This time, due to my circumstances, I only participated in the canoe experience at Kabira Bay. At first, I was worried about what would happen if I fell into the sea from the canoe, but the canoe was stable, and I was able to enjoy it without any concerns. We slowly paddled through the transparent waters of Kabira Bay, sometimes picking up speed and going deep into the bay. We took a short break at a small beach that couldn't be reached from land. The guide took many photos for us. I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful Kabira Bay. My wife, who was scared because she can't swim, was very satisfied and said she wanted to go canoeing more.

By the way, the day after the canoe experience, we also did SUP and canyoning with the same company, PiPi, on Iriomote Island! That was amazing too. Now that I'm back home, I'm planning when to go to Ishigaki Island next time.

今回は私の都合で川平湾のカヌー体験だけになりました。
最初はカヌーから海に落ちたら、どうしようと不安でしたけれどカヌーは安定していてまったく心配なく楽しめました。
川平湾の透き通る海をゆっくりと､時にはスピードを上げ湾の奥の方まで行って来ました。陸上からは道がなくてたどり着くことができないような小さな浜辺によって小休止｡写真もガイドさんに沢山撮って頂きました。
きれいな川平湾を堪能することができました。
カナヅチで怖がっていた嫁も、もっとカヌーに乗りたいと大満足です。

ちなみにカヌー体験の翌日は同じPiPi さんで西表島sup +キャニオニングを体験しました！
こちらも最高でした。
今､地元に帰って来ましたけど、次回の石垣島はいつ行こうか計画してます

I wanted to fully enjoy Okinawa, so I joined this tour! Since they provide rubber boots for rent, there was no need for special preparation, and it was great that the guide took lots of photos, allowing us to enter the jungle hands-free without even bringing our smartphones! Depending on the season and timing, the guide found a coconut crab, and we were able to take pictures together.

The real one was much larger and more impressive than what I had seen in photos, and I was really glad to see it! Unfortunately, we couldn't see the stars, but it was a very satisfying tour.

During the exploration, and even while moving, the guide shared stories about the island, which was really enjoyable! They also told us about many hidden spots, so I definitely want to check them out! (*^^*)

　沖縄を堪能したいと思い、このツアーに参加しました！長靴の貸出があるので事前準備は特に必要ないですし、ガイドさんが沢山写真も撮って下さるので、スマホも持たずに手ぶらでジャングルに入ることができとても良かったです！時期やタイミングによると思いますが、ガイドさんがヤシガニを見つけてくれ、一緒に写真を撮ることが出来ました。
本物は写真で見ていたよりも大きく迫力があり、見ることができて良かったなと思いました！
星は残念ながら見ることが出来ませんでしたが、とても満足したツアーでした。
探検中はもちろんのこと、移動中もガイドさんが島の話をして下さり本当に楽しかったです！
穴場スポットも沢山教えて頂いたので是非行ってみたいと思います(*^^*

My first snorkeling experience!
I was a bit anxious because of the cloudy sky, but once I dove in, it was incredibly beautiful and I was moved.

The staff were very friendly, and I had a great time! It became a wonderful memory! The drone footage was also beautiful, and I was very satisfied! I was glad to encounter a sea turtle too.

I participated because I wanted to see the stars and coconut crabs. Unfortunately, the weather was bad on the day of the event, and the cloudy sky prevented us from seeing the stars. However, I was able to see coconut crabs from a distance and got a close look at a baby coconut crab in its shell. I also had the chance to encounter other creatures like fireflies, snakes, and crabs, which was great. The guide who took us was friendly, and I enjoyed the journey to the points of interest. The yakiniku restaurant you recommended was delicious! Thank you very much!

The meeting place is the parking lot. Here, we changed into wetsuits and walked to the beach. We paddled about 300 meters in the canoe, but with the waves, it was difficult and we capsized. That's why we wear life jackets. I managed to get the canoe back, but it was quite a struggle to get back in. Before the entrance to the cave, we got out of the canoe and walked through the water, then prayed at the entrance. There's only enough space for one person to enter at a time, so depending on the tide, you might not be able to get in. I was moved by the large stalactites, and just when I thought it was over, we climbed up onto the stalactites. Water was flowing like a waterfall, but it was not seawater; it was groundwater. When I shone my flashlight, I saw various colored stalactites forming curtains and tables, and we had to walk carefully not to damage them. It goes quite deep, giving a sense of exploration. I felt like I was training under the pure water shower from the underground spring. During this trip, I participated in three activities, but this was the most memorable and an adventure you can't miss when visiting Miyako Island. I understood the age limit of 65 years old. However, I highly recommend it.

