If you want to meet sea turtles, I definitely recommend this place. Before participating this time, I joined other snorkeling tours but couldn't encounter any.

The instructor, Komecchi, was very thorough in his explanations and friendly, making for a very enjoyable time!!

The original reservation day had a forecast for bad weather, so I changed it one day in advance. As a result, I was able to see very beautiful stars. There was an explanation of the constellations, and they used a laser pointer to show their positions, which made it easy to understand. I had a fulfilling time.

最初の予約の日は、天気が悪い予報でしたので、1日前に変更しました。
そしたら、とても綺麗な星が見れました。
星座の説明もあり、レーザーポインターでの位置説明もあり、分かりやすかったです。
充実した時間を過ごせました。

We went to the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island to celebrate my partner's birthday. It was my first time doing a SUP tour and snorkeling, and the weather was perfect with a clear blue sea, which was amazing. During snorkeling, our guide, Arai, shared knowledge about Ishigaki Island on the bus ride and provided detailed explanations of the equipment in the water. He also took beautiful photos of us, and we were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was fantastic. However, I did feel a bit seasick while diving, so those who are prone to motion sickness might want to bring some medication.

During the SUP tour, we had a great time on the water thanks to our cheerful coach, Yusuke. The "Nice in!" cheers when we fell into the water were the best! We even sang a birthday song together on the water, which made my partner very happy. We took a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

今回パートナーのBirthdayを祝うために石垣島の綺麗な海に行きました。SUPツアーとシュノーケリングを初めてやったのですが、よく晴れていて海も青く透きとおり最高でした。シュノーケリングではガイドの新井さんが行きのバスで石垣島の知識など説明し、海では丁寧に道具の説明、海での写真を綺麗に撮っていただき、またウミガメにも遭遇できてとても良かったです。ただ潜ってる最中にちょっと酔ってしまい酔いやすい人は酔いどめ必要かも。SUPツアーでは明るいユウスケさんのコーチングで海の上を楽しく過ごせました。途中何度も海に落ちてしまったときなどナイスイン！の掛け声最高です。また海の上でみんなでBirthdayソングを歌ってくれてこんなにも楽しい時間を過ごせるなんてパートナーもとても喜んでいました。写真も沢山撮って頂き最高の思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

Are we really going into such dark woods? That was my initial thought when I got out of the car. However, the excitement grew as I thought about the possibility of seeing a coconut crab.

I was informed that there was a guide! As we climbed the slope, we spotted a coconut crab glowing blue-purple under the light, nestled between the rocks. I couldn't see its whole body, but its large claws were impressive and quite striking.

It was a day when the tide was low, so we also went to the water's edge. We even got to see baby eels hiding among the rocks✨. When we turned off the light, there was a gentle glow from tiny creatures. We were welcomed by fireflies as well.

I was so happy to participate in this tour and meet these creatures for the first time in my life. The guides were incredibly kind, unique, and reliable—absolutely the best!

こんな暗い木々の中に入っていくの？車から降りたときの初めの思いです。でも、ヤシガニに会えるかもと思うと、期待の方が大きくなりました。
ガイドさんがいました！と教えてくださり、斜面を登っていくと、、、ライトで青紫に光るヤシガニが岩の間にいました。体全体は見えませんでしたが、ハサミが大きくてびっくり。迫力がありました。
ちょうど潮が引いている日でしたので、水辺にも行きました。岩陰にいるウツボの赤ちゃんにも会うことができました✨
ライトを消してみると、小さな優しい光も。ホタルにも歓迎してもらいました。
このツアーに参加させていただき、人生初の生き物たちと会えてとても嬉しかったです。
ガイドさんたちもとても優しくてユニークで頼りがいがあって最高❗️でした。

I had a rich experience even though it was just a half-day course! I got to see beautiful coral, feed the fish, and even see turtles. I recommend it for those who have a short stay and want to make the most of their last day.

I was nervous about whether I would get to see a sea turtle until the day of the event, but I was thrilled to encounter one right at the start! My elementary school daughter was also very satisfied with her first snorkeling experience! The instructor was cheerful and provided thorough guidance, which made me very happy. Thank you so much!

