This time, I was considering a snorkeling experience on Zamami Island, but I hadn't planned it due to the bad weather. However, since the weather forecast changed to sunny, I quickly found a half-day tour and participated.

Above all, I am grateful to all the staff for their constant consideration of safe operations and our safety, regardless of age or gender.

Although I was a bit scared during my first snorkeling experience, I felt I could trust the staff here.

今回、座間味島でのシュノーケリング体験を考えてましたが、天気が悪そうで予定してませんでしたが、天気予報が晴れ予報に変わったので急遽半日ツアーを見つけ参加させて頂きました。

何よりスタッフさん皆さん、安全運航と私達の安全を常に考えて、老若男女に関わらず、気を配って頂き感謝しかありません。

We participated in this tour when my wife and I visited Iriomote Island for our honeymoon.
First, let me say this: this tour is amazing.
It's a highly satisfying package that allows you to fully enjoy nature beyond the sea for a whole day, with activities like canoeing and caving.

You can observe living creatures closely while listening to explanations from a qualified nature observation instructor who conducts bird research. If you love animals, this tour will definitely exceed your expectations.

Even if you're not that into animals, the guide is friendly, so those who focus on canoeing and activities will have plenty of fun.

Even beginners in canoeing will be able to enjoy it without any issues thanks to the lectures, and during trekking, they will show you safe and easy walking points. They provide all the necessary equipment, which is a great point for participating in the tour with peace of mind.

Regarding ease of access:
Since it takes a full day, it can be physically demanding. Canoeing can be tough, especially when it's windy.
Also, there aren't many opportunities to use the restroom, so be sure to consult with the guide as needed.

Regarding activities:
Since you enjoy three activities in one day, it may not be suitable for those who want to focus deeply on just one.
But if you want to enjoy a lot at a great value, you’ll be just fine!

妻と新婚旅行で西表島に来たときに参加しました。
まず感想を言わせてください。このツアー最高です。
海以外の自然を一日かけて存分に満喫し、カヌーやケイビングなどのアクティビティも楽しめる満足度の高いパッケージングです。

鳥類の研究を行なっている、自然観察指導員の資格を持った方の解説を聞きながら、生き物をじっくり観察できます。生き物が好きならば、大満足のツアーになることは間違いありません。

生き物がそこまで好きではなくても、ガイドさんが気さくな方なので、カヌーやアクティビティ重視の方でも十分楽しめます。

カヌー初心者でも、レクチャーで問題なく楽しめるようになりますし、トレッキングでは安全な歩きやすいポイントを教えてくれます。道具は全て用意してくれるので、安心してツアーに参加できるのはとても良いポイントです。

お手軽度に関して。
一日フルで使うので、体力の消耗は激しいです。特に風が強いとカヌーが大変です。
また、トイレに行けるタイミングは多くないので、都度ガイドさんに相談しましょう。

アクティビティに関して。
一日で3つを楽しむため、一つをじっくり楽しみたい方には向いていないかもしれません。
お得にたくさん楽しみたい方は大丈夫です！


とにかく、ガイドさんが素晴らしい方です。
気さくで物知りで明るい、ツアーを楽しくしてくれる方なので、参加してみてください！

I was really anxious about whether I could make it, but there was so much healing in nature. The guide was wonderful, talking to us and giving us quizzes to make sure we were okay, which made me feel at ease. I'm really glad I went! The power of nature is incredible!

Day 1 (Jomon Sugi): The forecast predicted rain starting at noon, but it actually began to rain from the pickup at 4:30 PM. I put on the rental rain gear and attached the rain cover to my backpack before setting off. Some people were walking with umbrellas, but I went without one. There was someone in our group who walked at a leisurely pace, which helped me keep up despite my initial anxiety. My shoes broke along the way, but I borrowed a rubber stopper from the guide and managed to continue. Overall, I think it was a slow-paced group.

