedicated guides in the future.

It felt a bit challenging with all the movement, but I was glad to visit places I wouldn't normally go. I was taken to some great locations.

However, I was disappointed that the internal guide only spoke Korean, with Japanese only providing the meeting time and minimal information. It would have been nice to hear more enjoyable details about the scenery and local information from the bus guide. I think the Korean guide was probably saying other things too. For Japanese people, the tour felt somewhat lacking.

移動が多くて少し大変な感じもするけど、自分ではなかなか行けない所へ行けたので良かった。
良い場所に連れて行ってもらいました。

ただ、社内ガイドが韓国語だけで日本語は集合時間とか最低限のお知らせしかなかったのが不満。
車窓や地域の情報などバスガイドさんより楽しく聞けたら良かった。韓国語は多分何か他のことも言っていた。
日本人にとってはイマイチに感じるツアー。

I participated in a one-day tour of Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. The weather was great, which made it even better. The timing was well-planned, allowing us to enjoy the day efficiently. Thank you very much!

The guide was a young woman who was very kind and pleasant. Since there were foreign participants, she explained everything in English that she had worked hard to learn. It was forecasted to rain, so they had plenty of umbrellas available for loan, and the shuttle bus to the viewpoint in Shirakawa-go, along with information about hidden photo spots and recommended souvenirs, was very helpful. I was unsure whether to just take the bus back and forth or join the tour, but I'm glad I chose the tour. We were able to have lunch right away, and the meeting point for the bus was very easy to find and convenient. There were many women participating alone, including myself, and I could see why it was popular, as there were stylish restaurants, cafes, and shops amidst the traditional Japanese scenery. The group bus meeting point was where we gathered in the morning, but I was confused and wandered around the rotary for the local and sightseeing buses for a while. I figured out the mistake after asking at the information center and ran to catch up, but I think it would be clearer if they provided additional explanations, such as not just "Kanazawa Station West Exit," but also in front of the Hilton Hotel or at the back of the rotary on the right side after exiting the station.

若い女性のガイドさんでしたが、とても親切で、感じの良い方でした。外国人も参加されていたため、一生懸命覚えた英語で説明していました。雨が降る予報でしたので、たくさん貸し出し傘を用意してたり、白川郷の展望台へのシャトルバス、穴場のフォトスポットやおすすめのお土産など、情報もありがたかったです。普通にバスで往復するのと、どちらにしようか迷いましたが、ツアーにして良かったです。お昼ごはんもすぐ食べられたし、バスの待ち合わせ場所もとてもわかりやすく便利な場所でした。女性の一人参加が多く、私もそうでしたが、日本の原風景の中に、ちょっとおしゃれなレストラン、カフェや雑貨屋さんがあって、人気があるのも頷けました。団体バス乗り場が朝の集合場所だったのですが、分からなくて、しばらく路線バスと定期観光バスのロータリーをウロウロしてました。案内所で聞いて間違いがわかって走りましたが、「金沢駅西口」だけでなく、ヒルトンホテル前、または駅を出て右側のロータリー奥、など説明を付けてもらえたらわかりやすいと思います。

It's a two-hour course. There aren't many bus tours that can take you to Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go in a day, so it was fantastic. It might be a bit busy for two hours, but when you think about driving round trip from Nagoya for six hours in a rental car, I believe the bus tour is more comfortable. While renting a car does offer flexibility with time, I think driving after walking a lot during sightseeing can be quite tiring. Plus, you won't be able to enjoy the local sake, right? Anyway, it turned out to be an amazing trip. Thank you very much!