I received a detailed explanation, starting with the formation of Yakushima, and particularly appreciated the thorough information about the plants. The weather was nice, and I was able to enjoy a refreshing forest bath, spending a very enjoyable time.
It was great that I could try on the rental shoes at the airport. However, there was a bit of an odor lingering on the raincoat and backpack, and I would have liked them to be properly deodorized.

子細に渡り説明していただきました。屋久島の成り立ちを初め、特に、植物について丁寧な説明がありました。天気も良く、清々しい森林浴が出来て、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
レンタル靴は空港で試し履き出来たもの良かったです。しかし、レインコートやバックパックには少し臭いが残っており、しっかりと消臭して欲しかったです。

My husband and I participated together. I was a bit nervous since it had been a while since I last went snorkeling, but the accompanying staff were very kind and made it a wonderful experience! We got to see many sea turtles and tropical fish, and I was thrilled to take lots of photos with the sea turtles. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

主人と2人で参加しました。久しぶりのシュノーケリングで少し緊張していましたが、同行スタッフの方が親切に対応してくださり、素晴らしい体験ができました！
海亀や熱帯魚にもたくさん会えて、海亀との3ショット写真もたくさん撮って頂き感激です。次回もぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

I chose this place because it has private showers, and I felt it was a good decision thanks to the kind instructor. Since it was my first diving experience, I was really scared at first, but thanks to the instructor, I quickly got used to it and was able to enjoy myself! They had a very gentle smile, which made me feel at ease. However, the other instructors didn't smile much, and I might have been more scared if I had been with someone else...

The photos of the Blue Cave on the website included shots taken with our faces above the water and others taken from below, so I was expecting that. It was a bit disappointing that it ended rather abruptly!

But I was able to see beautiful fish outside of the cave, and since it was my first time, I was satisfied! The shower room was clean, which was great. However, the water pressure was very weak, and having only two hair dryers might be a bit inconvenient.

個室シャワーがあるのでここに決めましたが、担当してくれたインストラクターさんが優しく、ここにして良かったと思いました。
初ダイビングだったので、最初ものすごく怖かったけど、インストラクターさんのおかげですぐに慣れて楽しむことができました！
すごく優しい笑顔の方で、安心できました。
ただ、他のインストラクターさんはあまり笑顔がなく他の方だったらもしかしたらもっと怖かったかも…

hpの青の洞窟の写真は、海の上で顔を出しての撮影の写真や、下から撮ってもらっているような写真があったので、それを期待していたら、意外にもあっけなくおわってしまったのは少し残念！

でも、洞窟以外で綺麗な魚を見れたし、初めてだったので満足できました！
シャワールームも、綺麗でよかった。
ただ、水圧がものすごく弱かったのと、
ドライヤーが2個だけなのは少し不便かも？

I participated in the Pumpkin & Snorkeling one-day tour. The result was that the pumpkin alone was enough. The one hour of snorkeling at Shigira Beach wasn't worth being a tour. I've participated in snorkeling tours several times before, and this was disappointing. I did get to see a sea turtle.

If you don't have a rental car, there is a fee of 1,000 yen for transportation between tours. The dining options were either closed due to Golden Week or extremely crowded... The food was delicious, but I felt rushed due to the lack of time.

The pumpkin experience was fantastic! It was an adventurous tour that will remain in my memories. The return trip was a bit scary due to high waves.

There are no showers. The tour ends at Bora Beach, but taxis do not come. If you're taking a taxi to participate, it's essential to have the taxi driver's business card. If you don't arrange for a pickup for the return, it can be really troublesome. Be careful, as I was refused pickup even after calling multiple taxi companies through the DIDI app! I think it would be better if they provided more announcements about that.

Since there is no shuttle service, transportation costs are out of pocket. Considering the lack of showers, it felt a bit pricey. I recommend the tour focused solely on the pumpkin. The tour guide was very nice. Thank you!