Physically, I surprisingly managed well even in the rain. If the weather had been good, I might have been completely fine. (The return trip on the tramway was a bit boring and tiring, though.) I love taking lots of photos, so I was disappointed that I couldn't do that. The photo the guide took at the last tunnel ended up blurry, which was also unfortunate. However, this rain trekking experience, which I would never do on my usual mountain walks from home, was a good experience.

Day 2 (Shiratani Unsuikyo): When we left the accommodation, it was cloudy, and I thought we could go today... but as we got closer, it started to rain. We found out about the course restrictions, but we decided to go as far as we could, even if it meant slightly exceeding the limits. I was very disappointed that we couldn't go to the mossy forest or Taiko Rock, but I still enjoyed the atmosphere.

On the way back, I received advice about sightseeing for the afternoon and the next day. The weather was nice on the western side of the island in the evening, which was both enjoyable and disappointing.

The ability to rent gear was a great help for a mountain trip where you already have a lot of luggage. My first trip to Yakushima was very enjoyable.

初日（縄文杉）：12時～の雨予報でしたが、実際には4時半のピックアップ時から雨…歩き出し前にレンタルのレインウェア上下着用、レインカバーをザックに付けての出発でした。傘をさして歩いている方もいらっしゃいましたが、私は傘無しで。おひとりゆっくりペースの方がいらしたので、おかげで不安だった私も着いていけました。途中で靴が壊れまして、ガイドさんにゴムのストッパーをお借りして乗り切りましたが、それでも着いていけたので全体的にはゆっくりペースのグループだったと思います。
体力的には雨でも意外と行けました。お天気良かったら全然大丈夫だったかもです。(帰りのトロッコ道はちょっと飽きちゃって　笑　しんどかったですが)
写真を撮りまくりたいタイプなのでそれが叶わず残念でした(最後のトンネルでせっかくガイドさんが撮ってくださった写真がブレていてそれも残念でした…)が、いつもの、家からの山歩きなら絶対やらない雨トレッキング、いい経験でした。

2日目（白谷雲水峡）：宿を出る時は曇りで、今日は行ける…！と思ったのですが、近づくにつれ雨が…そしてコース制限が判明しましたが、それでも行ける限り行こう、という事で少しだけ制限を超えてのんびり回っていただきました。
苔むす森も、太鼓岩も行けずにとても残念でしたが、雰囲気は感じられて楽しかったです。
帰りの車で、午後と翌日の観光のアドバイスもいただきました。夕方の島の西側と翌日はお天気良くて、楽しくもあり残念でもあり。

グッズレンタル出来るのは、ただでさえ荷物の多い山行きの旅行にとても助かりました。初の屋久島、とても楽しかったです。

We participated as a couple. During our stay in Ishigaki Island, there were predictions of rough seas due to a tropical depression, so after arriving in Ishigaki, we kept an eye on the weather forecast and booked the activity two days in advance for the only day that seemed to have decent weather.

There was a detailed explanation on how to wear the equipment, how to get up after entering the seawater, and the correct and incorrect methods (including what happens if you do it the wrong way), which made it easy for beginners to enjoy snorkeling with confidence.

After the general safety briefing, they kindly asked experienced participants to go ahead and enter the water, while inviting beginners who wanted to ask about the equipment to stay behind—this consideration for different skill levels was great.

This was our third time snorkeling, but since it had been three years due to the pandemic, we listened to the explanations alongside beginners. In the end, that was a good decision! There were points we had forgotten or had been doing by imitation, and last time in Miyako Island, I had a tough time swallowing seawater, but this time it was zero! (Even though the waves were a bit high!)

We snorkeled for about an hour and it ended so quickly and joyfully. I would love to experience it again. Thank you very much!