集合場所は駐車場。ここでウェットスーツに着替えて、海岸まで徒歩移動。約300メートルほどカヌーで移動するが、波があると横波なので転覆してしまった。ライフジャケット着ているわけだ。なんとか自力でカヌーを戻すが、乗り込むのに一苦労。鍾乳洞入り口手前でカヌーを降り海の中を歩き、入り口で参拝。一人一人入れるくらいのスペースしかない入り口。潮位によっては入れないわけだ。大きな鍾乳石に感動し、これで終わりか？と思ったら、鍾乳石の上に登る。滝のように水が流れているが、これは海水ではなく地下水。懐中電灯で照らすと、いろいろな色な鍾乳石がカーテン状やテーブルになっていて、そこを壊さないように歩く。結構奥まであって探検気分。奥の清い水シャワーのような地下水に打たれて修行気分になる。今回の旅行では3回アクティビティに参加したが、最も印象に残り、宮古島に来たら外せないアドベンチャーであった。65歳までの年齢制限に納得した。しかし、強くお勧めします。

Two staff members helped, but it required some effort. When we finally reached the cave, we turned off our videos to pay our respects since it was a sacred place. As we swam in, I expected a smooth surface like a pumpkin, but it actually felt rough. Water was flowing down from above like a waterfall. From here, we explored inside the cave. In other caves, you absolutely cannot touch the stalactites, but while you can't touch everything here, you have to touch some things.

欲張りプランに55歳で参加して、不安ばかりだったけど思ったより疲れずに完歩できました。ガイドさんの説明も楽しくて疲れを感じさせないトラッキングでした。景色も絶景ばかりで日常生活を完全に忘れさせてくれる旅になりました。ただ雨が少なくて場所によっては花粉が非常に飛んでいるようで周りの人もくしゃみや鼻をすする音がしていました。私も鼻水がきつかったです。とにかく一度は行ってみるべき場所です。

It was my first time in Miyako Island. I decided to join a one-day tour for SUP and snorkeling because I wanted to feel the island up close. During the morning SUP session, I was a beginner, but the guide was kind and taught me carefully. I started off paddling while sitting, but soon I was able to stand and paddle, which felt amazing. Unfortunately, during the afternoon snorkeling, I didn't get to see any sea turtles, but I was able to observe various fish in the coral reefs, which was a lot of fun. Overall, it was a very valuable experience throughout the day.

初めての宮古島でした。島を肌で感じたいと言うことで、SUP＋シュノーケリングの1日ツアーに参加を決めました。午前のSUPでは初心者でしたがガイドの方が優しく丁寧に教えてくださり、最初は座って漕いでいましたが、すぐに立って漕ぐことができるようになりとても気持ちよかったです。午後のシュノーケリングでは残念ながら海亀に会うことはできませんでしたが、サンゴ礁で様々なお魚を観察することができとても楽しかったです。1日を通してとても貴重な体験ができました。

This was my second time kayaking with my 6-year-old son, but he still struggled to paddle, and I ended up doing most of the work. We had quite a distance to cover, and with the wind pushing us, I paddled desperately, resulting in sore thighs and arms that night (laughs).

The trekking felt like climbing a bumpy mountain trail using my whole body. At this time of year, it wasn't enough exercise to break a sweat. I think it would be tough in the peak summer heat, but the view of the waterfall we reached and the misty water spray felt refreshing. Some other tour participants jumped into the plunge pool, but the water temperature was quite low, so I stopped at about waist-deep (laughs).

My son was a bit hesitant about joining the tour, but when I said, "Let's go on an adventure to find the elusive waterfall!" he seemed interested and was eager on the day of the tour. Surprisingly, he wanted to climb the rocky mountains and try entering the plunge pool, which made it fun.

If you're participating from Ishigaki Island, it might be better to either make a reservation at a restaurant or bring your own lunch. All the restaurants near Uehara Port were fully booked, and the supermarket was sold out of bento boxes.

The guide was very knowledgeable about the local area and introduced us to various plants and animals along the way. It was helpful that we could take a break at the shop while waiting for the return boat.