パンプキン＆シュノーケル一日ツアーに参加しました。
結果はパンプキンだけで十分です。
シギラビーチのシュノーケル1時間は、ツアーにするほどのものではありませんでした。
私も今まで何度かシュノーケルのツアーに参加していますが、ガッカリレベル。
ウミガメにも会えました。

ツアー間の移動はレンタカーでない場合、1000円徴収されます。
食事処もGWの為か休業中だったり、すごい混雑だったり…
味は美味しかったのですが、時間がなく焦ってしまいました。

パンプキン最高です！
冒険が味わえて思い出に残るツアーです。
帰りは波が高くてちょっと怖かったです。

シャワーありません。
帰りはボラガビーチで解散ですが、タクシーが来ません。
行きにタクシーで参加される方は、タクシー運転手さんの名刺必須です。
帰りのお迎えの約束をしないと本当に困ります。
DIDIアプリ、直接タクシー会社に複数電話するもお迎え断られるので要注意です！
その辺ももうちょっとアナウンスして下さると良いと思います。

送迎がない為、移動は実費。
シャワーがないなど考えるとちょっと割高だったかな。
パンプキンだけのツアーがオススメです。
ツアーのお兄さんはとても良い方でした。

Iriomote Island has unpredictable weather, and it rarely clears up, so if you want to see the starry sky, it's better to stay for multiple nights to increase your chances! I only stayed for one night, but I was fortunate enough to have clear weather and was able to see the stars clearly. I was a bit anxious about the night canoeing, but I didn't have any particular worries.

The guide was knowledgeable about the stars and taught us a lot. The stargazing wasn't done in a narrow mangrove area; it was along a river with the ocean nearby. While mangroves are around, it doesn't feel enclosed. The wide river is perfect for stargazing as there are no obstructions, making it a wonderful experience.

西表島はお天気がよめず、晴れることが少ないので星空を見たいなら連泊したほうが可能性が高そうです！私は一泊だけでしたが、たまたま天気に恵まれてはっきりとした星空を見ることができました。夜のカヌーで落ちないかと不安もありましたが、特にそんな心配はありませんでした。
案内してくれた方は星について詳しく、たくさんのことを教えてくれました。
狭いマングローブの中に入っていくというわけではなく、海がすぐ側にある川での鑑賞です。マングローブは周りにありますが、囲まれているという感覚はありません。星空を見るのには広い川の方が邪魔するものがなく、素敵な体験でした。

The tour I participated in was packed into one day, covering must-see spots in Yakushima such as Shiratani Unsuikyo, which is said to be the model for Princess Mononoke, and Jomon Sugi.

While I was excited, I also had a lot of anxiety about whether I could keep up with the walking. However, thanks to Tsugimachi-san, a cheerful and knowledgeable guide who is even more informative than Siri, the tour turned out to be incredibly enjoyable and flew by, even for someone like me who wasn't very confident in my stamina.

I will never forget the taste of the tonjiru that Tsugimachi-san prepared for us along the way.

I was also truly impressed by the skill with which Tsugimachi-san took numerous photos at key points.

If you're considering participating, I highly recommend rewatching Princess Mononoke before joining!

今回参加したツアーは、もののけ姫のモデルの地とされる白谷雲水峡や縄文杉など屋久島の行きたいところを1日に詰め込んだスケジュールでした。

そのため、ワクワク半分の一方、歩ききれるか不安な気持ちも大きかったのですが、Siriより物知りで陽気なおじさんこと津曲さんによる絶妙なトークやガイドのおかげで体力に自信のなかった私でも本当に楽しくあっという間のツアーとなりました。

中でも、道中に津曲さんが準備してくれた豚汁の味が忘れられません。

また、津曲さんが要所要所で撮ってくれる数々の写真の上手さにも本当に感動しました。

参加を検討している方はぜひもののけ姫を見返して参加されてください。

Both adults and children can have an amazing time! The thrilling dives were exhilarating, and I felt a sense of freedom while screaming. We're laughing out loud as we look at the photos and videos taken!