夫婦2人で参加。石垣島滞在期間中は熱帯低気圧の関係で海が荒れる予想が出ていたため、石垣島到着してから天気予報とにらめっこして唯一天気がマシそうな日を狙ってアクティビティ2日前に申し込みました。
器具の装着方法、海水に入った後の起き上がり方、正解方法とダメな方法(ダメな方法やると結果どうなるかまで)など詳細な説明があり初心者でも安心してシュノーケリングが楽しめます。
説明も全員向けの注意の後、経験者はどうぞ海へ入ってください、初心者で装着方法聞きたい人残って下さい～とそれぞれのレベルに配慮があるのも良かったです。
私たちはシュノーケリング3回目ですがコロナ禍で3年ぶりのこともあり初心者に混じって説明聞きました。結果それも良かった！今まで見よう見真似でやっていたり、忘れていたポイントもありで、前回宮古島で海水飲んで苦しい時間があったりしたのが今回はゼロ！(波が高めにもかかわらず！)
1時間半ほどシュノーケリングして、あっという間に楽しく終了。
また体験したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The night before the experience, I couldn't find the meeting place due to a mistake in the email settings, but I called around 6 PM on a whim, and I was relieved that someone answered even though it was outside of business hours.
On the day of the event, our guide was K. He greeted us cheerfully at the meeting point, which felt great. Since I participated with my wife, who isn't a strong swimmer, and our 9-year-old daughter, there were quite a few moments that required consideration, but we were really satisfied to finally see a sea turtle, and we also enjoyed the sea kayaking experience and the cave exploration!
Oh, and they also told us about the coconut crab sighting points, and we were really able to encounter one!

体験前夜、メール設定のミスで集合場所が分からなかったのですが、ダメ元で１８時過ぎにTELしたところ営業時間外にも関わらず通じて助かりました。
当日の担当ガイドはKくんでした。待ち合わせ場所では明るく挨拶してくれて気持ち良かったです。５０過ぎのオヤジと泳ぎの不得手な妻と９歳の娘で参加したため、かなり気を使う場面も多かったはずですが、念願の海ガメも見れて、シーカヤック体験と鍾乳洞探検も出来て本当に満足出来ました～!
そうそう、ヤシガニ出没ポイントも教えて頂き、本当に出会うことができました!

This time, I participated for the first time with my father and wife. Since my father is elderly, I was worried, but he really wanted to go, so I trained on my own until this day.

However, on the day of the event, it was pouring rain. Although it wasn't a warning level, I thought I had prepared the necessary equipment and decided to go ahead. The day before, I received a call from VELTRA to confirm the necessary equipment.

But when we were about to depart from the Arakawa trailhead, the guide mentioned that our rain gear (I personally had waterproof rainwear bought from a shop) was not adequate, and we had to choose whether to cancel or proceed. I decided, considering my father's age, that the three of us would cancel.

The reason for my disappointment in this experience is that there seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding the rain gear. It's true that our understanding and interpretation of rain gear was at a beginner level. However, I honestly wished for more detailed instructions, such as "You need rain gear that is highly waterproof and retains warmth," from the confirmation the day before. If such instructions had been provided (ideally a few days earlier), we could have taken action to purchase or rent appropriate rain gear. I would like to express my strong opinion to prevent cancellations arising from ignorance for others like us in the future.

今回、初めて父と妻の3人で参加させて頂きました。
父が高齢という事もあり、心配でしたがどうしても、行ってみたいという事で、この日迄に自分なりに訓練してきておりました。
そして迎えた当日は大雨。警報とかまではいかなかったが、必要備品を揃えたつもりで決行。前日、ベルトラさんからもTELがあり、必要備品の確認をして頂きました。
しかし、当日、荒川登山口で出発しようかという時に、ガイドの方から、
雨具（※個人的には、ショップで買った防水レインウェア）が完全ではないとの事で、中止にするか、このまま決行するかの選択となってしまいました。
私の判断で、父が高齢という事もあり、私達３人だけ中止にするという決断を致しました。
今回、評価が「がっかり」という理由は、雨具に関する双方の相違があったのではないかと思います。私達の雨具に関する理解度や解釈は、初心レベルだったのは間違いないです。しかし、それならそれで、例えば、前日の確認から
「雨具も防水が強く、保温がもつようなウェアが必要です」などの細かい指示が欲しかったのが本音です。もしそういった指示があれば（※出来たらもっと前の日から）雨具を購入するか、レンタルするか、行動に移せたのではないかと思います。今後、私たちのように、無知から生まれる中止が出ないよう、厳しい意見を言わせて頂きます。

I got to see coconut crabs, firefly larvae, and the starry sky. I was shown many creatures and plants, including crabs and camel crickets. The tour guide was kind, and it was really great! My first-grade son was extremely happy!