It was a valuable experience that you can't have back home. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

6歳の息子とカヤックに乗るのは2回目でしたが、やはり息子はうまく漕げず、ほぼほぼ1人で漕ぎました。
結構な距離があったのと風に流されそうになり、必死に漕いだ結果その日の夜から太ももと二の腕が筋肉痛になりました（笑）
トレッキングもデコボコの山道を全身を使って登る感じでした。
今の季節であれば汗をかくほどの運動量ではなかったです。真夏は流石にキツいと思いますが、たどり着いた滝の景色と霧状の水しぶきが気持ちよかったです。他のツアーのお客さんは滝壺に飛び込んでいる方もいましたが、結構水温が低かったので腰くらいでやめておきました（笑）
ツアー参加にちょっと渋っていた息子ですが、「幻の滝を見つけに冒険に行こう！」というと興味が湧いたようで、当日は張り切っていました。
思いの外、自力で岩山を登ったり滝壺に入ってみたい！と積極的で楽しかったようです。
石垣島から参加の場合、昼食は予約が取れる店であれば予約をしておくか、石垣から持参しておいた方が良いかもしれません。上原港近くの飲食店はどこも満席で入れず、スーパーもお弁当類は売り切れていました。
ガイドの方は地元を知り尽くした方で、道中動植物の紹介もしてくれました。帰りの船の待ち時間もショップで休憩させてもらえて助かりました。
地元ではできない貴重な体験でした。また機会があれば参加したいと思います。

This was a group tour with seven people, and thanks to our knowledgeable guide, we all became very close during the leisurely climb. The purpose was to see Jomon Sugi, but it was also a hike where we walked a solid distance. As someone who loves the mountains, I felt it was worth it on the bus ride back.

今回は7人のグループツアーでしたが、知的なガイドさんのおかげで、ゆっくり登れ知らない7人が凄く仲良くなったツアーでした。
縄文杉を見る目的ですが、しっかりとした距離を歩くハイクでもあり、山が好きな私としては行って良かったと帰りのバスでかましてます。

This time, my wife and I traveled to Ishigaki Island for the first time, and while searching for activities on VELTRA, we found a plan at Ishigaki Island ADVENTURE PiPi that allowed us to enjoy both the Kayak SUP tour and snorkeling at the Blue Cave in one day.

On the day of the tour, due to the wind and waves, we couldn't do the snorkeling at the Blue Cave and had to go to a different location, but personally, I had a fantastic time snorkeling.

Swimming through the clear sea among the coral reefs, I was able to see fish and sea turtles up close. The scenery underwater far exceeded my imagination.

My wife had a bit of trouble with her stamina on the way back, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused, but the guide was very kind and helpful.

After we were dropped off at the hotel, they even checked in on us, which I really appreciated.

I was embarrassed to be the only one who fell off the SUP among the participants (laughs). If we have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to request this tour. Thank you for the wonderful time!

　今回、夫婦で初めて石垣島に旅行に行き、どんなアクティビティを体験しようかとVELTRAさんで探していたところ、川平SUPツアーと青の洞窟シュノーケリングが1日で満喫できるプランが石垣島 ADVENTURE PiPiさんにてありましたのでお世話になってきましたー♪
　当日は風と波の影響で青の洞窟シュノーケリングは出来ず、代わりに別な場所になってしまいましたが、個人的には凄い楽しめたシュノーケリングになりました。
　透き通る海の中で、珊瑚礁の間を通り抜けながら泳いで行き、魚やウミガメも近くで見れました。もう海の中の景色は自分の想像を遥かに超えていました。
　妻の体力が無く、沖まで帰る中ご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、ガイドの方に親切にご対応頂きとても助かりました。
　ホテルへ送り届けて頂いた後も心配してご連絡くださりました、有難うございました。
　SUPで落ちたのはツアー参加の方々の中で私だけだったのが恥ずかしかったです（笑）
　また機会があれば是非お願いしたいと思います。楽しい時間を有難うございました。

This was my first time visiting Miyako Island. I was anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but the guide was very thorough in teaching me from the beginning. Thanks to that, I was able to snorkel gracefully in the beautiful, clear sea and see many fish and the long-desired sea turtles, which made me very satisfied!

The Pumpkin Cave offered a fantastical view that was a unique experience. I felt like all my daily worries and anxieties were cleansed. I definitely want to visit again.

Thanks to the two guides, I had a very enjoyable tour. Especially Yamatо, who taught me many things throughout the day. The recommended izakaya after the tour was also very delicious.

In mid-March, I participated in SAP and snorkeling with my university student daughter. I received a phone call the day before to confirm the details. At that time, I requested prescription goggles on short notice, and they kindly accommodated my request. On the day of the event, there were four groups of eight participants, including us, and two staff members provided guidance. SAP allowed us to enjoy the scenery from a higher vantage point than canoeing. I was constantly battling the fear of falling, but I managed to stay on without falling even once. During snorkeling, there were frequent health checks. My daughter almost cramped up, but she was able to hold onto a float and quickly recovered. It was my son's and his girlfriend's first trip to Miyako Island. I was impressed by the mystical Pumpkin Cave. Canoeing was a bit challenging, but it became an unforgettable experience. I ended up with a little muscle soreness. Haha. Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles, but we saw plenty of beautiful fish. I was also moved by the beautiful sea and got to see many cute Nemo-like fish. We saw a lot of colorful fish as well. I definitely want to come back to Miyako Island for a revenge trip. When I woke up in the morning, I was worried about the event because the drift ice had drifted quite far offshore, but it went ahead as planned. Since the event was held in the bay, there was plenty of drift ice, and with temperatures just under 10 degrees, there were many cracks, making it easy to get immersed in the ice, which was great. The guide also took a lot of photos for us, which was nice.