When it came to Yakushima and the Yakusugi trees, he immediately provided the names of the birds when they chirped, and when I expressed my interest in plants, he shared information about their names and ecology. I had heard that he was a quiet guide, but it wasn't that he was unfriendly; he was a guide who provided appropriate information to those who needed it at the right moments.

屋久島や屋久杉のこと、鳥が鳴いた時にはすぐその鳥の名前を、植物が好きだと伝えたら植物の名前や生態を教えて下さいました。
寡黙なガイドさんだときいていましたが、無愛想と言うことではなく、必要なときに、欲しい人に適切に情報をくれるガイドさんでした。

We participated as a family of five on the same day we arrived in Miyako Island. My elementary school son was looking forward to seeing a coconut crab, but I heard there are days when you can't see them, so we were a bit nervous. As we walked in the dark and shone our lights into every corner, we finally discovered a coconut crab, and my sons were thrilled. Hachi, our guide, was cheerful and provided a thorough and enjoyable experience.

The moon was beautiful, but we couldn't see many stars, so I would like to try again on another occasion. If I could wish for something, I would have liked one flashlight per person (perhaps because it was crowded during Golden Week), so I think it's better for those who can bring one to do so.

宮古島に到着した当日に家族５人で参加させていただきました。小学生の息子がヤシガニに会えるのを楽しみにしていたのですが、会えない日もあると聞いてドキドキでした。闇夜を歩き、隅々までまでライトを当てて探していると、ついにヤシガニを発見息子達は大興奮でした。担当していただいたハチさんも明るく、丁寧なガイドで楽しかったです。
月は綺麗でしたが、星空はあまり見られなかったのでまたの機会に再チャレンジしたいと思います。欲を言えば懐中電灯は1人1つ欲しかったので(GWで混んでいたせいかもしれませんが)、持って行ける人は持って行った方がいいと思います。

I only went snorkeling and didn't participate in any optional tours, but miraculously, a very large sea turtle swam right up to the boat. It was easy to see from the boat, so I quickly jumped into the water and waved at the turtle, which swam over to me. It was a very friendly turtle, and I was able to gently touch it! I was moved by the colorful fish and the beautiful sea! The staff provided very careful and thorough support, so I felt safe in the water. Thank you so much! I made the best memories! ♪

シュノーケリングだけで、オプションツアーには参加しなかったのですが、奇跡的に、とっても大きなウミガメさんが船まで泳いで来てくれました。船から良く見えるので、直ぐに海に入りウミガメに手を振ると私の方へ泳いで来てくれる、とても人慣れたウミガメさん、そっと触れる事が出来ました！
色とりどりの魚達や綺麗な海に感動！

シュノーケリング後:船に戻った後も温水シャワーやタオル、暖かいお茶など、一通り揃っている。またやや時間差をとってグループを船に戻しているようで、船上では慌てることなくシャワーや着替えができた。
総じて非常に良かったです。ありがとうございました。

A taxi picked us up from the hotel just after 4 AM, and we transferred to a bus, arriving at the Arakawa Trailhead around 5:30. After enjoying the breakfast prepared by the hotel, we set off around 6 AM. We walked along the trolley road for just over three hours, took a restroom break, and then headed onto the hiking trail. We took photos at Wilson's stump and the couple's cedar, and after lunch, we reached Jomon Sugi around noon. The weather was great, and it was fantastic.

On the way back, we descended the mountain trail and then continued along the trolley road. My legs were sore, and as I was looking down while walking, I discovered a heart-shaped hole in a sleeper. I wondered who did it, thinking it was quite clever. We arrived at the Arakawa Trailhead around 4 PM. The dream of visiting Jomon Sugi, which I had wanted to do for a long time, finally came true.