飛騨高山と白川郷を日帰りで行けるバスツアーは
なかなかないので、最高でした。
2時間少し忙しいかもしれないけれど、自分で
名古屋から往復6時間レンタカーで運転するって
考えるとバスツアーのほうが快適だと思います。
レンタカーはレンタカーで時間に融通が利くのでそこはメリットだとは思いますが、観光でたくさん歩いたあとに運転するのはだいぶ疲れるかなと思います。あとご当地の地酒を飲めなくなりますしね笑笑。とにかく最高の旅になりました。ありがとうございました

There was no Japanese guide since I was on the same bus as Chinese tourists, and only one Japanese person. The reception was in Japanese, but the guide spoke entirely in Chinese, and the instructions were given in Chinese followed by only a few words in Japanese with a Chinese accent, making it difficult to understand. After several minutes of explanation in Chinese, the instructions in Japanese, like "10 minutes," were just single words indicating when to gather. While I can hold a basic conversation, I would prefer clear Japanese instructions for confirmations about meeting times and locations. Additionally, there are places where the meeting point is listed as Fukuoka Station instead of Hakata Station, which should be corrected. The tourist spots were good, but I felt the time spent there was too short.

中国人観光客と同じバスで日本人1人のせいか日本語ガイドなし。受付は日本語でしたがガイドは全て中国語で、行動指示は中国語のあとに中国語なまりの日本語での単語のみなので日本語と理解できませんでした。何分も中国語での説明に続けて日本語で「10分」など10分後に集合するという意味の指示も単語でした。日常会話はできるが、ガイドとして何時にどこで集合などハッキリした日本語で本人への確認をして欲しいです。システムの集合場所の表記も博多駅を福岡駅と表記されてる箇所あるので修正した方がいいです。
観光地は良かったが滞在時間は短く感じました。

We took the torokko train from Arashiyama, then a shuttle bus to the boat dock, and it was our child's first experience with the Hozu River boat ride. At two and a half years old, he was over 80 cm, so he was able to join. He seemed to have a great time in the rapids, which was wonderful. The boatman's talk and skillful maneuvering were entertaining, and the two hours flew by.

行きは嵐山からトロッコ列車に乗り、連絡バスで船乗り場まで行き、こどもにとっては初めての保津川下り。2歳半ですが、80cm以上だったので乗ることができました。急流で楽しそうにしてくれて、とても良かったです。船頭さんのトークと巧みな舟捌きが面白く、2時間があっという間でした。

It was a mother-daughter trip to Kanazawa for two nights and three days. We planned to do sightseeing in Kanazawa on the first and third days, and took this bus tour on the second day, which included visits to Shirakawa-go and Takayama. The guide provided us with information on highlights, souvenir recommendations, and dining options, allowing us to enjoy a fulfilling day of sightseeing without any confusion. I felt there were many foreign tourists as well, and I was impressed by how everyone followed the rules and kept to the schedule. If I have the opportunity, I would like to see the winter scenery next time.

金沢二泊三日の母娘の旅でした。
１日めと3日めを金沢観光、２日めにこのバスツアーで計画を立てました。白川郷と飛騨高山の観光でしたが、ガイドの方が見どころやお土産オススメ、食事などの情報を教えてくださり、迷うことなく充実した一日観光ができました。外国人も多かったような気がしますが、マナーを守り時間厳守で行動できたことに感動しています。
機会があったら今度は冬景色を観てみたいです。

I was able to sightsee efficiently. The Hida beef sushi was incredibly delicious, so I definitely recommend trying it. I would like to use this service for other plans as well.

It was a packed and satisfying tour that I could never have explored on my own. I was able to enjoy it easily even by myself. I would like to recommend it to my family and friends as well.

It was a bit of a busy itinerary, but Maria's attentive and efficient response was wonderful. I felt that the foreign guests were also satisfied. It had been about 45 years since my middle school field trip, and it brought back some nostalgic feelings.

One point, which may be due to my lack of understanding, is that I felt there could be a bit more consideration regarding the meeting place and method. I thought the meeting place was near the tour bus, so I ended up searching around the bus.

ちょいと忙しい行程でしたが、マリアさんの気配りの出来たテキパキとした対応は、ワンダフル。
外国人の方も満足されたのではと感じました。
中学の修学旅行旅行以来約45年ぶり、懐かしく感じる事もありました。

一点、私の理解力不足かもしれませんが、集合場所・集合方法をもう少し配慮された方がいいのではと、感じました。
私、集合場所は観光バス付近と思いバスを中心に探してしまいました。

It was great that I could visit various places in a condensed manner, even with just one day. The weather was nice, and I walked around healthily.