If I had to mention something, I would have appreciated having a waterproof case for my smartphone available for rent (it would have been nice to have been informed in advance that a waterproof case would be beneficial), and it was a bit unfortunate that the breakwater showed up in the background of the photos in the bay.

However, I was very satisfied because I received many photos for free! Thank you very much!!

憧れの流氷ウォーク

朝起きると流氷がだいぶ沖に流れていたので開催を心配しましたが予定通りでした。
この日は湾内での開催だったので流氷もしっかりあり、気温が10度弱で亀裂も多く流氷にドボンと浸かりやすくてよかったです。
ガイドさんがたくさん写真撮ってくれたのもよかったです。

強いて言えば、レンタル品でスマホ防水ケースがあれば嬉しかった(事前に防水ケースがあったほうがいいよとお声がけいただけたら嬉しかった)のと、湾内だとどうしても写真後ろに防波堤が映り込むのが惜しかったです。

でも、無料でたくさん写真もらえたので大満足です！

I was a bit anxious since it was my first time doing SUP and snorkeling, but the guide was very attentive and I had a great time! Even though I was the only one participating among many pairs, I had no issues at all. During the SUP, we were taken to a waterfall basin, which was deep enough that I couldn't touch the bottom, but I could swim and enjoy the waterfall experience! Bara Island was a bit painful to walk on due to the heels, but it was a stunning island made of rare coral, with only two in the world! The view was breathtaking! There were plenty of fish and coral, and the deep trenches expanded the underwater world for sure. I was really glad to participate, especially since it had been 3 to 4 weeks since the last landing! The guide took lots of photos and videos, so I could safely leave my smartphone in the car.

Next time, I’d like to try the limestone caves and sea turtle snorkeling as well! Thank you for your thoughtful care; I enjoyed every moment!

お二人組が多い中1人参加でしたが全く問題なく参加できました◎
SUPの途中滝壺に案内して下さり、足がつかないほど深いところでしたが泳いで滝行もできます！
初シュノーケリングで不安だったのでガイドさんの浮輪ボードにつかまりながら馴らせていけました！
バラス島は途中歩くところがかかとが痛いですが世界に二つしかない貴重な珊瑚でできた島とのことで絶景でした！お魚や珊瑚はもちろん深い海溝もあり世界観が広がること間違いなしだと思います。3〜4週間振りの上陸とのことで本当に参加できて良かったです！！
ガイドさんが沢山お写真や動画を撮って下さったのでスマホも安心して車内に置いていけます◎
次回は鍾乳洞や海亀シュノーケリング等も行ってみたいです！
細やかな気遣いをしてくださり終始楽しめましたありがとうございました！！

From Shiratani Unsuikyo to Taiko Rock, the weather was cloudy, and there was a forecast for light rain around noon. Thanks to our guide's accurate judgment to go to Taiko Rock before lunch, we were able to enjoy the wonderful view from Taiko Rock! Additionally, we were grateful to have miso soup prepared for us during lunchtime. While walking and during short breaks, we learned a lot about Yakushima's environment, plants, and the lives of its people, for which I am thankful! In the end, the rain we were worried about never came. It was the best day, guided by an amazing guide.

白谷雲水峡から太鼓岩へ　天気は曇り、昼あたりから小雨かの予報が出ていました。昼ごはんを食べる前に太鼓岩まで行こうという、ガイドさんの的確な判断のおかげで、太鼓岩からの素晴らしい眺めをみることができました！また、昼ごはん時には味噌汁も用意していただき、ありがたい限りでした。歩きながら、そして小休憩の時に屋久島の環境、植物、人々の暮らしなどなどいろいろ教えていただき、感謝！
結局心配してた雨も降らずでした。

I experienced SUP for the first time, and it was so much fun!!! The guide's stories were interesting, and the weather was nice, allowing us to see the mangroves beautifully, making it a wonderful memory!

During the snorkeling in the afternoon, the sea was beautiful, and we saw many coral reefs and fish! Barasu Island was also incredibly beautiful!!

This is a recommended tour if you come to Iriomote Island!