朝4時過ぎにホテルにタクシーが迎えに来てくれて、途中でバスに乗り換えて荒川登山口に着いたのが５時半ごろ。ホテルで準備してもらった朝飯を食べて6時頃出発。トロッコ道を3時間ちょっとひたすら歩いてトイレ休憩のあと、登山道に。途中でウィルソン株や夫婦杉で写真を撮りながら昼食後12時くらいに縄文杉に到着。
天気も良くてサイコーでした。
帰りは山道を下った後はひたすらトロッコ道。足がぱんぱんになって、疲れて下を向いて歩いていたら枕木にハートの穴を発見。誰がやったかなかなか気の利いていると思いながら４時頃荒川登山口に到着。
ずっと行ってみたいと思ってた縄文杉の夢が叶いました。

It was fun to be surrounded by many fish before reaching the Blue Cave. Inside the cave, I was moved by the indescribably beautiful blue color. There was a 6-year-old child with us, but the guide provided great support, making it possible for us to enjoy the experience, which was wonderful.

青の洞窟にたどり着くまでも、たくさんの魚に囲まれてたのしかったです。そして、洞窟ではなんとも言えないきれい青をみることができて、感動しました。

This was my third time snorkeling in Miyako Island, and the service from the guide, as well as the quality of the photos taken by them, was outstanding! The day before, I participated in a snorkeling tour with another company but didn't get to see the sea turtles I was hoping for, so I booked this tour for a second chance. On the day of the tour, I was able to see several sea turtles!

While other companies only took a few photos, this one captured many throughout the entire time, which I thought was a wonderful gesture. The finished photos were of professional quality, making for even better memories. We received over 50 photos of us! (With the other company, I only had about five photos of myself, and they weren't very good.)

Additionally, although I had trouble reaching them by phone on the day, they called me multiple times. There were two groups participating: us as a couple and a family with children, and they tailored their approach to match our swimming abilities. On the way back, they also recommended spots and restaurants in Miyako Island, showing perfect consideration.

If I come to Miyako Island again, I will definitely use their services! Thank you very much!

宮古島でのシュノーケリングは3度目ですが、ガイドの方の対応はもちろん、ガイドの方が撮ってくださる写真の出来含め、ここがダントツで良かったです！
前日に他の業者のシュノーケリングに参加しましたが、目当てのウミガメが見れず、リベンジで予約しました。当日は見事、何匹ものウミガメに会うことができました！！
写真も他の業者は数枚のところを、こちらは時間いっぱい撮ってくださり、それだけでも素敵な対応だなぁと思ったのに、出来上がった写真はプロ並みの綺麗さで、更に良い思い出になりました＾＾
私たちを撮っていただいた写真は50枚を超えていました！！(他業者だと自身が写っているのは5枚程度だし、写りもあまり良くありませんでした。)

他にも、当日なかなか電話に出られませんでしたが何度も掛けてくださったり、私たちカップルとお子さん連れ家族の2組の参加でしたが、それぞれの泳ぎ具合に合わせた対応をしてくださったり、帰りには宮古島のおすすめスポットやご飯屋さんを教えてくださり、心遣いも完璧でした。

宮古島に来たら、また利用させていただきます＾＾ありがとうございました！！

The tour started in the morning! First, we set off by canoe towards the limestone cave. Despite almost being swept away by rough waves, we kept paddling and finally arrived at the entrance of Pumpkin Cave! Canoeing while being rocked by the waves was full of adventure, and my wife was super excited! (laughs) After getting off the canoe, we swam into the cave! They provide life jackets, so even those who are not good at swimming can feel safe! The inside of the cave was larger and more mystical than I had imagined! Exploring the cave while listening to the guide's explanations was a truly valuable experience!

In the afternoon, we went sea turtle snorkeling! We had a great time seeing colorful fish up close that you can't find elsewhere and taking photos with Nemo! It seems that you need good luck to encounter sea turtles, and we were nearing the end of our time without spotting any. Then, our guide, Tetsu-chan, discovered a sea turtle sleeping on the ocean floor! Our group was the only one that got to see a sea turtle that day, showcasing the difference in expertise compared to other guides! (laughs)

We had a very fulfilling time both in the morning and afternoon! It was a luxurious tour full of adventure elements! I can confidently recommend it to others, so please give it a try! If I have the chance to go to Miyako Island again, I would love to participate once more!