I had a great time being guided by a kind and friendly older brother. I booked a canoe, but I also got to try stand-up paddleboarding, which was fun. I was so happy to meet a turtle while snorkeling. The guide prepared a whiteboard for us, as we have hearing difficulties, and wrote explanations for us as needed. They took us around at our own pace, so we didn't get tired physically, and the two hours flew by. Also, since Shiretoko Five Lakes is known for sightings of brown bears, there was an incident the day before when a bear appeared and the walking path was closed, but it was reopened by the morning of our tour, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this tour! 😊

耳の不自由な私たちのためにガイドさんがホワイトボードを用意して下さり、説明を都度書いて案内して下さいました。私たちのペースに合わせてのんびり周ってくださったので、体力的にも疲れず、あっという間の2時間でした。また知床五湖はヒグマが出るということで、前日にヒグマが出没して遊歩道が閉鎖されるハプニングがありましたが、当日朝には開放されて無事にツアー催行されました。とにかくおススメのツアーです(^^)

It's quite a hard tour. It might be tough for older participants. There's a lot to do. We had a great time under the guidance of a cheerful instructor. Everyone seemed very satisfied. Even though it's October, the UV rays are intense. Even with sunscreen, it's hard to keep up.

We did snorkeling, canoeing, and visited the Pumpkin Cave! The clarity of the ocean was overwhelming, and everything we did was beautiful. Above all, the Pumpkin Cave was mystical and the most fun experience.

Our guide, Keikun, was enjoyable and really enhanced the tour with his talks and energy, making it even more enjoyable! We took lots of photos at various spots, including sea turtles, fish, and the Pumpkin Cave, creating the best memories.

I thought it might be too packed, but we had a two-hour lunch break, so we could relax and also visit the recommended diner by our guide, Keikun. I would love to use this service again!

Due to bad weather, we couldn't go snorkeling at Barasu Island, but we participated in a mangrove canoe tour in the morning.

It was my first time on Iriomote Island, but our guide, Gakki, shared various stories about the island on the way to our destination, which made the journey exciting.

At first, I struggled to paddle as I had hoped, getting stuck and bumping into trees, but it was thrilling and a lot of fun.

We were able to see the beautiful Sagari-bana, which blooms briefly, and felt the power of nature while soaking in negative ions at the waterfall at the end. It was a truly precious time!

Gakki also took many wonderful photos, and just looking back at them brings back the fun memories. I thought it would be great to come back during the peak bloom of the Sagari-bana or for a revenge trip to Barasu Island. It became a lovely memory of our honeymoon. Thank you, Gakki! ♡

I even got to see bear footprints! I think this is something we wouldn't have noticed on our own. We were lent binoculars and rubber boots, which allowed us to comfortably explore Shiretoko Five Lakes. I enjoyed the untouched nature with all my senses and felt the grandeur of Hokkaido's natural beauty. It's a tour I would love to participate in again!

I was worried because of the bad reviews, but since I couldn't make a reservation anywhere else, I reluctantly booked. Just as the reviews said, the guide was the worst.

On the way there, there was only minimal explanation at key points, and the pace was slow to accommodate an elderly couple. When we arrived at Jomon Sugi, the guide only mentioned the photo and meeting times without any explanation, and was chatting with guides from other companies. On the way back, the guide realized they had forgotten to explain something and started talking, but is this really a certified guide?