During the safe transportation, the guidance in both Japanese and fluent English was easy to understand.
The recommended café had a great seat where I could relax comfortably.

I have primarily used VELTRA for overseas tours, so this was my first domestic tour, but thanks to the knowledgeable guide's explanations, we were able to efficiently explore the snow-covered Shirakawa-go.

The lunch was also delicious.

I participated in a solo trip and was looking for a day trip that could be done from Kanazawa. Shirakawa-go was my first time visiting, and I was very interested in it. It took about an hour and a half to get there from Kanazawa. The bus seats were reserved in advance, and the guide provided detailed explanations. We stopped at a roadside station before arriving in Shirakawa-go. Right after we arrived, we had lunch, and then we had about two and a half hours of free time to explore. It was very meaningful.

一人旅で参加、金沢から近場で行ける日帰り旅を探しておりました。白川郷は初めてでとても興味があり、金沢からも1時間半位で到着しました。バスの席も事前に決められており、ガイドさんも詳しく説明いただき、道の駅に寄って白川郷に到着。到着後すぐにランチをいただきそこから2時間半ほど散策自由時間がありました。とても有意義でした。

I participated with a foreign friend. It was convenient and nice that they took us from Nagoya to Takayama and Shirakawa-go. Since it was a holiday, there were about 25 groups from various countries, but the tour guide explained everything in Japanese, English, and Chinese, so we had no problems. It was a tour that, for better or worse, was just about being taken to the destination, but it was great that we could explore freely once we got there. The roads were congested, causing significant delays, but we were given a full two hours of sightseeing time at each location. Thank you for a meaningful experience!

外国人の友達と2名で参加しました。
高山と白川郷まで名古屋から連れていってくれるので、便利で良かったです。
連休だったので25組くらい色んな国の方が居ましたが、添乗員さんが日本語、英語、中国語で説明してくれるので問題なく過ごせました。
良くも悪くも「現地まで連れていってもらうだけ」のツアーなので、現地では自由に散策できて良かったです。道が混んで居てだいぶ遅延しましたが、観光時間はきっちりそれぞれ2時間取ってくれました。

I was able to visit so many places in just one day, and it felt like I was on a school trip. Most of the participants were foreigners, but the tour guide explained everything in both Japanese and English, which made it easy to understand.

Since the time for the return Shinkansen was tight, I informed the tour guide, and before we arrived at Kyoto Station, they explained everything to the participants, allowing me to get off first. Thanks to that, I was able to make it in time for my train. Thank you very much.

It seems that the scheduled arrival time at Kyoto Station may change depending on the lunch reservation time for those who had meals included (I had a plan without meals), so for those concerned about the return time, I think it's best to add about an hour and a half or check in advance.

(By the way, my arrival time at Kyoto Station was 18:10.)

1日でこれだけ回れることができ、修学旅行に行った気分になれました。参加者のほとんどが外国の方でしたが、添乗員さんが日本語と英語とどちらも使って説明してくれたので分かりやすかったです。
帰りの新幹線の時間がギリギリだったので、添乗員さんに伝えたところ、京都駅到着前にツアー参加者の皆さんに説明してくださり、一番先に降りることができました。そのおかげで間に合い乗車することができました。本当にありがとうございました。
昼食ありの方（自分は食事なしプランでした）の食事予約時間により、京都駅着予定時間が変わるみたいだったので、帰りの時間を気にされる方は1時間半位はプラスで考えておくか、事前に確認しておいた方がいいと思います。
（ちなみに自分のときは18:10京都駅着でした）

It was great to be able to visit Shirakawa-go and Gokayama together. The guide skillfully used English while accommodating many foreign tourists. The driver also made us feel warm with just a simple "Have a good time" and "Welcome back" during our departures and arrivals. In the end, all the passengers gave a big round of applause to both of them.

白川郷と五箇山がセットで観光できたのは良かった。ガイドさんは、外国人観光客が多い中、英語を巧みに駆使し、精一杯対応していた。運転手さんも、観光での乗降の際、行ってらっしゃい、おかえりなさい、とたった一言ではあるが、気持ちがほっこりとした。最後には、乗客全員がお二人に大きな拍手を送った。