ツアーは朝からスタート！まずは鍾乳洞を目指してカヌーで出発しました。荒波に途中で流されそうになりながらも、負けじと漕ぎ続けてようやくパンプキン鍾乳洞入口に到着！波に揺られながらのカヌーはアドベンチャー感満載で妻も大興奮でした！笑。カヌーから降りて海を泳ぎながらいよいよ鍾乳洞の中へ！ライフジャケットを貸して頂けるので泳ぎが苦手な人でも安心です！鍾乳洞の中は想像していたよりも大きく、神秘的な空間が広がっていました！ガイドの方の説明を聞きながら鍾乳洞の中を探検するのはとても貴重な経験になりました！
午後はウミガメシュノーケリング！他所では見られないカラフルな魚を間近でたくさん見たり、ニモと一緒に写真撮影したりと、楽しい時間を過ごしました！ウミガメは運が良くないと出会えないらしく、なかなか見つけられないまま終了時間近くになりました。ここでなんと我々のガイドのてっちゃんさんが海底で寝ているウミガメを発見！この日ウミガメを見ることができたのは我々のグループだけだったので、他のガイドさんとの格の違いを見せてくれました！笑。
午前も午後も非常に充実した時間を過ごせました！アドベンチャー要素の多いとても贅沢なツアーです！他の方々にも自信を持ってお勧めできるので、ぜひ参加してみてください！また宮古島に行く機会があればもう一度参加したいです！

The cave, sea kayaking, and snorkeling were all truly great experiences! The cave was particularly impressive, and I was very moved by the mystical atmosphere! During the afternoon snorkeling tour, we were able to encounter sea turtles and clownfish. My sister, who has a fear of water, seemed very anxious, but thanks to our guide Eiki, she looked like she was having a lot of fun! We also took many photos, and they all turned out great! It became a wonderful memory for the whole family!! Thank you, Eiki, for the fun tour. We hope to join again soon!

午後のシュノーケリングツアーでは、ウミガメやカクレクマノミにも遭遇することができました。

I participated with my son. It just happened to be just the two of us, so we had the place to ourselves and were able to see the fish up close! The guide was kind, and they even took drone footage for us. In the end, we received the data as a fantastic souvenir with music!

息子と２人で参加しました。たまたま私達だけの参加になり、貸切状態で、思いっきり魚達を見れました！ガイドさんも親切で、ドローン撮影もしてもらい、最後にデータでもらい音楽付きの最高のおみやげにになりました！

Yambaru Experience Tour
On the bus, you can enjoy information about the next destination through the earphone guide and the tour conductor's commentary, while sometimes looking out the window. The travel is much easier compared to renting a car.
During lunchtime, not only is there a delicious seafood set meal, but there is also a beautiful garden with great scenery, making popular shops quite understandable.
The main highlight, Daishi Forest Mountain, follows the Churaumi Observation Deck course as the standard route, while those interested can start from the Unique Rocks and Giant Stones course. Although the Unique Rocks and Giant Stones course has difficult footing, it allows you to feel the energy of Daishi Forest Mountain, known as a power spot, even more. I was overwhelmed from the start and couldn't find my pace; 50 minutes was definitely not enough. I wished we could have stayed for about an hour and a half.

Although I didn't encounter the wild Yambaru Rail, after learning about life through the earphone guide and videos (which included footage of animal accidents due to traffic), I was able to see the adorable behavior of Kuu-chan, the Yambaru Rail, through the explanation of the guide at the Yambaru Rail learning facility.

Yambaru is a bit far and not easy to get to, but it was a very satisfying bus tour with a variety of experiences.