On the return trip, there was no explanation from the guide at all, as they were too busy caring for the elderly couple. It was so slow that I was glad they let us move ahead. Walking slowly while listening to various interesting stories filled with love for Yakushima from guides of other companies made the return trip enjoyable and helped me forget my fatigue.

The guides from this company forced us to walk silently and quickly like a military unit, looking down the whole time, which was completely boring. They mentioned feeling sleepy on the way back, but that’s likely due to the thoughtless and dull guidance.

The charm of Yakushima is greatly diminished. I do not recommend this company.

復路は、ガイド説明等は一切無し、老夫婦ケアで精一杯。あまりに遅くて、先に進ませてくれたのは良かった。他社のガイドの屋久島愛あふれるいろんな面白いお話を聞きながらゆっくり歩くことは帰りの疲れを忘れさせてもらえる楽しい一時でした。
ここの会社のガイドは無言で早足で軍隊のように下を見て歩くことを強要し全くつまらない。
帰りは眠くなると言ってましたが、思いやりのない退屈なガイドのせいでもあるでしょう。
屋久島の魅力が半減します。この会社はお勧めしません。

I usually exercise moderately, but this was my first time climbing a mountain, and I was very anxious about whether I could climb for 10 hours. The first half was a monotonous trolley path, while the second half was a hard path like an athletic course. However, since I don't mind exercising, the hard path was thrilling and enjoyable.

Along the way, the guide provided detailed explanations about the cedar trees, moss, and the history of Yakushima. This was my first time having a guide, and I realized, "So this is the joy of having a guide!" My perspective on the cedars changed as my knowledge increased, and it was fun.

I thought the return trip on the trolley path would be monotonous and tiring, but our guide, Tsugimachi, kept us entertained with quizzes, making the journey very enjoyable. The turtle quiz, in particular, allowed me to learn about sea turtles. I also played Magical Banana for the first time in a while, and it was fun to interact with the other participants! I was worried about whether I could handle two consecutive days of climbing for my first time, but surprisingly, I recovered well. On the second day, I was guided by Mr. Taniguchi. 普段、運動は適度にしていますが山登りは初めてで10時間も登れるのかとても不安でした。
前半は単調なトロッコ道で後半はアスレチックのようなハードな道でしたが、運動が苦ではないのでアスレチックのようなハードな道はスリルがあり楽しかったです。

道中では、杉や苔、屋久島の歴史などの説明を詳しくしてくださり、初めてガイドさんを付けさせていただきましたが、「これがガイドさんをつける醍醐味か！」と知識が増えていくことで杉の見方などがかわり、楽しかったです。

初めての登山で2日連続大丈夫かなと思いましたが、案外回復しました。
2日目は谷山さんにガイド頂きました。
昨日の津曲さんに続いて道中、丁寧に説明してくださり、ペースも縄文杉の翌日ということで気を遣ってくださり、楽しいおしゃべりもしてくださってあっという間に登れました！天気が曇っていたので、太鼓岩から景色が見えないかと思いましたが壮大な景色を見れて感動しました。帰りの苔むす森では霧がかかっておりとても幻想的でした。
谷山さんも写真をたくさん撮ってくださり、撮り方を教えてくださったり勉強になりました！

It was my first time doing SUP, and I was able to do it without falling even once! The instructor kindly taught me how to use the paddle and where to position myself, and even though it was windy, I was able to paddle through it. Kei, the instructor, took a lot of photos and sent me some wonderful pictures on the same day, so I was able to reminisce about the fun memories while chatting at night! Thank you very much! ♪ I was lucky to encounter a sea turtle, which I had always wanted to see! ☺️

My first SUP experience was a very enjoyable activity with thorough instructions. It was a fun time feeling nature together and learning about the characteristics of Ishigaki Island!

I was disappointed that snorkeling was canceled, but I created memories that make me want to go again!

They took us to dive points based on the sea conditions of the day. We visited two locations by boat, and it was great to see different scenery! Please note that there were no showers or changing areas available.