やんばるを満喫するツアー
バス社内でも次の目的地に関する情報をイヤフォンガイドや添乗員さんの話も聞きながら、時には車窓を見たり、目的地までの移動がレンタカーよりとにかく楽です。
ランチタイムは美味しいお海鮮の定食はもちろん、景色の良い庭園があり、人気のお店も納得です。
メインにしていた大石林山は、美ら海展望台コースを標準として、希望者は奇岩･巨石コースからスタートする。奇岩･巨石コースは足下が悪いのですが、パワースポットと呼ばれる大石林山をより感じることが出来ます。最初から圧倒されて、ペースが掴めず、滞在50分では全然足りなかった。希望として1時間半くらい滞在時間があればと思いました。

野生のヤンバルクイナには出会えなかったけれど、バス車内でイヤホンガイドと映像での命の学習(交通事故による動物の事故映像が流れます)をした後、ヤンバルクイナの学習施設で案内役のお姉さんの説明で、ヤンバルクイナのくーちゃんの愛らしい行動が観られました。

やんばるまでは少し遠い、なかなか行けないけれど、いろいろ廻ってもらえて大満足のバスツアーでした。

First of all, I was satisfied that I could see a giant coconut crab and several other species. Although I couldn't see the starry sky, I understand that the weather is beyond our control.

There were a few disappointing points regarding the operation, so I’ll mention them for reference. There are two main points.

The first point is that it seemed like there were about three tours overlapping at almost the same time, and among them, the handling, communication, and explanations felt lacking. I wanted to learn about the island, the creatures, and nature, but there was a lot of small talk about where we came from and similar topics.

The second point is that the photos that were supposed to be sent within three days did not arrive. This is a significant reason for my low rating. Well, we took our own photos, so it wasn't entirely necessary, but I thought it was quite odd to exchange LINE contacts and then not receive anything. I thought it was already late when they said within three days, but I never expected them not to be sent at all. If that’s the case, it would have been better if they had just taken commemorative photos with our smartphones.

By the way, on other tours with the same company, the quality of the guides felt very professional, and the photos arrived on the same day. So, I wonder if this was just an individual issue.

まず、特大のヤシガニほか数種類の生物を観ることができたのでその点では満足しています。星空は見れませんでしたが、天気は仕方ないので。
運営が残念点が何点かありましたので参考までに記載します。大きく2点です。
まず1点目、当日ほぼ同時刻に3者程度のツアーが重なっていたようですが、その中で一番捌きや声かけ、説明がイマイチに感じました。島や生物、自然について知りたいのに、どこから来たかとかそういう雑談的な話が多かったです。
2点目は、3日以内に送ると言っていた写真が送られて来なかったことです。低評価にしたのはこちらの理由が大きいです。まあ自分たちでも写真を撮っていたので不要と言えば不要なのですが、わざわざLINEまで交換させておいて流石にどうなのかと思いました。3日以内という時点で遅っ！とは思いましたが、まさか送られてこないとは。それであれば、記念写真的なものはこちらのスマホで撮ってくれればいいのに。
ちなみに、同じ会社の他のツアーでは、ガイドの質もとてもプロ意識が感じらましたし、写真も当日来ました。なので個人の問題なのかなとは思います。

I went snorkeling for the first time in Miyako Island!!
Making a reservation was really easy!!
Above all, our guide Wataru was truly the best✨
He even thought of us, coming from Kobe, and brought us recommended taco rice for lunch, which was really delicious!!
He was great at talking, and we had a very enjoyable time!

The weather wasn't very good, but we were able to see sea turtles safely and had a wonderful time!

He also recommended many places for dinner, lunch, cafes, and beaches, allowing us to fully enjoy Miyako Island (*^^*)

The pumpkin cave accessed by sea kayak was a wonderful and precious experience. I've done snorkeling and diving many times, but I've never encountered a sea turtle, so I participated this time hoping to finally see one. Unfortunately, I only encountered two sea snakes.

シーカヤックで行くパンプキン鍾乳洞は素晴らしく貴重な体験でした。
何回もシュノーケリングやダイビングをやってるけど、未だウミガメに遭遇した事が無く、今回こそはと思って参加しましたが、残念ながら遭遇したのはウミヘビ2匹でした。

I was surprised to see that the amount of coral has decreased compared to the past!
It's clear that environmental destruction is progressing.
My wife was excited to swim with the turtles.
The staff was also polite and helpful.

昔に比べてサンゴの量が減りビックリ！
自然破壊が進んでいるんですね。
妻は亀との泳ぎが出来て興奮していました。
スタッフも丁寧で良かったです。
